A company in Western Australia has generated headlines over its job advertisement for a “not-woke” employee — which included a message stating that the company knows “what a woman is.”

The small IT company Wallis Computer Solutions in Dalwallinu, Australia posted an online ad that it was searching for an employee not interested in pushing their pronouns who would like to join its MSP L2+ Technician team, the New York Post reported.

“We are looking for an MSP technician who is now looking for a position in a company who is not woke and values diversity of thought,” the advertisement for the full-time job read.

Under the section of the job listing that provides “core position details,” those interested in applying were informed that there were “no requirements for pronouns” and that “we know what a woman is” — a similar phrase coined by Matt Walsh’s successful documentary “What Is A Woman?”

In the job description section, Wallis Computer Solutions promised the employee would “never be forced to get any medical treatment” and that prospective employees were “not required to have COVID vaccine or any other vaccine to work.” The job is listed as having a salary of $65,000 to $90,000 [$42,000- $58,000 USD] a year plus pension and bonuses.

Under the company’s description of “core values” there was a section that made it clear “near enough is not good enough” and that it believes its employees should “go hard or go home,” the outlet noted.

Last year, the same company got some attention when it advertised an open position for an “Unvaxxed Remote MSP Technician job.” The managing director Nathanael Wallis admitted there was more attention on his ad than expected. He said he wanted to make it clear the company’s stance on what he called the “contentious” view on the COVID vaccine, the report noted.

“Prior to the advent of the Covid-19 vaccine, I expressed to our team my conviction that medical decisions should remain a personal choice,” the director said.

“I firmly stand by this position,” he added. “It has always been, and will continue to be, the prerogative of our staff members to decide whether or not they wish to receive vaccinations (or any medical treatment).

“We respect their personal autonomy and do not seek to influence these decisions,” Wallis continued.
