<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/mel-gibson">Director Mel Gibson</a>’s latest film, “Flight Risk,” soared to number one at the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/movies">box office</a> over the weekend, bringing in $12 million in total sales.
January is typically a slow month for new releases, which explains why Gibson’s new film was able to top the list even with relatively low earnings. “Flight Risk” is a thriller starring Mark Wahlberg as a pilot flying an Air Marshal (Michelle Dockery) and fugitive (Topher Grace) across Alaska. It was released by Lionsgate on Friday.
The live-action Disney film “Mufasa” came in second place at $8.7 million, per <a href="https://deadline.com/2025/01/box-office-flight-risk-mel-gibson-mark-wahlberg-mufasa-1236266398/">Deadline</a>, while the comedy “One of Them Days” came in third with $8 million. The Oscar-nominated, three-and-a-half-hour-long drama “The Brutalist” also had its wide release despite the film’s director <a href="https://apnews.com/article/brutalist-brady-corbet-adrien-brody-bc457293c519485da578762d0e21a2c4">saying</a> it had been called “un-distributable.” That movie brought in $6 million.

“Flight Risk” <a href="https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/flight_risk_2024">has</a> a 25% critic score and a 63% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. 
“If you like Mark [Wahlberg] as an actor, this movie was good … he played the part well. Overall it was entertaining,” one audience reviewer said.
“Liked the drama, suspense and storyline,” another verified Rotten Tomatoes audience reviewer wrote.
Gibson’s last big project was “Hacksaw Ridge” in 2016. He’s currently working on the highly anticipated sequel to “The Passion of the Christ” (2004) and was recently named an “ambassador to Hollywood” a few days before Donald Trump&#8217;s inauguration.
“It is my honor to announce Jon Voight, Mel Gibson, and Sylvester Stallone, to be Special Ambassadors to a great but very troubled place, Hollywood, California,” Trump wrote in a Truth Social post, as The Daily Wire previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-appoints-a-list-stars-as-ambassadors-to-hollywood">reported</a>. “They will serve as Special Envoys to me for the purpose of bringing Hollywood, which has lost much business over the last four years to Foreign Countries, BACK—BIGGER, BETTER, AND STRONGER THAN EVER BEFORE!”
The director gave an <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/mel-gibson-gives-update-on-passion-of-the-christ-sequel-its-an-acid-trip">update</a> on progress being made on the “Passion” sequel earlier this month, which is slated to begin filming next year.
Gibson called the film “an acid trip” and “very ambitious.”

Everyone knows that the most commonly practiced religion in Hollywood is the worship of self, even if most celebrities won’t admit it. 
There are also plenty of stars who dabble in New Age practices, who call themselves “spiritual but not religious,” and a solid number of famous people who follow Eastern religions such as Hinduism and Buddhism. 
And while lukewarm “Christians” are prevalent enough in Tinseltown, when it comes to being a Hollywood A-lister, it’s very unlikely that any will admit to being a full-fledged, church-going, sacrament practicing Catholic. It could be that the celebrity lifestyle doesn’t align with Catholicism. Or, perhaps there’s an invisible barrier preventing Catholics from reaching A-list status. More likely it’s a combination of both.
However, there are a handful of Catholic celebrities who wear their faith loudly and proudly. It may mean that they’re shunned by their peers, but despite that, these famous players have decided that their religion means more than fitting in.

Many millennials think of Wahlberg by his former stage name, Marky Mark. Wahlberg has collected plenty of impressive Hollywood accolades including a BAFTA Award, nominations for two Academy Awards, three Golden Globe Awards, nine Primetime Emmy Awards, and three Screen Actors Guild Awards. 
Besides just achieving success on the screen, the 52-year-old father of four is also a devout Catholic. 
“I attribute everything good and everything positive in life to my faith,” Wahlberg said during a 2023 <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/mark-wahlberg-says-once-he-started-putting-my-faith-and-focus-on-god-good-things-happened-to-him" target="_blank" rel="noopener">interview</a>. “As soon as I started putting my faith and focus on God, good things started happening for me.”
“And even when they didn’t, [faith] gives you the coping skills to deal with things that are inevitable, like loss and failure and those things,” he continued. “But, you know, again, my faith and my family, those are the most important aspects of my life.”
In 2022, Wahlberg appeared in “Father Stu,” a movie based on the true story of a boxer who became a Catholic priest. The actor said it was “his calling” and “mission” to get the movie made.
The meditation app Hallow, the most downloaded and used Catholic app in the world, launched a partnership with the actor in 2022 as he was promoting the movie. At the time, Wahlberg urged his 18 million social media followers to pray the rosary with him.

