Former President Donald Trump took aim at his former press secretary, Kayleigh McEnany, after she cited poll numbers that he claimed were false.
McEnany, now a Fox News co-host, made the remarks regarding Iowa poll numbers for the 2024 GOP presidential nomination on Fox News’ “Jesse Watters Primetime” on Tuesday.
“The DeSantis team would say, you know, ‘We just had polling come out that shows we closed the gap by 9 points since we announced in Iowa,” McEnany stated. “Still, Trump’s hugely ahead, but they say they’re closing the gap. That’s their argument… If you look at the polling now, it was Trump 34 in Iowa, it’s now Trump 25.”
Trump reacted on Truth Social, dismissing her as “milktoast,” a misspelling of “milquetoast,” meaning wishy-washy: “Kayleigh ‘Milktoast’ McEnany just gave out the wrong poll numbers on FoxNews. I am 34 points up on DeSanctimonious, not 25 up. While 25 is great, it’s not 34. She knew the number was corrected upwards by the group that did the poll. The RINOS &amp; Globalists can have her. FoxNews should only use REAL Stars!!!”
“A survey conducted by Trump pollsters McLaughlin and Associates and released Saturday evening shows the former president with 49.5 percent support from Republican voters in Iowa,” The Daily Mail <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12133809/Poll-DeSantis-closes-gap-Trump-9-Iowa-post-presidential-announcement.html">noted</a> on Sunday. “DeSantis, on the other hand, earned 24.5 percent – coming in second place with 25 points fewer than his top competitor.”
Trump was heavily criticized by many conservatives for his attack on McEnany:
“Attacking Kayleigh McEnany is insane. She&#8217;s&#8211;was one of the best press secretaries ever&#8230;She was fantastic, but she&#8217;s an analyst now. She doesn&#8217;t work for any campaign,” Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade reacted.
Jenna Ellis, who had served as Trump’s legal advisor, <a href="https://twitter.com/JennaEllisEsq/status/1663710650038730753" target="_blank" rel="noopener">tweeted</a>, “I will simply leave this here for when people ask why I and *many* others didn’t return for 2024.”
“Kayleigh was one of the only voices defending Trump on CNN when he ran in 16,” political commentator Guy Benson wrote. &#8220;I often disagreed with her, but she was prepared, relentless &amp; unafraid of being heavily outnumbered. She then served Trump as chief spokesperson when he was president. She also likes DeSantis.”

Donald Trump might be the only person in America who couldn&#8217;t beat Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election.
And Trump&#8217;s also the reason Republicans performed so poorly in the midterm elections, when Americans were furious about inflation and crime and the border. He singlehandedly blew it for the GOP, and in the process delivered the party crown to Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.
Despite his crushing loss in 2020, Trump remained the titular head of the party. He endorsed candidate after candidate in the midterms and so expected to have a good night that on Election Day, Trump (who can&#8217;t spend one second out of the spotlight) announced he&#8217;d have an announcement to announce on November 15.
But except for the deepest red states, nearly every candidate Trump backed lost. And Trump picked big-time losers in winnable races, most of whom were election deniers, claiming Trump actually won in 2020. Voters simply said nuh uh.
Trump&#8217;s biggest loss was in Pennsylvania, where a Democrat who suffered a stroke and could barely utter a coherent sentence defeated a hand-picked Trump candidate, Dr. Mehmet Oz.
Remember, Trump&#8217;s endorsement put Oz on top of David McCormick, a former undersecretary of the Treasury Department under George W. Bush, in the GOP primary. McCormick had been picked to run for the Senate seat vacated by popular Republican Pat Toomey. And McCormick most likely would&#8217;ve crushed the bumbling John Fetterman.
In a lesser-watched race, this one for a Michigan seat in the U.S. House, Trump backed John Gibbs. Gibbs is a former official in Trump’s Department of Housing and Urban Development, but he spouted some wacky stuff, like claiming Hillary Clinton&#8217;s 2016 campaign chairman John Podesta participated in a Satanic ritual. And, of course, he also declared that Trump actually won in 2020.
Trump&#8217;s endorsement put Gibbs on top in the GOP primary against Rep. Peter Meijer. But Gibbs got crushed 54.8% to 41.9% in Tuesday&#8217;s election.
Democrats also outfoxed Trump. Liberals spent <a href="https://nypost.com/2022/09/12/democrats-spend-53m-to-boost-far-right-gop-candidates/">$53 million</a> to bolster Trump-picked candidates in nine key states &#8212; California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Virginia &#8212; as part of the questionable strategy.
That worked out perfectly.
After Gibbs lost in Michigan, Kevin Robillard of the Huffington Post tweeted: &#8220;With this race call, every single Republican who won their primary with help from Democratic meddling has lost in the general election.&#8221;

