On Tuesday, Fox News reported that Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens is expected to resign because of a sexual misconduct scandal and allegations of misuse of a charity donor list. Greitens had stated he would not quit the governorship in the face of the allegations against him.
Greitens was indicted in February on a felony invasion-of-privacy charge after a man whose wife admitted she had an extramarital affair with Greitens in March 2015 alleged that Greitens took a photo of her when she was partially nude without her permission. The woman also alleged that Greitens threatened to release photos of her if she told anyone about the affair, according to KMOV-TV.
