Democrats’ Backdrop For Joe Kennedy’s Rebuttal Goes Over The Edge

The Democratic Party, in its infinite wisdom, had what they thought was a truly great idea for a backdrop for Massachusetts representative Joe Kennedy’s rebuttal to President Trump’s State of the Union speech on Tuesday night: an old car with its hood propped up.

There were those who thought the allusions that might be drawn from using such a backdrop for a member of the Kennedy family might not have been a good idea:
