An international aid worker who worked in Gaza in July has accused United Nations agencies of inhibiting the delivery of aid to Gaza, as well as blocking the efforts of the Israel Defense Forces and Gaza Humanitarian Foundation to deliver food and aid. He also questioned whether the refusal to coordinate with Israel Defense Forces was at the direction of the UN Secretary General.
The whistleblower’s report to the Inspector General of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) alleged &#8220;gross misconduct and misuse of humanitarian funds by the World Food Programme and other U.N. Agencies,&#8221; <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/world/exclusive-whistleblower-alleges-misconduct-united-nations-gaza">Fox News Digital</a> reports. The whistleblower also attested that there was “no evidence of ‘starvation’ or ‘famine’ in Gaza. There are pockets of severe hunger, but they are not systematic or pervasive.&#8221;
The report delineates “a firsthand eyewitnessing of senior Israel Defense Forces (IDF) officials offering any support necessary, including security protection and coordination, to representatives from the World Food Programme (WFP) and the U.N. Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) only to have WFP and OCHA respond that they were not prepared to discuss such coordination.”
“The IDF is actively helping the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation get food into the hands of civilians while U.N. agencies, including WFP and OCHA, through their unwillingness to coordinate with the IDF, are inhibiting the distribution of such aid,” the whistleblower reported, adding, “As has been recently shown through openly available imagery, the IDF has provided clearance for thousands of tons of U.N. humanitarian goods that are now sitting inside of Gaza, awaiting distribution. The U.N. must be held accountable to pick up and distribute such aid. I urge you to launch an independent investigation into this matter to determine the extent to which U.N. agencies, by refusing to coordinate with the IDF on essential issues, including security, are abusing U.S. taxpayer funds rather than using them to deliver the aid the American people are donating – and whether such actions are being taken independently by U.N. officials in Gaza or at the direction of the U.N. Secretary General or other senior U.N. officials in New York.”

“There is a concerted effort to discredit GHF and any attempts to provide aid out of [the] U.N.,” the whistleblower informed Fox News Digital.
“The fact of the matter remains that GHF is a threat to how Hamas functions and enriches itself because GHF provides meals to those in need with safeguards to minimize Hamas from stealing. This is why Hamas continues to attack GHF aid sites,” a senior U.S. State Department official told Fox News Digital. “Aid diversion to terrorists frequently occurs in conflict zones under Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) control. It is a moral and legal obligation, and our duty to the American taxpayer, to work with our partners to ensure this ends immediately. There is endless video evidence of Hamas looting, not to mention members of the aid-industrial complex who have admitted that looting exists by reporting it as &#8216;self-distribution,&#8217; in a poor attempt at an aid corruption coverup.&#8221;

Right now, the U.S. Supreme Court faces a crucial test: deciding whether states can criminalize undercover journalism simply because those in power dislike being recorded. At stake is more than just one organization’s right to expose wrongdoing — it’s about safeguarding free speech and transparency in an era increasingly defined by censorship and institutional distrust.
Project Veritas, known for undercover exposés revealing abuses within powerful institutions, recently petitioned the Supreme Court to challenge Oregon’s restrictive recording law. This statute demands that anyone recording in even the most public of places notify everyone else that they are being recorded. But there’s a rub: the state doles about permission slips making it easier to record some subjects, but not others. In short, Oregon law says you can easily record police abuse but not a school administrator admitting to indoctrinating students.
This arbitrary distinction represents precisely the kind of content-based speech restriction the First Amendment prohibits. It gives state authorities unchecked power to silence investigative efforts those in power dislike while permitting other investigations deemed politically acceptable.
Daily Wire readers should understand these implications clearly. The conservative movement has seen firsthand how selective enforcement of “privacy” laws punishes those uncovering inconvenient truths. Consider the notorious prosecution of David Daleiden and his investigation into Planned Parenthood. Instead of pursuing Planned Parenthood, California authorities, led by then-Attorney General Kamala Harris, targeted Daleiden himself.
Matt Walsh <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/walsh-california-prosecuting-journalists-doing-matt-walsh" target="_blank" rel="noopener">aptly warned</a> at the time that such prosecutions could “criminalize all forms of undercover journalism.” Walsh was right: when governments can weaponize privacy laws against whistleblowers, corruption thrives unchecked. We’d like to stop that.
Project Veritas’s case underscores this danger. If Oregon’s law stands, it sets a precedent emboldening other states to enact similarly repressive measures. Such laws don’t merely threaten controversial groups like Project Veritas — they imperil every citizen-journalist, whistleblower, and parent aiming to hold those in power accountable.
Imagine parents secretly recording school officials implementing extremist curricula, or a VA hospital employee documenting abuse against veterans. Under Oregon’s model, these citizen-journalists become criminals rather than heroes. Balderdash.
Critics argue undercover journalism invades privacy. Yet, there’s a critical difference between personal privacy and public accountability. Recording private citizens’ truly private conversations — happening, say in someone’s home or a doctor’s office — is rightly protected against. But public officials and newsworthy figures talking about bad deeds or public policy in public must not be shielded from scrutiny.
The hypocrisy here is glaring. Legacy media applauded secret recordings like the Access Hollywood tapes or Greenpeace’s hidden-camera sting of Exxon executives because these aligned politically with their interests. Yet conservative-leaning investigations face condemnation and criminalization. Oregon’s law codifies this double standard into state policy, echoing Orwell’s chilling warning in &#8220;Animal Farm,&#8221; “All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.” The state now decides whose truths may be exposed and whose must remain hidden, a hallmark of dystopian control.
Today, Americans distrust legacy media precisely because traditional reporting methods often fail to reveal the full truth. In our digital age, audiences demand — and deserve — objective evidence. Hidden cameras have become essential tools for accountability journalism, offering unfiltered glimpses into realities otherwise obscured by spin, stonewalling, and hidden agendas.
If the Supreme Court allows Oregon to criminalize this essential method of truth-gathering, it cripples the First Amendment. Citizen-journalism, which Daily Wire audiences rightly value, becomes vulnerable nationwide. The justices must affirm a core constitutional principle: truth doesn’t need permission from those hiding it. Our American guarantee of free speech supports rigorous, bold investigations capable of exposing hidden abuses. In 2025, undercover journalism isn’t a fringe tactic — it’s a fundamental aspect of free inquiry and transparency.
It’s time the Supreme Court rejects Oregon’s unconstitutional censorship. America needs more citizen-journalism, not less. The freedom to expose wrongdoing must remain protected — even if it makes the powerful uncomfortable.

