Daily Wire podcast host <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/matt-walsh" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Matt Walsh</a> torched disgraced former Biden administration official Sam Brinton during his podcast on Thursday over the latest woman to come forward and claim that Brinton stole her luggage.
Tanzanian fashion designer Asya Khamsin posted a tweet this week saying that her baggage was stolen from an airport in Washington, D.C., in 2018 and that after seeing Brinton in the news and doing some research, she believes that he stole her luggage because he was photographed wearing her custom-made clothing.
Brinton was eventually fired by the Biden administration late last year after facing <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/police-release-mugshot-photo-of-disgraced-biden-energy-official-sam-brinton" target="_blank" rel="noopener">multiple</a> criminal charges across the country for allegedly stealing luggage from airports.
&#8220;Now, I told you at the time that, you know, this guy was pretty clear to me is stealing the luggage, he&#8217;s not stealing it because he wants the luggage, right?&#8221; Walsh said. &#8220;Nobody needs that much baggage, especially someone like him who already comes with so much baggage to begin with. But it&#8217;s very clear that he is doing this and he&#8217;s targeting women because it&#8217;s all part, again, of this sick, twisted fetish.&#8221;
Walsh then began talking about the tweet from Khamsin, saying that the evidence that was presented by the fashion designer made the situation “pretty close to a case closed on this thing.&#8221;
&#8220;What this means is that Brinton, the baggage bandit, has been patrolling our airports for years,&#8221; Walsh said. &#8220;He&#8217;s been lurking in the baggage claim area like some kind of predatory forest creature on the prowl. This is like when all the small dogs and cats in the neighborhood start going missing and you know that there must be a coyote in the woods, except this coyote steals women&#8217;s luggage and then parades around in their clothing. So when we say &#8230; that these men are appropriating the female identity, well, he was literally doing that, right? I mean, we were saying that about Sam Brinton when he was first hired and we were supposed to applaud him.&#8221;
&#8220;And I know I said, and many other people said that he&#8217;s making a mockery, he&#8217;s appropriating womanhood and all the rest of it,&#8221; he continued. &#8220;We didn&#8217;t realize how literally correct we were. He&#8217;s actually stealing their clothing and putting it on, yet nobody ever connected the dots.&#8221;
Walsh joked that this was basically like a new &#8220;MeToo&#8221; movement where women are coming forward and claiming that they were victimized by Brinton.

I lost my bag 2018 in DCA. Recently I heard the news on @FoxNews about @sambrinton luggage issue surprisingly I found his images wore my custom made outfit which was in the lost bag in 2018.”
And then you also can see the dated photo of her in the dress in 2018 and then you can also Brinton in the exact same outfit. So, it&#8217;s a rather distinct outfit, it&#8217;s very distinct because she made, she custom made the outfit. She&#8217;s a fashion designer and her luggage goes missing in 2018, four years ago, and then Brinton turns up wearing her custom clothing. You know it&#8217;s, it&#8217;s pretty close to a case closed on this thing. So what this means is that, there he is, and apparently he&#8217;s also wearing this wrong. I think he&#8217;s wearing it backwards or something. He doesn&#8217;t even know how to wear the outfit.

Vanity Fair Magazine published a fashion spread in 2022 that featured disgraced former White House official Sam Brinton — who identifies as nonbinary — wearing clothing that was allegedly stolen four years earlier.
Brinton, who <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/police-release-mugshot-photo-of-disgraced-biden-energy-official-sam-brinton/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">was charged</a> with felonies for allegedly stealing luggage from multiple airports, was removed as a nuclear official in President Joe Biden&#8217;s administration last December — and the story just took a strange turn.
Asya Khamsin, a fashion designer, recalled having one of her own suitcases stolen from an airport in 2018 — and out of curiosity, visited Brinton&#8217;s social media pages. To her surprise, she said she saw multiple items from her personal collection splashed across Brinton&#8217;s feed.
&#8220;I saw the images. Those were my custom designs, which were lost in that bag in 2018. He wore my clothes, which was stolen,&#8221; she told <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/female-fashion-designer-alleges-sam-brinton-wore-clothing-disappeared-airport-2018" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Fox News Digital</a>. But that wasn&#8217;t all.
Vanity Fair also <a href="https://www.vanityfair.it/gallery/sam-brinton-look-stile-joe-biden" target="_blank" rel="noopener">published</a> a photo spread featuring Brinton on February 21, 2022 — titled &#8220;All the Style of Sam Brinton.&#8221; The sub-headline gave a brief description, saying, &#8220;The nuclear engineer, appointed by President Joe Biden to serve as deputy secretary at the top of the Department of Energy, has, in spite of his part, entered the crosshairs of controversy. The reason? A wardrobe made of stiletto heels, grand evening dresses, and flaming lipsticks.&#8221;
But according to a few social media sleuths, one of Khamsin&#8217;s dresses appeared in the spread as well.

