Conservative Broadcaster Offers Free Ads For Carhartt Competitors After Company Continues Vaccine Mandate

Conservative broadcaster Jack Posobiec, the host of “Human Events Daily,” offered free on-air spots for “any Carhartt competitors” on Wednesday after the outdoor clothing company announced it would continue to require a COVID-19 vaccine mandate despite the Supreme Court ruling against it.

Carhartt sent an email giving employees until February 15 to be vaccinated or find new employment. The announcement was made after the Supreme Court blocked the Biden administration’s OSHA COVID-19 vaccine mandate that sought to require employers with 100 more employers to require vaccination or regular testing.

“Message for any Carhartt competitors!” Posobiec wrote.

“Reach out to @HumanEvents and we will give you on-air spots gratis all week,” he added, referring to the move as “Economic Warfare.”

Later the same day, Posobiec announced the first “competitor” to reply.

Posobiec sounded off again in a post that called fans to, “Dump @Carhartt.”

Posobiec is not the only conservative to recently call for a boycott of Carhartt.

Tim Pool, the host of the “Timcast” podcast, included strong words on the vaccine mandate issue.

“How about this If you don’t want to get vaccinated and you work at Carhartt F***ing quit F** ’em,” Pool tweeted.

Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk also expressed his view regarding Carhartt in a recent post.

“Carhartt is betraying their entire customer base of hard-working Americans by forcing unconstitutional Medical Tyranny on their employees, despite the Supreme Court’s ruling. Stop buying @Carhartt until they reverse course – this is unacceptable,” Kirk wrote.

“America First” host Sebastian Gorka shared a copy of Carhartt’s recent email regarding the vaccine mandate, saying, “Never ever buy @Carhartt products again.”

The Quartering, a YouTuber who has also expressed his frustration over Carhatt’s move, contrasted the company’s decision with that of Starbucks, often known for its progressive political views, that dropped its vaccine mandate.

“Starbucks DROPPED the vaccine mandate & Carhartt double down on theirs. WHAT IS HAPPENING!!!!!!!” The Quartering tweeted on Wednesday.

The Daily Wire reported earlier on Wednesday that Starbucks Chief Operating Officer John Culver said, “We respect the court’s ruling and will comply.”

“In Tuesday’s memo, Culver said the company continues to strongly encourage vaccinations and booster shots,” the Associated Press reported. “The company also told workers on Tuesday that they shouldn’t wear cloth masks to work, and should instead use medical-grade surgical masks.”

The Daily Wire previously reported regarding Carhatt’s announcement, stating:

Carhartt CEO Mark Valade sent an email stating that all employees had to be vaccinated by February 15, or find a new job.

“We put workplace safety at the very top of our priority list and the Supreme Court’s recent ruling doesn’t impact that core value,” the email said, according to MarketWatch.

“We, and the medical community, continue to believe vaccines are necessary to ensure a safe working environment for every associate and even perhaps their households,” Valade continued. “While we appreciate that there may be differing views, workplace safety is an area where we and the union that represents our associates cannot compromise. An unvaccinated workforce is both a people and business risk that our company is unwilling to take.”
