Country singer Thomas Rhett paused his concert in Nashville over the weekend and called on the audience to pray with him for a fan who experienced a medical emergency during his show and had to be rushed out of Bridgestone Arena.

While performing on stage on Saturday, Rhett noticed a fan named Terry having a problem and called for medical help, Fox News reported.

“Hey, there’s somebody down here, who’s like, really hurt,” the “Angels” hitmaker announced during his show, asking if there were medical personnel in the building.

In the videos online, a stretcher can be seen being rushed out of the concert before Rhett asked his fans if they would join him in prayer.

“Father God, we just ask for healing over Terry,” Rhett said. “We know that you are the ultimate physician. We know that you are the ultimate healer. Pray for Terry’s family right now, cause [they’re] pretty scared for Terry, who’s very scared.”

“God, we know that you are a miracle worker,” he added. “We just pray over Terry and his family right now. We ask that everybody in this room, after they leave tonight, will continue to pray for Terry and his family.”

“We love you, we thank you for Jesus,” Rhett continued. We pray this in His name, Amen.”

Fans then broke into a chant of “Terry, Terry.”

The 33-year-old later shared an update on social media with fans saying Terry was “doing well” and was recovering at home.

“I’m thankful to report that Terry, who needed medical attention at last night’s show in Nashville, is home and doing well,” Rhett captioned his post on X.

“He and his family appreciate all the prayers!” his post added.  “Love y’all so much.”

It all happened on the country singer’s final night of his “Rhett’s Home Team Tour 23.”
