Many shows on Apple Podcast have disappeared due to an apparent back-end bug.
The company has been rolling out a new Apple Podcast experience, and the bug appears to be linked to an updated Apple Podcast Connect. The updated tool was designed to help content creators manage and organize shows on Apple’s podcast platform; however, it appears to have caused a system-wide error affecting access to podcast episodes for some of those creators.
The apparent bug has affected The Daily Wire’s content library, including recent episodes of The Ben Shapiro Show, The Matt Walsh Show, and The Michael Knowles Show. The home page for each of The Daily Wire’s podcast hosts, including Andrew Klavan and Candace Owens, is also not viewable on Apple mobile devices or Apple computers.
Platforms outside of Apple, including Spotify and YouTube, have not been affected by the bug. The Daily Wire is working to resolve the issue.
