The Trump administration is considering multiple different countries that it could potentially deport suspected MS-13 human smuggler Kilmar Abrego Garcia to, naming both Mexico and the African nation of South Sudan as potential destinations for the illegal alien erroneously dubbed a “Maryland man.”
Abrego Garcia was brought back to the United States to stand trial for a human smuggling charge after he was first deported back to his home country of El Salvador. But now the Salvadoran national is expected to be deported yet again if he is let free from jail as he awaits trial.
ICE officials <a href="https://nypost.com/2025/07/10/us-news/trump-admin-still-deciding-where-it-would-deport-kilmar-abrego-garcia-ice-official-tells-judge/">noted</a> that the federal agency would detain Abrego Garcia and deport him to a so-called “third country,” a country other than an alien’s nation of origin that agrees to receive deportees from the United States. Abrego Garcia has claimed that he is at risk of being tortured if he returns to El Salvador.
The third country arrangement was made possible by a Supreme Court <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-admin-secures-victory-in-scotus-ruling-enabling-more-deportations?author=Spencer+Lindquist&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=4&amp;row=0&amp;rowType=Vertical+List&amp;title=Trump+Admin+Secures+Victory+In+SCOTUS+Ruling+Enabling+More+Deportations">victory</a> for the Trump administration late last month, which overturned a lower court ruling barring the administration from sending deportees to third countries. Now, <a href="https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2025/06/23/supreme-court-immigrants-deport-torture-sudan/83885228007/">thousands</a> of illegal aliens are expected to be sent to third countries.
The case came after eight criminal illegal aliens, including Cuban and Vietnamese nationals, were <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-deports-murderers-and-rapists-to-south-sudan-but-judge-might-order-their-return-to-u-s">deported</a> to South Sudan after their home nations refused to accept them.
Abrego Garcia is currently awaiting trial in Tennessee as he faces charges for a suspected human smuggling incident. The illegal alien was caught on <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/police-suspected-maryland-man-of-getting-paid-to-traffic-illegals-body-cam-footage-shows">body camera footage</a> in 2022 during a traffic stop, in which Tennessee Highway Patrol officers found Abrego Garcia to be driving a modified van with nine men, none of whom spoke English or had driver’s licenses. One officer speculated that Abrego Garcia was “hauling these people for money.”
Abrego Garcia’s case has become a national flashpoint in the immigration debate, with Democrat politicians advocating for the illegal alien and incorrectly referring to him as a “Maryland man,” and Maryland politicians even calling him their constituent.

