With Senator John McCain’s vote today to allow debate over amendments to the Senate health care bill, a move which might foretell a repeal of Obamacare, the well-wishes of leftists everywhere filled Twitter, as they wished for the man who just revealed he is suffering from brain cancer to just die already:
