<p>United States Attorney General Pam Bondi announced on Friday federal murder charges against three alleged MS-13 gang members, warning other gang members to “self-deport right now because we&#8217;re coming after you.”</p>
<p>“Nine MS-13 terrorists have been taken off our streets and four cold murder cases have been solved thanks to the great investigative work of the FBI and our law enforcement partners,” Bondi stated. “Let this be a lesson: no matter how long it takes, we will never give up in our pursuit of justice.”</p>
<p>A total of nine suspected MS-13 gang members have now been arrested in connection to four murder cases in South Florida in 2014 and 2015 as part of the Trump administration’s relentless crackdown on the violent gang.</p>
<p>The cases went cold for years, only being reopened in 2020.</p>
<p>Bondi said the three suspects are connected to the brutal killing of a suspected rival gang member in Florida in 2015, in which the victim was <a href="https://nypost.com/2025/04/04/us-news/alleged-ms-13-gang-members-charged-in-brutal-florida-murder/">stabbed</a> more than 100 times and then shot, per the New York Post.</p>
<p>“More arrests are coming,” Bondi said at a press conference with law enforcement officials in Fort Lauderdale. “If you are a gang member living in this country, I’d self-deport right now because we’re coming after you.”</p>
<p>Six other alleged MS-13 members were charged in three separate killings, all characterized by extreme violence and carried out using knives, machetes, and firearms.</p>
<p>“These gangs are organized. They are terrorists. And look at these guys, they thought they got away with it for almost a decade, but they did not,” Bondi said, “They are living among us because they think they can get away with this, and they cannot.”</p>
<p>The Trump administration has worked closely with state and local law enforcement in fighting MS-13 in recent months, with those most recent arrests being a part of a multi-agency operation named Operation Sombra De La Bestia, or Operation Shadow of the Beast.</p>
<p>“It doesn&#8217;t matter when you committed the crime. It doesn&#8217;t matter what part of this world you&#8217;re from. If you come here in this community and decide that you&#8217;re going to take a life, we&#8217;re going to unleash every single resource to bring you to justice,” Broward County Sheriff Gregory Tony <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/us/4-florida-homicides-connected-ruthless-ms-13-gang-solved-bondi">said</a> at the press conference.</p>

<p>MS-13 originated as a street gang in Los Angeles, but has grown into a transnational organization with strongholds in El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, and Mexico.</p>
<p>“These vicious and callous acts by MS-13 not only shattered lives but also undermined the safety and security of South Florida communities,” said Hayden P. O’Byrne, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida.</p>
