Britney Spears definitely got everyone’s attention Monday when she posted on Instagram that she took a “pregnancy test” and said she’s “having a baby” with fiancé Sam Asghari.
“I lost so much weight to go on my Maui trip only to gain it back,” the 40-year-old pop singer captioned her post. “I thought ‘Geez … what happened to my stomach?’ My husband said ‘No, you’re food pregnant silly!'”
“So, I got a pregnancy test … and uhhhhh well … I am having a baby,” she added. ” … 4 days later I got a little more food pregnant It’s growing !!! If 2 are in there … I might just loose [sic] it. … I obviously won’t be going out as much due to the paps getting their money shot of me, like they unfortunately already have.”
“It’s hard because when I was pregnant I had perinatal depression,” Spears continued. “I have to say it is absolutely horrible … women didn’t talk about it back then … some people considered it dangerous if a woman complained like that with a baby inside her … but now women talk about it everyday. Thank Jesus we don’t have to keep that pain a reserved proper secret. This time I will be doing yoga every day !!! Spreading lots of joy and love !!!”

The “Toxic” hitmaker’s post was met with a slew of congratulatory messages from people like Paris Hilton, JWoww, and many more.
Even though Britney identifies Asghari as her husband in the post, there has been no news as to whether the two are indeed married.
The news comes after the singer previously shared with her 40 million followers that she was “thinking about having another baby” with a post in November following news of her and then-boyfriend Asghari being engaged.
“I’m thinking about having another baby !!!” the superstar singer captioned her post. “I wonder if this one is a girl … she’s on her toes reaching for something … that’s for sure !!!!”
As previously reported by The Daily Wire, Britney announced in March she was planning on “having babies” now that she’s free from her nearly 14 years under her conservatorship.
“Planning on having babies in Polynesia !!!!!!,” the 40-year-old pop singer captioned her NSFW post on Instagram.
Her post also included several racy bikini photos showing her at the beach. The pictures appeared to be taken during her recent trip with fiancé Sam Asghari to French Polynesia. The superstar singer announced in September that she and Asghari were engaged.
She also posted several other pictures from the trip and afterward shared where the two went to celebrate her fiancé’s birthday.
Britney shares two sons with her ex-husband Kevin Federline. The two were married from 2004 to 2007.