Illegal alien and suspected MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia was a member of a far-left organization that raked in cash from the Biden administration as it advocated for illegal aliens.
Abrego Garcia, infamously and erroneously dubbed a “Maryland man” by Democrat politicians after he was deported to his home country of El Salvador, was a member of a leftwing organization called CASA, which lobbies on behalf of illegal aliens and is now advocating for the Salvadoran national to be shielded from deportation.
The group called to <a href="https://wearecasa.org/policy-agenda/immigration/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">abolish ICE</a> and runs campaigns to <a href="https://wearecasa.org/about/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">prevent</a> local law enforcement agents from collaborating with federal immigration enforcement, all while the Biden administration pledged more than $5 million to the organization. It also openly identified Abrego Garcia, a suspected MS-13 human smuggler, as a member of the organization.
“CASA is outraged that ICE deported CASA member Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia in violation of a court order and at grave personal danger,” the organization <a href="https://wearecasa.org/casa-demands-justice-for-kilmar-armando-abrego-garcia/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">wrote</a> in a statement.
Now, CASA falsely claims that “the Trump administration disappeared Kilmar Abrego Garcia.” The leftwing organization identified the suspected MS-13 gang member and human smuggler as one of its members in an <a href="https://wearecasa.org/casa-demands-justice-for-kilmar-armando-abrego-garcia/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">April statement</a> condemning his deportation, and has remained involved in the case, with CASA <a href="https://apnews.com/video/wife-of-kilmar-abrego-garcia-says-effort-to-free-him-has-been-the-hardest-thing-in-my-life-bcc1f7ebbc4843bfb826e4b57edeba56" target="_blank" rel="noopener">representatives</a> appearing to flank his wife at a recent press conference in Nashville, Tennessee.
CASA, to which the Biden administration <a href="https://www.usaspending.gov/recipient/754c4ce6-4aab-ad50-7221-31e1f1e71de6-R/latest" target="_blank" rel="noopener">awarded</a> millions of taxpayer dollars, has offices across the mid-Atlantic region, including in Maryland, where Abrego Garcia resided prior to his deportation. Included in the more than $5 million awarded to CASA by the federal government since 2022 was a <a href="https://www.usaspending.gov/award/ASST_NON_23CICET00324_7003" target="_blank" rel="noopener">$250,000 grant</a> from the Department of Homeland Security to fund “<a href="https://www.uscis.gov/citizenship-resource-center/civic-assimilation/learn-about-the-citizenship-and-assimilation-grant-program/fy-2023-grant-recipients" target="_blank" rel="noopener">innovations in citizenship preparation</a>.”
The group has multiple membership tiers, including one that allows members to access a range of services, <a href="https://wearecasa.org/legal-services-md/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">including</a> legal deportation defense, vocational training, and citizenship application assistance. Each of the three <a href="https://wearecasa.org/membership/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">membership tiers</a> requires members to pay a monthly or annual fee. It is not apparent what membership tier Abrego Garcia belonged to, nor whether he sought out services from the leftwing organization.
CASA did not respond to a Daily Wire inquiry concerning Abrego Garcia’s membership.
In addition to offering support services to illegal aliens, CASA also pushes an extreme ideological agenda. The far-left organization <a href="https://wearecasa.org/policy-agenda/immigration/abolishice/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">calls</a> for ICE to be abolished, calling it a “rogue agency” that has “caused immense harm to our communities.”
The organization <a href="https://wearecasa.org/casa-demands-justice-for-kilmar-armando-abrego-garcia/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">notes</a> that it is currently working to pass legislation in Maryland that would prevent local law enforcement agencies from working with ICE to identify and apprehend illegal aliens. The group is also <a href="https://wearecasa.org/maryland-2/legislative-session-agenda/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">advocating</a> for legislation that would prevent ICE from obtaining identifying information from Maryland’s state and local agencies, shielding illegal aliens from being identified by federal immigration enforcement agents.
The group’s sister organization, <a href="https://casainaction.org/#footer" target="_blank" rel="noopener">called</a> CASA in Action, advocates for specific policies and endorses candidates who encourage “greater engagement of Latinos and voters of color in elections.”
“By mobilizing Black, Latine, Afro-descendent, Indigenous, and Immigrant voters, CASA in Action … play[s] a powerful role in electing progressive change leaders,” the group <a href="https://casainaction.org/about/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">goes on</a> to say.

A federal judge in Tennessee ordered suspected human smuggler and illegal alien Kilmar Abrego Garcia to stay in prison while his case continues to play out in court.
Federal Magistrate Judge Barbara Holmes <a href="https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.tnmd.104622/gov.uscourts.tnmd.104622.67.0.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ordered</a> Monday that Abrego Garcia remain in the custody of U.S. Marshals after his lawyers expressed fear that he may be deported before his criminal case concludes. She previously ruled that he should be released from custody while his trial plays out, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/judge-orders-release-of-maryland-man-but-the-illegal-alien-could-be-deported-again">claiming</a> the Justice Department failed to demonstrate justification for his remaining in custody.
“Abrego shall therefore remain in the custody of the United States Marshal pending further order. He shall, to the extent practicable, be held separately from persons awaiting or serving sentences or being held in custody pending appeal and he shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity for private consultation with defense counsel,” Holmes wrote Monday.

Federal prosecutors say that the government will deport illegal alien and suspected MS-13 human trafficker Kilmar Abrego Garcia to a so-called “third country” after he is released from a Tennessee jail.