Two Internal Revenue Service (IRS) whistleblowers are receiving promotions after they were &#8220;wrongfully targeted&#8221; following their testimony on embattled former first son Hunter Biden&#8217;s tax evasion, according to a Tuesday <a href="https://home.treasury.gov/news/press-releases/sb0052" target="_blank" rel="noopener">press release</a> from the U.S. Treasury Department.
The release indicated that Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler would be given new roles as Senior Advisors within the Treasury Department, and that part of their job would be to &#8220;drive much-needed cultural reform within the IRS.&#8221;
&#8220;The United States Department of the Treasury and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) today announced that the two IRS whistleblowers who had been wrongfully targeted for investigating Hunter Biden’s evasion of taxes on his $8.3 million income would be brought in to the U.S. Department of Treasury as Senior Advisors,&#8221; the press release stated.
What followed was a statement from Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, who added, &#8220;I am pleased to welcome Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler to the Treasury Department, where they will help us drive much-needed cultural reform within the IRS. These veteran civil servants join us to help further the agency’s focus on collections, modernization, and customer service, so we can deliver a more effective and efficient IRS experience for hardworking American taxpayers. I appreciate Senator Grassley’s efforts in Congress to support whistleblower protections in order to improve transparency, accountability and root out the culture of retaliation.&#8221;
The release concluded, &#8220;Shapley and Ziegler, who spent years working on the Hunter Biden tax evasion case, came forward in 2022 and subsequently faced political persecution by the IRS, including several attempts to discredit their reputations and ruin their careers.&#8221;
Both <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/smear-irs-whistleblower-responds-to-hunter-biden-lawsuit-targeting-him" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Shapley</a> and Ziegler were named in a lawsuit filed by Hunter Biden&#8217;s attorneys, alleging that they had made confidential tax information public in their testimonies.
&#8220;This suit against the IRS is just another frivolous smear by Biden family attorneys trying to turn people’s attention away from Hunter Biden’s own legal problems and intimidate any current and future whistleblowers,&#8221; Shapley responded at the time through his own legal team.

The Babylon Bee&#8217;s sister site has taken legal action in a high-profile case brought by the Justice Department against Texas Children&#8217;s Hospital whistleblower Eithan Haim, calling for certain public dockets to be unsealed.
Represented by The Dhillon Law Group, &#8220;Not the Bee&#8221; is asking that the court unseal &#8220;critical documents&#8221; in Haim&#8217;s case, arguing that they were sealed without clear justification. Unlike its satirical sister site, Not The Bee posts and promotes real news stories that are so absurd or outlandish sounding that they could be satire.
That includes the proceedings surrounding Haim, whom the Justice Department has targeted for exposing a children&#8217;s hospital for performing gender transition procedures on children. Not the Bee is interested in publishing news coverage of Haim&#8217;s case to &#8220;draw attention to the absurd fact that when a doctor exposed highly unethical medical practices, it was the doctor who faced criminal prosecution, despite his whistleblower status.&#8221;
&#8220;This case warrants maximum transparency,&#8221; the site argues in the filing, dated November 25, and filed in the United States District Court of Texas, Houston Division. &#8220;The unprecedented investigation and prosecution of Dr. Eithan Haim has been covered by many media outlets and news websites, including Not the Bee, and is a topic of conversation among prominent politicians, intellectuals, and legal commentators, as well as the public at large.&#8221;

&#8220;The press and public have demonstrated substantial interest in Dr. Haim’s whistleblowing, the medical procedures on minors that are the subject of his revelations, the misconduct by the government in pursuing this prosecution, and the various setbacks that the government has faced in attempting to criminalize Dr. Haim’s efforts to bring to light the illegal conduct of Texas Children’s Hospital,&#8221; they added.
Not The Bee argues that it has standing to challenge the sealing of the documents since it is a member of the press, and the public and wants to obtain access to information concerning judicial proceedings. It also argues that the government hasn&#8217;t demonstrated any legitimate grounds for sealing the documents, &#8220;let alone the heightened grounds necessary to suppress the public&#8217;s First Amendment right of access to criminal proceedings and the press&#8217;s right to gather the news.&#8221;

