President Barack Obama has essentially endorsed the Black Lives Matter movement, which has waged a war against cops.

Obama defended the movement at a forum hosted by The Marshall Project on criminal justice reform, saying that Black Lives Matter is focusing on "legitimate issues" in the black community, such as excessive force and stop-and-frisk.

"The African-American community is not just making this up," Obama said. "It is real, and there is a history behind it and we have to take it seriously."

"I think everybody understands 'all lives matter,'" the president said, repeating a phrase for which the BLM movement has shouted other politicians off the stage for uttering. "Everybody wants strong, effective law enforcement, everybody wants their kids to be safe when they’re walking to school, nobody wants to see police officers, who are doing their job fairly, hurt."

Members of the Obama administration have sought input from Black Lives Matter activists on various issues.

Black Lives Matter is a virulently anti-police movement. Many of their activists wear shirts saying "Assata Taught Me." "Assata" is a reference to Assata Shakur, also known as Joanne Chesimard, who murdered a New Jersey state trooper in 1973. Shakur was convicted for the murder, but escaped to Cuba, and to this day she is still wanted by the FBI.

Rallies with Black Lives Matter activists have featured chants inciting the targetign of police officers, most notably "Pigs in a blanket, fry ’em like bacon." A prominent Black Lives Matter radio talk show host called "King Noble" has also called for a race war against whites and police officers in an Internet broadcast on BlogTalkRadio.

"Today, we live in a time when the white man will be picked off, and there’s nothing he can do about it," Noble said. "His day is up, his time is up. We will witness more executions and killing of white people and cops than we ever have before. It’s about to go down. It’s open season on killing white people and crackas."

The Black Lives Matter movement doesn't actually care about black lives, as The Daily Wire editor-in-chief Ben Shapiro explains in this video:

Obama himself has constantly sided against police. In 2009, he said the police "acted stupidly" in arresting Cambridge Professor Henry Louis Gates, even though his arrest was justified. Obama has publicly honored the deaths of Michael Brown and Freddie Gray, yet ignored a white police officer who was murdered.

Obama is basically Black Lives Matter activist. Problem is, he's president of the United States.