A federal judge ordered the release of the suspected MS-13 lionized by Democrats as a “Maryland man,” but now the Trump administration has appealed the decision and hinted that he could be recaptured and deported again if he is freed.
Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the illegal alien who was famously deported to his home country of El Salvador earlier this year, was brought back to the United States to stand trial in a human smuggling case in Tennessee after the Supreme Court ordered the Trump administration to facilitate his return to America.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Barbara Holmes has <a href="https://thehill.com/regulation/court-battles/5363529-judge-orders-release-abrego-garcia/">ordered</a> his release before his trial. “Overall, the Court cannot find from the evidence presented that Abrego’s release clearly and convincingly poses an irremediable danger to other persons or to the community,” Holmes <a href="https://apnews.com/article/abrego-garcia-deportation-error-c0a515baffdf54baba412edf4cdbd310">wrote</a> in her decision, which the Department of Justice swiftly appealed. A hearing on his release is scheduled for Wednesday.
But even if he is released, the Department of Homeland Security says he will not go free. “Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a dangerous criminal illegal alien,” Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told The Daily Wire. &#8220;We have said it for months and it remains true to this day: he will never go free on American soil.&#8221;
Abrego Garcia could be captured by Immigration and Customs Enforcement and potentially deported once again, the DOJ noted in its appeal. “Defendant could face potential deportation from the United States in the near future should Judge Holmes’ impending release order remain in effect,” the DOJ document <a href="https://x.com/ProfMJCleveland/status/1936936300461928581/photo/2">asserts</a>.
The federal government accuses Abrego Garcia of smuggling hundreds of illegal aliens, including children and MS-13 gang members, throughout the United States. “He’s getting paid to haul these people, probably to Maryland, I would say,” a Tennessee Highway Patrol officer said during the stop. “Sometimes they come in with dope.” Another officer pointed out that Abrego Garcia’s van appeared to have been modified to have an extra row of seats, another indication that he could be smuggling illegal aliens across the country.

The war between Israel and Iran continued to escalate Monday, as the Jewish state looks to dismantle Iran’s nuclear program. The two sides began targeting energy facilities in addition to military sites. Iran, for example, successfully struck an Israeli oil refinery in Haifa, while the Israelis targeted multiple natural gas and oil refineries throughout Iran. One of those strikes caused major damage to Tehran’s largest fuel depot. Another strike Monday targeted Iran’s state-sponsored TV network — in <a href="https://x.com/yashar/status/1934631352407830729">stunning footage</a>, a newscaster can be seen running from her desk as debris falls around her.
Iran has so far launched nearly 400 missiles and drones at Israel, though only a few dozen have made it past Israeli air defenses. Those strikes have reportedly killed 24 people and injured more than 600. But there’s no doubt Israel is having far more success so far, mainly because it achieved near total control of Iran’s airspace, which has allowed Israel to rely on warplanes for their strikes, instead of expensive long-range missiles.
“Iran should have signed the &#8216;deal&#8217; I told them to sign,” President Trump wrote on Truth Social on Monday night. “What a shame, and waste of human life. Simply stated, IRAN CAN NOT HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON. I said it over and over again! Everyone should immediately evacuate Tehran!” Almost immediately afterward, roads out of Tehran were sent into gridlock with endless lines of cars trying to flee the city in the middle of the night. 
President Trump also convened a late-night meeting of the National Security Council, prompting speculation that he was planning on an attack, but a White House spokesman said Monday night that “American forces are maintaining their defensive posture, and that has not changed.” The United States recently diverted one of its aircraft carriers, <a href="https://www.tampafp.com/u-s-aircraft-carrier-diverted-to-middle-east-as-israel-iran-conflict-escalates/">USS Nimitz</a>, and its escorts to the Middle East from the Pacific, further fueling speculation about possible U.S. intervention in the conflict.
President Trump has continued to stand by Israel, saying his administration would support its efforts against Iran, but has stopped short of committing American forces to the conflict, despite growing pressure from Israel for U.S. backing. In particular, Israel reportedly wants America’s help in knocking out Iran’s Fordow uranium enrichment site, which is buried deep underground. The U.S. is believed to be the only country with the bunker buster bombs and large bomber aircraft necessary for taking out such a facility, and Israel has been clear that this operation will not be considered a success until Fordow is destroyed.