“Transparency in this case is essential — not just for justice but for public trust in the system,” Dhillon Law Group Founder and Managing Partner Harmeet Dhillon said in a <a href="https://www.dhillonlaw.com/lawsuits/not-the-bee-llc-moves-to-intervene-and-unseal-in-usa-v-dr-eithan-haim/">statement</a> this week. “The requested sealing [of] these documents is inconsistent with applicable law, violates the public right to examine the government’s conduct, and further would deprive the public of the First Amendment right to hear commentary about a matter of significant public interest — namely, the prosecution of a whistleblower raising alarm about alleged medical misconduct and mistreatment of minors in Texas.”
Haim <a href="https://www.city-journal.org/article/doj-indicts-doctor-who-exposed-the-barbarism-of-gender-affirming-care">blew the whistle</a> on Texas Children’s in May 2023, in an <a href="https://www.city-journal.org/article/sex-change-procedures-at-texas-childrens-hospital">explosive story</a> published by journalist Christopher Rufo, alleging that the hospital had lied about ending its transgender medical program and was still performing attempted transition procedures on children as young as 11.
In June 2023, Haim received a home visit from federal agents, and learned the Justice Department was targeting him. On June 17, the Justice Department announced that it had indicted Haim for &#8220;obtaining protected individual health information for patients that were not under his care and without authorization.&#8221; If convicted, <a href="https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdtx/pr/doctor-charged-unauthorized-access-personal-information-pediatric-patients-texas">he faces up to 10 years in prison</a> and a $250,000 maximum possible fine.
In a post on X on Sunday, Haim argued that the Justice Department&#8217;s justification for a gag order is that they are concerned with &#8220;online bullying.&#8221;
&#8220;This perfectly encapsulates the defining feature of the modern day woke aristocrat,&#8221; he wrote. &#8220;They zealously deploy the threat or the outright use of state-sanctioned violence against those who challenge their political ideology yet cast themselves as the victim when regular citizens stand up, take notice, and utilize their first amendment right to criticize their tyrannical behavior. These prosecutors have no qualms about sending me to prison for a decade. They have no problem inventing new crimes to do so.&#8221;

The Justice Department has no problem with any of the things he had previously mentioned, Haim, argued but they do have &#8220;a major problem with anyone noticing it happening.&#8221;
&#8220;Their corrupt gambit relies on the silence of their target to legitimize their corruption,&#8221; he added. &#8220;In my case, they knocked on the wrong door. I simply refuse to voluntarily comply with my own destruction.&#8221;

The <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/internal-revenue-service-irs" target="_blank" rel="noopener">IRS</a> agents who raised concerns about how the inquiry into <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/hunter-biden" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hunter Biden</a> was proceeding were surprised by a congratulatory email from a supervisor after the first son <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/hunter-biden-pleads-guilty-to-all-tax-crimes" target="_blank" rel="noopener">pleaded guilty</a> to a slew of federal tax charges last month, according to a report released Tuesday.
Journalist Catherine Herridge revealed the email and published video of an interview with IRS investigators <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/ex-fbi-agent-says-irs-whistleblower-was-right-bidens-were-tipped-off-during-investigation" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler</a>, who last year emerged as whistleblowers alleging the probe had been slow-walked by top officials in a way that could have precluded charges.
&#8220;I just wanted to take a moment and thank you all for your efforts in the investigation and conviction on the Sportsman investigation,&#8221; said the email, a copy of which Herridge posted to X with the names of the sender and recipients other than Shapley and Ziegler redacted.

Herridge said in her video report that Shapley and Ziegler were &#8220;shocked&#8221; by the email. During the interview, she asked them to respond to what the email said.
&#8220;I honestly couldn&#8217;t believe that it happened,&#8221; Ziegler said. &#8220;I literally — the first person that I called was Gary, and I&#8217;m like, &#8216;Can you believe that this was sent?'&#8221;

Shapley told Herridge: &#8220;Those are words that are not supported by the actions of the agency.&#8221;
After reading aloud the last sentence of the email&#8217;s message, Herridge looked at Shapley and said, &#8220;I almost see you rolling your eyes as I read this. Now you&#8217;re shaking your head.&#8221;
Shapley declared: &#8220;This to me was someone who knows that [an] IRS watchdog right now is looking into the way that they&#8217;ve handled this and they see the writing on the wall, and this really is an example of just covering their backside like a true bureaucracy.&#8221;
While Hunter Biden has <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/hunter-biden-sues-irs-over-whistleblower-leaks" target="_blank" rel="noopener">sued</a> the IRS over the alleged inappropriate release of confidential taxpayer information, Shapley and Ziegler insist they have followed the proper whistleblower procedures and recently <a href="https://empowr.us/icymi-irs-whistleblowers-file-defamation-lawsuit-against-biden-attorney-abbe-lowell/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">filed a defamation lawsuit</a> against the first son&#8217;s lawyer, Abbe Lowell.
The guilty plea in the tax case took place in California. Biden was also <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/hunter-biden-guilty-on-all-counts-in-gun-case" target="_blank" rel="noopener">convicted</a> this year in a drug case in Delaware. Charges in these matters arose following the collapse of what critics panned as a &#8220;sweetheart&#8221; plea deal in the investigation led by special counsel David Weiss.
During the interview, Shapley claimed the IRS had essentially sidelined him and that his career &#8220;is over&#8221; while Ziegler decried being &#8220;up against a machine that has millions of dollars, that has the ability to fight me and to really wear you down.&#8221;
Herridge&#8217;s video noted that the IRS did not respond for comment and Hunter Biden&#8217;s attorney did not answer questions before publication.