In almost every race that Trump meddled in, a strong Republican candidate was poised to run, only to be knocked off by a fringe candidate that went on to lose to the Democrat, despite the horrible atmosphere for Democrats and the toxicity of President Biden.
Take Arizona. Republican leaders were pushing for Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey to run against Democrat Mark Kelly for the Senate seat, but Trump backed election denier Blake Masters. While Ducey won for governor in 2018 with a 14.9-point edge, Kelly leads Masters 51.4% to 46.4, with several hundred thousand votes yet to count.
Scott Reed, a veteran Republican strategist, put it succinctly: &#8220;I mean, we had a historic opportunity and Trump&#8217;s recruitment of unelectable candidates blew it for us. Trump&#8217;s now lost three elections in a row for the Republican Party and it&#8217;s time to snap out of this foolishness,&#8221; he said on <a href="https://www.kcra.com/article/trump-urged-to-delay-2024-white-house-launch/41917177">Fox News</a>.
The night was so bad for Trump that some in his inner circle are suggesting he put off whatever that November 15 announcement was going to be.
“I know there’s a temptation to starting talking about 2024 — no, no, no, no, no,” former Trump White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany said on <a href="https://thehill.com/homenews/media/3727532-kayleigh-mcenany-trump-should-wait-until-after-georgia-runoff-to-declare-2024-candidacy/">Fox News.</a>
And former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, who had predicted a GOP pickup of 40+ seats in the House, said Trump should rethink.
&#8220;I think Trump&#8217;s got to look at the results and be troubled,&#8221; Gingrich told <a href="https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/elections/gingrich-suspects-trump-rethinking-2024-hes-got-look-results-and-be?utm_source=offthepress&amp;utm_medium=home">Just The News</a>. &#8220;I can tell you, for me, this was not the result I expected. I thought we&#8217;d win a lot more seats.&#8221;
&#8220;I mean, just in my own emails today, the number of people who want somebody other than Trump who have decided, literally overnight, that person is going to be DeSantis, he&#8217;s going to find it almost impossible to avoid running,&#8221; Gingrich said on Wednesday.
Trump&#8217;s ego is far too massive to expect him to bail on 2024 and back the Florida governor. But he should know now that if he runs again, he&#8217;ll lose. Maybe he should retire and play golf.

McEnany addressed the issue <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/video/6315241341112" target="_blank" rel="noopener">during Wednesday&#8217;s broadcast</a> of the Fox News midday panel show &#8220;Outnumbered,&#8221; telling co-host <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/grab-the-privilege-and-ride-it-home-cowboy-harris-faulkner-blows-up-after-2nd-gentleman-blocks-handicapped-parking/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Harris Faulkner</a> that Florida Governor <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/ron-desantis-wins-against-charlie-crist-projection/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ron DeSantis</a> (R) &#8220;should be welcomed&#8221; and advising her former boss not to be tempted to make any announcements about possible 2024 presidential campaigns until 2022 was truly over.

&#8220;Every ounce of Republican energy, every last ounce, needs to go into that Georgia race because it could potentially be what makes or breaks the Senate, getting Herschel Walker over the finish line,&#8221; McEnany explained, adding, &#8220;I know there’s a temptation to talk about 2024. No, no, no. 2022 is not over. Every Republican energy needs to go to grinding the Biden agenda to a halt.&#8221;
Faulkner pushed back, asking, &#8220;Does that include Trump?&#8221;
&#8220;I think he needs to put it on pause, absolutely,&#8221; McEnany said, but she noted that Trump might not necessarily heed any advice. &#8220;He will make his own decision.&#8221;
McEnany also clarified that she believed her advice was good for any Republicans who might be considering 2024 presidential runs — including DeSantis — saying they should wait until the 2022 elections were fully buttoned up before they began making announcements in that regard.
Faulkner&#8217;s follow-up question addressed whether or not McEnany believed that Trump should plan to campaign for Walker — whom he endorsed in the race to unseat incumbent Senator Raphael Warnock (D-GA) — and McEnany did not give a straight answer.
Instead, mentioning the Florida governor’s blowout victory, she said, &#8220;I think Governor DeSantis should be welcomed given what happened last night. You have to look at the realities on the ground. We have to win the Senate. That’s it. Got to win the Senate.&#8221;
Former President Trump was expected to potentially announce a 2024 presidential bid several days earlier during an Ohio rally in support of Senator-elect J.D. Vance — but he said at the time that he wanted to keep the focus on winning the midterm elections, and instead promised to make a &#8220;big announcement&#8221; from his Mar-a-Lago home on November 15.