President Trump has made it clear that his administration would be ramping up efforts to deport illegals – specifically in blue cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, all of which have policies to shield illegals from federal immigration officials. Trump said ICE, the FBI, DEA, ATF, and officials at the Pentagon and the State Department will carry out this agenda, and added that illegals will be brought back to their home countries. Abrego Garcia, the illegal immigrant also known as a “Maryland man” who was embraced by Democrats when he was deported to El Salvador, appeared in federal court in Nashville Friday on federal smuggling charges – he pled not guilty.
The DOJ’s criminal case against Abrego Garcia — not his immigration case — centers on a traffic stop in Tennessee from November 2022, when Abrego Garcia was pulled over while driving a car with nine people inside, including a 15-year-old boy, most of whom have been identified as illegal aliens. If convicted, he faces 10 years in prison for each illegal alien he smuggled, and a $250,000 fine. He was brought back to the United States last week after being deported to El Salvador. He is suspected of having ties to the MS-13 gang.
“I&#8217;ve been closely monitoring this case, waiting to see if some dark money group would put up the millions of dollars necessary to get him a really good criminal defense attorney or a number of criminal defense attorneys,” Tom Pappert, a reporter for the Tennessee Star, told The Daily Wire. “After more than a week, Kilmar Abrego-Garcia is represented by a number of public defenders with the federal office of Middle Tennessee. Now, this indicates to me, it seems like the Democrats are cutting and running. They&#8217;ve realized that this is a losing battle for them and it&#8217;s not worth the millions of dollars necessary to get this guy probably to a plea deal.”
During the six-hour arraignment, new allegations against Abrego Garcia were made public. A Homeland Security agent testified that multiple alleged accomplices claimed Abrego Garcia asked a 15-year-old girl for nude photos on Snapchat. His lawyers called this a “flirtatious event.”
Federal prosecutors have requested that Abrego Garcia remain in federal custody until trial. The decision is pending, but if the judge denies the request, he could be transferred to ICE custody for proceedings in immigration court. Either way, it looks like he will not be released.

The majority of Americans say that Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the illegal alien infamously defended by Democrats as a “Maryland man,” is likely a member of the MS-13 criminal organization, a new poll says.
A whopping 62 percent of Americans believe that the illegal alien, who was deported to El Salvador earlier this year, is likely a member of the Salvadoran gang, a recent Harvard-Harris <a href="https://harvardharrispoll.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/HHP_June2025_KeyResults.pdf">poll</a> found. Just 38 percent of respondents to the poll said that Garcia should have been defended from deportation and 43 percent of Democrats said that he is likely part of the criminal gang.
Garcia’s case became a lightning rod for Democrats in Congress, who claimed that the illegal alien was a “Maryland man” who was mistakenly deported back to his home country of El Salvador.
Multiple courts previously found that Abrego Garcia has connections to MS-13, which the Trump administration designated as a foreign terror organization shortly after taking office.

NASHVILLE — The Justice Department argued Friday that releasing suspected gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia would pose a danger to the public because of his alleged history of violence toward his wife, sexual misconduct toward young girls, and participation in an illegal alien smuggling ring.
Abrego Garica, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador who has been incorrectly dubbed a &#8220;Maryland man&#8221; by the legacy media, appeared in federal court in Nashville on Friday for his arraignment on human smuggling charges and a detention hearing. Wearing a bright red prison suit and listening to proceedings through interpreters, Abrego Garcia pled not guilty in front of a crowd of left-wing supporters who showed up to watch the case play out.
Abrego Garcia faces 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for one count of conspiracy to transport aliens and up to 10 years in prison for each illegal smuggled across the country if found guilty on another count of unlawful transportation of illegal aliens. He was returned to the United States last week after being deported to El Salvador due to suspected ties to MS-13.
After his not guilty plea, Magistrate Judge Barbara Holmes heard arguments from the Justice Department and Abrego Garcia&#8217;s lawyers on whether or not to release him as his case is litigated. As court ended for the day, she said that she would not give a date for her decision, but that it would be &#8220;sooner rather than later.&#8221;
Acting United States Attorney for Middle Tennessee Robert McGuire argued that Abrego Garcia should be detained because he was a flight risk and would endanger the community based on testimony and evidence that he had endangered children through his alleged participation in a smuggling ring, ties to violent gangs, and the multiple complaints from his wife about domestic violence.