Hawley explained in the letter that the whistleblower had pointed to what he called &#8220;known vulnerabilities&#8221; in the fence line around Trump&#8217;s golf course — and that typically, agents were positioned to mitigate the risks posed by those &#8220;vulnerabilities.&#8221; But according to the whistleblower&#8217;s allegations, they did not &#8220;post up&#8221; agents in those spots on Sunday — and as a result, Trump&#8217;s would-be shooter was able to hole up along the perimeter for 12 hours without detection.

The new allegations, Hawley said — in addition to the Secret Service&#8217;s failure to disclose whether drones or other surveillance tactics had been employed along the fence line at any point prior to the discovery of the suspect — raised five very important questions:

<li>Did Secret Service personnel &#8220;post up&#8221; at known vulnerabilities in the perimeter fencing?</li>
<li>Did Secret Service personnel sweep the perimeter prior to the former president&#8217;s arrival on the site?</li>
<li>Did Secret Service use canine units or Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) elements to monitor the perimeter of the golf course? How were they used?</li>
<li>If counter-surveillance personnel were present at the golf course on September 15, as you stated at a recent press conference, in what manner were they deployed? Why did they not detect the gunman sooner?</li>
<li>What was the specific counter-surveillance mitigation plan for the known vulnerabilities outside the fence line that day?</li>

Hawley has been <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/josh-hawley-went-to-trump-rally-site-for-answers-the-fbi-shut-him-out">pressing the Secret Service</a> for answers since the first attempt on Trump&#8217;s life revealed catastrophic failures in security at the rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13. As a result of those failures, Trump was shot in the ear. Two other rally-goers were also injured in the shooting, and firefighter <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-kisses-helmet-of-slain-firefighter-calls-for-moment-of-silence-in-his-honor">Corey Comperatore</a> was shot and killed while shielding his family members with his body.

Texas Children&#8217;s Hospital in Houston is the largest children&#8217;s hospital in the world. They treat more than four million patients under the age of 21 every year, most of them minors. And because of the hospital&#8217;s size and prestige, what happens at TCH doesn&#8217;t just affect those patients. What happens at TCH also influences how other major children&#8217;s hospitals all around the country conduct their operations.
That&#8217;s what makes the reporting out of Texas Children&#8217;s Hospital this year — most of it done by Chris Rufo — impossible to ignore. In the span of a little over a year, two whistleblowers have come forward to allege that TCH is systemically deceiving the public and potentially violating the law.
The first whistleblower, a general surgeon named Eithan Haim, provided records to Rufo which demonstrated that TCH had not, in fact, shut down its child sex-change program as promised. This was significant because the attorney general of Texas, Ken Paxton, had just released a legal opinion stating that child sex-change surgeries — as well as cross-sex hormone treatments — constitutes child abuse under Texas law. So TCH claimed that they shut the program down in order to avoid prosecution. As the hospital put it, they wanted to:
<blockquote>safeguard our health care professionals and impacted families from potential criminal legal ramification.</blockquote>
So they stood by the child sterilization, but they said they had no choice but to comply with the attorney general.
According to Rufo&#8217;s reporting, Haim provided redacted records proving that TCH then quietly restarted the program without informing the public. In effect, they didn&#8217;t really shut it down at all. Haim didn&#8217;t give Rufo any personally identifying information about any patients, and no personally identifiable information was ever released publicly. He provided only the information that was necessary to verify that TCH was continuing to perform procedures related to child sex-changes, in apparent defiance of the attorney general.
For example, the records reportedly demonstrated that TCH allowed a doctor to, “insert a non-biodegradable drug delivery implant” into an 11-year-old girl who identified as transgender. The records also indicated that several children between the ages of 11 and 15 received these implants, among many other procedures.
The Texas legislature clearly thought Haim&#8217;s revelations were worth acting on. The very next day after Rufo published his report on Haim&#8217;s claims, the Texas legislature voted — in bipartisan fashion — to ban so-called &#8220;gender-affirming care&#8221; for minors. So the attorney general&#8217;s legal opinion wasn&#8217;t just an opinion anymore. It was binding on hospitals like TCH.

On these facts, there&#8217;s no question that Eithan Haim is a whistleblower by any definition.
He chose to risk career — which was just beginning — to provide information that his employer might be systematically violating the law. And not just any law — but a law designed to protect children from being abused and permanently sterilized. On top of that, Haim&#8217;s evidence indicated that TCH might be lying to the public, which is a pretty big deal when you&#8217;re talking about a children&#8217;s hospital. If they&#8217;re willing to lie about castrating children, it might lead you to wonder what else they&#8217;re willing to lie about, and how deep the corruption goes. Haim&#8217;s disclosures directly led to a substantial change in Texas law, in record time, which means that by definition, they were highly relevant to the public interest. You cannot define &#8220;whistleblower&#8221; anymore clearly than this.
But Joe Biden and Kamala Harris&#8217; DOJ didn&#8217;t see it that way.
A month later, they sent federal agents to his door to inform him that he was under investigation for HIPAA violations.

