Just how dangerous are areas where a Soros-backed prosecutor serves?

Well, to put it in perspective, even county judges are getting robbed at gunpoint in the courthouse parking garages in District Attorney Pamela Price’s Alameda County.

On Thursday, Kron 4 reported that local police confirmed that three masked individuals carrying firearms mugged a judge heading into work. Per a local Fox affiliate, the victim was Judge Kevin Murphy. The individuals took his “personal belongings,” according to police. The alleged crime occurred at 8:50 a.m. local at a parking garage located right outside of the René C. Davidson Courthouse building in Alameda County.

Unfortunately for the judge, Price’s track record suggests she will go lenient on his assailants if they are ever caught.

Price, a progressive who has been supported by George Soros-funded groups in the past, has done a miserable job since coming into office earlier this year. She believes in a soft-on-crime approach, often lowering punishments for violent offenders while showing disregard for victims.

In short, Price is creating a sense of lawlessness where actual justice goes unserved. Perhaps it is no surprise then that criminals feel they can break the law — even if it is practically on the courthouse’s front steps.

Instead, Price advocates”restorative justice” — or the idea that criminals can be “restored” through community programs and other assistance. Essentially, politicians who back “restorative justice” believe that most or all crimes are committed simply because the individuals who commit them are victims of systemic racism or other oppression. So rather, than give them jail time, Price often pursues lesser charges.

If you are a victim’s family — such as the parents of 26-year-old Blake Mohs, Home Depot security guard who was killed while on duty  — then Price won’t even meet with you, much less provide specific answers as to how certain cases are unfolding. Price’s office only answered the Mohs after repeated calls and emails.

“The phone call was that Pamela Price was not going to meet with us, she was not going to have a conversation with us, and we discussed my concerns about the charges, and we were not being kept in the loop with my victim’s advocate along with the DA’s office,”  Blake’s mother Lorie Mohs said in an interview with KPIX.

Now, her son’s alleged killers are having their sentencing reduced, according to Mohs, and Price has yet to explain why.

“We should not be incarcerating them,” Price said in April of criminals. “But we should be mentoring and raising our young people and supporting them and creating restorative justice opportunities for them.”

One can only wonder what sort of “opportunities” Price will come up with for the thugs who held up the judge.