Brinton was charged after police in Las Vegas <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/police-disclose-how-they-caught-alleged-biden-admin-luggage-thief-sam-brinton/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">matched surveillance photos</a> of an alleged luggage thief with a photo of Brinton wearing the same shirt that was posted to Instagram the same day that the surveillance footage was taken.

The former Biden official was ultimately identified by a &#8220;white T-shirt with a large rainbow colored atomic nuclear symbol design&#8221; — but was reportedly caught on video taking luggage from the Las Vegas airport.
&#8220;Brinton demonstrated several signs of abnormal behavior while taking the victim’s luggage which are cues suspects typically give off when committing luggage theft,” investigators in Las Vegas wrote in their report. “Specifically, Brinton pulled the victim’s luggage from the carousel and examined the tag.”
“Then placing it back on the carousel, looking in all directions for anyone who might be watching, or might approach,” the report continued. “Pulling it back off the carousel and demonstrating the same behavior by looking around before walking away with it quickly. Brinton only having checked one piece of luggage, which Brinton had already claimed from the carousel, had no reason to be examining and taking any other pieces of luggage.”

The 35-year-old, who uses they/them pronouns, was charged with stealing a woman&#8217;s Vera Bradley suitcase from a Minneapolis Airport in September and another woman&#8217;s suitcase from a Las Vegas airport in July. The suitcases and their contents had a combined value of over $9,000, according to <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/former-biden-official-sam-brintons-mug-shot-released-bail-set-15000" target="_blank" rel="noopener">police</a> and court <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/biden-non-binary-nuclear-official-charged-stealing-womans-luggage-airport" target="_blank" rel="noopener">documents</a>.

Brinton was arrested on Wednesday and has been charged with multiple felonies. He <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/former-biden-official-sam-brintons-mug-shot-released-bail-set-15000" target="_blank" rel="noopener">faces</a> up to ten years in prison.
Before his stint in the Biden administration, Brinton <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/sam-brinton-helped-craft-model-school-policy-keeping-parents-dark-kids-gender-change?intcmp=tw_fnc" target="_blank" rel="noopener">worked</a> for The Trevor Project, a nonprofit that says it works to prevent LGBT youth suicides. In 2019 while directing advocacy and government affairs for The Trevor Project, Brinton helped create a model school district policy for suicide prevention.
The <a href="https://www.thetrevorproject.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Model_School_Policy_Booklet.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">model policy,</a> which several states have adopted, says schools should hide suicidal students&#8217; sexual orientation and gender identity from their parents unless the student wants their parents to know.
&#8220;When a parent is notified of perceived suicide risk or an attempt, it is essential that the school maintain student confidentiality related to personal information such as sexual orientation or gender identity, especially when the student has not already disclosed to the parent or guardian and does not want it shared,&#8221; the model policy states. &#8220;Information shared should be restricted to the perceived risk of suicide or facts of the attempt.&#8221;
&#8220;Disclosing a student’s sexual orientation or gender identity without their explicit consent can in some cases endanger the student and at a minimum will impair the rapport developed with the professional,&#8221; the model continues.
&#8220;Through discussion with the student, the principal or school-employed mental health professional will assess whether there is further risk of harm due to parent or guardian notification. If the principal, designee, or mental health professional believes, in their professional capacity, that contacting the parent or guardian would endanger the health or well-being of the student, they may delay such contact as appropriate,&#8221; it continues.

Las Vegas law enforcement officials released the mugshot of disgraced ex-Biden administration official Sam Brinton Wednesday afternoon after Brinton turned himself in on theft charges.
Brinton, who was recently <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/breaking-biden-official-sam-brinton-out-of-a-job-after-multiple-alleged-luggage-thefts-at-airports" target="_blank" rel="noopener">canned</a> from the Department of Energy, was booked late last week for grand larceny with a value between $1,200 and $5,000 for allegedly stealing luggage from Harry Reid International Airport.

