Topline:  After months of anticipation, President Trump rolled out his plans to implement historic tariffs on Wednesday, transforming American trade policy with the stroke of his pen.
World leaders, investors, the business community — everyone has been holding their breath ahead of what Trump described as “Liberation Day.” The announcement in the White House Rose Garden was among the most consequential moments in American trade policy since NAFTA was implemented in 1994, or even the Smoot-Hawley Act of 1930.
The Plan: The U.S. will establish a minimum 10% baseline tariff on all countries, regardless of what they charge. From there, the president announced that rates would be reciprocal. But according to Trump, the United States will be gracious, in his words, “kind reciprocal, not full.” In a truly remarkable scene, the president held up a giant poster board listing dozens of countries along with the rate they’ll now pay. Trump says that number was decided by adding up each country’s tariffs, value-added taxes, and currency manipulation. That number was then divided by two, and the final rate was decided.
According to the president, China’s overall rate on U.S. imports is 67%, so we’ll charge 34%. The European Union will face 20% rates; Japan, 24%; Australia, 10%; India, 26%; the United Kingdom will pay 10%; South Africa will pay 60%; and so on.
The president devoted much of his address to the auto industry, saying foreign tariffs had driven American companies to outsource production, leaving our manufacturing base decimated. In an effort to bring that auto production back to the United States, Trump announced additional 25% tariffs on all auto imports. Following that announcement, he called Brian Pannebecker, a United Auto Worker, to the podium.
 “My entire life I have watched plant after plant after plant, in Detroit and the metro area, close,” Pannebecker said. “And the UAW members… we support Donald Trump’s tariff policies 100 percent.”
This plan marks not just a transformation of global trade but also a political transformation. For decades, Republican administrations have opposed tariffs, while Democrats were generally in favor. But Democrats now argue that tariffs are a tax on consumers and will drive inflation higher. Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), for example, said Trump was “taking a sledgehammer to the US economy” and vowed to fight his tariff policy “tooth and nail.”
The question now becomes how those other countries respond — will they lower rates in an effort to find relief or dig in for a prolonged trade war? We’ll have answers soon.

<h2>FBI Biden Cover-Up</h2>

Topline: House investigations revealed Tuesday that the FBI sought to silence its own agents from discussing Hunter Biden’s laptop publicly.
Congress has received internal messages from the FBI, which, while heavily redacted, suggest a coordinated effort to cover up elements of the Hunter Biden laptop story in the lead-up to the 2020 presidential election. An FBI analyst confirmed the laptop’s authenticity in a phone call with Twitter on October 14, 2020, the day that a story in the New York Post on information found in Biden’s laptop dropped. After that, the FBI’s brass shut down public discussion. 
According to these messages, an FBI official told Elvis Chan, the FBI liaison for social media companies, that there was a “gag order” on talk about the laptop. This was apparently as the FBI was actively investigating the laptop for criminal conduct. Chan asked what specific crime was suspected of being violated, and the response was censored. But it was apparently shocking enough to make Chan write back, “oh crap. Ok. it ends here.”
The allegation is that the FBI knew the laptop was authentic as early as October 14, 2020, but still moved to censor the New York Post story before the election.
“We already kind of knew the FBI knew it was real,” Jon Levine of the Washington Free Beacon told Morning Wire. “But the sort of real time details, like on the very same day [the Post broke the story] they knew it was real. That&#8217;s new and it&#8217;s extra insidious because if you go back to that time… the FBI was running around that same week saying, well, we&#8217;re, we&#8217;re looking into this being a Russian information dump.”
All the FBI had to do was confirm the laptop’s authenticity. Instead, it allowed a considerable censorship operation to smother a news story. Several major media outlets propped up the FBI’s narrative, from <a href="https://nypost.com/2025/03/26/media/nprs-katherine-maher-admits-outlet-failed-to-cover-hunter-biden-laptop/">NPR</a> saying it didn’t want to “waste our time on stories that are not really stories” to <a href="https://www.politico.com/news/2020/10/19/hunter-biden-story-russian-disinfo-430276">Politico</a> publishing a story citing dozens of foreign intelligence officials who claimed the laptop “[had] all the classic earmarks” of Russian disinformation. All while the FBI was, in fact, investigating a very real Hunter Biden laptop. The fact that officials from other agencies signed on to that claim suggests the suppression effort extended beyond the FBI.

Topline: The State Department announced it’s closely monitoring the case of a woman targeted by the British government for her pro-life activism while the United Kingdom negotiates a trade deal with the US.
Over the weekend, the State Department announced that it is following the developments surrounding retired medical scientist Livia Tossici-Bolt. She was reportedly arrested in Bournemouth, England, in 2023 for holding a sign near an abortion clinic that read, “Here to talk if you want.” She’s one of many pro-life activists prosecuted for pro-life activism and prayer in the vicinity of abortion clinics. The U.K. has “buffer zone” laws that prohibit this kind of activity in those areas, including silent prayer. She faced a criminal trial on March 6, and a verdict is expected to be handed down on April 4.
The State Department&#8217;s announcement was an oblique warning. Headlines from The Telegraph and other high-profile European publications indicate that the United Kingdom’s censorship of its citizens could actually become a massive liability in regard to the transatlantic relationship, which has historically been very friendly. The State Department never directly said the trade deal was imperiled, but it did say that the U.S. is “concerned about freedom of expression in the United Kingdom.&#8221;
The State Department confirmed to Daily Wire White House Correspondent Mary Margaret Olohan that its senior advisor, Sam Samson, recently met with Livia in the U.K. Sources close to the situation told The Daily Wire that State Department officials held bilateral meetings with members of the British government about the topic, including the officials who are pushing hate speech laws. The United States has emphasized that its alliance with the United Kingdom must be civilizational – American allies must be on board with American values, including freedom of speech. 
The White House has not commented directly on this matter, but Vice President JD Vance has consistently made opposition to government censorship a trademark issue. Vance chastised European leaders for censoring their citizens at a security conference in Munich earlier this year. On Tuesday, he reiterated his vision for a liberated West at a Heritage Foundation event.
“ We can rebuild the kind of society where virtue and freedom and our ancient liberties are preserved and enforced and facilitated by our government rather than torn down by our government,” Vance said. “You see in Europe, people arrested for praying and you have the police asking them, well, what are you praying about? As if it was any of the police&#8217;s business.”

President Donald Trump on Monday is expected to issue an executive order to suspend the security clearances for the 51 national security officials who claimed that the report about Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian disinformation.
Trump will sign the executive order as part of his Day One agenda, which is expected to include signing more than 200 executive actions, including ones that eliminated DEI from federal offices and defined biological sex, Fox News <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-take-more-than-200-executive-actions-day-one.amp" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>.
In mid-October 2020, just ahead of a debate between Trump and President Joe Biden, 51 intelligence officials, including former CIA Director John Brennan and ex-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, signed a letter claiming the recently discovered laptop belonging to Hunter Biden had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.” The letter went public on October 19, 2020, shortly after the New York Post published <a href="https://nypost.com/2020/10/14/email-reveals-how-hunter-biden-introduced-ukrainian-biz-man-to-dad/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a bombshell report</a> detailing the laptop showed evidence that the elder Biden was involved in his son’s shady business dealings.
At the debate, Trump mentioned the laptop and, because of the letter, Biden was able to say that “50 former national intelligence folks who said that what he’s accusing me of is a Russian plan.” Biden also added that “Four, five former heads of the CIA, both parties, say what he’s saying is a bunch of garbage.”
But the laptop has been deemed authentic, including during Hunter’s gun trial. The 51 former intelligence officers have refused to apologize or admit they were wrong.

Further, in 2023, emails revealed that former CIA Deputy Director Michael Morell asked members of the intelligence community to add their names to the letter for the express purpose of giving Biden a talking point at the debate, The Daily Wire <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/former-cia-chief-sought-debate-talking-point-with-hunter-biden-laptop-letter" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a> at the time. Brennan was one of the people Morell reached out to, and responded by saying: “Ok, Michael, add my name to the list. Good initiative. Thanks for asking me to sign on.”
Morell also told congressional Republicans that a call from Biden’s then-campaign adviser, Antony Blinken, had prompted the letter. Morell also testified that the chair of the 2020 Biden campaign, Steve Richetti, called him after the debate to thank him for getting the letter out.
Morell told congressional Republicans that the letter had two intents. “One intent was to share our concern with the American people that the Russians were playing on this issue; and, two, it was [to] help Vice President Biden,” he explained, <a href="https://judiciary.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/republicans-judiciary.house.gov/files/evo-media-document/2023-04-20-jdj-mt-to-blinken-re-public-statement-on-hunter-biden-emails_0.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according to a transcript</a> of his testimony.
Democrats accused Republicans of cherry-picking Morell’s testimony, claiming “no part of that interview demonstrates that Tony Blinken or any other Biden campaign official asked Mike Morell to write a letter about Hunter Biden’s laptop.”

On Sunday night, Joe Biden decided that now was the moment. Yes, he had promised he was not going to pardon his son, Hunter, on gun and tax charges, but hell, he’s leaving office. There is no reason for him to lie anymore.
So, he released a statement announcing he is pardoning his son on all charges, not just granting commutation of the sentence. He could have granted commutation, meaning he could have left all of the guilty pleas and convictions on the books without his son having to go to jail.
Instead, he decided to issue a full pardon, meaning that his son’s record was wiped clean. Biden didn’t just issue a full pardon for the things Hunter was convicted of or to which he pled guilty; he issued a full pardon dating all the way back to January 1, 2014, through December 1, 2024, nearly an 11-year period.
A blanket pardon for everything Hunter had done.
Obvious was the hilarious spectacle of Biden issuing the pardon with roughly four hours remaining until December 1 was over. Theoretically, Hunter Biden could have done anything, even gone on a murder spree, and he would have gotten off scot-free.
The obvious question is: Why would he make the pardon applicable to the last 11 years?
The answer, of course, is because Hunter Biden was the bagman, as we all know.

