<p><a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/secret-service" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Secret Service</a> agents monitored adult subscription website <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/onlyfans" target="_blank" rel="noopener">OnlyFans</a> and emerging <a href="http://dailywire.com/topic/social-media" target="_blank" rel="noopener">social media</a> platforms such as Twitch for perceived threats.</p>
<p>Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, a legal and investigative watchdog organization, obtained heavily redacted <a href="https://www.citizensforethics.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/USSS-01.27.2023.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">documents</a> through a public records request which showed that agents were asked to examine a list of accounts on Twitter and Instagram, as well as OnlyFans, Parler, and Pinterest, for risks to protectees of the Secret Service.</p>
<p>“While social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook are known to cultivate toxic political environments often punctuated with violent rhetoric, OnlyFans and Pinterest are not known for threats against those protected by the Secret Service,” Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington remarked in a <a href="https://www.citizensforethics.org/reports-investigations/crew-investigations/secret-service-tracking-onlyfans-twitch-and-pinterest-accounts/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">statement</a> this week. “It is unclear why these accounts were being monitored, sometimes daily, as the nature of the threats and account names are redacted.”</p>
<p>The briefing sheets released by the Secret Service come from December 2020. Many cited potential risks on January 6, 2021, the day on which protestors entered the United States Capitol Building over allegations of election fraud. Customs and Border Protection flagged at least five Periscope accounts and sent them to the State Department on the morning of the riot.</p>
<p>The majority of the accounts were private or inactive while at least one OnlyFans account was deactivated by the platform, on which users pay subscription fees and tips to women who post racy pictures, producing <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/meet-the-women-who-regret-onlyfans" target="_blank" rel="noopener">regret</a> among many content creators.</p>
<p>“The extent to which the Secret Service and other intelligence agencies are monitoring social media is unclear, but these documents show that it goes further than the boundaries of household name platforms like Twitter and Facebook,” the statement continued. “While the documents reveal monitoring of these new platforms outside of the usual intelligence gathering discourse, they do not reveal whether these were accounts flagged for specific threats or whether the Secret Service or other agencies are routinely scanning large but largely apolitical platforms like OnlyFans and Pinterest for potential threats.”</p>
<p>The Secret Service, a federal law enforcement agency under the Department of Homeland Security, protects domestic political leaders and visiting heads of state. Agents routinely sweep social media platforms to detect possible threats against officials or their families.</p>
<p>Federal involvement in social media content moderation and censorship decisions was recently revealed after Elon Musk purchased Twitter and provided reporters with emails between ousted executives and government agents. Various <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/breaking-new-twitter-files-shows-how-federal-state-governments-monitor-americans-social-media-posts" target="_blank" rel="noopener">editions</a> of the so-called Twitter Files have since shown that federal agencies, particularly the FBI, contacted Twitter about the censorship of so many posts that employees congratulated each other in internal communications for the “monumental undertaking” of reviewing them. The Department of Homeland Security likewise worked with security contractors and think tanks to pressure Twitter into moderating content.</p>

