Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach has become the second state attorney general to sue the pharmaceutical company Pfizer over the COVID vaccine the company provided.
On Monday, Kobach announced the lawsuit at a press conference in Topeka.
“Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth,” Kobach <a href="https://www.kwch.com/2024/06/17/kansas-ag-kris-kobach-suing-pfizer-misleading-kansans-covid-vaccine/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a>.
The lawsuit <a href="https://ag.ks.gov/docs/default-source/documents/2024-06-15-pfizer-complaint-(002).pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">states</a>, “Pfizer misled the public that it had a ‘safe and effective’ COVID-19 vaccine. Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was safe even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine was connected to serious adverse events, including myocarditis and pericarditis, failed pregnancies, and deaths. Pfizer concealed this critical safety information from the public.”
Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was effective even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine waned over time and did not protect against COVID-19 variants,” the lawsuit continues. “Pfizer concealed this critical effectiveness information from the public. Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine would prevent transmission of COVID-19 even though it knew it never studied the effect of its vaccine on transmission of COVID-19. To keep the public from learning the truth, Pfizer worked to censor speech on social media that questioned Pfizer’s claims about its COVID-19 vaccine. &#8230; Pfizer must be held accountable for falsely representing the benefits of its COVID- 19 vaccine while concealing and suppressing the truth about its vaccine’s safety risks, waning effectiveness, and inability to prevent transmission.”
Pfizer <a href="https://fox4kc.com/news/kansas-attorney-general-sues-pfizer-over-covid-vaccine-company-responds/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">released the following statement</a> in response to the lawsuit:

The giant pharmaceutical company Pfizer is ready to pay between $200-250 million as a result of over 10,000 U.S. lawsuits involving supposed cancer risks associated with the drug Zantac, which it sold between 1998 and 2006, sources told the Financial Times.
Zantac was <a href="https://www.fda.gov/drugs/spotlight-cder-science/ensuring-rigor-regulatory-science-cder-conducts-laboratory-and-clinical-studies-investigate-reports#:~:text=Ranitidine%2C%20which%20blocks%20histamine%2Dinduced,over%2Dthe%2Dcounter%20product.">approved</a> in 1983, <a href="https://www.arnolditkin.com/blog/product-liability/history-of-zantac-ranitidine-/">becoming</a> the world’s largest-selling medicine by 1988. But in 2019, after a Connecticut lab heated ranitidine, the active ingredient in Zantac, and found “extremely high levels” of NDMA, a probable human carcinogen, the Food and Drug Administration <a href="https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/fda-requests-removal-all-ranitidine-products-zantac-market" target="_blank" rel="noopener">asked</a> for Zantac and its generic equivalents to be pulled off the market in April 2020.
“The agency has determined that the impurity in some ranitidine products increases over time and when stored at higher than room temperatures and may result in consumer exposure to unacceptable levels of this impurity,” the FDA <a href="https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/fda-requests-removal-all-ranitidine-products-zantac-market" target="_blank" rel="noopener">wrote</a>. “As a result of this immediate market withdrawal request, ranitidine products will not be available for new or existing prescriptions or OTC use in the U.S.”
“Low levels of NDMA are commonly ingested in the diet, for example NDMA is present in foods and in water,” the FDA continued. “These low levels would not be expected to lead to an increase in the risk of cancer. However, sustained higher levels of exposure may increase the risk of cancer in humans. &#8230; New FDA testing and evaluation prompted by information from third-party laboratories confirmed that NDMA levels increase in ranitidine even under normal storage conditions, and NDMA has been found to increase significantly in samples stored at higher temperatures, including temperatures the product may be exposed to during distribution and handling by consumers. The testing also showed that the older a ranitidine product is, or the longer the length of time since it was manufactured, the greater the level of NDMA. These conditions may raise the level of NDMA in the ranitidine product above the acceptable daily intake limit.”

“The settlement — which was disclosed in a court filing in Delaware last week — is aimed at significantly reducing Pfizer’s potential liability,” Financial Times <a href="https://www.ft.com/content/9f59da60-4441-42c4-b84c-6de0c3931d08" target="_blank" rel="noopener">noted</a>, adding that Pfizer stated, “The company is confident that its Zantac products, which were reviewed and approved by the [US Food and Drug Administration], did not cause cancer when used as directed.”
“GSK, which first received approval for Zantac in 1983 and is most exposed to the litigation, has already settled a handful of cases in courts in California. It disputes that the drug caused cancer,” Financial Times reported.

