On Thursday, actor turned New York gubernatorial candidate Cynthia Nixon referred to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) as a “terrorist Organization.”
ICE has strayed so far from its mission. It’s supposed to be here to keep Americans safe, but what it’s turned into is frankly a terrorist organization of its own that is terrorizing people who are coming to this country.
According to RealClearPolitics, since early March, polls indicate that incumbent Governor Andrew Cuomo has an approximate 33.8% advantage over Nixon going into the September 13 Democratic primary.
While Cuomo’s advantage over Nixon has dipped as low as 22 points in one of the polls, barring an unforeseen incident, it’s safe to assume the incumbent will handily win the primary, and move on to the general election on November 6.