A Fox News panel ripped into President <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/joe-biden" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Joe Biden</a> on Wednesday, saying that his recent attacks only proved that he was running a presidential campaign against America itself.
Former White House Press Secretary <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/kayleigh-mcenany" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Kayleigh McEnany</a> joined her co-hosts on the network&#8217;s midday panel show “Outnumbered,” and she argued that Biden was beginning his campaign — but that instead of running against a specific opponent like former President Donald Trump, he was running against his own people.

“Well, forget that inauguration day promise of unity. President Biden again going on the attack, this time mocking supporters of the Second Amendment yesterday,” <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/blood-in-the-water-kayleigh-mcenany-flames-biden-for-letting-shark-putin-sense-weakness/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">McEnany</a> began, sharing a video clip of Biden speaking on Tuesday in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
“For those brave, right-wing Americans who say, ‘It is all about keeping Americans independent and safe,’ if you want to fight against a country you need an F-15. You need something more than a gun. I’m not joking. Think about this. Think about the rationale we use, that&#8217;s used to provide this, and who are they shooting at? They are shooting at these guys behind me.”
“And this is why he goes to bed early,” McEnany quipped as the video ended.
Army veteran Brett Velicovich weighed in then, saying, “It is continued gaffes for him. He was talking about how an AR-15 bullet shoots faster than any other round and that&#8217;s not true. He is talking about how an AR-15 just chops people in half. Any veteran knows that is not true, it&#8217;s about precision from that weapon.”
“And these continued lies that he puts out there,” Velicovich continued, arguing that the Second Amendment was the reason Americans were able to keep themselves safe, adding, “We should not take that away in a time we need them the most.”
“That is exactly right,” McEnany replied. “I can’t help but watch the things he says and think that this president thinks he is running against half the country. I think he really thinks that he is in a presidential campaign right now and his opponent is not Trump, it&#8217;s not DeSantis, not whomever, but it&#8217;s half of the country — it&#8217;s the ‘semi-fascists,’ the ‘F-15 people.’ He’s running against America.”

Rogan’s comments came on Saturday while he discussed COVID vaccines with <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/aaron-rodgers-blasts-medias-vaccine-witch-hunt-in-chat-with-joe-rogan-reveals-immunized-strategy" target="_blank" rel="noopener">NFL superstar Aaron Rodgers</a>, who famously declined to get the jab. Rogan accused Psaki of pushing vaccines that many Americans questioned.
“When Jen Psaki said these vaccines are approved by the FDA, which is the gold standard, that was a lie,” Rogan said, noting that the vaccines were initially administered under an “emergency use authorization.&#8221;
“They weren’t approved. But she was a propagandist.”

Rogan called the White House press secretary position a “weird job” because it requires toeing the administration line even when it may not be accurate or true. But he singled out McEnany, a Harvard-trained lawyer who held the post for Trump’s last year and frequently sparred with a hostile press, as an exception.
“That lady was a f***ing assassin,” Rogan raved. “That lady had like binders, with footnotes. And anyone would say something and she’d be like, ‘That’s interesting, because actually CNN said this.’ And she would like quote it back to them and stuff it in their face.&#8221;
“That lady was the best ever at that job,” Rogan added. “She’s the f***ing Michael Jordan of White House press secretaries.”
The comments echoed prior remarks by left-wing CNN personality Van Jones, who warned liberals in a <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2020/04/27/us/politics/kayleigh-mcenany-trump-coronavirus.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">2020 interview</a> not to dismiss McEnany’s sharp intellect.
&#8220;I&#8217;m not trying to defend the messaging, but what I hope people can acknowledge is there&#8217;s very few people in either party who can accomplish what Kayleigh has accomplished in such a short time,” Jones said. “People keep taking her lightly, and they keep regretting it.&#8221;