Texas Attorney General <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/ken-paxton" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ken Paxton</a> announced on Monday that Texas had sued Pfizer and Tris Pharma for allegedly defrauding the Texas Medicaid program through its provision of an ADHD medication to children.
Paxton alleged that <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/pfizer" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Pfizer</a> and Tris doctored testing data on ADHD drug Quillivant despite known issues with the drug. Paxton said that the pharma companies violated the Texas Health Care Program Fraud Prevention Act to get Quillivant past Texas drug regulations.
“I am horrified by the dishonesty we uncovered in this investigation. Pfizer and Tris intentionally concealed and failed to disclose the issues with Quillivant to receive taxpayer funded benefits through Texas Medicaid, defrauding the state and endangering children,” Paxton <a href="https://twitter.com/KenPaxtonTX/status/1726734898214404337" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> in a statement posted on X.
According to a <a href="https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/news/releases/attorney-general-ken-paxton-sues-pfizer-and-tris-pharma-defrauding-texas-medicaid-and-providing" target="_blank" rel="noopener">press release</a> from Paxton’s office, Pfizer distributed Quillivant to children on Medicaid “despite the drug’s pattern of failing quality control tests due to flawed manufacturing practices.”

“For years, Tris altered the drug’s testing method in violation of federal and state laws to ensure Quillivant passed regulatory hurdles and could continue to be sold,” Paxton’s office said. “Despite knowing about these serious problems, Pfizer misrepresented to the Medicaid program that Quillivant was in compliance with federal and state law, and concealed from Medicaid decision-makers the fact that Quillivant was an adulterated drug.”
Paxton&#8217;s suit says that the poor manufacturing processes were hidden by Pfizer and Tris from 2012 to 2018. At the same time, Paxton said patients attested that the medication was not working.
“At no point did Defendants warn Texas Medicaid providers or decision-makers that Quillivant had known manufacturing issues affecting its efficacy, thereby depriving the Medicaid program of the crucial information it relies on,” a legal filing from Paxton says. “As a result, thousands of Texas children received an adulterated Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance.”

One of the plaintiffs <a href="https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/sites/default/files/images/press/Pfizer%2C%20Tris%2C%20Mehta%20File%20Stamped.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">named</a> in the case, Relator Tarik Ahmed, used to work as head of technology for Tris. According to the filing, Ahmed learned of the alleged “substandard manufacturing practices” used by Tris during his time with the company from 2013 to 2017.
Pfizer has previously <a href="https://www.reuters.com/legal/texas-ag-sues-pfizer-over-quality-control-lapses-kids-adhd-drug-2023-11-21/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> that it was subpoenaed in 2022 by the Southern District of New York over the production of Quillivant and its partnership with Tris. It said it hasn’t heard any more updates after the initial communication.

The federal government spent nearly two billion dollars of taxpayer money on promoting <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/covid-19-vaccine" target="_blank" rel="noopener">COVID vaccination</a> around the world, according to a new report from the U.S. Agency for International Development. 
According to a <a href="https://www.usaid.gov/sites/default/files/2023-09/USAID_COVID_GVAX_Capstone_Executive_Summary_082423_FINAL_508.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">report</a> released on Thursday by <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/usaid" target="_blank" rel="noopener">USAID</a>, the U.S. government spent $1.8 billion on promoting global COVID vaccination, and partnered with 120 different countries to donate 688 million COVID vaccination doses after launching “Global Vax” in December 2021.
“Global VAX demonstrated that a concerted push of technical support, diplomatic engagement, and funding can support countries to rapidly increase access to and confidence in vaccines in the midst of an evolving health emergency,” an executive summary of the report said. 
The effort encompassed USAID, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the State Department, the Department of Defense, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Treasury Department. 
The report added that government agencies were going to maintain international partnerships
“As the emergency phase of the COVID-19 pandemic recedes, U.S. government agencies sustain partnerships around the world to save lives, strengthen health security and pandemic preparedness, promote social and economic progress, and support countries to achieve their goals for health and development,” the report said. 
Prior to launching the Global Vax program in December 2021, the U.S. had already sent <a href="https://www.reuters.com/world/africa/us-ship-4-mln-covid-19-vaccine-doses-nigeria-566-mln-south-africa-2021-07-28/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">millions of doses</a> of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID vaccines to South Africa and Niger. 
The release of the report followed comments by USAID Administrator Sammantha Power on Wednesday suggesting that countries use religious leaders to push people into getting the COVID vaccine. 
“If you are trying to get people to take a COVID vaccine, you may not, in that particular community, have resources to fund a pop-up clinic, but you can engage a faith leader for free,” Power said.