As I’ve discussed repeatedly, Joe Biden has spent his entire political career enriching his family since the time he was in the Senate from Delaware. He used his position to enrich his brothers, Frank and James. He used his position to enrich his sister, Valerie. He used his position in order to deploy Hunter Biden — his derelict, drug-addled son — all over the world and pick up stacks of cash on behalf of the family from China to Ukraine.
Much of that cash was apparently being held in trust for “the big guy,” according to contemporaneous email messages and texts that were sent by Hunter on that famous Hunter Biden laptop.
So why did Biden issue a pardon on everything?
Because he is afraid of, not just the charges that Hunter Biden was caught up in, but also of his connection to Joe that will be the subject of further investigation.
He&#8217;s trying to clear the decks so that Hunter Biden is now off the hook for absolutely everything, including his time at Burisma. It is not a coincidence this pardon begins January 1, 2014. When exactly did Hunter Biden join Burisma? Answer: April 2014.
Joe Biden is clearly attempting to wipe the books of his corruption or any possible investigation into the money that passed hands between foreign countries and Hunter Biden and then held by Hunter Biden for “the big guy.”
That is the goal here.
This is full-scale, obvious political corruption of the most unseemly sort.
Joe Biden put out <a href="https://x.com/townhallcom/status/1863381785494585436" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a statement</a>, saying:
<blockquote>Today, I signed a pardon for my son Hunter. From the day I took office, I said I would not interfere with the Justice Department’s decision-making, and I kept my word even as I have watched my son being selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted.</blockquote>
If you say that you&#8217;re not going to interfere with the Justice Department&#8217;s decision-making and then you full-on pardon your son, after claiming that the Justice Department selectively prosecuted your son, that would be, technically, the largest scale of interference with the Department of Justice.
Sure, you let them waste millions of dollars prosecuting your son, only to pardon him later. But you are openly suggesting that they were corrupt, that they did something wrong, which they didn&#8217;t. 
Biden continued, “Without aggravating factors like use in a crime, multiple purchases, or buying a weapon as a straw purchaser, people are almost never brought to trial on felony charges solely for how they filled out a gun form.”
The reality, of course, is that Joe Biden&#8217;s son filled out a gun form claiming he was not a drug addict while he was, in fact, in full-scale drug addiction mode, snorting parmesan cheese off carpet, thinking that perhaps it was meth or cocaine. And that&#8217;s according to his own memoir.
If you lie on a gun registration form about not being a drug addict, the punishment is up to 10 years in jail or $250,000 in fines. Very often, those sorts of charges are brought.
With regard to Hunter Biden, if he were some poor kid from Appalachia, the chances that this kid would not have been prosecuted under the statute are very, very low.
But according to Joe Biden, it was all corrupt. That&#8217;s the real reason. It&#8217;s not because he&#8217;s trying to cover up what he did with his son. Hunter was the bag man.
The real issue here is that the Justice Department was going after his poor, innocent 51-year-old, totally derelict son, who happened to be picking up stacks of cash for him.
Biden stated:
<blockquote>Those who were late paying their taxes because of serious addictions, but paid them back subsequently with interest and penalties, are typically given non-criminal resolutions. It is clear that Hunter was treated differently. The charges in his cases came about only after several of my political opponents in Congress instigated them to attack me and oppose my election. Then, a carefully negotiated plea deal, agreed to by the Department of Justice, unraveled in the court room – with a number of my political opponents in Congress taking credit for bringing political pressure on the process. Had the plea deal held, it would have been a fair, reasonable resolution of Hunter’s cases.</blockquote>
To recall what happened in this case, the Justice Department tried to cut an unprecedented sweetheart deal with Hunter Biden. The nature of that deal is that there were essentially two sets of plea agreements. One was a plea agreement with regard to the gun charge, and the other added onto the tax charges along with anything else Hunter might have done.
The plea deal on the gun charge was out in the open. But then there was a secret agreement on the tax charges that included an addendum that covered any other crimes Hunter may have committed during this period. The judge in that case looked at the plea agreement and basically said, “What the hell is this? I can&#8217;t greenlight this deal.”

The DOJ was never really going after the Bidens. That was the entire point. They were only forced to prosecute Hunter Biden after the judge stepped in and said no.
Biden stated, “No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter’s cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son – and that is wrong. There has been an effort to break Hunter – who has been five and a half years sober, even in the face of unrelenting attacks and selective prosecution. In trying to break Hunter, they’ve tried to break me – and there’s no reason to believe it will stop here. Enough is enough.”
He&#8217;s suggesting that if he doesn&#8217;t pardon Hunter, there will be further charges brought against Hunter Biden.
There&#8217;s one problem: Since Joe Biden has pardoned Hunter, Hunter can no longer plead the Fifth Amendment. If, for example, the DOJ of the Trump administration investigates and finds that Hunter Biden was likely picking up stacks of cash on behalf of his dad in foreign countries while his dad was vice president of the United States, Hunter can no longer plead the Fifth, because to plead the Fifth Amendment, he would have to say he would be incriminating himself.
But if you&#8217;ve been pardoned for the possible crimes, then you have no grounds for citing the Fifth Amendment.
Biden continued:
<blockquote>For my entire career I have followed a simple principle: just tell the American people the truth. They’ll be fair-minded. Here’s the truth: I believe in the justice system, but as I have wrestled with this, I also believe raw politics has infected this process and it led to a miscarriage of justice – and once I made this decision this weekend, there was no sense in delaying it further. I hope Americans will understand why a father and a President would come to this decision.</blockquote>
One of the great liars in American history, Joe Biden. Just tell the American people the truth, says the man who ran on the presumption that he was not senile while everyone knew it was untrue. He is wildly dishonest. He openly said in July 2024 he would not pardon Hunter under any circumstances.
He lied.
And we should not be surprised.

