White House Press Secretary <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/karoline-leavitt" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Karoline Leavitt</a> was asked during Friday&#8217;s press briefing about President Donald Trump&#8217;s use of profanity while making remarks in public.
&#8220;On the president&#8217;s use of sign language in this room yesterday — and without seeking to cast myself as some kind of moral exemplar, because it&#8217;s rather late in the day to try — nonetheless, this was an event yesterday that began with a moment of silence for the victims of the air crash and the president&#8217;s own invocation of quote &#8216;a loving God,&#8217; and then he uncorked that expletive to insult a former cabinet officer,&#8221; the report said.
&#8220;It was the same expletive that I saw him use in East Room in 2020 when he famously held up the Trump acquitted headline,&#8221; he continued.
The reporter asked if Leavitt could &#8220;shed any light for us on how the president perceives his use of public profanity, which is a practice that certainly sets him apart from all of his predecessors.&#8221;
&#8220;Does he regard it as an effective communications device?&#8221; the reporter asked. &#8220;Part of his appeal? Or is it something that he lapses into inadvertently, perhaps in times of frustration and later regrets?&#8221;
Leavitt responded: &#8220;I think one of the things that the American people love most about this president is that he often says what they are thinking, but sometimes lack the courage to say themselves.&#8221;
&#8220;And I think yesterday at this podium, you heard President Trump express great frustration, perhaps even anger, with the previous administration&#8217;s policies, many of which have led to the crises that our country is currently facing and that this president is focused on fixing,&#8221; she added.

The question came in response to Trump slamming former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg in response to the tragic accident that happened this week with the plane crash in Washington, D.C.
&#8220;The FAA website shows that the agency’s guidance on diversity hiring were last updated on March 23rd of ’22,&#8221; Trump said. &#8220;They wanted to make it even more so. And then I came in and I assumed maybe this is the reason the FAA, which is overseen by Secretary Pete Buttigieg, a real winner, guy’s a real winner.&#8221;
&#8220;You know how badly everything’s run since he’s run the Department of Transportation? He’s a disaster,&#8221; Trump continued. &#8220;He was a disaster as a mayor. He ran his city into the ground and he’s a disaster now. He’s just got a good line of bulls***.&#8221;

A professor at an art college in New York City was caught on video cursing at pro-life students and shoving their educational materials off of a display table.
Shellyne Rodriguez, 46, an adjunct assistant professor at Hunter College who also teaches at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, confronted pro-life students in early May as they stood behind their display.
“You&#8217;re not educating s***,” Rodriguez taunted. “This is f***ing propaganda. What are you going to do, like, anti-trans next? Is that what you’re gonna do next?”
“We are talking about abortion,” a male pro-life student responded quietly.
“This is bulls***. This is violent. You&#8217;re triggering my students,” Rodriguez claimed.
“I’m sorry about that,” the student replied.
“No, you’re not,” Rodriguez, who has <a href="https://asapjournal.com/two-readings-on-mistaken-identity-shellyne-rodriguez/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">called herself</a> a “Black Marxist,”  declared. “Because you can&#8217;t even have a f***ing baby. So you don’t even know what that is. You don’t even know what this is.”
“Get this s*** the f*** out of here,” she snapped, then shoved the materials off of the table, before adding, “F*** this s***” as she walked off.

The students at the table were displaying information with permission from university. The prof was way out of line.”
The PSC Graduate Center, comprised of graduate and professional schools at the City University of New York, defended Rodriguez, <a href="https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSciHukZyNW59wDQAgtB25DS-cTv3rHUzSqkLWvN9okVGM0Szw/viewform" target="_blank" rel="noopener">claiming:</a>

A spokesperson for Hunter College <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/us/professor-hurls-students-pro-life-display-after-profanity-laced-tirade-triggering-my-students" target="_blank" rel="noopener">stated</a> that the college is “taking this matter very seriously,” adding, “The provost has opened an investigation into the professor’s actions.”