McEnany is now a co-host on the Fox News Channel’s “Outnumbered” show.
While talking to Rodgers, Rogan had praise for another Fox News employee, Peter Doocy. The reporter has long stood out among the Biden-friendly White House press corps for asking tough questions. Rogan praised him for pressing Psaki, who has since left for an MSNBC gig, on the vaccines.
“The hard questions were all by Peter Doocy from Fox News,” Rogan said. “He’s the only guy [who was] pushing back against her. And she just f***ing flat out lied and not just one occasion, multiple occasions.”

<a href="http://www.dailywire.com/topic/kayleigh-mcenany/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Kayleigh McEnany</a> opened the segment by noting that the widely-panned withdrawal from Afghanistan had been the start of a long slide for Biden&#8217;s approval rating — and that Americans still had not forgotten the tragic images that came out of Kabul on those final days: people falling to their deaths after trying to cling to the outside of a plane, babies being handed over the fence to people inside the airport, and a suicide-bomb attack that left 13 dead American service members.
&#8220;Thankfully American eyes never got to see the horrors that took place on the ground in Afghanistan,&#8221; Kennedy began. &#8220;I mean, watching people fall from an aircraft is horrific &#8230; I&#8217;m not understanding how — better that was than what was actually happening on the ground.&#8221;
Kennedy then pivoted to address Biden&#8217;s claim that there would not be helicopters evacuating Americans from the roof of an embassy, arguing that what actually happened was so much worse than that would have been.
&#8220;So trying to make a claim that this is not going to happen, you know, we&#8217;re not going to have helicopters pulling people off the roof, it&#8217;s just not true,&#8221; he continued. &#8220;You know, there were burning bodies, there were dead babies hanging from concertina wire.&#8221;
Cohosts Kayleigh McEnany and Harris Faulkner both audibly gasped at the mention of dead babies.
&#8220;The things of absolute nightmares were happening all around us, every single place that you looked,&#8221; he said. &#8220;It&#8217;s something that hurt us on the world stage, it&#8217;s something that hurt us with our enemies and our allies. Everybody looked to us and realized how vulnerable we really are — you know, it&#8217;s the first time that you saw Superman bleed — like the first time in a long time that we recognize how dangerous a position that America was, and Afghanistan amplified that.&#8221;

<a href="https://www.joinrightstuff.com/home">The Right Stuff</a> is already allowing conservatives to sign up for early access to the site, which is set to go live next month.
&#8220;The Right Stuff was created for conservatives to connect in authentic and meaningful ways,&#8221; the app&#8217;s website <a href="https://www.joinrightstuff.com/home">says</a>. &#8220;Other dating apps have gone woke. We bring people together with shared values and similar passions.&#8221;
In the same vein, the app is only for &#8220;ladies and gentlemen&#8221; — so if you&#8217;re looking for &#8220;preferred pronouns&#8221; and obscure gender identities, The Right Stuff is not for you.
The Right Stuff does not currently offer same-sex matchmaking, but Daniel Huff, who served in the Trump administration in the Department of Housing and Urban Development, <a href="https://thehill.com/policy/technology/3596598-conservative-dating-site-backed-by-peter-thiel-announces-launch-next-month/">reportedly</a> told The Hill that the site could offer it in the future.
&#8220;What I love most about it, is that it&#8217;s invite-only, so not just anyone can join,&#8221; McEnany says in a promotional video for the app, boasting of the site&#8217;s exclusivity.
The young entrepreneur adds that the site is free to use, and ladies on the app get &#8220;premium subscriptions for simply inviting a couple friends.&#8221;
&#8220;Gentlemen, if you want access to premium, that&#8217;s on you,&#8221; McEnany says, possibly alluding to a fee for the upgrade.
&#8220;The Right Stuff is all about getting into the right dating pool with people who share the same values and beliefs as you,&#8221; the conservative continues in the video. &#8220;We&#8217;re sorry that you&#8217;ve had to endure years of bad dates and wasted time with people that don&#8217;t see the world our way, the right way.&#8221;
The app also allows users to post their &#8220;ideal date&#8221; on the site, including location and time, to see if anyone is interested.
&#8220;So if you&#8217;re a young conservative looking to amp-up your dating life, go to JoinRightStuff.com to gain early access,&#8221; McEnany plugs. &#8220;We need to get back to the right way of dating.&#8221;
&#8220;See ya there,&#8221; she adds, suggesting she&#8217;s personally on the site, too.
Notably, the app has big-time backers, including tech billionaire <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/nasty-hell-leftist-writer-compares-peter-thiel-hank-berrien">Peter Thiel</a>; the PayPal co-founder <a href="https://thehill.com/policy/technology/3596598-conservative-dating-site-backed-by-peter-thiel-announces-launch-next-month/">reportedly</a> invested $1.5 million into the dating app.
Huff added that the app “has really not been done before.”
“It’s an important, underserved market,” he told The Hill. “Liberals own the education, media corporations, and we can’t let them control our personal relationships.”