Yes, Lieutenant Dan from “Forrest Gump” is also a practicing Catholic in addition to promoting causes that help veterans.
He said he’s found success despite being openly conservative in Hollywood. 
“I’ve had a blessed career in the movie and television and theater business,” Sinise <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/gary-sinise-talks-about-being-a-conservative-in-hollywood-and-how-it-affected-his-career" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> in January 2023. “I’ve done amazing things, I’ve worked with amazing people, and it really played a major role, if not the key element, in what I’m doing today on the service side.”
Sinise discussed his journey to becoming Catholic in 2019. He said he was led to the church by his wife, Moira Harris, who converted herself after being cast in a play. The actor said he surprised his family by choosing to join the church about a decade after his wife. 
“I surprised my family. I’d gone through the confirmation classes and whatnot myself behind everybody’s back and I didn’t tell anybody that I was doing it,” he <a href="https://cruxnow.com/church-in-the-usa/2019/02/actor-gary-sinise-describes-his-road-to-the-catholic-church" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told</a> Catholic News Service.
“On Christmas Eve 2010 I told the family I was taking them to dinner at Morton’s Steakhouse and have Christmas Eve dinner,” Sinise continued. “And on the way there, I pulled into the church, and everybody asked, ‘What are we doing here?’ I said come on in. We walked into the church. The priest was there, and he confirmed me. It was beautiful.”

The actor who portrayed Jesus in Mel Gibson’s massively popular drama, “The Passion of the Christ” (2004) is himself a Catholic. The 55-year-old actor credits his entire career to saying a daily rosary. He also credits his devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary with helping him be cast in “The Thin Red Line” (1998), which was the starting point of his career.
While filming “The Passion,” Caviezel is said to have experienced a dislocated shoulder, pneumonia, and hypothermia, among other ailments. 
“When I was up there on the Cross, I learned that in His suffering was our redemption. Remember the servant is no greater than the master,” he <a href="https://aleteia.org/2019/03/20/jim-caviezel-gave-what-may-be-the-greatest-catholic-address-of-the-21st-century/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> while addressing a roomful of college students. “Each of us must carry our own cross. There is a price for our faith, for our freedoms. I have been literally scourged, hit by the whips, crucified, struck by lightning, yes, open heart surgery — that’s what happens after five and a half months of hypothermia.”
He spoke about his faith similarly in 2018. “I never thought that being a Christian would be an easy road, but that my heart, even on a cross in the freezing cold, nothing could stop my burning heart from loving Jesus. It’s important. And I took it as an actor because I want people to see why I am proud to be a Christian,” Caviezel <a href="https://relevantradio.com/2018/03/jim-caviezel-catholic-hollywood-love-greater-motivator-fear/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> at the time.

Actress Patricia Heaton is another mainstream actress who was cast on a hit sitcom despite being conservative, and Catholic to boot. She discussed growing up in a devout family during an interview in 2022 after meeting Pope Francis at the VITAE Summit in the Vatican.
“My sister is a Dominican nun,” she <a href="https://www.vaticannews.va/en/pope/news/2022-09/actors-reflect-on-pope-francis-call-to-promote-common-good-vitae1.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> at the time. “My grandparents met Pope John Paul I. My mom was one of 15 children. I have some 100 first cousins on my mom&#8217;s side. So, we&#8217;re a very Catholic family. Meeting the Pope is such an incredible honor that I never thought I would have.”
Unlike some of her peers, Heaton said she hasn’t been ostracized for her faith.
“As much as people want to paint Hollywood as a sort of anti-religious place, I have found that going into work, we&#8217;re all there to do a job,” Heaton said during the same conversation. “We&#8217;re all there to be professional. We all respect each other. We share opinions, different opinions. And because we love each other and we have a common goal of creating something wonderful for people to enjoy, the differences in our religion or politics or whatever, in my experience on a set, have not been a problem.”
Besides sharing bible quotes with her followers, Heaton also openly discusses how she’s pro-life.
“I don’t understand why pro-life people want to know if they are ‘welcome’ to join the democrat party,” the actress <a href="https://twitter.com/PatriciaHeaton/status/1227643710646566914" target="_blank" rel="noopener">shared</a> on X in February 2020. “Why would any civilized person want to support a barbaric platform that champions abortion for any reason through all nine months funded by taxpayers?”