Power’s comments echoed the government&#8217;s domestic strategy where then National Institutes of Health Director Francis Collins <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/how-the-federal-government-used-evangelical-leaders-to-spread-covid-propaganda-to-churches" target="_blank" rel="noopener">pushed for evangelical ministers</a> to use their “credibility” to promote the COVID vaccine. 
The vaccine, which was initially marketed as highly effective, faced backlash after the Biden administration attempted to implement an aggressive mandate and some medical experts <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/covid-vaccine-brings-higher-heart-risk-little-benefit-to-young-men-medical-expert-warns" target="_blank" rel="noopener">questioned</a> the efficacy of both the Pfizer and Moderna vaccine. 
High-profile figures like X owner <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/elon-musk-claims-he-had-major-side-effects-from-second-covid-booster-shot-felt-like-he-was-dying" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Elon Musk</a> and radio host <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/megyn-kelly-says-she-regrets-getting-covid-vax-opens-up-about-autoimmune-issue-after-booster" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Megyn Kelly</a> have said that they regret taking the vaccine and had medical complications after taking the shot.

It&#8217;s hard to think of any industry that&#8217;s enjoyed more success over the past twenty years or so than big pharma. More than 131 million people — that&#8217;s two-thirds of all adults in the United States — report that they&#8217;re taking at least one prescription drug. That&#8217;s a significant increase from the year 2000, when around half of American adults said they were doing so.
The percentage of people taking five or more prescription drugs has nearly doubled since the turn of the century. Spending on prescription drugs in that period has more than tripled. Drugs that supposedly treat psychological issues — like unhappiness, or a lack of self-control — have done especially well. From 1991 to 2018, SSRI prescriptions increased by over 3,000 percent. Roughly half the country either takes the potentially mind-altering drug Ozempic to lose weight, or knows someone taking it.
Given big pharma&#8217;s tremendous success, you&#8217;d think that by now, they would have solved a lot of the health problems facing Americans, or at least made progress in resolving them. But the opposite is true. Average life expectancy is declining. Suicide rates are up. So are the rates of obesity, drug addiction, and cancer among young adults. How is this possible? How is the pharmaceutical industry succeeding financially, while failing in every area that matters? How can they have so many people on so many medicines, and yet everyone is only getting sicker and less healthy? 
Part of the answer is that many drugs created by big pharma aren&#8217;t even intended to alleviate health problems anymore. They&#8217;re designed, instead, to cause more death and suffering. The pharma industry is churning out record amounts of sterilization drugs, abortion drugs, and suicide drugs — especially in Canada, where the government has begun putting down the undesirables who don&#8217;t even have a terminal illness. They are euthanizing human beings like stray dogs, and hardly anyone is objecting to it. More than half of all abortions are now performed using drugs from pharmaceutical companies. So-called puberty blockers, which can cause lifelong complications, are now prescribed to children under the age of 18 more than twice as often as they were just a few years ago.
The rest of big pharma&#8217;s catalog — the drugs that are at least allegedly beneficial to patients&#8217; health — have had a lot of marketing behind them. Other than New Zealand, we&#8217;re the only country that allows drug companies to market directly to consumers. This means that the pharmaceutical industry can sell not just the medication, but also the illness that the medication is supposed to cure. “Do you have such and such symptoms? Then you might have this disease. Here’s a drug that can help!” Diagnosis and prescription in one 30 second advertisement. How convenient. Fortunately for big pharma, the U.S. government has also granted them immunity from lawsuits, even when their products injure people. Which they quite often do.
Maybe the most important single reason for big pharma&#8217;s success, though, is media coverage, in particular media coverage that the drug companies have paid for. 
Pharmaceutical companies recently began spending more on advertising than research and development. In 2020, the year of the great pandemic, Pfizer spent $12 billion on marketing, compared to just $9 billion on R&amp;D. Companies like AbbVie and Johnson &amp; Johnson and Bayer and many other pharma companies posted similar numbers. What does all this money buy? If you turn on any cable or network news channel, you know the answer to that question. It buys incessant advertisements that air during every commercial break. And although the networks will never admit it, it also buys positive coverage. After all, if the networks criticize Big Pharma, they stand to lose millions in advertising dollars.
You might have noticed that the entire national news media is currently freaking out over the shortage of the drug Adderall. Adderall is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals, although there are competitors that make other versions of the drug. All of a sudden, Adderall is hard to find.
Here&#8217;s one recent report from &#8220;<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dt8RHGE06hc" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ABC Action News</a>&#8221; on the shortage. You can also see the video clip on my show. Watch how they frame this:

Yes, what will that 6-year-old do without her stimulants? This is a medical crisis. After all, the 6-year-old  has trouble sitting still to memorize sight words when she’s not drugged. Which makes her very similar to almost every other 6-year-old that has ever lived on the planet. But this mother wants her 6-year-old to be less like a 6-year-old, because it is very inconvenient to have a 6-year-old acting like a 6-year-old in the home. And that’s why she desperately needs the drugs. And by “she,” I mean the mother, not the child. The mother “needs” the child to be drugged so that the child is not such a burden on her, the mother. 
The anchor says that the shortage of ADHD medication is leaving parents wondering, quote, &#8220;if they are going to have enough pills to help their children,” but of course ADHD drugs for kids are really meant to help the parents. 
Think about what a revealing line that is, though, for a moment. The statement — from the &#8220;news&#8221; anchor — assumes, as a matter of fact, that the only possible way for parents to help their children is by giving them pills. What&#8217;s the scientific basis for that claim? Later on, &#8220;ABC Action News&#8221; provides an &#8220;expert&#8221; who affords legitimacy to the idea that 6-year-olds need ADHD medications. His name is Michael Ganio. He&#8217;s with the &#8220;American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.&#8221; He says that a lot of patients, quote, &#8220;require this medication just to function on a daily basis.&#8221; Therefore, he says, the ADHD shortage is &#8220;very difficult.” Soon we might have an epidemic of 6-year-olds not memorizing sight words. Think of the devastation. 
Now, what&#8217;s left unstated in that report is that the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists is sponsored by big pharma. They admit it, on their website.  Their most recent mid-year conference lists Pfizer as a &#8220;platinum&#8221; sponsor. These are the &#8220;experts&#8221; that the pharmaceutical industry launders through so-called &#8220;news reports,&#8221; in order to convince you that ADHD is a real disorder. This is the quality of &#8220;medical professional&#8221; they throw on television to tell you that your 6-year-old needs a lifetime supply of psychiatric medication so that she’ll be docile and compliant, as if that’s how a 6-year-old is supposed to be. But these experts are really PR people.
As if to prove that point, that same &#8220;expert,&#8221; Michael Ganio, popped up in a PBS News article on Adderall. It&#8217;s entitled, &#8220;A ‘perfect storm’ led to an ADHD medication shortage. Here’s why.&#8221; Once again, Ganio explains that the Adderall shortage is &#8220;really frustrating,&#8221; presumably because patients desperately need the drug. PBS agrees. They reported that &#8220;millions who rely on the drugs&#8221; have been left with &#8220;uncertainty, frustration and bureaucratic hassles.&#8221;
National Geographic was even more melodramatic. They wrote, quote, &#8220;As Adderall shortage continues, people with ADHD struggle to stay afloat.&#8221; The article quotes an adult who&#8217;s been diagnosed with ADHD as saying, quote, &#8220;It doesn&#8217;t take much for us to drown.&#8221; National Geographic added that, quote, &#8220;some adults with ADHD&#8221; are now &#8220;forced to navigate life while unmedicated.” 
Can you imagine? American adults are having to figure out how to navigate life without their regular dose of stimulants. God forbid. The horror. How can these people possibly live — and deal with normal distraction and boredom — without their chemical crutches? Of course, prior to the invention of ADHD medicine — and ADHD itself — everyone lived without these drugs and not one single person died because of it. Yet now a shortage of these drugs — the ones that everyone was fine without, since forever — represents some kind of existential crisis.