&#8220;They were sitting at their desks, but 20 minutes from now yesterday, they entered heaven,&#8221; McEnany added.
&#8220;I have not heard my words read back. That’s all I have,&#8221; Faulkner replied, clearly struggling under the weight of the emotion of the moment. &#8220;I was looking at what was on social media and it was breaking my heart that people felt so hopeless. So I tweeted that. Just maybe somebody might see it.&#8221;
Co-host Emily Compagno weighed in then, echoing the heartbreak that her co-hosts had voiced — and while she spoke, Faulkner continued to wipe away tears.
&#8220;I keep thinking of those families who had missing children for so long and had to wait for that inevitable news that their child had gone to heaven,&#8221; Compagno said. &#8220;I can’t imagine what that pain was like.&#8221;
She went on to note that she lived near a school and often saw children coming and going with a parent or a grandparent. &#8220;I looked at all of them today and saw the expressions on the parents’ faces and I can’t imagine what that feeling is like in this moment today for millions of Americans who are carrying the burden and the tragedy and the pain in empathy and sympathy for the community of uvalde there and thinking to themselves, but what if this is the last time? How is this supposed to be the final good-bye for my 7-year-old, for my 11-year-old?&#8221;
&#8220;My heart just breaks and my deepest prayers for all of those families there in Uvalde, for all of them,&#8221; Compagno concluded.
&#8220;I apologize for breaking down,&#8221; Faulkner said once Compagno had finished her comment, and then turned to co-host Trace Gallagher. &#8220;I was on the air, Trace, I think we were on the air together in some fashion on the day of Sandy Hook. And I said 26 dead on that day. Never again. Look at where we are.&#8221;

If there were ever to be great showdown between recent White House press secretaries, popular podcast host Joe Rogan revealed that he would be rooting for Team Kayleigh.
Rogan compared the soon-to-be former Press Secretary Jen Psaki to her predecessor, President Donald Trump&#8217;s last Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany — and in addition to claiming that he would never want their job, he made it clear that he though McEnany had been far <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/the-most-delusional-press-conference-i-have-ever-seen-kayleigh-mcenany-torches-biden-presser/">more effective</a> in the role.
Rogan sat down with comedian Tony Hinchcliffe for Thursday&#8217;s episode of &#8220;The Joe Rogan Experience,&#8221; and the conversation turned to President Biden and the fact that, especially recently, he seems to have more and more trouble <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/watch-biden-struggles-in-60-minutes-interview-on-multitude-of-issues/">putting sentences together</a>.
&#8220;I feel bad for that Jen Psaki lady. Everybody says she’s shrill in the way she communicates but whatever. Imagine having that job!&#8221; Rogan said, adding, &#8220;F*** that job, &#8217;cause she has to debate with people more than the president does. She has to go back and forth with the press.&#8221;
&#8220;And sometimes she says things in confidence but, just like being on a f***ing podcast, sometimes you say things and you think it’s true while you’re saying it. Referring to the law as a politically-charged attempt to make gains in the culture war, <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/jen-psaki-cries-while-discussing-new-florida-law-says-it-makes-her-completely-crazy/">Psaki, fighting back tears, argued</a> that states were &#8220;doing that in a way that is harsh and cruel to a community of kids, especially. I’m going to get emotional about this issue because it’s horrible! But it’s kids who are bullied, and all these leaders are taking steps to hurt them, and hurt their lives and hurt their families!&#8221;
She went on to falsely claim that the law — which bans classroom instruction on gender identity and sexual orientation through the third grade — would prevent children from discussing their home lives if they lived in a family that had two moms or two dads.
McEnany discussed Psaki&#8217;s comments on Tuesday&#8217;s broadcast of &#8220;Hannity&#8221; on Fox News, and she argued that there were a great many other things more worthy of tears than a law banning gender-identity classes for kindergarteners.
&#8220;Why is there this imperative to – we’re talking about kids from kindergarten, first, second, and third grade – to talk about transgenderism and sexuality at all? Especially because we spend more money per student with the worst results in reading, writing, math, science, and computers, why don’t we focus on the basics?&#8221; host Sean Hannity asked.
&#8220;Exactly, Sean. The left has a sick obsession with our children,&#8221; McEnany replied, adding, &#8220;When my daughter goes to school, I don’t want her learning about those things.&#8221;