One of the newest Catholic converts in the Hollywood community is actor Shia LaBeouf, best known for getting his start on the Disney series “Even Stevens” and later moving into film roles, including the “Transformers” franchise.
Now the celeb is a practicing Catholic as well after receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation on New Year’s Eve 2023. And he may go even further than that.
His sponsor told Catholic News Agency that the 37-year-old star is also considering becoming a deacon in the future. LaBoeuf credited being cast in the film “Padre Pio” (2022) with influencing his decision to convert after going through turmoil and scandals, as The Daily Wire previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/shia-labeoufs-conversion-to-catholicism-becomes-official-confirmation-sponsor-says-he-may-take-it-further" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>.
LaBeouf said he was “never an atheist,” but was previously agnostic. The actor further explained how the role in “Pio” saved his life.

Actor <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/mark-wahlberg">Mark Wahlberg</a> said he recently crashed a party at his daughter Ella’s <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/colleges">college</a> and had a great time.
The 52-year-old <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/celebrities">celebrity</a> said he attended the frat party while visiting his daughter for parents’ weekend at Clemson University in September.
“They were having the most fun I’ve ever seen anybody have, ever! Even more than her coming to Vegas,” Wahlberg <a href="https://www.etonline.com/mark-wahlberg-opens-up-about-crashing-a-frat-party-with-his-daughter-ella-exclusive-216342">told</a> Entertainment Tonight of the experience. “I was at the frat house and, you know, a couple of spots in town.”
“It was nuts. Parents’ weekend was incredible,” the “Ted” star continued.
Wahlberg and his wife Rhea Durham have four children together: daughters Ella, 20, and Grace, 13, plus sons Brendan, 15, and Michael, 17.
Wahlberg has been working in Hollywood since his teen years and expressed regret about skipping out on the college experience. He told ET he’s happy with his life choices but joked that if he’d chosen college, he might still be there now.

The actor also spoke with <a href="https://www.foxbusiness.com/fox-news-entertainment/mark-wahlberg-proactive-creating-opportunity-for-himself-entrepreneurial-spirit">Fox News Digital</a> about having regrets. 
&#8220;When I went to Clemson for parents weekend, I was like, ‘Oh, this is what I was missing?’ Man … there&#8217;s only a few regrets that I have, and that was definitely one of them – not having that experience,&#8221; Wahlberg said during an interview in November. &#8220;Looks like they&#8217;re having a lot of fun all the time. I don&#8217;t know how much studying is going on, but they&#8217;re having a good time.&#8221;
The actor mentioned sports as one of the specific college experiences he missed out on.
&#8220;I&#8217;ve always wanted to be an athlete, and that&#8217;s why I think any time I&#8217;ve had the opportunity to play an athlete in a movie I&#8217;m kind of living vicariously through all those characters,&#8221; Wahlberg said.
Now, the actor is just happy to see his daughter doing well at Clemson, where she’s also a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority. &#8220;She’s just so happy there,&#8221; Wahlberg <a href="https://okmagazine.com/p/mark-wahlberg-regrets-skipping-college-visiting-frat-daughters-school/">said</a> of Ella. &#8220;She’s really thriving.&#8221;