Las Vegas police discovered last week that Brinton allegedly stole luggage at Harry Reid International Airport over the summer because they recognized Brinton when they saw media reports alleging that he was involved in luggage theft at another airport across the country.
Investigators said that “a white male adult wearing a white T-shirt with a large rainbow colored atomic nuclear symbol design” was seen on security camera footage taking the woman’s bag before leaving the airport.
“Brinton demonstrated several signs of abnormal behavior while taking the victim’s luggage which are cues suspects typically give off when committing luggage theft,” investigators in Las Vegas wrote in their report. “Specifically, Brinton pulled the victim’s luggage from the carousel and examined the tag.”
“Then placing it back on the carousel, looking in all directions for anyone who might be watching, or might approach,” the report continued. “Pulling it back off the carousel and demonstrating the same behavior by looking around before walking away with it quickly. Brinton only having checked one piece of luggage, which Brinton had already claimed from the carousel, had no reason to be examining and taking any other pieces of luggage.”
The charges that Brinton faces in both states are felonies. If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine in Nevada, and five years in prison and a $10,000 fine in Minnesota.

A controversial figure in the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/biden-administration" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Biden administration</a> is reportedly out of the job after being accused of stealing luggage in two separate incidents.
The Department of Energy is no longer employing <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/sam-brinton" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sam Brinton</a>, who claims he is non-binary, after he was accused of stealing luggage in Las Vegas and Minneapolis.
“Sam Brinton is no longer a DOE employee,” a Department of Energy said in a statement. “By law, the Department of Energy cannot comment further on personnel matters.”
An arrest warrant was issued for Brinton late last week for grand larceny with a value between $1,200 and $5,000 for allegedly stealing luggage from Harry Reid International Airport.

Brinton, who has caused a stir among Americans in his role in the federal government for dressing in drag and boasting online about his puppy role-play fetish, came under fire late last month for allegedly stealing a woman’s luggage in Minneapolis.
He reportedly <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/breaking-felony-arrest-warrant-issued-for-biden-official-sam-brinton-for-another-alleged-theft-report-says" target="_blank" rel="noopener">flew</a> into MSP with American Airlines just before 4:30 p.m. from Washington, D.C. According to the complaint, Brinton traveled without a checked bag, indicating he had no purpose to claim a bag after landing.
The complaint alleges Brinton left the airport in an Uber and checked into the InterContinental St. Paul Riverfront hotel with the blue bag.
Brinton returned to MSP two days later, on September 18, and flew back to Washington, D.C., with the same bag.
Records and video surveillance showed the suitcase belonged to a female passenger who flew into the MSP on a Delta flight from New Orleans. According to a report, she notified law enforcement that her bag and the contents inside — valued at around $2,325 — had gone missing in the baggage claim area on the same day Brinton allegedly took the luggage.
Nearly three weeks later, the criminal complaint alleges, video surveillance footage from Dulles International Airport in Virginia captured Brinton returning from Europe with the bag on October 9.
Authorities contacted Brinton that same day, asking if he “took anything that did not belong” to him.
“Not that I know of,” Brinton allegedly responded, but later admitted he took the bag.
“If I had taken the wrong bag, I am happy to return it, but I don’t have any clothes for another individual. That was my clothes when I opened the bag,” he told police, according to the complaint.
He allegedly called authorities two hours later and apologized for not being “completely honest,” adding he took the bag thinking it was his in a state of exhaustion. The complaint also alleges Brinton realized it wasn’t his bag after opening it up at the hotel, at which point he “got nervous” and “didn’t know what to do.”
The charges that Brinton faces in both states are felonies. If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine in Nevada, and five years in prison and a $10,000 fine in Minnesota.