<p style="font-weight: 400;">A 31-year-old heavily tattooed mom who posts racy photos of herself on OnlyFans is suing her children’s school district because they banned her as a volunteer.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Victoria “Snooks” Triece, who has two children in Sand Lake Elementary School, was <a href="https://nypost.com/2021/10/29/victoria-triece-booted-as-school-volunteer-due-to-onlyfans-page/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">banned</a> by the Orange County School District in Orlando, Florida in 2021.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“Many other parents of children in Orange County Schools are also participants in OnlyFans as well as other adult oriented professions, such as topless dancing, adult-themed acting, online sexting, among others,” Triece’s attorneys John Zielinski and Mark NeJame stated, as ClickOrlando.com <a href="https://www.clickorlando.com/news/local/2023/01/25/florida-mother-sues-school-district-over-onlyfans-controversy/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>. “To paint Ms. Triece with the modern-day equivalent of a ‘Scarlet Letter’ has left Ms. Triece with no other option other than filing suit.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“The main reason I’m doing this is not for myself,” Triece claimed. “I can only imagine who’s been through this and couldn’t fight it and they’ve been told we don’t know how to fight this and how many people are to come that do the same exact thing I do. And they’re going to be told one day they’re going to have somebody that just doesn’t agree morally with what they’re doing. And they’re going to have somebody do the same situation and I don’t think any mom, any dad, anybody in the position that I’m in should be going through that.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Last year, Triece, who says she always dresses appropriately on school grounds, attempted to get the district to reverse the decision, but Circuit Judge Paetra Brownlee ruled she “does not have an unequivocal legal right to participate” in the school program.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">The new lawsuit claims that the anonymous email from a school parent, which reportedly had explicit images of Triece attached, was “circulated &#8230; to OCPS staff and employees that were not in need of the information,” according to the <a href="https://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/orange-county/os-ne-victoria-triece-onlyfans-ocps-volunteer-lawsuit-20230125-gtjok6vvczhf5d76hmysyw2c7q-story.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Orlando Sentinel</a>.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">By the time Sand Lake Elementary Principal Kathleen Phillips was apprised of Triece’s racy vocation, Triece had been volunteering for five years.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“When I became a mother &#8230; (my children) became my whole life, so I wanted to obviously be involved in every part of their world, whether that’s at school, at home, in just everything,” Triece said in October 2021. “So I knew from when I had kids, I’m going to be the room parent.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“What she was doing, what she does in her off-time, it’s not illegal. But yet, we have a morality police with the Orange County School Board and whatever administrators made this horrific decision,” NeJame stated, arguing that the only reason for banning Triece would be is she had a criminal record.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“The fact is we’re going to be seeking maximum damages and then allow a jury to determine what it costs somebody to be taken from their child, what it costs somebody not to be able to participate in their child’s lives, what it costs somebody to be having this publicly exposed,” NeJame added.</p>

<p>American-British media personality and former professional kickboxer Andrew Tate and his brother were <a href="https://nypost.com/2022/12/29/andrew-tate-brother-arrested-on-sex-trafficking-allegations-report/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">detained</a> in Romania in a human trafficking investigation Thursday along with a former policewoman, according to <a href="https://www.antena3.ro/actualitate/fratii-tate-perchezitii-vila-lux-tristan-cobra-661477.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reports</a>.</p>
<p>Romanian authorities allegedly detained Tate and his brother at their luxury villa after armed police raided his residence searching for evidence related to the case in which the brothers are accused of abducting two women.</p>
<p>Local media reported that sources close to the investigation said the former policewoman allegedly formed a criminal group. Romanian prosecutors said the group explicitly aims to recruit and exploit girls to create and distribute pornographic clips on sites like OnlyFans.</p>
<p>The raid was conducted by the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT ), according to Romanian media outlet <a href="https://www.g4media.ro/noi-descinderi-diicot-la-cei-doi-frati-britanici-din-voluntari-acuzati-ca-au-sechestrat-fete.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">G4Media</a>.</p>
<p>According to Daily Mail, DICCOT said in a news release that Romania&#8217;s police, crime, and investigation unit had raided five homes with search warrants issued in connection to an ongoing investigation into an organized criminal group, human trafficking, and rape.</p>
<p class="mol-para-with-font">The alleged victims were &#8220;recruited by two British citizens&#8221; who were later transported and housed in buildings in Ilfov county, police said.</p>
<p class="mol-para-with-font">Authorities did not name the suspects.</p>
<p class="mol-para-with-font">The women were then allegedly subjected to &#8220;physical violence and mental coercion&#8217; and were &#8216;sexually exploited by group members by forcing them to perform pornographic demonstrations […] for the purpose of producing and disseminating through social media platforms,&#8221; Daily Mail <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11583711/Andrew-Tates-luxury-villa-Romania-raided-police.html?ns_mchannel=rss&amp;ns_campaign=1490&amp;ito=social-twitter_dailymailUK">reported</a>.</p>
<p>Authorities reportedly detained the two brothers for 24 hours.</p>
<p>Tate&#8217;s reported apprehension comes a day after he filmed a <a href="https://nypost.com/2022/12/29/greta-thunberg-and-andrew-tate-trade-barbs-in-twitter-spat/">video</a> criticizing climate activist Greta Thunberg, which included a pizza box from a national chain in Romania.</p>