<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/reese-witherspoon-admits-she-bombed-an-audition-with-de-niro-and-10-years-later-he-still-remembered" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Witherspoon</a> explained in the <a href="https://www.harpersbazaar.com/culture/film-tv/a44450841/reese-witherspoon-interview-2023/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">interview</a> – which was published by Harper&#8217;s Bazaar on Wednesday — that the sex scene had not actually been written into the script, so she believed it was just something the director had decided he wanted to add.
The &#8220;Sweet Home Alabama&#8221; star was just 19 when she made the film — and had requested a stunt double for anything below the waist. But she said things played out a little differently despite her objections.
&#8220;I didn’t have control over it. It wasn’t explicit in the script that that’s what was going to happen, so that was something that I think the director thought of on his own and then asked me on set if I would do it, and I said no,&#8221; she said. &#8220;It wasn’t a particularly great experience.&#8221;
Witherspoon went on to note that she wasn&#8217;t looking to call anyone out over the scene – but rather, explained that it was just one of many experiences that inspired her to pursue her current passion: supporting women and telling their stories.
&#8220;I’m certainly not traumatized or anything by it, but it was formative. It made me understand where my place was in the pecking order of filmmaking,&#8221; she said. &#8220;I think it’s another one of those stories that made me want to be an agent for change and someone who maybe can be in a better leadership position to tell stories from a female perspective instead of from the male gaze.&#8221;
Actress Laura Dern, Witherspoon&#8217;s &#8220;Big Little Lies&#8221; costar, is all in with her vision: &#8220;We’ve both had to fight for our voices and therefore hope to defend others’ voices in workplace environments. They regret it now. I regret doing f***ing ‘Batman.’&#8221;
&#8220;It&#8217;s also important to understand where we were at the time,&#8221; Clooney added. &#8220;The studios were making very big, broad, not very good films at that time. Steven had this idea of trying to infuse all of this independent film stuff that all of these young filmmakers were learning back into the studio system. It was going to get back to the things that they were doing from, like, 1964 to 1975.&#8221;

&#8220;It&#8217;s really giving the kids a chance to thrive,&#8221; the 51-year-old actor <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/mark-wahlberg-moved-out-hollywood-could-give-children-chance-thrive">told</a> Fox News Digital in an article published Thursday about settling his family in Las Vegas. 
&#8220;It just has the best of both worlds. I know a lot of people, when they think <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/las-vegas">Las Vegas</a>, they think the Strip. But just about 15, 20 minutes away, there&#8217;s a whole lot of other amazing areas that are all about family and community.&#8221;
Wahlberg has four children with wife Rhea Durham. He says daughters Ella, 19, and Grace, 13, and sons Michael, 17, and Brendan, 14, are all doing well after he sold their home in Beverly Hills last April.
&#8220;My daughter&#8217;s an equestrian,” the “Father Stu” star told the publication. &#8220;My son&#8217;s a golfer. My oldest daughter, now she&#8217;s off to college. My son&#8217;s a junior. There&#8217;s lots of opportunity here as well for me. We&#8217;re trying to create a studio. We&#8217;re trying to build the shoe factory. We want to create lots of jobs here.&#8221;
&#8220;I moved to Nevada where, after this gubernatorial election, hopefully it will go to legislation and get a bill passed so we can get a tax credit for the state — build a state-of-the-art studio here and make this Hollywood 2.0,&#8221; Wahlberg added.
The Hollywood veteran went on to say that Vegas has the potential to become a new entertainment hub, but also that his kids’ happiness is his main priority.
&#8220;We&#8217;re always looking for new opportunities and new adventures,&#8221; he continued. &#8220;I hope to create a lot of opportunity here. And I moved to California originally to make movies. I&#8217;ve made three movies in the last 15 years in L.A. So, as you know, it&#8217;s been difficult.”

And now they have a six-bedroom house. And it&#8217;s, you know, half the cost.&#8221;
&#8220;And, you know, they walk their dogs,&#8221; he went on. &#8220;They&#8217;re in a gated community. They&#8217;ve got the school right there two blocks down the road. It&#8217;s just a much better lifestyle here and more affordable.&#8221;