The crux of the Justice Department&#8217;s case relies on a traffic stop in Putnam County, Tennessee, on November 30, 2022, when Abrego Garcia was pulled over driving a Chevrolet suburban with nine others inside. One of those individuals noted his age to be 15 when Tennessee Highway Patrol had each person write their name and age down on a sheet of paper.
Homeland Security special agent Peter Joseph said that the 15-year-old boy was unaccounted for to this day and that they hadn&#8217;t tracked him down yet, saying that &#8220;we don&#8217;t know right now&#8221; if he is OK. Joseph added that at least six of the nine individuals being transported have been identified as illegal aliens from a variety of countries including Mexico, El Salvador, and Honduras.

Joseph also testified that Abrego Garcia lied to the Tennessee state troopers when he claimed that he was bringing a construction crew from St. Louis to Maryland. According to data gathered through license plate readers, Joseph said that the vehicle hadn&#8217;t been in St. Louis in the timeframe Abrego Garcia claimed and that there were no construction tools in the vehicle.
Abrego Garcia also had a history of sexual misconduct toward minors, multiple of his associates told Joseph. Additionally, Joseph said an unidentified girl provided evidence to federal investigators that Abrego Garcia had asked a 15-year-old Maryland girl to send him nude pictures of herself and sent her other messages discussing OnlyFans.
Lawyers for Abrego Garcia referred to these accusations as &#8220;slanderous&#8221; and said a &#8220;flirtatious event&#8221; from five years ago shouldn&#8217;t impact his detention.
Abrego Garcia&#8217;s lawyers, including public defenders Richard Tennant and Dumaka Shabazz, argued that the Justice Department&#8217;s case relied too much on hearsay, and they tried to discredit the testimony about his activities given to federal investigators from two men who also face deportation and federal punishment.
The defense did not call any witnesses, but pointed to multiple pieces of evidence, including a 2019 immigration holding that Abrego Garcia should not be deported to his home country of El Salvador because of fears of gang violence. They also included a letter from an immigrant activist group called CASA, which promised to help Abrego Garcia should he be released.
Holmes at times appeared critical of the Justice Department, and suggested that their evidence was dated because it came from 2020-2022. When discussing the orders of protection granted to Abrego Garcia&#8217;s wife over fears for her own safety, Holmes asked McGuire whether it would be &#8220;equally plausible&#8221; that he had a change of heart over the last four years rather than stay the same.
Regardless of her decision, Abrego Garcia will likely not be leaving federal custody anytime soon as ICE is expected to take custody of him if he is released on the smuggling charges.
Before the hearing began, dozens of people gathered outside the courthouse holding signs like &#8220;F*** ICE&#8221; and &#8220;Stop ICE Kidnappings.&#8221; By noon, the crowd had largely dispersed as rain ripped through Nashville and the proceedings dragged into late afternoon.

One of the law enforcement officers can be heard saying that Abrego Garcia, who was driving a van full of men who did not speak English and claimed to not have drivers’ licenses, was “hauling these people for money.”