It’s very popular with people who are large on the Internet.”</p>
<p>“[Police] turned up, they investigated, they realized nobody was in the house against their will, there was no crime committed […] we had to go to the police station for 45 minutes for pieces of paper, we filled them in, and we were let go,” Tate added.</p>
<p>According to a report from <a href="https://www.reuters.com/world/romania-detains-ex-kickboxer-andrew-tate-human-trafficking-case-2022-12-30/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Reuters</a>, though it has been speculated that authorities were able to confirm Tate’s location in part because of the pizza boxes featured in his response video to Thunberg, an “anti-organised crime unit representative said it was not the case that Tate&#8217;s arrest had been made as a result of the pizza boxes.”</p>

<p class="p2">Two top executives at <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/meta" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Meta</a>, Facebook’s parent company, and another worker, were <a href="https://www.newsbusters.org/blogs/free-speech/joseph-vazquez/2022/10/13/harmful-content-top-facebook-execs-named-porn-bribery" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span class="s1">allegedly</span></a> involved in a bribery scandal in an attempt to expand the influence of the porn company OnlyFans.</p>
<p class="p2">A recent court filing in a California suit showed that the three people were allegedly taking bribes in an attempt to assist the OnlyFans site in succeeding over others in the business, Gizmodo <a href="https://gizmodo.com/clegg-meta-executives-identified-in-onlyfans-bribery-su-1849649270" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span class="s1">exclusively</span></a> reported Wednesday.</p>
<p class="p2">The lawsuit claims that Nick Clegg, Meta’s vice president of global policy, and Nicola Mendelsohn, the global business team’s vice president, were the “John Does” in a suit saying they took bribes to help OnlyFans do better than its competitors, according to Gizmodo. The third worker to be named in the Tuesday document is Cristian Perrella. The names were allegedly mistakenly published in the filing by OnlyFan’s owners’ legal team.</p>
<p class="p2">Earlier this year, the Meta workers were not named in a lawsuit that claims they tried to get sites that compete with OnlyFans “blacklisted” on the internet. A group of adult entertainers brought the lawsuit and said that Meta workers utilized records that are supposed to be used to inform businesses about risks for another reason — they used the information to downgrade most other adult entertainers, except for those working at OnlyFans.</p>
<p class="p2">The filing <a href="https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2022/10/onlyfans-lawyers-accidentally-reveal-which-meta-execs-allegedly-took-bribes/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span class="s1">claims</span></a> that lawyers for the entities suing OnlyFans and Meta got a confidential tip over email with a document that allegedly revealed wire transfers that OnlyFans’ owner Fenix International Limited sent to Clegg, Perrella, and Mendelsohn. The wires seem to show that the workers took money as a bribe in this scenario.</p>
<p class="p2">Fenix pointed to the fact that the tip can’t be corroborated.</p>
<p class="p2">“Without the identity of the person who sent the email, it is impossible to assess the believability of the contents of the email,” its motion to dismiss reportedly stated.</p>
<p class="p2">“OnlyFans categorically denies all allegations and knows of no evidence which supports them,” an OnlyFans spokesperson <a href="https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2022/10/onlyfans-lawyers-accidentally-reveal-which-meta-execs-allegedly-took-bribes/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span class="s1">told</span></a> Ars Technica.</p>
<p class="p2">Meta has <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/news/technology/meta-top-executives-accused-of-taking-bribes-from-onlyfans-in-lawsuit-9325081.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span class="s1">said</span></a> that the allegations don’t have merit and has moved to dismiss the lawsuit, but also pointed out its Section 230 protection, saying that it can’t take responsibility, even if the lawsuit is successful.</p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s2">Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act <a href="https://www.eff.org/issues/cda230" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span class="s3">states</span></a> that “No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider.”</span></p>
<p class="p2">&#8220;As we make clear in our motion to dismiss, we deny these allegations as they lack facts, merit, or anything that would make them plausible. The allegations are baseless,” a Meta spokesperson <a href="https://gizmodo.com/clegg-meta-executives-identified-in-onlyfans-bribery-su-1849649270" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span class="s1">said</span></a>.</p>
<p class="p2">OnlyFans has <a href="https://www.engadget.com/meta-executive-onlyfans-bribery-accusations-210256474.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span class="s1">claimed</span></a> in another document that it “inadvertently” revealed the Meta employees’ identities and requested that the court get rid of the filing.</p>