So according to the DOJ, Eithan Haim wanted to cause &#8220;malicious harm&#8221; to the hospital. They&#8217;re not concerned about the permanent harm that this massive and well-funded hospital may be causing to children. Instead, the prosecutors are worried about the &#8220;harm&#8221; that the hospital might suffer when the public learns what it&#8217;s doing, in defiance of the attorney general and Texas law.
This is a hospital that, by the way, receives a lot of money and tax breaks from the government. We have every right to know what it&#8217;s doing. But apparently the hospital&#8217;s employees are not allowed to &#8220;harm&#8221; the hospital by informing the public about the procedures they&#8217;re performing.
You might remember that Democrats didn&#8217;t always treat whistleblowers this way. During the Trump administration, a CIA operative who was assigned to the White House leaked classified recordings of Trump to Adam Schiff. That led to the first impeachment trial. We weren&#8217;t even allowed to know the CIA operative&#8217;s name at any point during the proceedings. Corporate media outlets refused to tell us. Even in Congress, lawmakers were told it was off-limits to reveal his identity. John Roberts, who was presiding over the impeachment, enforced that rule. This was a &#8220;whistleblower&#8221; who wasn&#8217;t even alleging that Trump had violated any law. And yet, this CIA employee was treated with such reverence that, to this day, we&#8217;re not allowed to say his name in public.
But Eithan Haim — who actually displayed real bravery, and who disclosed relevant information about a children&#8217;s hospital — now faces up to a decade in prison if convicted. His life gets destroyed and his career is ended, all for telling the truth. And he&#8217;s not the only one.
This week, a nurse named Vanessa Sivadge revealed that she was recently fired by Texas Children&#8217;s Hospital. Her crime was alleging that TCH bills Medicaid to provide puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones to children, in violation of federal law. TCH immediately denied this allegation.
Then the Biden administration sent more federal agents to harass her at her home, because that&#8217;s what happens when you start saying inconvenient things about so-called &#8220;gender affirming care.&#8221; Watch:

The only reason these agents showed up to Sivadge&#8217;s home was to intimidate her. They weren&#8217;t there to arrest her. They weren&#8217;t there to inform her that she was the target of any investigation. The point was to imply that she&#8217;d better keep her mouth shut because the federal government was watching her.
In a letter to Rufo, Sivadge said she had attempted to transfer away from the endocrine unit as a last-ditch effort to avoid working in this area of so-called medicine, but the hospital refused her request:
<blockquote>This past Friday on August 16, TCH fired me effective immediately. This is unlawful for two reasons: it is retaliation for my coming forward with information on TCH’s egregious pattern of deception and Medicaid fraud, and this action also illegally disregarded my request to transfer due to my belief that these procedures provide irreversible harm and lifelong regret to children confused by their sex.</blockquote>
If it&#8217;s true that TCH is defrauding Medicaid, it wouldn&#8217;t be particularly surprising. Last year, I posted a Twitter thread looking to two of the largest so-called &#8220;trans healthcare&#8221; providers, known as Plume and Folx. And both of these providers indicated that they diagnose patients with &#8220;dysphoria,&#8221; even if they don&#8217;t really have it, in order to ensure that insurance pays out. In fact, Folx openly admitted doing this on their website. This is the kind of apparent fraud that can take place openly when your industry has the full backing of the Biden DOJ. When you know the government&#8217;s on your side, you can admit to fraud in public and no one does anything. It&#8217;s the people who point out the fraud who get harassed and even jailed.
What&#8217;s particularly troubling about the situation at TCH is that Vanessa Sivadge was clearly in a position to know if the hospital was defrauding Medicaid. She interacted with doctors who were ordering various procedures and medications, and she coordinated prescription refills all the time. She once taught a child how to inject sex-change hormones. It was her job, which she performed up until the moment she realized how immoral it was.
As Sivadge put it:
<blockquote>In the cardiac clinic, we were taking sick kids and making them better. In the transgender clinic, it was the opposite. We were harming these kids.</blockquote>
So there&#8217;s only two possibilities here. Either this nurse is, for some reason, lying about her own first-hand observations, knowing it would completely destroy her career and her life. Or, like Eithan Haim, she&#8217;s telling the truth. And right now the latter explanation seems a lot more believable.
In response to her termination, Sivadge <a href="https://x.com/V_Sivadge/status/1825580932385956052" target="_blank" rel="noopener">posted</a> just two words on social media: &#8220;Worth it.&#8221;
That&#8217;s the kind of response you&#8217;d expect from someone who knows that the Texas attorney general&#8217;s investigation is going to validate everything she said. It&#8217;s a rare example of bravery in an industry that&#8217;s sorely lacking it. And it&#8217;s exactly what it will take to end this insanity and stop the mutilation and sterilization of children. 
These two whistleblowers alone have had a major impact. What happens next at Texas Children&#8217;s Hospital could determine what happens not just to the millions of children in their care, but to all the other children&#8217;s hospitals that look to TCH for guidance.
What&#8217;s needed now is for more whistleblowers to come forward, to follow their conscience and to expose this fraudulent industry for what it is.

