BREAKING: Insurance Company Pulls Advertising From Ingraham

   DailyWire.com

On Friday, an insurance company announced that they were pulling their advertisements from Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle” after far-left activist David Hogg pushed a boycott of her show in response to a mild criticism she made of him.

In an internal email circulated to employees, Liberty Mutual announced that they are no longer going to place advertisements on Laura Ingraham’s program. David H. Long, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, wrote:

As many of you know, there have been several media reports regarding TV host Laura Ingraham’s comments regarding one of the students from Parkland, FL, and Liberty Mutual Insurance’s advertising during her program. These comments are inconsistent with our values as a company, especially when it comes to treating others with dignity and respect. We are not scheduled to run any future ads on her show and will continue to analyze our advertising placements to make sure they align with our beliefs as a company.

Liberty Mutual is now the eighth company to cave to pressure as they join TripAdvisor, Expedia, Hulu, Johnson & Johnson, Wayfair, Nestlé and Nutrish.

Hogg launched his boycott because of a tweet from Ingraham that contained a news article that highlighted an interview that Hogg gave to TMZ in which he says he has gotten rejected to multiple schools.

Ingraham did not attack Hogg for not getting into college, she was simply pointing out, based on the interview that Hogg gave to TMZ, that she thought he was complaining that he hadn’t been accepted based on his anti-gun activism.