Mark Wahlberg Says ‘Faith’ Is ‘Not Popular’ In Hollywood

The phrase “Hollywood actor” often elicits the stereotypical image of a millionaire playboy sunning himself on a yacht surrounded by a bevy of bikini-clad models or walking a red carpet in a tux, mugging for the cameras.
Leonardo DiCaprio and his younger-than-25 girlfriends. Jack Nicholson. Charlie Sheen. Tinseltown is chock full of men playing the part. Not all actors behave this way, however, and some are even countercultural enough to leave Los Angeles in search of a semi-normal life without sacrificing their careers.
Here are a few of the best examples of actors who chose marriage, family, and the comforts of home over the empty promises of promiscuous sex alongside their fame and fortune.
<h2>Mark Wahlberg</h2>
Actor and film producer Mark Wahlberg doesn’t bear much resemblance to the “Boogie Nights” porn star Dirk Diggler, who he famously portrayed in 1997. Instead, the 51-year-old actor recently joined a growing list of Hollywood celebrities fleeing California for greener pastures.
Wahlberg discussed how he made that decision during an October appearance on the CBS talk show “The Talk.” He said his family were relocating to Nevada so his children could have “a better life.”
“I moved to California many years ago to pursue acting and I’ve only made a couple of movies in the entire time that I was there,” the Academy Award winning actor explained. “So, to be able to give my kids a better life and follow and pursue their dreams, whether it be my daughter as an equestrian, my son as a basketball player, my younger son as a golfer, this made a lot more sense for us.”
That’s not the only way Wahlberg bucks the most common actor cliches. As an outspoken practicing Catholic, the father of four says he often attends Sunday mass twice in a day and that his faith is “the most important part of my life.”
“I don’t try to push it on anybody and I don’t try to hide it,” he <a href="https://people.com/celebrity/mark-wahlberg-my-faith-is-the-most-important-part-of-my-life/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told</a> People of being Catholic during a 2022 interview. Wahlberg even regrets his breakout role in the explicit “Boogie Nights.”
“I just always hope that God is a movie fan and also forgiving, because I’ve made some poor choices in my past,” Wahlberg <a href="https://www.indiewire.com/2017/10/mark-wahlberg-god-forgive-him-boogie-nights-1201890465/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> in 2017. “‘Boogie Nights’ is up there at the top of the list.”
<h2>James Van Der Beek</h2>
There aren’t weekly yacht parties in James Van Der Beek’s world. The “Dawson’s Creek” actor is too busy raising his brood of six kids along with his wife Kimberly on their sprawling Texas ranch. The 45-year-old actor has no regrets about leaving Hollywood behind in favor of the Lone Star State.
“We love it. We have a lot more space,” the actor <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/james-van-der-beek-gushes-about-ditching-l-a-for-texas-says-his-kids-dance-in-the-rain" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> in June 2022 of their new lifestyle. “We all need a more immediate connection to nature. It’s been a really, really great move and the kids are really happy.”
“The parks have been amazing,” he continued. “We’ve been going to state parks and the national parks. It’s just one of the benefits of getting out of the big city was getting to a place where we could just have more space right outside our door. It’s a very different life.”
“We watch the sunset,” Van der Beek said. “We can actually see stars, which is a new thing.”
The “Varsity Blues” star said living in Texas has “connected” and “centered” his family, who are quick to run outside and start dancing when it’s raining. 
Van der Beek’s wife is also a huge proponent of homeschooling. &#8220;I think way too much is put on kids,” she <a href="https://people.com/parents/kimberly-van-der-beek-talks-homeschooling-five-children/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told</a> People of the modern education system. 
“I look at school, to be honest with you, as a form of imprisonment, where they spend hours of their day being told what to care about and what to learn.”
&#8220;We want strong children that are creative, self-sufficient, can make their own decisions, but we put them like a lineup of kids, moving them from subject to subject, activity to activity,” she explained. 
<h2>Chris O’Donnell</h2>
Actor Chris O’Donnell is another family man who believes his family comes first and career comes second. The 52-year-old father of five married Caroline Fentress, who is not in the business, in 1997. He told Redbook that choosing between movie stardom and devoting himself to being a husband and father was a no-brainer.
“I was being offered these huge films that would have taken my career to a different level, and I decided to put on the brakes,” he <a href="https://www.redbookmag.com/love-sex/mens-perspective/interviews/a6190/chris-odonnell-interview/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told</a> the publication in 2010. “I knew if I continued on that track, I probably wouldn&#8217;t have gotten married. … I was in the right place earlier than I thought. I would think to myself, &#8216;Could I imagine not marrying her?&#8217; And there was just no way.”
The “NCIS: Los Angeles” star said he was inspired by his own large, Catholic family and modeled his own priorities after the values he learned as the youngest of seven kids. He also credits a shared value system with his own marriage’s success.
“Our families have the same values and traditions, and I think that goes a long way because when the excitement and heat of romance wear off, those are the things you fall back on,” he said of his marriage. 
<h2>Kirk Cameron</h2>
There’s nothing typical about “Growing Pains” alum Kirk Cameron or his quest to expose the worst aspects of leftist ideology. The 52-year-old Golden Globe nominee is an outspoken Christian who believes in traditional values and thinks the public school system offers nothing but poorly disguised indoctrination for kids.
“The problem is that public school systems have become so bad. It’s sad to say they’re doing more for grooming, for sexual chaos and the progressive Left than any real educating about the things that most of us want to teach our kids,” Cameron <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/kirk-cameron-public-school-is-destroying-the-family-destroying-the-church-destroying-love-for-our-great-country" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> in May while promoting his documentary, “The Homeschool Awakening.”
Cameron is also staunchly pro-life, which he demonstrated with the release of his pro-adoption film “Lifemark” in 2022. The star has been married to fellow “Growing Pains” co-star Chelsea Noble since 1991 and shares six children with her. Four of the kids are adopted, as was Chelsea. 
<h2>Chris Pratt</h2>
It’s true that Chris Pratt is divorced from actress Anna Faris, but he still deserves credit for putting family first despite being a famous actor. The 43-year-old father of three is now married to Katherine Schwarzenegger and isn’t afraid to talk about his personal life, including how he was once homeless and eventually discovered Christianity following an encounter in a Safeway parking lot, according to <a href="https://www.heyalma.com/everything-we-know-about-chris-pratts-history-with-jews-for-jesus/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">previous interviews</a>.
“This guy came by and was like, ‘What are you doing tonight?’ I was like, ‘Oh, I dunno…’ So he’s like, ‘Will you fornicate tonight?’ I was like, ‘I hope so.’ ‘And drugs and drinking?’ It’s like, ‘Most likely, yeah. Probably all three of those things. I mean, at least two of them, possibly all three,&#8217;” Pratt said of the experience. 
“He was like, ‘I stopped because Jesus told me to stop and talk to you. He said to tell you you’re destined for great things.’ My friends came out, and I was like, ‘Hey, I’m gonna go with this guy.’ I gave my soul to Jesus within, like, two days.