The Biden administration, of course, agrees that this is a major problem. They want everybody hopped up on as many drugs as possible. Accordingly, CNN reports, the FDA and DEA are now calling on drugmakers to &#8220;boost manufacturing amid ongoing shortage of prescription stimulants.&#8221; CNN blamed the shortage on the, quote, &#8220;surge in demand for prescription stimulants during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially among adults.” Of course this is not the first time that there’s been a rush to manufacture and push out drugs allegedly because of the pandemic, and we all know how well it worked out the first time.
In any case, it&#8217;s the pandemic&#8217;s fault. They&#8217;re blaming the shortage of Adderall on the pandemic — just like they blame everything on the pandemic. But here&#8217;s the thing. If the pandemic increased “ADHD” by such an enormous degree, then that only shows that ADHD is not a real disease. It&#8217;s a concept invented by the medical industry in its never ending pursuit to medicalize and subsequently profit off of every inconvenient human trait and behavior. The fact that more people suddenly came down with ADHD when they were locked in their homes absolutely proves that this “disorder” is simply a way of categorizing normal boredom and restlessness — which is all extremely human and normal. 
That would explain why ADHD diagnoses somehow increased by two-thirds from 1998 to 2016. It would explain why these diagnoses increased again, during the pandemic, by roughly 20 percent for some demographic groups, including young women. It&#8217;s not like some new objective ADHD test was developed that explains these numbers. They&#8217;re just making up criteria that mean nothing, and diagnosing every patient that walks in the door.
Take a look at how the CDC defines &#8220;ADHD,&#8221; if you&#8217;re skeptical. The CDC says that children have ADHD if they do the following: &#8220;make careless mistakes or take unnecessary risks &#8230; daydream a lot &#8230;  forget or lose things a lot &#8230; squirm or fidget &#8230; and have a hard time resisting temptation.&#8221;
My goodness. The ADHD epidemic is worse than I thought. Apparently literally every child who has ever lived on Earth is infected. Apologists will try to claim that the diagnostic criteria isn’t this broad, that there are other ways of determining whether a child really has it or not. They’ll even claim that ADHD can be detected in the brain with brain scans. And yet you’ll notice that the “Disorder” is never diagnosed with brain scans. That’s because it is really as broad as it seems. Every child can be diagnosed with it. If you want your child to have it, they have it. If you want the drugs, you can get the drugs. Apart from the shortage, of course. You can indeed diagnose every kid on the planet with ADHD, just like you can diagnose every unhappy, masked middle-aged woman with &#8220;Long COVID.&#8221; The diagnosis is about as rigorous.
That&#8217;s because ADHD, like &#8220;Long COVID,&#8221; is not a real medical diagnosis. It&#8217;s a category error. It&#8217;s a made-up illness that&#8217;s used to describe normal human responses to a modern environment filled with distractions. The solution, which no one ever talks about because it wouldn&#8217;t make big pharma any money, is to either change your environment, or learn to deal with it. If everyone did that, it&#8217;s very possible that the pharmaceutical companies would lose money. But maybe the metrics that matter — like the suicide rate, life expectancy, drug overdoses and so on — maybe those would finally start moving in the right direction.

A North Carolina Pfizer pharmaceutical plant that makes anesthesia drugs suffered heavy damage from a Tornado earlier this week. Pfizer confirmed that the large manufacturing complex was damaged by a twister that touched down shortly after midday near Rocky Mount. The company went on to say in an email that it had no reports of serious injuries and all employees were safely evacuated and accounted for.

Russian Prosecutors Move To Imprison Navalny
Russian prosecutors have asked a court to imprison opposition leader Alexei Navalny for 20 years, the Associated Press <a href="https://www.pbs.org/newshour/world/russian-prosecutors-are-seeking-a-20-year-sentence-for-opposition-leader-navalny-ally-says" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>. According to allies of Navalny, the trial, which went on behind closed doors in the prison where the politician is serving another lengthy sentence, is scheduled to conclude with a verdict on August 4. The 47-year-old opposition leader is President Vladimir Putin&#8217;s fiercest foe who exposed official corruption and organized major anti-Kremlin protests. He was arrested in January 2021 upon returning to Moscow after recuperating in Germany from nerve agent poisoning that he blames on the Kremlin.