Fox News reporter Peter Doocy responded to Democrat President Joe Biden calling him a &#8220;stupid son of a b****&#8221; on Monday by laughing off the entire incident.
“Do you think inflation is a political liability for midterms?” Doocy asked.
“It’s a great asset, more inflation,” Biden responded. “What a stupid son of a b****.”
Doocy responded to the incident during an appearance on Fox News shortly after Biden called him the name.
&#8220;I couldn&#8217;t even hear him because people were shouting at us to get out,&#8221; Doocy said. &#8220;But somebody came up to me in the briefing room a few minutes later and said, &#8216;did you hear what the President said?&#8217; And I said, &#8216;no, what?&#8217; They said, &#8216;he called you a stupid SOB, and I said, &#8216;did he say SOB?&#8217; And the person said, &#8216;no.'&#8221;
&#8220;So, Doocy, I think the president&#8217;s right, you are a stupid SOB,&#8221; Fox News host Jesse Watters joked.

The exchange came after who served as Treasury Secretary under former President Bill Clinton and director of the National Economic Council under former President Barack Obama, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/top-obama-economist-delivers-stark-warning-about-what-is-happening-with-inflation">warned</a> earlier this month that the U.S. is moving toward “higher entrenched inflation.”
“I think the data flow is saying what I’ve thought for quite some time that, yes, there are transitory elements in inflation, and very likely they will recede, but we are basically moving towards higher entrenched inflation,” Summers said. “It’s there in expectations, it’s there in wages, it’s there in labor shortages, it’s there in the pervasive pattern across many different prices.”
“And people try to excuse it by picking this figure and that figure from month to month, but we’ve got an overheated economy, and the Fed’s gonna have a very real challenge of cooling that economy off and doing it in a controlled way,” he continued. “That has not been done very successfully in the past. So it’s going to be a very challenging year for macroeconomic policy.”
When asked if top White House officials were right in saying that the inflation problem was a result of “a supply side problem,” Summers responded, “No, he’s wrong.”
“We have a massive, overheated labor market,” Summers continued. “We have the highest ratio of vacancies to unemployment in the country’s history, by a large margin. We have shortages of labor, in everything from psychotherapy, to McDonalds, in everything from investment analysts to gardeners, that suggests a surfeit of purchasing power and demand relative to the capacity of the economy to produce and unless we bring those things into balance, we’re going to have not just higher inflation, but possibly even accelerating inflation. And we need to recognize that we have an overheated economy that we are going to need to cool off.”

Biden Snaps At Reporter Peter Doocy For Asking About Inflation: ‘What A Stupid Son Of A B****’

Jim Acosta says he hates to use the word “bulls**t,” even as he has become one of the most proficient practitioners of profanity in cable news. Acosta proclaimed his reticence to use the phrase seconds before repeating the phrase for the fourth time in about an hour on Saturday’s “CNN Newsroom.” Let’s examine his professed discomfort with the scatological term.
Acosta said he does not like to use the term during the 4 p.m. Eastern hour while assailing allegedly false stories from “Fox News — I mean, Fox television.”
“I hate to say it. I know nice people that work at Fox television, but it seems like an overall corporate failure to allow this irresponsible dangerous bullsh**t,” Acosta <a href="http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/2106/19/cnr.07.html">said</a>. “I hate to use that word. I&#8217;m an old school guy. I hate to use that word,” but Fox News’ reporting is “just crazy nonsense.”
But does he really hate to use that phrase? Let’s examine the record:
<h4>Four times one hour earlier on June 19:</h4>
Acosta had just <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/jim-acosta-whose-network-employs-chris-cuomo-and-jeff-toobin-calls-fox-news-a-bulls-factory">used</a> the term no fewer than four times in the previous hour—three times on the air, once in writing.

(He did not censor the term in his tweet.)