Biden Calls On Congress
On Tuesday, Congressional Democrats and Republicans <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/union-allies-turn-on-pro-labor-biden-for-trying-to-prevent-looming-rail-strike" target="_blank" rel="noopener">pledged</a> to pass legislation to avoid a nationwide rail strike at the behest of President Biden. A strike would disrupt shipping and would likely lead to delays in Christmas gift delivery. McCarthy Makes Demands
President Biden met with Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) on Tuesday at the White House to discuss his plans for the remainder of the year, as well as to go over upcoming government funding legislation. McCarthy explained to the press what was discussed.

Record Voting In Georgia Continues
Georgia broke another voting <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/georgia-sets-new-single-day-early-voting-record-in-senate-runoff" target="_blank" rel="noopener">record Monday</a>, as more than 239,000 early voters came out to the polls in a single day to cast their ballots in the 2022 Senate runoff election between incumbent Senator Raphael Warnock (D-GA) and GOP challenger Herschel Walker. The previous early voting record was just over 233,000 votes in 2018.
“Father Stu” Returns To Theaters
Hollywood actor and producer Mark Wahlberg and Sony studios <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/mark-wahlberg-sony-re-releasing-pg-13-version-of-father-stu-in-theaters" target="_blank" rel="noopener">are re-releasing in theaters a new PG-13 version</a> of Father Stu, a film about an ex-boxer turned Catholic priest after a horrendous auto injury. The film premiered earlier this year with an R-rating. Wahlberg recently explained why it will be re-released.
&#8220;Well, given the nature of the R-Rated movie, lots of families didn’t feel comfortable with their children seeing it, but they really wanted them to get the message,&#8221; Wahlberg told Fox News. &#8220;So because the Archbishop Thomas of Nevada — who actually ordained Father Stu in Helena, Montana, came to me and said, &#8216;Mark, I understand why the language is there but it would be a sin and a shame for young people not to see this movie and to really understand the importance of this story.’”

The Netherlands Plan To Buy And Shut Down Farms

The Netherlands is attempting to cut down its nitrogen pollution and will push ahead with compulsory purchases if not enough farms take up the offer voluntarily.
Biden&#8217;s Non-Binary Nuke Officer Charged With Felony Theft
Sam Brinton, a Deputy Assistant Secretary for a division of the U.S. Department of Energy, was <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/gender-fluid-biden-admin-employee-charged-with-stealing-womans-luggage-at-minneapolis-airport-report" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reportedly charged</a> with a felony last month after allegedly stealing a woman’s suitcase from the baggage claim area at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Surveillance video shows Brinton removing the luggage tag from a navy blue Vera Bradley suitcase bag, dropping it into a handbag, and then leaving the area “at a quick pace” on September 16, 2022, according to a criminal complaint. Brinton made headlines for being one of the Energy Department’s first self-identified non-binary employees.