The Weaponization of the Federal Government panel <a href="https://judiciary.house.gov/media/press-releases/new-information-shows-cia-contractors-colluded-biden-campaign-discredit-hunter#:~:text=This%20revelation%20raises%20concerns%20that,and%20would%20hurt%20the%20Agency.">said</a> the &#8220;revelation raises concerns that these officials may have abused their positions to expedite the statement&#8217;s approval and may have been earning taxpayer dollars while they did it.&#8221;
Hunter Biden&#8217;s father, Joe Biden, was in the midst of running against then-President Donald Trump when the New York Post <a href="https://nypost.com/2020/10/14/email-reveals-how-hunter-biden-introduced-ukrainian-biz-man-to-dad/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">began reporting</a> on details of the younger Biden&#8217;s shady business dealings and personal life contained in the copy of a hard drive.
The letter suggested the timing of the laptop story&#8217;s emergence had &#8220;all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.&#8221; POLITICO, which obtained the letter, <a href="https://www.politico.com/news/2020/10/19/hunter-biden-story-russian-disinfo-430276" target="_blank" rel="noopener">published</a> a headline in 2020 saying the intel veterans were claiming the laptop story was &#8220;Russian disinfo.&#8221;
Many of the contents of the laptop and hard drive have been <a class="c-link c-link--focus-visible" href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2022/03/30/hunter-biden-laptop-data-examined/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" data-stringify-link="https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2022/03/30/hunter-biden-laptop-data-examined/" data-sk="tooltip_parent" data-remove-tab-index="true">analyzed and shown to be authentic</a> over the past few years, but during a debate in the final stretch of the 2020 election cycle, Joe Biden was able to <a href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/house-gop-demand-records-from-ex-intel-officials-about-hunter-biden-laptop-letter" target="_blank" rel="noopener">cite</a> the letter to cast doubt on the Post&#8217;s reporting.
A new <a href="https://judiciary.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/republicans-judiciary.house.gov/files/evo-media-document/2024-06-25%20The%20Intelligence%20Community%2051%20-%20How%20CIA%20Contractors%20Colluded%20with%20the%20Biden%20Campaign%20to%20Mislead%20American%20Voters.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">report</a> from the House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees, along with the Weaponization panel, said emails showed that at least some of the letter&#8217;s signatories were on &#8220;active contract&#8221; with the CIA during its drafting, review, and publication. A CIA employee&#8217;s internal email in response to the letter said, &#8220;This frustrates me. I don&#8217;t think it is helpful to the Agency in the long run.&#8221; Another said, &#8220;I also love that at least a few of the random signatories belong to individuals currently working.&#8221;
The report said the investigating committees requested the identities of all the CIA contractors on the letter, but the agency has not &#8220;declassified the complete list of individuals &#8230; due to purported operational security&#8221; beyond disclosing Morell and Buckley.
A chart shows that three—including ex-CIA Director John Brennan, former CIA official Marc Polymeropoulos, and former National Counterterrorism Center Director Nick Rasmussen—were not contracted with the CIA on October 19, the date of the letter.
Congressional Republicans previously revealed that Morell <a href="https://judiciary.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/republicans-judiciary.house.gov/files/evo-media-document/2023-04-20-jdj-mt-to-blinken-re-public-statement-on-hunter-biden-emails_0.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said &#8220;yes&#8221;</a> when asked if a call around mid-October 2020 from <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/antony-blinken" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Antony Blinken</a>, an adviser to Joe Biden&#8217;s campaign who now serves as secretary of state, triggered a series of events that led to the letter.
Blinken <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/blinken-denies-asking-for-hunter-biden-laptop-letter" target="_blank" rel="noopener">denied soliciting the letter</a>, but emails show Morell asked fellow intelligence veterans to add their names to it with a stated purpose of giving Biden&#8217;s campaign a debate &#8220;<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/former-cia-chief-sought-debate-talking-point-with-hunter-biden-laptop-letter" target="_blank" rel="noopener">talking point</a>.&#8221; Another top Biden campaign official later <a href="https://judiciary.house.gov/media/press-releases/new-testimony-reveals-secretary-blinken-and-biden-campaign-behind-infamous#:~:text=Morell%20testified%20that%20his%20communication,him%20for%20writing%20the%20statement." target="_blank" rel="noopener">thanked</a> him.
The new report noted Morell acknowledged it is &#8220;inappropriate for a currently serving staff officer or contractor to be involved in the political process,&#8221; though Hatch Act political restrictions do not apply to them in the same way they do to CIA employees.
&#8220;Such an overtly political action would be illegal under the Hatch Act for a permanent CIA employee. Congress ought to consider whether to extend this important prohibition to CIA contractors as well,&#8221; the report from the GOP-led House panels added.
Also mentioned in the report is how the CIA&#8217;s Prepublication Classification Review Board (PCRB) received a draft of the letter because former senior intelligence officials had signed it, and a top officer said he informed the top brass that it would be published soon.

While the report asserts senior CIA leadership had an opportunity at that time to &#8220;slow down the CIA’s process for reviewing publication submissions&#8221; and &#8220;ensure that such an extraordinary statement was properly vetted,&#8221; the agency defended its work.
A process in which CIA officers are required to &#8220;sign a secrecy agreement that includes a lifelong obligation to submit any and all intelligence-related materials&#8221; to the PCRB before they are published was followed, a CIA spokeswoman told the New York Post.
Confirmation by the PCRB that &#8220;information is unclassified is never an endorsement of the reviewed content or its veracity,&#8221; the CIA spokeswoman added. &#8220;These former officers were not speaking for CIA.&#8221;

During a break in the proceedings on Tuesday, Cohen-Biden reportedly approached Ziegler and scolded him.

Ziegler, who worked in Trump&#8217;s White House on trade policy, also founded a company called Marco Polo that worked to publicize the contents of Hunter Biden&#8217;s now-infamous laptop. In September of 2023, Hunter Biden <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/politics-news/former-trump-aide-asks-judge-dismiss-hunter-biden-laptop-lawsuit-rcna130882" target="_blank" rel="noopener">sued Ziegler and Marco Polo</a>, claiming that their efforts to create a searchable database of his emails violated federal law.

Last week, Donald Trump, Biden’s chief political opponent, was convicted on 34 felony counts. And Joe Biden said that the justice system had worked. Any talk about the justice system not working was &#8220;undermining our democracy,&#8221; was &#8220;undermining our institutions.&#8221;
But now, Joe Biden&#8217;s son, Hunter, is in the dock in Wilmington, Delaware, on federal gun charges because it turns out that he pretty clearly lied on his gun registration form when he went to buy a gun.
He clearly was a drug addict. He lied on his forms about being a drug addict. All of that culminated in a situation in which his girlfriend, who at the time was his brother&#8217;s widow, apparently was so afraid of Hunter having a gun that she took it, drove it over to a local store, and tossed it in a trash can which happened to be near a school.
The Secret Service then tried to cover it up.
As you&#8217;ll recall, this was looked into by Joe Biden&#8217;s DOJ. There are whistleblowers who came forward alleging that the Biden DOJ had essentially hamstrung prosecutors from investigating Hunter Biden&#8217;s involvement with his father, Joe, and went out of their way to cut some sort of deal to close the tax case that was also being investigated against Hunter Biden.
There were two simultaneous cases being investigated against Hunter Biden. One was the gun charge. The other was the fact that Hunter Biden had spent his entire adult life traveling around the globe, picking up stacks of cash on behalf of the Biden family, because Joe Biden is an extraordinarily corrupt politician on behalf of his own family. Literally every adult member of his family has trafficked in Joe Biden&#8217;s name in order to make money, with Joe Biden&#8217;s permission and or involvement.