Former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany criticized current White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki for giving a &#8220;snarky&#8221; response to a federal judge&#8217;s ruling to vacate the Biden administration&#8217;s transportation mask mandate.
Psaki on Monday refused to confirm that the mask mandate was no longer in place, though a judge vacated the requirement as &#8220;unlawful.&#8221;
&#8220;Just to quickly follow up on the mask mandate being voided by this judge, what is the White House’s assessment of what that means for travelers today?&#8221; a reporter asked Psaki.
&#8220;Well, it just happened this afternoon,&#8221; the press secretary dodged. &#8220;And so, the Department of Homeland Security is over — obviously oversees the implementation of this, and they’re reviewing it as we speak.&#8221;
&#8220;So it’s still in place right now?&#8221; the reporter pressed.
&#8220;They are doing it as we speak. It just came out this afternoon,&#8221; Psaki said. &#8220;And if there [are] any updates while I’m out here, I’m sure we can provide them to all of you.&#8221;
McEnany, who served as White House press secretary under former President Donald Trump, blasted Psaki for withholding about the reality of the ruling, instead giving a &#8220;snarky&#8221; response.
&#8220;You’re the press secretary and you know how government works,&#8221; McEnany <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/media/mask-mandate-travel-ruling-mcenany-psaki-biden">said</a> on Fox News&#8217;s &#8220;Outnumbered.&#8221; &#8220;That’s a snarky answer. The answer is we respect the opinion of the federal judiciary, but that’s not what she said.&#8221;
McEnany added that she hopes &#8220;Jen Psaki fights very hard against this ruling. I hope President Biden does, and I hope they show the true autocrats they are.&#8221;
During the same press briefing, Psaki became <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/psaki-snaps-im-not-a-doctor-when-pressed-on-white-house-masking-policy">frustrated</a> with Fox News reporter Peter Doocy for questioning the effectiveness of the transportation mask mandate in the first place, noting that most people in the press briefing room, including Psaki, were not currently wearing masks.
&#8220;You said about this mask ruling out of a federal court in Florida that it’s a ‘disappointing decision,’ and you say you continue to recommend that people wear masks. Why is it that we can sit here in the White House briefing room with no masks, but people can’t sit in an airplane cabin with no masks?” Doocy <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/psaki-snaps-im-not-a-doctor-when-pressed-on-white-house-masking-policy">pressed</a>.
“Well, Peter, I’m not a doctor,” Psaki <a href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/press-briefings/2022/04/18/press-briefing-by-press-secretary-jen-psaki-april-18-2022/">snapped</a>. “You’re not a doctor — that I’m aware of.  If you’re a doctor, I wasn’t aware of that today — until today.”
“Can confirm,” Doocy replied.
“Okay, not a doctor. Just making sure,&#8221; the press secretary said. “I don’t know.”
The Biden administration released a statement Monday saying officials will be considering “potential next steps&#8221; about the voided transportation mask mandate.
“The agencies are reviewing the decision and assessing potential next steps,” an administration official <a href="https://twitter.com/PhilipWegmann/status/1516174890839298053">said</a>, The Daily Wire reported. “In the meantime, today’s court decision means CDC’s public transportation masking order is not in effect at this time. Therefore, TSA will not enforce its Security Directives and Emergency Amendment requiring mask use on public transportation and transportation hubs at this time. CDC recommends that people continue to wear masks in indoor public transportation settings.”