I&#8217;m just going to come right out and say it: I discriminate.
I&#8217;m already feeling lighter now that I&#8217;ve gotten that off of my chest. Yes, I do discriminate.
You know who wants you to believe discriminating is always a bad thing? The Left.
The Left is very good with linguistics. Liberals often take certain words and make them sound bad or sound good. For example, they make “abortion” sound as if it&#8217;s simply practicing “planned parenthood” — which implies responsibility. In reality, abortion kills children.
On the other hand, the word “discrimination” has become a dirty word. The Left says you&#8217;re not allowed to do it.
Quite frankly, I think we need to discriminate. I do it all the time.
How so? This morning I jotted down a few examples of when I discriminate. I share them with you so you can feel comfortable sharing your list with your friends:

<li aria-level="1">When I choose restaurants to eat at or hotels. If a place looks grubby and unappealing — I’m not going to spend my money there. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li aria-level="1">If I speak to a girl who says crazy things or who has a victim mentality, or if they tell me they &#8216;had a Xanax because they had a feeling,&#8217; — guess what, I’m not going to be friends with them. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li aria-level="1">When I was dating … I once tried to date someone shorter than me, but it didn’t work. Everybody has their own preferences when dating. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li aria-level="1">I also don’t want my kids to be around men who paint their nails or wear dresses. Other parents can say, &#8216;Yay! Let’s be accepting,&#8217; but I am not going to do that. If I see you, I&#8217;m going to cross the street with my kids, OK?</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li aria-level="1">Any person by themselves at a playground. That’s a big red flag for me. If I go to a playground and you’re there by yourself — no kids, not meeting any parent for a playdate, or whatever —  I am leaving that area. Why would I risk having my kids near a stranger like that even if they look totally normal? There&#8217;s no scenario where an adult should be at a playground alone.</li>
</ul>

<li aria-level="1">I discriminate against doctors, dentists, and trainers. I don’t want an unhealthy doctor, a dentist with bad teeth, or Lizzo as my trainer.</li>
</ul>
Discrimination is a survival mechanism. We need more of it. You know what happens when you stop discriminating? Unnecessary victimhood. You place yourself in vulnerable situations that could have been avoided.
So when somebody gives us that feeling — as my mother used to say “the heebie-jeebies” — we need to lean into that.
I actually think that society would be safer if we had less tolerance and said no to certain things more. What’s happening today is insanity.
For instance, shouldn’t we as a society say “no” to Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Office of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition Sam Brinton? You’ve all seen Brinton — the Energy official who loves to wear dresses and make-up. I wouldn’t trust him around my children. There are many odd photos of him online.
Leftists and the legacy media saw Brinton and said, “Oh, my God, diversity!  It&#8217;s amazing. It&#8217;s so inclusive and we love it.”
I thought, &#8216;I&#8217;d like to discriminate against that. I don’t want my tax dollars to go toward that. I just feel like that person needs to stay away from me and my family. I don&#8217;t want them in positions of power. I don&#8217;t want to invest in that in any way, not even with my tax dollars.&#8217;
Well, if we had a healthy dose of discrimination, perhaps he wouldn’t have been in a position to <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/selfie-own-bidens-embattled-gender-fluid-official-caught-cops-attention-with-instagram-post" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reportedly steal airport luggage</a> from two women.
He’s been in the news recently because an arrest warrant has been issued for the controversial Biden administration official in connection with a second alleged theft at an airport in Las Vegas. Brinton has already been placed on leave after he allegedly stole a woman’s luggage at Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP) International Airport late last month. Authorities in Nevada recognized him after seeing him on the news and re-opened their case against him.
In each instance, he is accused of stealing a suitcase from the carousel, according to police. He checked the suitcase tag, ripped it off, and then quickly walked away according to security footage.
Why? Because he&#8217;s a freak. That&#8217;s why. It seems he has a weird fetish involving women’s clothing — especially women he doesn’t know.
If only we as a nation were willing to practice less tolerance — like when we saw him wearing those dresses with high slits — this all could have been avoided.
All of this to say, ladies and gentlemen, I do openly discriminate against weirdos and freaks. I encourage you to do the same.

