CNN, which dodged a lawsuit earlier this year by 175 plaintiffs for racial discrimination, is now going to face another racial discrimination lawsuit — this time brought by over 200 African-Americans.
Daniel R. Meachum, the Atlanta lawyer who filed the first lawsuit against CNN, told Fox News that his clients’ accusations against the network are stronger now than before because more alleged victims have come forward in light of the current climate of victims speaking out against those in power.