A tornado ripped apart a <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/pfizer" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Pfizer</a> manufacturing facility in North Carolina Wednesday afternoon, damaging a massive storage of critical medicines used in hospitals throughout the U.S.
The tornado caused significant damage in Nash County — damaging vegetation and homes — in addition to the Pfizer Rocky Mount facility.
Nash County Sheriff Keith Stone said, “I’ve got reports of 50,000 pallets of medicine that are strewn across the facility and damaged through the rain and the wind.”

Pfizer said in a statement, &#8220;We can confirm that the Pfizer Rocky Mount facility was damaged by the tornado.&#8221;
&#8220;Pfizer colleagues at the site followed our established safety protocol and were able to evacuate. They are safe and accounted for,&#8221; the company added. &#8220;We are assessing the situation to determine the impact on production. Our thoughts are with our colleagues, our patients, and the community as we rebuild from this weather incident.&#8221;
The company&#8217;s website said that the Rocky Mount facility was &#8220;one of the largest sterile injectable facilities in the world, with more than 1.4 million square feet of manufacturing space on 250 acres in Eastern North Carolina.&#8221;
The facility is responsible for manufacturing nearly a quarter of all sterile injectables that are used in U.S. hospitals.

The facility produces &#8220;more than 400 million units leaving the Rocky Mount site annually help treat patients around the world.&#8221;

The pharmaceutical titan <a href="https://static.gendercool.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/28184649/GenderCool-Partnership-Tiers-v8.1.pdf?bbeml=tp-7f0AsW35hUiMIhN0d1yoWg.jHPRg-jaZuka_aGfcnIxZKg.rKcL3YVPcQU2YNioG929DKg.lCUcXa_oPY0uVQhJOMV1J0g">partnered</a> with the GenderCool Project, an organization that seeks to generate positive media coverage of children who identify as transgender. 
Children who identify as transgender and are affiliated with the organization have been <a href="https://gendercool.org/what-we-do/impact/">featured in</a> The New York Times, USA Today, ABC News,​​ <a href="https://gendercool.org/todayshow/">The Today Show,</a> and Teen Vogue. One member of the organization even <a href="https://gendercool.org/whitehouse/">spoke at the White House</a>.
The GenderCool Project also distributes pro-trans books aimed at children. One such <a href="https://akidsco.com/collections/the-gendercool-project-collection/products/a-kids-book-about-being-transgender?utm_source=gendercool&amp;utm_medium=landingpage&amp;utm_campaign=preorder">book</a>, called “A Kid’s Book About Being Transgender,” states that “Gender is uniquely beautiful, and each person’s experience is individual to them.” Another <a href="https://akidsco.com/collections/the-gendercool-project-collection/products/a-kids-book-about-being-non-binary?utm_source=gendercool&amp;utm_medium=landingpage&amp;utm_campaign=preorder">book</a>, “A Kids Book About Being Nonbinary,” is listed for readers ages five and up.
While Pfizer is absent from the GenderCool Project’s current list of <a href="https://gendercool.org/partners-and-supporters/">corporate backers</a>, it is listed on a <a href="https://static.gendercool.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/28184649/GenderCool-Partnership-Tiers-v8.1.pdf?bbeml=tp-7f0AsW35hUiMIhN0d1yoWg.jHPRg-jaZuka_aGfcnIxZKg.rKcL3YVPcQU2YNioG929DKg.lCUcXa_oPY0uVQhJOMV1J0g">document</a> obtained by The Daily Wire that highlights the different sponsorship tiers. “Partner with GenderCool to prepare for the next-gen workforce, support your employee parents, and enable our life-changing, even life-saving, work,” the document reads.

