Firefighters responded to a fire at the residence of Bill and Hillary Clinton in Chappaqua, New York on Wednesday at the home the couple has reportedly lived at for nearly two decades.
Lohud, part of the USA Today network, reports:
New Castle police have confirmed a fire at the Clintons’ home in Chappaqua.
Police declined to give further details on the fire at 15 Old House Lane where Bill and Hillary Clinton have lived for nearly 20 years after buying it for $1.7 million in 1999.
But scanner reports said it was a bedroom fire and has been extinguished.
A sheriff’s deputy, ambulance, and at least three firetrucks responded to the call at the 5,232 square foot home which sits on just over an acre of land.
The fire, which began on the second floor, reportedly “knocked down” two-time failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, although no injuries were reported.
This is a developing story, check back for details…