A selfie <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/police-disclose-how-they-caught-alleged-biden-admin-luggage-thief-sam-brinton/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sam Brinton</a> posted to Instagram may have been the final piece of the puzzle linking a second airport luggage theft to President Joe Biden&#8217;s embattled Deputy Assistant Secretary for Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition.
According to a <a href="https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2022/dec/10/rainbow-colored-atom-t-shirt-helped-vegas-cops-pin/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">report</a> published Saturday by The Washington Times, Las Vegas police were struggling to determine the identity of the person — who was clearly visible on surveillance video from early July walking away with a woman&#8217;s hard-sided suitcase. However, they caught a break when reports of Brinton&#8217;s alleged involvement — in a similar luggage-theft case in Minnesota — began to circulate nationwide.
When the Las Vegas police officer noticed that the photos of Brinton bore a striking resemblance to the as yet unidentified face from the surveillance videos, he decided to check out the Biden administration official&#8217;s social media. As luck would have it, Brinton had posted a selfie to Instagram on the date of the theft — and in that selfie, was wearing the same shirt as the person on the video from the airport. Brinton&#8217;s Instagram account has since been made private.
&#8220;On his page I located a post which was dated 07/06/22, the same day of the theft,&#8221; the officer&#8217;s statement read. &#8220;The post was a selfie picture of Brinton who appeared to be in an airport. Brinton was clearly wearing the same exact white T-shirt with a large, rainbow colored atomic nuclear symbol design on the front as seen on video at Hairy Reid International Airport.&#8221;
According to the arrest warrant, Brinton allegedly flew from Dulles International Airport with one checked bag but left Harry Reid International airport with two bags from the baggage carousel. Police said that the suspect had acted strangely when removing the second bag, placing it back on the carousel momentarily before grabbing it again and walking away hurriedly.
&#8220;Brinton looks around, turns his body 180 degrees, and picks the victims luggage up off the carousel again. Brinton sets it back to back with his luggage, pulls the handle up and looks around again. Brinton quickly walks away with his luggage and the victim’s luggage back to back, rolling them on the floor holding on by the handles,&#8221; the warrant said.
The stated value of the suitcase (and its contents) taken in Las Vegas was $3,670.74, including $1,700 worth of jewelry and an additional $500 worth of makeup.
Brinton has been placed on leave while the investigation continues — and a number of Republicans have called for <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/gop-house-members-urge-firing-of-non-binary-biden-official-sam-brinton-over-alleged-theft/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Brinton</a> to be fired.

Law enforcement officials in <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/nevada" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Nevada</a> discovered this week that Biden administration official <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/sam-brinton" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sam Brinton</a> allegedly stole luggage at Harry Reid International Airport over the summer because they recognized Brinton when they saw media reports alleging that he was involved in luggage theft at another airport across the country.
Brinton, who has a high-level position at the Department of Energy as the deputy assistant secretary for spent fuel and waste disposition, was already placed on leave after he allegedly stole a woman’s luggage at Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP) International Airport late last month.
Brinton is now accused of stealing $1,700 worth of jewelry, $850 worth of clothing, and makeup worth $500 from the suitcase that he allegedly stole in Las Vegas.
Investigators said that &#8220;a white male adult wearing a white T-shirt with a large rainbow colored atomic nuclear symbol design&#8221; was seen on security camera footage taking the woman&#8217;s bag before leaving the airport.
Police claim they could not identify the person, so the case was closed, until investigators recognized Brinton due to the media coverage that he received last week for allegedly stealing luggage in Minnesota.
&#8220;Brinton demonstrated several signs of abnormal behavior while taking the victim&#8217;s luggage which are cues suspects typically give off when committing luggage theft,&#8221; investigators in Las Vegas wrote in their report. &#8220;Specifically, Brinton pulled the victim&#8217;s luggage from the carousel and examined the tag.&#8221;
&#8220;Then placing it back on the carousel, looking in all directions for anyone who might be watching, or might approach,&#8221; the report continued. &#8220;Pulling it back off the carousel and demonstrating the same behavior by looking around before walking away with it quickly. Brinton only having checked one piece of luggage, which Brinton had already claimed from the carousel, had no reason to be examining and taking any other pieces of luggage.&#8221;
The charges that Brinton faces in both states are felonies. If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine in Nevada, and five years in prison and a $10,000 fine in Minnesota.
Brinton, who has caused a lot of controversy in his role in the federal government for dressing in drag and boasting online about his puppy role-play fetish, has been placed on leave, but the administration did <a href="https://nypost.com/2022/12/02/biden-admin-refuses-to-say-if-non-binary-staffer-still-getting-paid-after-theft-charge/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">not</a> state whether he was still receiving a taxpayer-funded paycheck.

After news broke that Sam Brinton, the “gender-fluid” deputy assistant secretary for Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition at the Department of Energy’s Office of Nuclear Energy, had been accused in a second case of stealing someone’s luggage at an airport, Megyn Kelly had some harsh words for the Biden administration.
Brinton had already been accused of stealing someone else’s luggage in Minneapolis in September, but now he has also been accused of stealing luggage at a Las Vegas airport. A felony warrant in Las Vegas was issued for Brinton, charging him with grand larceny, <a href="https://www.8newsnow.com/investigators/energy-department-official-accused-of-stealing-luggage-from-las-vegas-airport/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">8 News Now</a> reported.

