Illegal aliens aren’t content to be in America, receiving free education, government handouts, free health care. They want more, and they’ve decided to make the top Senate Democrat — one of their most vocal champions — the next target.
Supporters of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) executive order issued by former president Barack Obama but rescinded by President Trump swarmed around Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer’s home in New York City, chanting and banging on plastic buckets.
The federal government shut down for 70 hours over the weekend in part of DACA children — called “Dreamers” by Democrats — but also because Schumer refused to negotiate a deal with Trump, who wants increased security and a wall on America’s southern border.
The protesters seemed to be blaming Schumer for the fiasco.
“If Chuck won’t let us dream, we won’t let him sleep!” the protesters yelled.
Later they chanted: “Say it loud, say it clear, immigrants are welcome here!”
“If we don’t get it, shut it down!” they shouted outside his townhouse. Often, they chanted in Spanish. “When our rights are on the line, we need action now!”
At one point, they chanted about increased “anxiety.”
Only in America, eh?