So there was a full-scale tax investigation going on. Whistleblowers came forward, and they said that Joe Biden&#8217;s DOJ had been told to basically look the other way on the tax investigation. This all came to a head when it turned out that the DOJ tried to cut a sweetheart deal with Hunter Biden wherein he would be essentially directed to rehab for his drug problem but as part of the plea agreement, all the tax charges would simply go away. They would randomly be dismissed.
The judge in that particular case looked at this plea agreement and said this makes no sense, how is this okay? Why is it my job to excuse him on the tax charges because you are trying to sign some sort of agreement with him on the drug charges? She asked the prosecution if they were actually freeing him up on the tax charges? They said no. The defense then said if you&#8217;re not freeing him up on the tax charges, then we&#8217;re not taking the deal. We&#8217;re not going to plead guilty in any way if you&#8217;re not going to free him up on the tax charges.
The prosecution and the defense had essentially gotten together and decided to try to sneak one past the judge. The judge said no and the whole thing blew up.
That’s how you end up with a prosecution in Wilmington, Delaware, on these gun charges.
This is an open and shut case. It is obvious that Hunter Biden lied on his federal drug forms on his federal gun forms. The Wall Street Journal <a href="https://www.wsj.com/us-news/law/trial-of-a-presidents-son-crack-cocaine-a-colt-cobra-revolver-and-an-alleged-lie-02900b7f" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>:
<blockquote>On a Friday evening in October 2018, Hunter Biden rolled up in a black Cadillac to StarQuest Shooters &amp; Survival Supply in the Delaware city where he had been born and raised. A salesman standing in the window didn’t initially recognize him as the son of the state’s longtime Democratic senator, now-President Biden, and <a href="https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.ded.82797/gov.uscourts.ded.82797.157.2.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">would later recall declining a tip</a> from the younger Biden as he purchased a .38-caliber Colt Cobra revolver.</blockquote>
Hunter’s clearly guilty. Everyone in the family knew that he was a drug addict. The Wall Street Journal noted:
<blockquote>In the gun case, federal prosecutors are planning <a href="https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.ded.82797/gov.uscourts.ded.82797.119.0.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">to use the younger Biden’s own words against him</a>. They are expected to draw from excerpts of Biden’s memoir published in 2021, ‘Beautiful Things.’ Among the excerpts is a section of the book about his return to Delaware in October 2018. ‘All my energy revolved around smoking drugs and making arrangements to buy drugs—feeding the beast,’ Hunter Biden wrote in one excerpt that prosecutors referenced in court filings.</blockquote>
Hunter literally wrote in his memoir about being a drug addict at a time he was lying on his federal gun forms. The Journal continues:
<blockquote>In <a href="https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.ded.82797/gov.uscourts.ded.82797.158.0.pdf">court papers</a> ahead of trial, federal prosecutors have also previewed a witness list that includes Hunter Biden’s ex-wife, Kathleen Buhle, and Hallie Biden. Prosecutors didn’t reference either woman by name, but both are identifiable by the descriptions of their respective relationships to Hunter Biden, who had a romantic relationship with Hallie Biden following his brother’s death.
Prosecutors said Buhle checked Hunter Biden’s car periodically because she didn’t want their children in a vehicle with drugs. On about a dozen occasions, prosecutors said, she found drugs or paraphernalia, which she discarded in a trash can. In a March 2018 text message, she wrote: “I also found a few crack pipes. I took them out because our daughter was driving the car.”</blockquote>
Hunter Biden&#8217;s defense supposedly is the legality of the gun sale. They&#8217;re going to try and blame it on the gun shop. They&#8217;re going to say they should have known that he was lying then. They shouldn&#8217;t have sold him the gun in the first place, because also they accepted Biden&#8217;s passport as identification.
So what is really going on here? I&#8217;ll tell you what&#8217;s really going on here. Joe Biden won Wilmington, Delaware, the jurisdiction for this trial and his hometown, 26,688 votes to 3,580 votes. Donald Trump won roughly 11.8% of the vote in the jurisdiction where Hunter Biden is currently being tried.
Delaware is a very small state. Joe Biden has long been the favorite son of Delaware because he&#8217;s brought home the bacon. Joe Biden was largely involved in the transformation of Delaware from a sleepy backwater to a place where most businesses are organized, particularly credit card businesses, which have made an absolute bundle of their association with Joe Biden over the years.
In other words, this is Joe Biden&#8217;s town. This is so much Joe Biden&#8217;s town that there are buildings named for him at the University of Delaware, where his wife got her PhD. The Biden family owns Wilmington.
This is the opposite of Donald Trump’s Manhattan trial. You have very strong charges against Hunter Biden, but you have a jury pool in which likely the vast majority of them voted for Hunter&#8217;s dad. In Trump’s case, there was a very weak case against Donald Trump, a case that didn’t even specify one specific crime, but you had a jury pool that hated Donald Trump.
So here&#8217;s the question for Biden:
Is it better for Joe Biden&#8217;s campaign if Hunter Biden is convicted or if he is acquitted? If Hunter Biden is acquitted, everyone is going to see this for what it is, which is that the DOJ tried to cut a sweetheart deal with Joe Biden&#8217;s son. They failed when a judge called them on it. Then they brought the prosecution in a jurisdiction that is the most favorable jurisdiction in human history for a defendant, and then either Hunter gets acquitted or there&#8217;s a hung jury.
Does that look like a justice system that is working on behalf of the people? Does that really sound like what Joe Biden said about Donald Trump? That no one is above the law if he gets convicted?
Will Hunter be acquitted? It’s doubtful. The charges are too strong. But could there be a hung jury?
You bet.
I’d bet there are at least one or two holdouts inside that jury who believe that the only reason that Hunter is being brought up on charges at all is because of an attempt by the DOJ to look evenhanded.
And if there is a hung jury, Biden will bloviate about how the jury system worked yet again.