 In exchange, the GenderCool Project offered companies “curated support for employee parents of trans and non-binary children” and a “virtual GenderCool Event,” among other perks. 
It is unclear whether Pfizer’s corporate sponsorship with the GenderCool Project is ongoing or how much money it gave to the organization. Meanwhile, the pharmaceutical giant produces several different drugs used by those attempting to transition into the opposite sex. 
One such product is <a href="https://www.pfizer.com/products/product-detail/depo_estradiol">Depo-Estradiol</a>, an estradiol cypionate injection <a href="https://transcare.ucsf.edu/guidelines/feminizing-hormone-therapy">used</a> by men who identify as women as well as menopausal women to increase estrogen levels in the body, resulting in the development of feminine characteristics in the recipient. 
Pfizer product <a href="https://www.pfizermedicalinformation.com/en-us/aldactone#:~:text=ALDACTONE%C2%AE(spironolactone)%20%7C%20Pfizer%20Medical%20Information%20%2D%20US">Aldactone</a>, a form of spironolactone, is “the most commonly used <a href="https://transcare.ucsf.edu/guidelines/feminizing-hormone-therapy">androgen blocker</a> in the U.S.,” according to the University of California San Francisco Transgender Care clinic. There’s also <a href="https://www.pfizermedicalinformation.com/en-us/depo-provera">Depo-Provera</a>, a Pfizer product <a href="https://transcare.ucsf.edu/guidelines/feminizing-hormone-therapy">used</a> to feminize men who identify as women.
Pfizer also produces <a href="https://www.pfizermedicalinformation.com/en-us/depo-testosterone/description">Depo-Testosterone</a>, a testosterone cypionate injection used by women <a href="https://transcare.ucsf.edu/guidelines/masculinizing-therapy">attempting to transition</a> into men. There’s also <a href="https://www.pfizermedicalinformation.com/en-us/synarel/indications-usage">Synarel</a>, a Pfizer product that can <a href="https://transhealthproject.org/resources/health-insurance-medical-policies/views/youth-services/">block puberty</a>. Synarel is a nasal spray and has been <a href="https://www.gendergp.com/help-centre/injection-alternatives-hormone-blockers-nasal-spray-suprafect/">suggested</a> as an alternative to injections. 
Meanwhile, the pharmaceutical giant also <a href="https://freebeacon.com/latest-news/how-left-wing-activist-group-teamed-up-with-big-pharma-to-push-radical-gender-ideology-on-american-hospitals/">sponsored</a> the Human Rights Campaign’s “health equity index,” a ranking system incentivizing hospitals to provide so-called “gender-affirming care,” which seeks to modify a patient’s sex.
But Pfizer isn’t the only pharmaceutical company that’s sponsored the GenderCool Project while also producing drugs used in medical transition attempts. One <a href="https://www.breitbart.com/health/2022/07/18/company-under-investigation-puberty-blockers-sponsors-pro-trans-children-organization/">report</a> found that Abbvie Pharmaceuticals also supported the organization. The company produces Lupron Depot, a puberty-blocking drug that has been used to <a href="https://classic.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT00220350">chemically castrate</a> sex offenders. 
Abbvie also produces <a href="https://www.androderm.com/">Androderm</a>, a trans-dermal testosterone patch <a href="https://fenwayhealth.org/wp-content/uploads/13e.-Gender-Affirming-Hormone-Therapy.pdf">used</a> for cross-sex hormone therapy by women attempting to become men. The drug has been <a href="https://www.ashp.org/drug-shortages/current-shortages/drug-shortage-detail.aspx?id=925&amp;loginreturnUrl=SSOCheckOnly">discontinued</a> due to a supposed shortage.
Bayer Pharmaceuticals also <a href="https://www.influencewatch.org/non-profit/gendercool-project/">sponsored</a> the pro-transgender organization, according to an <a href="https://archive.ph/FLpGh">archived screenshot</a> of the site. Bayer <a href="https://www.bayer.com/sites/default/files/DIANE_35_EN_PI.pdf">produces</a> a drug called cyproterone acetate, an anti-androgen <a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6612061/">used</a> to feminize men who identify as women. Bayer creates <a href="https://www.bayer.com/sites/default/files/ANDROCUR_10_mg_EN_PI.pdf">multiple different</a> forms of the drug.
“It is often used in combination with estrogens in trans women to achieve feminization,” one <a href="https://academic.oup.com/jcem/article/106/10/e3936/6298578">study</a> that discusses the use of cyproterone acetate reads. Transgender activist Zinnia Jones discussed the use of cyproterone acetate in an <a href="https://zinniajones.medium.com/four-low-cost-alternatives-to-puberty-blockers-for-transgender-adolescents-c02f3f61ca52">article titled</a> “Four low-cost alternatives to puberty blockers for transgender adolescents.”