Kilmar Abrego Garcia To Be Returned To U.S. To Face Charges

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem slammed a Democrat congressman over his advocacy for a deported illegal alien, charging that he has set out to “fight for a terrorist” instead of the people he was elected to represent.
Noem and Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) got into a heated spat during a meeting of the House Homeland Security Committee Wednesday morning, in which the Democrat advocated for Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a 29-year-old deported Salvadoran illegal alien with suspected ties to MS-13 who is believed to have <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/police-suspected-maryland-man-of-getting-paid-to-traffic-illegals-body-cam-footage-shows?author=Spencer+Lindquist&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=5&amp;row=0&amp;rowType=Vertical+List&amp;title=Police+Suspected+%E2%80%98Maryland+Man%E2%80%99+Of+%E2%80%98Getting+Paid%E2%80%99+To+Traffic+Illegals%2C+Body+Cam+Footage+Shows">engaged</a> in human smuggling. Goldman pressed Noem on DHS’s deportation of Abrego Garcia and the agency’s response to a Supreme Court order requiring the government to “facilitate” the return of the illegal alien from his home country of El Salvador back to the United States, despite not being a citizen or legal resident of America.
“What steps have you taken to return Mr. Abrego Garcia to allow him to get due process?” Goldman asked Noem, who explained that “Abrego Garcia is in his home country” before being interrupted by the congressman.
“It&#8217;s got to be extremely discouraging to be one of your constituents,&#8221; Noem continued. &#8220;To see you fight for a terrorist like this and not fight for them is extremely alarming to me, and I’m sure it is to them as well.”
Goldman’s advocacy for Abrego Garcia, who allegedly bragged that he could <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/dem-darling-maryland-mans-wife-he-bragged-he-could-kill-me-and-get-away-with-it">murder his wife</a> and get away with it, comes after Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/dem-senator-headed-to-el-salvador-on-mission-to-bring-gang-member-back-to-america">flew to El Salvador</a> to visit the illegal alien.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) blasted Goldman after his exchange with Noem, charging that “there is nothing Democrats love more than defending the cartels, the criminals, and the rapists.”
Greene and Goldman faced off earlier in the hearing after the Democrat objected to Greene’s request to file a post from Attorney General Pam Bondi highlighting Abrego’s alleged MS-13 ties in the Congressional record. Greene laid out the various entities that established Abrego’s ties to the criminal gang in response to Goldman’s unsuccessful attempt to keep the post from Bondi out of the Congressional Record.
“A Maryland County Police Gang Unit agreed that he is MS-13, a reliable confidential informant agreed that he is MS-13,” Greene noted. “ICE officers agreed that he is MS-13, an immigration judge agreed that he is MS-13, an appellate board agreed that Kilmar Abrego Garcia, your Maryland man, is MS-13.”

Suspected MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia — whose deportation to El Salvador by the Trump administration triggered a meltdown by Democrats — reportedly bragged he could kill his wife and get away with it.
Garcia’s wife, Jennifer Vasquez Sura, wrote in an August 3, 2020 request for a motion for a protective order against him, “I also have a [recording] that [he] told my ex-mother-in-law that even if he kills me no one can do anything to him,” The New York Post <a href="https://nypost.com/2025/04/30/us-news/kilmar-abrego-garcia-bragged-he-could-kill-his-wife-and-get-away-with-it-court-docs/">reported</a>. The document reportedly revolved around a fight over a phone Garcia took from her, during which he locked their children in their bedroom and locked her out of the house.
“Me and my kids are afraid now. He kicked me, pushed me, slapped me in the face and threatened me,” she reportedly stated in the document.
New bodycam footage has been released showing a Tennessee state trooper in 2022 stopping Garcia and openly suspecting him of human trafficking.
The footage acquired by Fox News Digital revealed that when law enforcement stopped Garcia for speeding, he had eight people in the car. “You’ve got a bunch of people here, don’t you?” the trooper said to Garcia. “Where you workin’ at?”
“St. Louis, Missouri,” Garcia answered. “Where do you live at?” the trooper asked. “I live in Maryland,” Garcia replied.
“You know what you got here,” the trooper stated after the confrontation. “He’s hauling these people for money. You got an 8-hauler, is what he’s doing. &#8230; He’s getting paid to haul these people, probably to Maryland, I would say.” One of the officers stopping Garcia could be seen making a phone call; a source told Fox News that on the call, the officer spoke to someone at the FBI who advised police not to detain Garcia. The source also said officers spoke to ICE, but they never showed up.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has said that multiple courts have concluded that Garcia was a member of the deadly MS-13 gang.
“He was illegally in our country … and in 2019, two courts, an immigration court and an appellate immigration court, ruled that he was a member of MS-13,” Bondi said. “That’s up to El Salvador if they want to return him, that’s not up to us.&#8221;
President of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele, has said he will not release Garcia.