Hunter Biden sued Rudy Giuliani on Tuesday, alleging the former lawyer of President Trump played a central role in the &#8220;total annihilation&#8221; of Biden&#8217;s digital privacy and data related to his infamous laptop computer.
Biden filed the <a href="https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.cacd.899829/gov.uscourts.cacd.899829.1.0.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">15-page complaint</a> in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, which also named Giuliani&#8217;s companies and attorney and former federal prosecutor Robert Costello, who reportedly represented Giuliani as a defendant, accusing them of violating the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
Attorneys for Biden seek a court order to prevent the Defendants from accessing, tampering with, manipulating, or copying Biden&#8217;s data and returning any content related to the laptop to the president&#8217;s son.
&#8220;For the past many months and even years, Defendants have dedicated an extraordinary amount of time and energy toward looking for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that they were given that was taken or stolen from Plaintiff&#8217;s devices or storage platforms, including what Defendants claim to have obtained from Plaintiff&#8217;s alleged &#8220;laptop&#8221; computer,&#8221; Biden&#8217;s attorneys wrote in the complaint.
The suit also alleges the defendants admitted their possession of the content came from an &#8220;external drive&#8221; rather than an actual laptop reportedly left at a computer repair shop in Delaware in 2019. The data was &#8220;manipulated, altered and damaged&#8221; before the contents were copied and sent to Giuliani and Costello, the suit claims with &#8220;further alterations and damage to the data&#8221; unknown to the president&#8217;s son.
In the weeks leading up to the 2020 election, Giuliani disseminated emails, pictures and videos, and other data from Hunter&#8217;s laptop to the New York Post that implicated President Joe Biden in a Ukrainian business deal that placed Hunter on the board during his father&#8217;s time as Vice President during the Obama administration.
After initially claiming the laptop that he was accused of abandoning at the shop was either hacked, stolen, or some form of Russian disinformation campaign to hinder his father&#8217;s 2020 presidential candidacy, Hunter Biden finally admitted in a sitdown interview with CBS that it &#8220;certainly&#8221; could have belonged to him.
Then, amid working out a plea deal for a criminal probe, Biden finally admitted that the laptop packed with scandalous content was, in fact, his, according to the Post.
Ted Goodman, spokesman for Giuliani, <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2023/09/26/hunter-biden-sues-rudy-giuliani-over-infamous-laptop.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told</a> CNBC in a statement, &#8220;Hunter Biden has previously refused to admit ownership of the laptop.&#8221;
&#8220;I&#8217;m not surprised he&#8217;s now falsely claiming his laptop hard drive was manipulated by Mayor Giuliani, considering the sordid material and potential evidence of crimes on that thing,&#8221; Goodman said.
House Republicans recently <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/mccarthy-announces-formal-impeachment-inquiry-against-biden" target="_blank" rel="noopener">opened a formal impeachment inquiry</a> against Biden after lawmakers accused him of using his vice presidency to dissuade Ukrainian prosecutors from investigating the company. GOP officials also claim to have uncovered millions of dollars funneled to members of Biden&#8217;s family from foreign nationals.
Biden has repeatedly claimed he never spoke with his son about foreign business dealings.
The latest lawsuit from Hunter Biden comes after a <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/hunter-biden-sues-former-trump-wh-staffer-over-infamous-laptop" target="_blank" rel="noopener">separate case</a> filed by his legal team accused former Trump White House staffer Garret Ziegler, the founder of the nonprofit Marco Polo, of violating California and federal computer privacy laws by publishing thousands of photos and emails from the laptop.
Ziegler worked for Trump during the last two years of his term as a policy analyst. His nonprofit created a new website in June, unveiling controversial content from the laptop to bring &#8220;truth and transparency&#8221; to America&#8217;s first family.

But according to the Jordan, Chan was involved in a “secret ‘follow up’ call” with the social media giant the next day, allegedly contradicting a claim he made during a November 2022 deposition in the government censorship case Missouri v. Biden.
The federal agent also spoke with a Facebook employee that same day, who said, “Chan advised that he was up to speed on the current state of the matter within the FBI.” Chan also told the social media platform that “there was no current evidence to suggest any foreign connection … of the leaks,” according to the documents released by Jordan.

In the letter, Jordan referenced the increasing evidence showing coordination between the White House and social media companies to suppress conservative content, outside of the Post&#8217;s story on Hunter&#8217;s laptop.
“Numerous documents that have been made publicly available reflect the weaponization of the federal government’s power to censor speech online directly and by proxy. It is necessary for Congress to gauge the extent to which FBI agents coerced, pressured, worked with, or relied upon social media and other tech companies to censor speech,” Jordan wrote.

Hunter Biden’s legal team on Wednesday filed a <a href="https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.cacd.898532/gov.uscourts.cacd.898532.1.0.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">lawsuit</a> against a former Trump White House staffer, accusing him of violating California and federal computer privacy laws by publishing thousands of photos and emails from the infamous laptop belonging to the president’s son.
The 14-page suit, filed in a California federal court, accuses defendant Garret Ziegler, the founder of the nonprofit Marco Polo, of “accessing, tampering with, manipulation, altering, copying and damaging computer data that they do not own and that they claim to have obtained from hacking into Plaintiff’s iPhone data and from scouring a copy of the hard drive of what they claim to be Plaintiff’s ‘laptop’ computer.”
Ziegler worked for former President Donald Trump during the last two years of his term as a policy analyst. His nonprofit <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/website-revealing-over-10000-photos-from-hunter-bidens-laptop-crashes-shortly-after-initial-launch" target="_blank" rel="noopener">created</a> a new website in June, unveiling controversial content from the laptop to bring “truth and transparency” to America’s first family.
He told Fox News earlier this year that it took engineers on the site — BidenLaptopMedia.com — “a couple of months” to redact obscene content from thousands of photos spanning from 2008 to 2019, including images exposing Hunter’s genitals and multiple nude photos of his deceased brother Beau Biden’s wife, Hallie Biden.
“The number one thing we’re about … is truth and transparency,” Ziegler said. “If the American people want to know what their first family is like, they’re going to get it. And we’re not going to be taking out photos that paint the Bidens in a good light.”
After initially claiming the laptop that he was accused of abandoning at a Delaware computer repair shop in 2019 was either hacked, stolen, or some form of Russian disinformation campaign to hinder his father&#8217;s 2020 presidential candidacy, Hunter Biden finally admitted in a sitdown interview with <a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/news/hunter-biden-joe-family-intervention-laptop-reports-memoir/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">CBS</a> that it &#8220;certainly&#8221; could have belonged to him.
Then, amid working out a plea deal for a criminal probe, Biden finally admitted that the laptop packed with scandalous content was, in fact, his, <a href="https://nypost.com/2023/02/01/hunter-biden-admits-infamous-laptop-is-his-in-plea-for-probe/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according</a> to the New York Post.
Biden’s lawsuit against Trump’s former aide says that since leaving the White House in 2021, Ziegler “has devoted most of his waking time and energy to accessing, tampering with, manipulating, altering, copying and otherwise using” the material in question.
It also said that Ziegler made inflammatory statements weeks before attorneys for the president’s son filed the lawsuit.
“Within the last two weeks, Defendant Ziegler went so far as to declare on social media that efforts by Plaintiff to serve him with legal process in the future would met with violence: ‘If the US president’s son sends a proxy [i.e., a process server] to illegally trespass on my property I will blow their f***ing brains out,’” the suit notes.
Ziegler <a href="https://www.politico.com/news/2023/09/13/hunter-biden-lawsuit-trump-laptop-00115683" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told</a> POLITICO on Wednesday that Biden’s legal team had not yet served him the legal documents.

