CNN ROCKED: Network Faces ANOTHER Racial Discrimination Lawsuit, 200+ Accusers

CNN, which dodged a lawsuit earlier this year by 175 plaintiffs for racial discrimination, is now going to face another racial discrimination lawsuit — this time brought by over 200 African-Americans.

Daniel R. Meachum, the Atlanta lawyer who filed the first lawsuit against CNN, told Fox News that his clients’ accusations against the network are stronger now than before because more alleged victims have come forward in light of the current climate of victims speaking out against those in power.

“Educated, well-intentioned, experienced and talented African-Americans are being discriminated against,” Meachum said. “We are drafting a new complaint, line by line, addressing the issues that he outlined for us.”

Meachum said the 205 plaintiffs “are not overly sensitive, walking around with chips on their shoulder.”

The first lawsuit against the liberal network alleged that CNN gives African-Americans lower performance ratings in evaluations.

Meachum indicated that approximately 95% of the allegations made by the 205 plaintiffs occurred within the last four years.

CNN’s ratings have struggled this year as their coverage has become even more partisan. A recent Harvard study indicated that CNN’s coverage of President Trump is 93% negative.

Over the summer, CNN’s ratings were so abysmal that they were getting beaten by reruns on Nick-At-Nite during their primetime lineup.
