The internet’s reaction was no different from what happened with the Ole Miss fan who went viral in Week 1.
Unlike Sara Smith, however, this viral Florida fan made sure there was no question about her identity.
Meet Peyton Blomquist, a freshman at the University of Florida who is currently sitting at roughly 35,000 followers at the time of publication. Blomquist confirmed she was the fan who caught everyone’s attention by posting the moment she appeared on television.

The post is flooded with comments from those who saw her on their TVs Saturday afternoon, with one claiming she was at 25,000 followers just 16 hours earlier.
Judging by the comments, it wouldn’t be surprising if Blomquist made a TikTok similar to Smith’s when she exposed her DMs after her five seconds of fame.
Sport & State reached out to Blomquist for a comment on her viral moment and what comes next. At the time of publication, she had not responded.
Ole Miss may have lost to Florida on the field, but the Rebels and Gators are tied when it comes to blonde fans becoming social media stars just for supporting their schools.