Brinton reportedly flew into Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport from Washington, D.C., traveling without a checked bag. The complaint alleged Brinton left in an Uber and checked into a hotel with a blue bag.
On Monday, prior to the Las Vegas accusations against Brinton, House Republicans sent a <a href="https://files.constantcontact.com/647991c4801/bcc50571-b74c-484f-be6f-c58965867dde.pdf?rdr=true">letter</a> to Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm demanding Brinton’s resignation. They wrote: &#8220;Surveillance footage reveals Brinton taking and leaving with luggage from the baggage carousel at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport on September 16th. After initially lying to the police, Brinton later admitted to taking a suitcase valued at $2,325 and hiding the owner’s belongings in a hotel room. Alarmingly, Brinton has been observed using the stolen suitcase on multiple trips to Washington, D.C., and was ultimately charged with felony theft, which carries a penalty of up to five years imprisonment, a $10,000 fine, or both.&#8221;
“As an appointed official, Sam Brinton represents both your Department and the United States,” the letter added. “It is simply not possible for an individual to represent American values and simultaneously violate the felony laws of the land.”
“Please provide your fully transparent response no later than December 20, 2022,” they concluded.
In July, Brinton, who has bragged online about his puppy role-play fetish, joined transgender Assistant Health Secretary Rachel Levine to attend a party at the French ambassador’s home, where they both wore dresses. An arrest warrant has been issued for controversial Biden administration official <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/sam-brinton" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sam Brinton</a> in connection with a second alleged theft at an airport in Las Vegas.
Brinton, who works for the Department of Energy, was already placed on leave after he allegedly stole a woman&#8217;s luggage at Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP) International Airport late last month.
8 News Now <a href="https://www.8newsnow.com/investigators/energy-department-official-accused-of-stealing-luggage-from-las-vegas-airport/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a> Thursday night that a felony arrest warrant has now been issued for Brinton for grand larceny with a value between $1,200 and $5,000 for allegedly stealing luggage from Harry Reid International Airport.
Brinton, who has caused a stir among Americans for his role in the federal government for dressing in drag and boasting online about his puppy role-play fetish, came under fire late last month for allegedly stealing a woman&#8217;s luggage in Minneapolis.
He reportedly flew into MSP with American Airlines just before 4:30 p.m. from Washington, D.C., According to the complaint, Brinton traveled without a checked bag, indicating he had no purpose to claim a bag after landing.
The complaint alleges Brinton left the airport in an Uber and checked into the InterContinental St. Paul Riverfront hotel with the blue bag.
Brinton returned to MSP two days later, on September 18, and flew back to Washington, D.C., with the same bag.
Records and video surveillance showed the suitcase belonged to a female passenger who flew into the MSP on a Delta flight from New Orleans. According to a report, she notified law enforcement that her bag and the contents inside — valued at around $2,325 — had gone missing in the baggage claim area on the same day Brinton allegedly took the luggage.
Nearly three weeks later, the criminal complaint alleges, video surveillance footage from Dulles International Airport in Virginia captured Brinton returning from Europe with the bag on October 9.
Authorities contacted Brinton that same day, asking if he “took anything that did not belong” to him.
“Not that I know of,” Brinton allegedly responded, but later admitted he took the bag.
“If I had taken the wrong bag, I am happy to return it, but I don’t have any clothes for another individual. That was my clothes when I opened the bag,” he told police, according to the complaint.
He allegedly called authorities two hours later and apologized for not being “completely honest,” adding he took the bag thinking it was his in a state of exhaustion. The complaint also alleges Brinton realized it wasn’t his bag after opening it up at the hotel, at which point he “got nervous” and “didn’t know what to do.”