An employee of the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/fbi" target="_blank" rel="noopener">FBI</a> had his security clearance revoked after the bureau investigated his support for former President <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/donald-trump" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Donald Trump</a> and opposition to COVID vaccines, according to a <a href="https://empowr.us/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/2024-06-08-TL-to-DOJ-OIG-Protected-Disclosure-FINAL-REDACTED.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">complaint</a> made public on Monday after it was recently filed against the Justice Department. 
The complaint, sent to DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz by the government watchdog group Empower Oversight, claims that an FBI employee was punished by the bureau over his politically conservative views. According to documents included in the complaint, the FBI interviewed people familiar with the employee about his stances on Trump, COVID, and January 6. 
The FBI’s Security Division conducted the probe, referred to in the complaint as SecD. The investigation into the 12-year FBI employee was launched after he self-reported that he had been present in Washington, D.C., on January 6, 2021. The employee&#8217;s name was redacted from the copy of the complaint made visible to the public. 
According to the filing, the employee, who was on personal leave, peacefully observed the protests near the Capitol on January 6, 2021. In April 2022, the employee had his security clearance revoked, and he was suspended without pay after the FBI investigated his political viewpoints. 
“I write today to formally disclose to you on our client&#8217;s behalf shocking documents in SecD&#8217;s investigative file that evidence an abuse of authority and a violation of our client&#8217;s rights under the First Amendment,” Empower Oversight President Tristan Leavitt wrote. “The documents appear to demonstrate SecD&#8217;s political bias and abuse of the security clearance process to purge the FBI of employees who expressed disfavored political views or concerns about the COVID-19 vaccine requirement.”
The Security Division asked those familiar with the employee multiple questions, including whether he had vocalized “support for President Trump,” vocalized “objection to Covid-19 vaccination,” and discussed “intent to attend 01/06/2021.”
Notes from interviewees <a href="https://empowr.us/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/2024-06-08-TL-to-DOJ-OIG-Protected-Disclosure-FINAL-REDACTED.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told</a> the FBI that the employee was a “gun nut” who attended a Second Amendment rally in Virginia but that he had not promoted violence. 
On the Trump questions, it was noted that the employee “very significantly supported&#8221; Trump and &#8220;would listen to talk shows. Trump did not lose. Dems stole it. Militant point of view. Never implied would do anything aggressive/physical.&#8221;

“The three pre-printed questions that SecD asked our client&#8217;s fellow employees show that the FBI systematically compelled them to report on our client&#8217;s personal political beliefs and views of the COVID-19 vaccine,” the complaint says. “The information SecD compelled FBI employees to disclose about our client is completely irrelevant to any legitimate security risk determination, and reliance on it to revoke a security clearance obviously violates the First Amendment.”
After the FBI suspended him, the employee retired and made protected whistleblower disclosures to the House Judiciary Committee, which has been investigating the weaponization of intelligence agencies. Last week, the FBI <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/fbi-reinstates-security-clearance-of-agent-who-passed-on-info-that-questioned-the-official-narrative-of-january-6" target="_blank" rel="noopener">restored</a> the security clearance of a former FBI agent who claimed the bureau <a href="https://x.com/JudiciaryGOP/status/1659202985677967365" target="_blank" rel="noopener">retaliated</a> against him after he passed along information that challenged the “official narrative” of January 6.

The <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/fbi" target="_blank" rel="noopener">FBI</a> has restored the security clearance of a former FBI agent who claimed the bureau engaged in whistleblower <a href="https://x.com/JudiciaryGOP/status/1659202985677967365" target="_blank" rel="noopener">retaliation</a> against him after he passed along information that challenged the &#8220;official narrative&#8221; of the Capitol breach on January 6, 2021.
Marcus Allen, a staff operations specialist at the FBI&#8217;s field office in Charlotte, North Carolina, who <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2023/05/17/us/politics/fbi-security-clearance-jan-6.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">lost access</a> to &#8220;Top Secret&#8221; materials before he testified to Congress last year, received notice of the decision in a May 31 letter from the bureau.
&#8220;My decision to reinstate your security clearance is based upon a determination that the original security concerns have been investigated and have been sufficiently mitigated,&#8221; a human resources official <a href="https://x.com/EMPOWR_us/status/1798023869871370268" target="_blank" rel="noopener">wrote</a> to Allen.
Empower Oversight, one of the groups representing Allen as he fought for reinstatement, <a href="https://empowr.us/fbi-whistleblowers-security-clearance-reinstated-in-full/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> a settlement had separately been reached that restored 27 months of back pay and benefits the FBI withheld after Allen&#8217;s initial suspension in February 2022. Allen resigned from the FBI effective Monday.
&#8220;While I feel vindicated now in getting back my security clearance, it is sad that in the country I fought for as a Marine, the FBI was allowed to lie about my loyalty to the U.S. for two years,&#8221; said Allen.
&#8220;Unless there is accountability, it will keep happening to others,&#8221; Allen added. &#8220;Better oversight and changes to security clearance laws are key to stop abuses suffered by whistleblowers like me.&#8221;

Along with two other FBI whistleblowers — former FBI special agents Garret O’Boyle and Steve Friend — Allen <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/former-fbi-official-tells-house-republicans-bureau-denied-agents-j6-riot-footage-to-protect-assets-informants-present-at-u-s-capitol" target="_blank" rel="noopener">appeared</a> before a House panel last May. The FBI <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2023/05/17/us/politics/fbi-security-clearance-jan-6.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">revealed</a> to Congress that all three of their security clearances had been revoked just before the hearing took place.
In his testimony, Allen <a href="https://judiciary.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/republicans-judiciary.house.gov/files/evo-media-document/allen-testimony.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">claimed</a> that the bureau retaliated against him as a whistleblower after he shared with superiors and others information that &#8220;questioned the official narrative&#8221; of the events of January 6.