Acosta’s imagination roamed back to the barnyard on the June 10 episode of <a href="https://www.mediaite.com/podcasts/jim-acosta-torches-fox-news-as-a-bullsht-factory-calls-tucker-carlson-a-race-baiting-tyrant/">Mediaite</a>’s podcast, “<a href="https://open.spotify.com/episode/6r4gBCaDrGFGTmPdmc9rWZ?si=ddac08a143704261&amp;nd=1">The Interview</a>.” During the last question of the extended discussion, Acosta <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/jim-acosta-whose-network-employs-chris-cuomo-and-jeff-toobin-calls-fox-news-a-bulls-factory">said</a> that CNN needs to cover the “cockamamie” stories reported by Fox News:
What they’ve decided to do since then is double down on being what I call the bulls*** factory. They churn out segments that gin up outrage that they know is going to piss off their viewers and so on, even if it’s cockamamie, made-up nonsense. And they do it for the simple reason of attracting viewers and ginning up the ratings.
<h4>Twice on May 1</h4>
Acosta first stepped in it on May 1, again while discussing CNN’s more successful competitor, Fox News. “You may want to laugh this off,” Acosta <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KkwpCq8cuEE">said</a>:
But the lies these days are moving at the speed of light while spreading so much darkness. Take, for example, the uproar over this New York Post story that claimed that copies of a children&#8217;s book were being given to migrant kids in their welcome kits. That tale from the border didn&#8217;t just border on B.S. This was USDA grade A bulls**t. And the reporter who wrote the story resigned claiming she was forced to make it up. But the damage was done, pumped out over the airwaves at the bulls**t factory also known as Fox News.

Earlier in the Mediaite interview, Acosta quipped, “If you’re complaining about the Deep State, you’re probably in deep sh*t.” He also once responded to a humorous tweet by texting “<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/former-white-house-official-teases-cnns-acosta-ryan-saavedra">F*** you</a>” to the author.
<h4>The Impact</h4>
Acosta’s transparent <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/can-partisanship-and-profanity-save-cnn-from-its-ratings-collapse">bias and regular recourse to profanity</a> have done nothing to improve CNN’s ratings. The network now draws approximately <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/fox-news-draws-almost-three-times-as-many-viewers-as-cnn">one-third as many viewers as Fox News</a>.
<h4>Bottom line</h4>
All in all, Jim Acosta used the phrase “bulls**t” eight times during three appearances over six weeks. The last person to so brand himself with the phrase “bulls**t” was former U.S. Senator Tom Harkin (D-IA), who <a href="https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1992-02-03-mn-906-story.html">made</a> the fecund phrase a staple of his <a href="https://www.tampabay.com/archive/1991/09/15/george-bush-s-worst-nightmare/">campaign speeches</a> during the 1992 Democratic presidential primaries.
He was the third candidate to <a href="https://www.thecrimson.com/article/1992/3/9/harkin-to-quit-presidential-campaign-piowa/">drop out</a> of the race.
Given the preponderance of the evidence, you might classify Acosta’s claim that he hates using the word “bullsh*t” as pure ….

On Friday, frustrated because he could not be heard during a virtual Senate hearing dealing with the United States Postal Service. Delaware Democratic Senator Tom Carper, unaware that he could be heard, swore, “F***! F***! F***!”
The incident was prompted by Wisconsin GOP Senator Ron Johnson, the chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, who asked Carper to speak, saying, “Senator Carper.” When Carper could not be heard, Johnson continued, “Is Senator Carper there?” Still not hearing Carper, Johnson moved on, saying, “We&#8217;ll move on to Senator Lankford.”
Turning in the direction of someone who appeared to be an aide, Carper swore, “F***! F***! F***!” That triggered Senator James Lankford (R-OK) to assert to Johnson, “I think Sen. Carper is there.” Johnson asked, &#8220;Sen. Carper can you unmute?” adding, &#8220;We don&#8217;t want to be on TV again.”

In March 2020, Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) reportedly “lashed out” at CNN’s Manu Raju during a press gaggle when Raju asked the senator about his campaign.
In a series of tweets, Raju detailed the alleged encounter, saying, “Sen. Bernie Sanders grew angry when asked about his campaign plans.