Brinton, a nuclear engineer who claims to be the first non-binary, gender-fluid official in the White House, was arrested after allegedly taking another passenger&#8217;s suitcase and using it for a month before claiming it was taken by accident.
&#8220;As an appointed official, Sam Brinton represents both your Department and the United States,&#8221; the GOP <a href="https://files.constantcontact.com/647991c4801/bcc50571-b74c-484f-be6f-c58965867dde.pdf?rdr=true" target="_blank" rel="noopener">letter</a> read. &#8220;It is simply not possible for an individual to represent American values and simultaneously violate the felony laws of the land. The letter was signed by 16 Republican members of Congress, including Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ), who recently <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/andy-biggs-to-challenge-kevin-mccarthy-for-speaker-position/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">announced a bid</a> to challenge Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) for Speaker of the House.

Brinton is currently on leave from White House duties and has been since shortly after the arrest. The felony carries a penalty of up to five years in prison, a $10,000 fine, or both. The charge has led the Republican leaders to request a demand for Brinton&#8217;s resignation and a response to the letter by December 20.
&#8220;Therefore, we demand the resignation of Sam Brinton, and we implore you to set aside petty politics and appoint only the most qualified and dedicated individuals to influence America’s energy sector,&#8221; the letter concluded.
Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP) International Airport authorities previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/gender-fluid-biden-admin-official-placed-on-leave-after-being-charged-with-felony" target="_blank" rel="noopener">confirmed</a> to The Daily Wire that an investigation involving Sam Brinton was underway.
The complaint claimed that Brinton left the airport in an Uber on September 16 and checked into the InterContinental St. Paul Riverfront hotel with the blue bag. Brinton returned to the same airport two days later and flew back to Washington, D.C., with the same bag.
The suitcase owner notified law enforcement that her bag was missing and listed the value of the luggage and contents at approximately $2,325.
Brinton was confronted by police almost a month later and initially denied taking the suitcase. Brinton soon changed the account, claiming the luggage was taken by mistake.
Brinton&#8217;s addition to the Biden administration has not been without controversy. Brinton previously opened up about being gender-fluid in a Yahoo Life interview after being hired.
“I can&#8217;t change my identity more than anyone can change intrinsic parts about themselves, but I can change my openness. And so I am given the opportunity to serve my country as I am, and that&#8217;s a really important aspect of my work — because I work on nuclear waste management, where transparency and honesty and trust building are so critical,” Brinton <a href="https://www.yahoo.com/lifestyle/sam-brinton-first-openly-genderfluid-person-federal-government-174428142.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told</a> the outlet in October.
“So if I can&#8217;t be myself, it&#8217;s really hard to build those relationships. I&#8217;m proud to say that, yes, I get to be the first openly genderfluid person in this type of government service, but I won’t be the last,&#8221; Brinton added.

GOP House Members Urge Firing Of Non-Binary Biden Official Sam Brinton Over Alleged Theft

A top GOP Senator called for the immediate ouster of the &#8220;gender-fluid&#8221; <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/biden-administration" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Biden administration</a> official who reportedly stole a woman&#8217;s luggage at an airport.
In a <a href="https://nypost.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2022/11/11.29.2022-Ltr-to-Secretary-Granholm-re-Dpty-Ast-Sec-for-Spent-Fuel-and-Waste-Dispositon-4.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">letter</a> to Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm Tuesday, Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee ranking member John Barrasso (R-WY) demanded the immediate ouster of <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/sam-brinton" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sam Brinton</a>, the deputy assistant secretary of the Office of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition in the Department of Energy. Barrasso also demanded that Brinton&#8217;s security clearance be immediately revoked. Brinton was charged with felony theft last month after allegedly stealing a woman&#8217;s luggage at the Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP) International Airport.
“It is in the interest of both the Department’s mission and our national security that the Deputy Assistant Secretary’s clearance be immediately revoked,” Barrasso wrote. “Additionally, the Department should undertake all necessary steps to terminate their employment immediately.&#8221;
&#8220;[I]t is imperative executive branch officials are free of a history of conduct unbecoming of federal service,&#8221; Barrasso continued, citing a letter he had previously written expressing his concerns about the Department of Energy&#8217;s process for granting security clearances. &#8220;The Department&#8217;s inability to respond to my concerns regarding the DOE&#8217;s clearance process is indicative of an egregious inattention to potential insider threats within the Department and the greater safety of the American public.&#8221; Barrasso demanded a full review of the Department&#8217;s clearance screening process by February 1.
Barasso also attached a list of questions for Granholm. The first line of questioning was related specifically to Brinton. First, Barrasso asked the secretary to &#8220;describe in detail any security issues that arose in the course of Sam Brinton’s background investigation and security clearance adjudication.&#8221;
