Debra Messing Blissfully Tearful As 13-Year-Old Son Sits During National Anthem

   DailyWire.com

On Wednesday, actress Debra Messing, never one to keep her leftist sentiments to herself, shared a photo on Facebook showing her 13-year-old son Roman Zelman sitting down during the playing of the national anthem at the New York Rangers hockey game. Below the photo, she delineated how he had asked her permission to do so and she had given it, and she implied that she had a tearfully proud moment as he stiffed the anthem.

Messing wrote her description of the incident: “Please stand for the pledge of allegiance.” Son: “Mom, I want to sit down in protest. Can we do that?” Me: “Yes, honey. We can do that.” “Whose [sic] crying? I’m not crying. #BLM.”

Topping off her tale with the acronym for Black Lives Matter shouldn’t be surprising; Messing tweeted her support of a video in which systemic racism by the police was alleged.

Messing’s leftist credentials are impeccable. Remember when she shared a cartoon on Twitter that blamed the NRA for the Sutherland Springs, Texas, shooting?

How about her reaction to U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley warning countries that the U.S. would remember which countries condemned President Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital?

It all fits.