One of the cyproterone acetate drugs that Bayer creates is called Diane-35ED. The drug also includes ethinylestradiol, which assists in feminizing a man who attempts to transition into a woman. The drug has <a href="https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0955395914001637">been used</a> by men who attempt to develop breasts to appear feminine.
January Littlejohn, a Patient Advocate with <a href="https://donoharmmedicine.org/content-author/january-littlejohn/">Do No Harm</a>, blasted the GenderCool Project as &#8220;part of a larger agenda to normalize the ideology that children can be born in the wrong body and need to have access to medical interventions as the sole solution.&#8221;
She went on to note that &#8220;these medical interventions are costly, and they must be maintained for the lifetime of the user, generating significant profits for Big Pharma.&#8221; She also pointed out that, according to <a href="https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0243894">multiple</a> different <a href="https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lanchi/article/PIIS2352-4642(22)00254-1/fulltext#%20">studies</a>, roughly 98% of minors who take puberty blockers go on to take cross-sex hormone therapy.
&#8220;It is not surprising that big pharma would partner with an organization aiming to normalize a mental health issue from which they would profit immensely,&#8221; Littlejohn contended.
Neither Pfizer nor the GenderCool Project responded to a request for comment.

A former employee for <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/pfizer" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Pfizer</a> was charged by federal investigators on Thursday after being accused of insider trading related to non-public results related to <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/covid-19" target="_blank" rel="noopener">COVID</a> drug Paxlovid. 
Amit Dagar, 44, was <a href="https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdny/pr/us-attorney-announces-charges-four-separate-insider-trading-cases-against-10" target="_blank" rel="noopener">charged with four counts</a> of securities fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud after federal investigators said that he used his knowledge of Paxlovid trials to purchase stock in Pfizer ahead of the release of positive test results.
Dagar “purchased short-dated, out-of-the-money call options in Pfizer stock. DAGAR also tipped his close friend, ATUL BHIWAPURKAR, about the coming drug results and BHIWAPURKAR also purchased short-dated, out-of-the-money Pfizer call options that expired approximately two weeks later. BHIWAPURKAR also tipped another friend (&#8216;Individual-1&#8217;), who similarly purchased short-dated, out-of-the-money Pfizer call options that expired approximately three weeks later,” the Southern District of New York’s Department of Justice’s office said. 
Bhiwapurkar, from California, was also charged with two counts of security fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit security fraud. The two are accused of purchasing the stocks in November 2021 after Dagar saw positive results from the company’s testing of Paxlovid ahead of their public release. 
“Insider trading is not a quick buck. It’s not easy money. It’s not a sure thing. It’s cheating. It’s a bad bet. It’s a ticket to prison. Because my Office, the Southern District of New York, is watching,” said U.S. Attorney Damian Williams. “And we’re working quickly to investigate and prosecute anyone who corrupts our financial markets. And we’ll keep at it as long as it takes. You can bet on that.”
According to the DOJ, the two made over $350,000 on the stocks after Pfizer released the testing data, leading the pharmaceutical giant’s stock to increase by about 10%. Both Dagar and Bhiwapurkar could face 20 years in prison for each of the security fraud counts if convicted.
“The charges announced today center on the defendants’ alleged participation in illegal securities trading based on material, non-public information. Insider trading schemes not only yield ill-gotten gains for those directly involved but also damage the public’s faith in the fairness of our financial markets,” said FBI official Michael Driscoll.

Dagar “looks forward to defending himself in court,” <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2023/06/29/ex-pfizer-employee-charged-over-trading-on-paxlovid-data.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according</a> to lawyer Patrick Smith, who said the former Pfizer employee denied any wrongdoing. 
A parallel action was unveiled against the pair by the Securities and Exchange Commission. 
“Dagar and Bhiwapurkar allegedly leveraged this information by trading out-of-the-money call options to generate massive one-day returns. Thanks to our surveillance, the defendants must now face the consequences of their greed,” <a href="https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2023-123" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> Joseph Sansone, the chief of the SEC’s Market Abuse Unit.