Empower Oversight has <a href="https://empowr.us/empower-oversight-president-tristan-leavitt-and-whistleblowers-testify-about-federal-government-weaponization/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">noted</a> Allen forwarded news articles &#8220;<a href="https://empowr.us/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/2023-04-26-Marcus-Allen-PPD-19-complaint.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">raising concerns</a>&#8221; that FBI Director Christopher Wray had been untruthful during testimony before the Senate &#8220;regarding whether the FBI had <a href="https://empowr.us/empower-oversight-president-tristan-leavitt-and-whistleblowers-testify-about-federal-government-weaponization/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">infiltrated</a> groups involved in the Capitol riot.&#8221;
The Daily Wire reached out to the FBI seeking comment on Allen getting back his security clearance.
&#8220;While we can’t comment on the specifics of any settlement, both parties agreed to resolve this matter without either admitting wrongdoing,&#8221; the FBI said in a statement.
&#8220;Any allegation that the Director lied to Congress is false,&#8221; the bureau continued. &#8220;The FBI takes seriously its responsibility to FBI employees who make protected disclosures under whistleblower regulations, and we are committed to ensuring they are protected from retaliation.&#8221;
The Department of Justice&#8217;s inspector general recently put out a <a href="https://oig.justice.gov/sites/default/files/reports/24-067.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">memo</a> that found the FBI lacked a process allowing employees, <a href="https://x.com/JsnFostr/status/1790393468147192098" target="_blank" rel="noopener">including Allen</a>, whose security clearance has been suspended for more than one year to file a retaliation complaint, and offered recommendations.
House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) released a <a href="https://judiciary.house.gov/media/press-releases/chairman-jordan-statement-reinstatement-marcus-allens-security-clearance" target="_blank" rel="noopener">statement</a> calling the FBI&#8217;s decision to reinstate Allen’s security clearance a &#8220;total vindication for a great patriot.&#8221; He added the FBI &#8220;must also reinstate the security clearances of whistleblowers Garret O’Boyle and Stephen Friend.&#8221;

According to IRS supervisory special agent and whistleblower Gary Shapley, Assistant United States Attorney Lesley Wolf told the prosecution team on the Hunter Biden investigation they could not pursue Kevin Morris, a benefactor of Hunter Biden, as a witness after she had a classified briefing with the CIA.
Shapley, who had previously alleged that President Joe Biden’s transition team was tipped off about the FBI’s plans to interview Hunter Biden, supervised line agents investigating Hunter Biden’s potential criminal violations. He was removed from the investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice in May 2023, after providing protected disclosures concerning prosecutors’ alleged mishandling of the investigation of Hunter Biden.
In <a href="https://gop-waysandmeans.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Shapley-Affidavit.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">testimony</a> released by House Republicans, Shapley said that in and around August 2021, the prosecution team was discussing witnesses who needed to be interviewed. “During a recurring prosecution team conference call in or around late August 2021, Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) Lesley Wolf told the team that she and DOJ Tax Attorney Jack Morgan had recently returned from the Central Intelligence Agency headquarters in Langley, Virginia, where they had been summoned to discuss Kevin Morris,” he wrote.
The Washington Free Beacon <a href="https://freebeacon.com/biden-administration/cia-blocked-irs-from-calling-hunter-bidens-sugar-daddy-as-a-witness-documents-show/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">noted</a> that Morris, an entertainment lawyer in Hollywood, California, who “controls Hunter Biden’s stake in a Chinese private equity firm,” “has spent at least $6.5 million on Hunter Biden’s legal fees, child support, and luxurious living arrangements in California &#8230; At the time of the CIA briefing, Hunter Biden was under investigation for allegedly not paying at least $1.4 million in taxes from 2014 through 2019.”
“AUSA Wolf stated that they were provided a classified briefing in relation to Mr. Morris and as a result we could no longer pursue him as a witness,” Shapley continued. “Investigators probed AUSA Wolf, but since her briefing was classified and she was apparently sanitizing it to an unclassified form to share over an open phone line, she did not elaborate with more information. She reiterated more than once that they were summoned to the CIA in Langley concerning Mr. Morris, and that because of the information provided there, he could not be a witness for the investigation.”
Shapley wrote that on August 20, 2021, he emailed Wolf asking for a classified briefing on the information the CIA had given Wolf about Morris, and Wolf “initially solicited DOJ National Security Division (NSD) Attorney Matthew McKenzie to assist with setting up the meeting.”
“McKenzie referenced a clearance level of T S &#8211; HCS-O as a compartmentalized section required to receive the briefing,” Shapley recalled. “It is believed that the HCS-O compartment is a CIA-specific sensitive compartment that was unlikely to have been obtained by DOJ Tax Attorney Morgan or AUSA Wolf. It is possible that this was simply another roadblock placed in front of investigators to continue to deny investigators access to all relevant information.”
Shapley said Wolf “ignored multiple attempts by me to arrange the briefing. &#8230; it served as yet another example of deviations from normal investigative processes in this matter. “