<p>A 26-year-old <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/onlyfans" target="_blank" rel="noopener">OnlyFans</a> model and social media influencer charged with murdering her boyfriend has been denied bond, according to court records.</p>
<p>Courtney Clenney, known online as Courtney Tailor, was arrested and charged this month with second-degree <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/murder" target="_blank" rel="noopener">murder</a> of 27-year-old Christian “Toby” Obumseli, the model&#8217;s boyfriend. Obumseli was found stabbed to death inside a luxury condo in Miami on April 3.</p>
<p>Arguing before Judge Jacqueline Woodward in a Miami courtroom on Saturday morning, Clenney attorney Frank Prieto said there is not enough evidence for his client to be hit with a murder charge and asked for Clenney to be released on bail pending trial, Fox News <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/us/onlyfans-model-accused-boyfriend-killer-courtney-clenney-denied-bond">reported</a>.</p>
<p>&#8220;At best it&#8217;s manslaughter,&#8221; Prieto told Judge Woodward.</p>
<p>&#8220;Miss Clenney, your attorneys are here, and they’re fighting hard for you, but at this time, I’m not really the judge who should be making these decisions,&#8221; the judge said in the courtroom. &#8220;It should be a judge who knows a little bit more about your case.&#8221;</p>
<p>Following the incident, the model’s legal team has claimed Clenney was acting in self-defense and was choked on the night Obumseli died.</p>
<p>“Obumseli attacked her and choked her that evening; Courtney had no choice but to meet force with force,” Prieto has said.</p>
<p>Clenney was reportedly heard on the 911 call from the night of the incident saying, “I’m so sorry, baby,” while Obumseli said he felt like he was dying and was losing feeling in his arms.</p>
<p>“I’m completely shocked, especially since we were cooperating with the investigation and offered to voluntarily surrender her if she were charged,&#8221; Prieto <a href="https://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/crime/article264361166.html">told</a> the Miami Herald, following his client&#8217;s arrest. &#8220;We look forward to clearing her name in court.”</p>
<p>Obumseli’s family says Clenney was not acting in self-defense, denying any allegation that the 27-year-old was violent with his girlfriend of two years.</p>
<p>“We have no cause to believe that this was a case of self-defense,” said Karen Egbuna, Obumseli’s cousin. “Toby was raised by a very strong family with strong morals, strong values, he does not come from that.”</p>
<p>Larry Handfield, a lawyer repressing the Obumseli family, has claimed the delay in Clenney’s arrest is about race.</p>
<p>“We believe it is white privilege, because any other person would’ve been arrested,” Handfield told Rolling Stone in April.</p>
<p>Authorities in recent weeks have responded to the delay, saying they had to get the evidence in order, and only have one shot to get the case right.</p>

<p>The model&#8217;s defense team has claimed Clenney was acting in self-defense, and was choked on the night of the incident.</p>