“I nor the nonprofit, Marco Polo, have been served with any lawsuit — but the one I read this morning out of the Central District of California should embarrass Winston &amp; Strawn LLP,” he wrote in an email. “It’s not worth the paper it’s written on. Apart from the numerous state and federal laws and regulations which protect authors like me and the publishing that Marco Polo does, it’s not lost on us that Joe’s son filed this SLAPP one day after an Impeachment inquiry into his father was announced.”
Attorneys for Biden requested a jury trial based on the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and California&#8217;s Comprehensive Computer Data Access and Fraud Act, according to the lawsuit.
The lawsuit comes after Hunter Biden called on the Justice Department to launch a criminal probe into Ziegler and others who disseminated contents from the laptop, <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2023/02/01/politics/hunter-biden-laptop-contents-letter/index.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according to CNN</a>.
The BidenLaptopEmails.com website publicized more than 120,000 emails from the abandoned laptop.
The continued laptop exposure comes after Hunter Biden faces ongoing investigations from federal prosecutors and lawmakers into foreign business dealings and allegations of lying about tax fraud and gun purchases.

Secretary of State <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/antony-blinken" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Antony Blinken</a> denies soliciting what became a letter signed by 51 former intelligence officials suggesting the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/hunter-biden" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hunter Biden</a> laptop story could be part of a Russian disinformation operation just weeks before the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/2020-election" target="_blank" rel="noopener">2020 election</a>.
The topic came up after the GOP-led House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees disclosed portions of a transcribed interview in which former CIA Deputy Director Michael Morell talked about putting together the letter <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/republicans-start-calling-for-blinken-to-resign-over-hunter-biden-laptop-story" target="_blank" rel="noopener">following a conversation</a> with Blinken in October 2020.
&#8220;With regard to that letter, I didn&#8217;t – it wasn&#8217;t my idea, didn&#8217;t ask for it, didn&#8217;t solicit it,&#8221; Blinken said during a Monday <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/media/secretary-state-blinken-denies-role-hunter-biden-russian-disinfo-letter-wasnt-my-idea" target="_blank" rel="noopener">interview with Fox News</a>. &#8220;And I think the testimony that the former deputy director of the CIA, Mike Morrell, put forward confirms that.&#8221;

This led Republican leaders to <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/deep-state-connection-ex-cia-chief-says-blinken-spurred-bid-to-discredit-hunter-biden-laptop-story" target="_blank" rel="noopener">raise concerns</a> about a &#8220;concerted effort to minimize and suppress public dissemination of the serious allegations about the Biden family&#8221; during the height of campaign season.
Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee say Republicans released <a href="https://democrats-judiciary.house.gov/news/documentsingle.aspx?DocumentID=5150" target="_blank" rel="noopener">cherry-picking excerpts</a> from the interview with Morell. They disclosed a different part of the transcript showing Morell said he could not remember Blinken asking or even suggesting that a statement about the laptop be put together.
&#8220;To be clear, no part of that interview demonstrates that Tony Blinken or any other Biden campaign official asked Mike Morell to write a letter about Hunter Biden’s laptop,&#8221; <a href="https://democrats-judiciary.house.gov/news/documentsingle.aspx?DocumentID=5150" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said a statement</a> from a spokesperson for the Judiciary Democrats.
The October 19, 2020, letter signed by 51 intelligence veterans said the laptop&#8217;s alleged contents have &#8220;all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.&#8221; After POLITICO, the news outlet that first reported the statement, <a href="https://www.politico.com/news/2020/10/19/hunter-biden-story-russian-disinfo-430276" target="_blank" rel="noopener">published a headline</a> that said the former intelligence officials were claiming the story was &#8220;Russian disinfo,&#8221; then-candidate Joe Biden, Hunter&#8217;s father, used the statement to <a href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/house-gop-demand-records-from-ex-intel-officials-about-hunter-biden-laptop-letter" target="_blank" rel="noopener">cast doubt on the laptop story</a> during one of his debates with then-President Donald Trump weeks before the election.
The laptop became a subject of interest after the New York Post <a href="https://nypost.com/2020/10/14/email-reveals-how-hunter-biden-introduced-ukrainian-biz-man-to-dad/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">began reporting</a> on details of Hunter Biden&#8217;s shady business dealings and personal life that it contained. Over the past two years, many of the contents of the laptop, which was <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2021/04/02/politics/hunter-biden-laptop/index.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">seized by the FBI</a>, have been <a class="c-link c-link--focus-visible" href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2022/03/30/hunter-biden-laptop-data-examined/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" data-stringify-link="https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2022/03/30/hunter-biden-laptop-data-examined/" data-sk="tooltip_parent" data-remove-tab-index="true">analyzed and shown to be authentic</a>. Hunter Biden is under investigation by federal prosecutors looking into potential crimes related to his tax affairs, foreign business dealings, and a gun purchase. The president’s son has said he expects to be <a href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/big-footing-house-investigation-into-hunter-biden-could-hit-firewall" target="_blank" rel="noopener">cleared of wrongdoing</a>.
Among the signees <a href="https://www.politico.com/f/?id=00000175-4393-d7aa-af77-579f9b330000" target="_blank" rel="noopener">on the letter</a>, beyond Morell, were former CIA Directors John Brennan, Leon Panetta, and Michael Hayden. Another of the letter&#8217;s most prominent signees, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, in February accused POLITICO of <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/former-spy-chief-accuses-politico-of-distorting-letter-on-hunter-biden-laptop" target="_blank" rel="noopener">“deliberately” misrepresenting</a> its message. POLITICO defended its reporting about the letter.
Dan Hoffman, the CIA&#8217;s <a href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/extraordinarily-dangerous-former-cia-moscow-station-chief-blasts-leaks-on-russian-informant" target="_blank" rel="noopener">former Moscow station chief</a>, recently <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/cia-veteran-reveals-why-he-didnt-sign-hunter-biden-laptop-letter" target="_blank" rel="noopener">came forward</a> to say that he and &#8220;many others&#8221; were asked to sign the letter but declined to do it.
“I remember I got the letter, October 18, 2020, and at first glance, it seemed natural to lay the blame at the Kremlin’s doorstep. Remember, Vladimir Putin is in the Kremlin and he’s well known for cloak-and-dagger espionage operations,&#8221; Hoffman told Fox News. &#8220;But at the same time, there was no evidence and the letter noted there was no evidence. And I just felt like we needed to do the forensics.&#8221;
Asked if he accepts that the Hunter Biden laptop story was not Russian disinformation, Blinken said he would not be <a class="c-link" href="https://www.foxnews.com/media/secretary-state-blinken-denies-role-hunter-biden-russian-disinfo-letter-wasnt-my-idea" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" data-stringify-link="https://www.foxnews.com/media/secretary-state-blinken-denies-role-hunter-biden-russian-disinfo-letter-wasnt-my-idea" data-sk="tooltip_parent">&#8220;engaging in politics&#8221;</a> while focused on the job of being the nation&#8217;s top diplomat.
After Congress released portions of Morell&#8217;s testimony about Blinken, Republicans <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/republicans-start-calling-for-blinken-to-resign-over-hunter-biden-laptop-story" target="_blank" rel="noopener">began to call</a> for the Secretary of State to resign. Meanwhile, Sens. Ron Johnson (R-WI) and Chuck Grassley (R-IA) have accused Blinken of providing false testimony to Congress regarding his communications with Hunter Biden over the years. They have <a href="https://www.grassley.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/johnson_grassley_to_blinken_-_december_2020_transcript.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">demanded records</a> for an investigation.
When The Daily Wire reached out for a response to the false testimony claim, the State Department declined to say anything beyond referring to <a href="https://www.state.gov/briefings/department-press-briefing-april-21-2023/#post-439830-Misc" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a recent statement</a> by an agency spokesperson refusing to get into what is &#8220;not a State Department issue.&#8221;