A 45-year-old man who raised concerns about a Boeing supplier ignoring production defects died on Tuesday while battling a fast-spreading infection, his family said.
Joshua Dean of Wichita, Kansas, was a healthy middle-aged man before going to the hospital two weeks ago because he was having difficulty breathing, according to his family, The Seattle Times <a href="https://www.seattletimes.com/business/whistleblower-josh-dean-of-boeing-supplier-spirit-aerosystems-has-died/">reported</a>. At the hospital, Dean was intubated but then developed pneumonia and MRSA, an infection that makes it hard for a person to breathe.
Dean&#8217;s aunt, Carol Parsons, said her nephew&#8217;s condition became so severe before his death that he was airlifted to a hospital in Oklahoma City and placed on an ECMO machine, which takes over a patient&#8217;s heart and lung functions when they&#8217;re not working on their own.
Dean, who worked as a quality auditor at Boeing supplier Spirit AeroSystems, was reportedly fired by Spirit in April 2023. He then filed a complaint with the Department of Labor, alleging Spirit had retaliated against him for raising concerns about aviation safety, according to the Times. Dean said that in 2022, he sounded the alarm on an alleged manufacturing defect where mechanics were improperly drilling holes in the MAX&#8217;s aft pressure bulkhead, but management allegedly did nothing to address his concern.
The former quality auditor had also given a deposition in a Spirit shareholder lawsuit and filed a complaint with the Federal Aviation Administration. In his complaint, Dean alleged that there was “serious and gross misconduct by senior quality management of the 737 production line” at Spirit.
The Wichita man was represented by the same law firm that represented Boeing whistleblower John Barnett, who was found dead in March from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Barnett had alleged that Boeing retaliated against him after he filed complaints related to quality lapses. The police investigation into Barnett&#8217;s death is still ongoing, the Times reported.
Boeing has faced scrutiny in recent months, including from federal authorities, who are investigating what caused a door plug on an Alaska Airlines Boeing 737 Max 9 to come off mid-flight earlier this year. Boeing said it has “worked proactively and transparently” to support the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) investigation.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, meanwhile, launched an <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/texas-investigating-boeing-supplier-over-dei-policies-amid-aircraft-safety-concerns" target="_blank" rel="noopener">investigation</a> into the &#8220;organization, conduct, and management&#8221; of Boeing supplier Spirit AeroSystems along with looking into &#8220;documents related to its diversity, equity, and inclusion (&#8216;DEI&#8217;) commitments, and whether those commitments are unlawful or are compromising the company’s manufacturing processes.&#8221;

A <a href="https://gaetz.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/gaetz.house.gov/files/evo-media-document/Johnson%20IRS%20letter%20FINAL.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">letter</a> Gaetz sent on Wednesday urges Speaker <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/mike-johnson" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Mike Johnson</a> (R-LA) to task the House Office of General Counsel to intervene in the case to defend the IRS agents who raised concerns about the federal inquiry into Biden.
&#8220;Due to federal law, this is the only available action of Hunter Biden and the Democrats to silence the I.R.S. whistleblowers who have so bravely come forward with details of Hunter Biden’s tax fraud,&#8221; Gaetz wrote.
&#8220;The interests of the House of Representatives and the legal rights of our whistleblowers are not being zealously defended by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ), who is defending the lawsuit on behalf of the I.R.S.,&#8221; he added.
Biden&#8217;s lawsuit, filed in September, accused IRS investigators <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/ex-fbi-agent-says-irs-whistleblower-was-right-bidens-were-tipped-off-during-investigation" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler</a> of working to <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/joe-biden/hunter-biden-files-lawsuit-irs-alleging-unlawful-release-tax-informati-rcna105557" target="_blank" rel="noopener">&#8220;embarrass and inflict harm&#8221;</a> on him with the disclosure of confidential taxpayer information and violating the law.
ABC News <a href="https://abcnews.go.com/US/doj-moves-dismiss-lawsuit-filed-hunter-biden-irs/story?id=106425515" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a> in January the Justice Department moved to dismiss the case. Shapley&#8217;s legal team <a href="https://abcnews.go.com/US/hunter-biden-sues-irs-whistleblowers-criticized-doj-probe/story?id=102112021" target="_blank" rel="noopener">denied</a> improper disclosures beyond what is allowed in statutes governing whistleblowers.
&#8220;We should be doing everything we can to protect these brave whistleblowers,&#8221; Gaetz said in his letter to Johnson. He cited <a href="https://cha.house.gov/_cache/files/5/3/5361f9f8-24bc-4fbc-ac97-3d79fd689602/1F09ADA16E45C9E7B67F147DCF176D95.118-rules-01102023.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">House rules</a> and <a href="https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/2/5571" target="_blank" rel="noopener">U.S. Code</a> concerning the House Office of General Counsel getting involved in litigation.

Gaetz requested the speaker &#8220;task the House Office of General Counsel with moving to intervene in Biden v. IRS to protect the prerogatives of the House of Representatives and to protect the rights of all Americans to make protected disclosures to Congress.&#8221;
Attached to his letter, Gaetz said, was the complaint filed by Biden, as well as the partial motion to dismiss of the DOJ.
&#8220;A cursory read of these materials should make clear to the House Office of General Counsel that the rights of the House are implicated in this case and not being adequately represented to the Court by the DOJ,&#8221; Gaetz said.
&#8220;To give but [one] example among many: the complaint takes an extremely narrow read of Internal Revenue Code § 6103’s whistleblower provisions, a read which DOJ does not contest,&#8221; he added.
&#8220;The House clearly has an interest in the broadest possible read of the subject matter that an individual may properly disclose to committees of Congress,&#8221; Gaetz concluded.
Biden is facing criminal indictments that branched out of the investigation led by special counsel David Weiss rocked by the whistleblower allegations last year. He has pleaded not guilty to federal gun and tax charges.
The first son also participated in a closed-door <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/comer-eyes-public-hearing-with-hunter-biden-to-address-discrepancies" target="_blank" rel="noopener">deposition</a> with House investigators last month as part of an impeachment inquiry into his father, President Joe Biden, but <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/impeachment-witness-tony-bobulinski-claims-hunter-and-james-biden-perjured-themselves" target="_blank" rel="noopener">declined to show up</a> for a public hearing last week.