<p>Clenney was reportedly arrested in Las Vegas in July 2021, on suspicion of domestic battery against Obumseli. She said her boyfriend did not hurt her and copped to throwing a glass in Obumseli&#8217;s direction, and having in the past thrown objects at him, court records <a href="https://news3lv.com/news/local/internet-model-accused-of-killing-boyfriend-once-arrested-for-las-vegas-domestic-battery-courtney-clenney-onlyfans-christian-toby-obumseli-miami-florida">show</a>. The case was eventually dropped.</p>
<p>The couple&#8217;s routine disturbances reportedly upset folks at a condo they were staying at, and management was &#8220;moving toward legal action&#8221; to evict them, according to an affidavit.</p>
<p>Weeks before the incident, Clenney boasted on a podcast (released April 8), that she only dates &#8220;rich black guys.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Let me clarify: I only date rich black guys,&#8221; she said on the &#8220;We in Miami&#8221; podcast.</p>
<p>Clenney further boasted of bringing in six-figures each month via OnlyFans, a subscription site known for hosting sexual content. &#8220;It&#8217;s not too bad,&#8221; she said. &#8220;I&#8217;m grateful.&#8221;</p>
<p><a href="https://nypost.com/2022/08/19/onlyfans-model-courtney-clenneys-request-to-keep-evidence-secret-in-murder-case-opposed-by-prosecutors/">According</a> to the New York Post, Florida prosecutors on Friday objected to Clenney&#8217;s request to keep evidence private in the case.</p>
<p>“It’s been the defense that has been frankly keeping this case within media attention,” prosecution said. “Mr. Obumseli was dead for five days and the defense was making statements to the media both in print and on television and local news.”</p>

<p>On Wednesday, the Hawaii Police Department assisted in taking Clenney into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service.</p>
<p>The model, who goes by <a href="https://www.instagram.com/courtneytailor/">Courtney Tailor</a> online, was &#8220;arrested on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Miami-Dade County, Florida, for the offense of murder in the second-degree with a deadly weapon,&#8221; a press release from the department <a href="https://www.hawaiipolice.com/8-10-22-social-media-model-courtney-clenney-arrested">said</a>.</p>
<p>&#8220;Clenney is being held at the Hawai’i Police Department’s East Hawai’i Detention Center pending her initial court appearance in Hilo District Court, tentatively scheduled for Thursday, August 11, 2022,&#8221; authorities added. &#8220;She will eventually be extradited to Florida.&#8221;</p>

<p>The Florida State Attorney&#8217;s Office on Thursday released elevator surveillance footage of Clenney and Obumseli about a month before the fatal incident.</p>
<p>In the footage, both Clenney and Obumseli put their hands on each other. Clenney, in the clip provided, starts the physical altercation inside the elevator.</p>

<p>Through her attorney, Frank Prieto, Clenney has claimed she was acting in self-defense during the fatal incident.</p>
<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m completely shocked, especially since we were cooperating with the investigation and offered to voluntarily surrender her if she were charged,&#8221; Prieto <a href="https://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/crime/article264361166.html">told</a> the Miami Herald. &#8220;We look forward to clearing her name in court.&#8221;</p>
<p>The attorney <a href="https://www.rollingstone.com/culture/culture-news/courtney-clenney-murdered-christian-obumseli-domestic-violence-1395922/">told</a> Rolling Stone magazine on Wednesday that “Obumseli attacked her and choked her that evening,&#8221; and that his client &#8220;had no choice but to meet force with force.&#8221;</p>
<p>Clenney was heard on the 911 call saying, “I’m so sorry, baby,&#8221; while Obumseli said he felt like he was dying and was losing feeling in his arms.</p>
<p>Obumseli&#8217;s family says Clenney was not acting in self-defense, denying any allegation that the 27-year-old was violent with his girlfriend of two years.</p>
<p>&#8220;We have no cause to believe that this was a case of self-defense,&#8221; said Karen Egbuna, Obumseli&#8217;s cousin. &#8220;Toby was raised by a very strong family with strong morals, strong values, he does not come from that.&#8221;</p>
<p>Larry Handfield, a lawyer repressing the Obumseli family, has claimed the delay in Clenney&#8217;s arrest is about race.</p>
<p>“We believe it is white privilege, because any other person would’ve been arrested,” Handfield told Rolling Stone in April.</p>
<p>Authorities this week responded to the delay, saying they had to get the evidence in order, and only have one shot to get the case right.</p>