Blinken Denies Asking For Hunter Biden Laptop Letter

First son Hunter Biden’s legal team on Monday demanded Congress investigate Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, accusing the Georgia Republican of making several “unethical” statements about the president’s son.
Biden’s lawyer, Abbe Lowell, sent a letter obtained by <a href="https://www.politico.com/f/?id=00000187-b143-dbff-a3df-bfcb030b0000&amp;nname=playbook&amp;nid=0000014f-1646-d88f-a1cf-5f46b7bd0000&amp;nrid=0000014e-f115-dd93-ad7f-f91513e50001&amp;nlid=630318">POLITICO</a> to the Office of Congressional Ethics, requesting lawmakers take action against Greene for her statements about Biden, alleging violations of the House Ethics Code.
“Representative Greene’s unethical conduct arises from her continuous verbal attacks, defamatory statements, publication of personal photos and data, and promotion of conspiracy theories about and against Robert Hunter Biden,” Lowell said. “None of these could possibly be deemed to be part of any legitimate legislative activity, as is clear from both the content of her statements and actions, and the forums she uses to spew her often unhinged rhetoric.”
Biden lived the life of a wealthy jet-setter while his father was vice president, accompanying him on overseas trips from 2008-2016 and striking lucrative deals with energy companies and investors in China and Ukraine. The laptop, which legacy media initially tried to discredit, has provided information about alleged Biden family corruption.
In addition to illuminating Hunter Biden’s alleged corrupt international dealings, the laptop also opened a window into accusations of drug abuse, the patronizing of prostitutes, and dysfunctional family squabbles.
Lowell referenced several social media posts and public statements from the Georgia lawmaker in her letter, saying Greene’s “unhinged rhetoric” against Biden “sound and tread like school-yard insults rather than the work of a Member of Congress, and they fail to uphold the integrity and dignity expected of members of the House of Representatives.”
Greene has vocalized criticism over President Joe Biden and his family since making her debut in Washington, D.C. In recent months, Greene has accused Hunter of “wheeling &amp; dealing with CCP ties and prostitutes with classified documents laying around.”
“The unmoored verbal abuses and ad hominem attacks against Mr. Biden are just a microcosm of Representative Greene’s numerous ethical violations and repeated lapses in ethical judgment, all of which warrant a review of her conduct,” Lowell said.

Greene responded to the letter from Biden’s attorney on Twitter.

Biden is under investigation by U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware David Weiss for possible tax and gun crimes. Last week, an IRS whistleblower said that powerful players inside the Department of Justice, reportedly including Attorney General Merrick Garland himself, were trying to kill the investigation.
The House Committee on Oversight is examining Biden-linked bank records looking at other Biden family members who appear to have benefited from international deals. Last month, Rep. James Comer (R-KY) said he discovered that a Biden associate received a $3 million wire transfer from a Chinese energy company. Four members of the Biden family — including Hunter, the president’s brother, James, and Hallie Biden, the widow of Hunter’s deceased brother Beau and his former paramour- pocketed $1.3 million from the transfer.
“There’s not going to be anybody left for a Christmas picture if the DOJ did their job and went and indicted anyone who has any type of fingerprints involved in this influence peddling scheme,” Comer said. “I mean, it’s the entire family.”
