This year&#8217;s opening ceremony, which featured a number of acts, drew controversy for including a <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/paris-olympics-opening-ceremony-features-drag-parody-of-last-supper" target="_blank" rel="noopener">drag show parody</a> of &#8220;The Last Supper&#8221; with Jesus Christ, his apostles, and Greek god Dionysus.
House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) <a href="https://x.com/SpeakerJohnson/status/1817229481972473922" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said in</a> a post to X that the scene was &#8220;shocking and insulting to Christian people around the world who watched the opening ceremony.&#8221;
C Spire, a tech company based in Mississippi, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/tech-company-drops-olympics-support-over-mockery-of-christianity-in-opening-ceremony" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> that it would be removing ads from the Olympics.
“We were shocked by the mockery of the Last Supper during the opening ceremonies of the Paris Olympics. C Spire will be pulling our advertising from the Olympics,” the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/tech-company-drops-olympics-support-over-mockery-of-christianity-in-opening-ceremony" target="_blank" rel="noopener">firm said</a> on X.
NFL kicker <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/sports/chiefs-harrison-butker-slams-paris-olympics-parody-last-supper-this-crazy" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Harrison Butker</a>, who earlier this year <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/chiefs-kicker-slams-biden-and-dei-in-commencement-speech" target="_blank" rel="noopener">suggested</a> President Joe Biden had betrayed his Catholic faith by supporting abortion access, and <a href="https://www.catholicnewsagency.com/news/258429/catholic-leaders-condemn-last-supper-scene-at-paris-olympics-opening" target="_blank" rel="noopener">religious leaders</a> also lashed out.
Amid the outrage, <a href="https://www.espn.com/olympics/story/_/id/40661411/paris-2024-apologizes-last-supper-sketch-criticism" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according to ESPN</a>, organizers for this summer&#8217;s games apologized to Catholics and other Christian groups who took offense.
&#8220;Clearly there was never an intention to show disrespect to any religious group. [The opening ceremony] tried to celebrate community tolerance,&#8221; said Paris 2024 spokesperson Anne Descamps.
She added, &#8220;We believe this ambition was achieved. If people have taken any offense, we are really sorry.&#8221;
The ceremony&#8217;s artistic director, Thomas Jolly, said, &#8220;We wanted to talk about diversity. Diversity means being together. We wanted to include everyone, as simple as that.&#8221;

President Joe Biden&#8217;s family has reportedly begun discussing what his potential exit from the 2024 presidential race could look like.
The considerations include Biden&#8217;s health, his family and the stability of the country, and any decision should help the Democratic Party beat former President Donald Trump and be worthy of Biden&#8217;s long career as an elected official, which spans over half a century, NBC News <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/joe-biden/bidens-family-starts-discussing-exit-plan-2024-race-rcna162658" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a> on Friday morning.
Those family members reportedly include first lady Jill Biden, his son Hunter, and his sister, Valerie Owens.
Publicly, the Biden campaign has been insisting for days that he will not be dropping out, and White House spokesman Andrew Bates denied the Biden family is having any such discussions.
&#8220;That is not happening, period,&#8221; Bates told NBC. &#8220;The individuals making those claims are not speaking for his family or his team — and they will be proven wrong. Keep the faith.&#8221;
Biden campaign manager Jen O&#8217;Malley Dillon <a href="https://x.com/Morning_Joe/status/1814287762792579267" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> on MSNBC&#8217;s &#8216;Morning Joe&#8217; Friday morning, &#8220;Absolutely the president is still in this race. You&#8217;ve heard him say that time and time again.&#8221;
On Thursday, Biden campaign senior advisor TJ Ducklo tried to dispel rumors as well.
“Joe Biden is his party’s nominee. He’s the President of the United States. He’s running for reelection,” Ducklo <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/biden-campaign-pushes-back-on-reports-of-his-exit" target="_blank" rel="noopener">posted</a> on X on Thursday.
“Baseless conjecture from anonymous sources isn’t a scoop,” Ducklo said, apparently referring to reports that senior members of Congress had met with Biden and advised him to step aside.
On Wednesday, it leaked that Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) had both met with Biden in person and reportedly told him he should end his re-election campaign for the good of the country.
Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) also <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2024/07/17/politics/nancy-pelosi-biden-conversation/index.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reportedly</a> told the president privately that he cannot win in November and could even ruin Democrats’ chances of winning the House if he stays in the race.
Meanwhile, <a href="https://www.forbes.com/sites/saradorn/2024/07/19/every-big-name-urging-biden-to-drop-out-four-reps-issue-joint-statement-joining-24-other-congressional-democrats/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">nearly</a> 30 congressional Democrats have gone public with calls for the president to drop out of the race, including at least five more members of the House just on Friday.
Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) said Thursday that it is time for Biden to “pass the torch.”
So far, three senators have called on the president to drop out, Senator Martin Heinrich (D-NM), Senator Jon Tester (D-MT), and Senator Peter Welch (D-NV).
Several celebrities have called on Biden to leave the race as well, most notably actor George Clooney, who hosted a massive fundraiser for Biden before his disastrous debate performance last month. After the debate, Clooney penned an op-ed in The New York Times saying Biden must &#8220;voluntarily step aside&#8221; to &#8220;save democracy.&#8221;
Former President Donald Trump currently <a href="https://www.realclearpolling.com/polls/president/general/2024/trump-vs-biden" target="_blank" rel="noopener">leads</a> Biden nationally by three percentage points, according to the RealClearPolitics average of polls. He also leads in eight swing states:  Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia.
At this time in 2020, Biden was leading Trump by 8.6 percentage points, according to RealClearPolitics.
The reports of the Biden family&#8217;s discussions come a day after Trump addressed the Republican National Convention and officially accepted the party&#8217;s nomination.

Whistleblowers told House lawmakers that the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/secret-service" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Secret Service</a> knew it had “limited” resources to protect former President <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/donald-trump" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Donald Trump</a> in the days leading up to the rally in Pennsylvania where he was nearly assassinated.
In a <a href="https://judiciary.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/republicans-judiciary.house.gov/files/evo-media-document/2024-07-18%20JDJ%20to%20FBI%20re%20assasination%20attempt.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">letter</a> to FBI Director Christopher Wray, House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) said that whistleblowers had come forward saying that the Secret Service knew it was short staffed ahead of the rally because of a NATO event and a Biden campaign event in Pittsburg with first lady Jill Biden.
&#8220;Whistleblowers have disclosed to the Committee that the USSS led two briefings regarding the July 13 campaign rally on July 8, 2024, with the Western Pennsylvania Fusion Center (WPFC) and other stakeholders, to discuss the upcoming, unrelated visits by President Trump and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden,” Jordan wrote on Thursday.
“The USSS Special Agent in Charge Tim Burke reportedly told law enforcement partners that the USSS had limited resources that week because the agency was covering the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) summit in Washington, D.C. FBI personnel were present at those briefings,” he added.
The Secret Service has come under intense scrutiny after a 20-year-old man was able to fire off several shots at Trump on Saturday, injuring Trump and two other rally attendees, and killing 50-year-old Corey Comperatore.
&#8220;Information provided to this Committee raises serious questions about the thoroughness of the security planning by local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies in support of President Trump’s campaign rally,” Jordan wrote.

Jordan is requesting a number of documents about the FBI&#8217;s investigation into the attack and whether the rally was left understaffed because of the NATO summit and the Biden event. He is requesting the materials by 5:00 p.m. on July 23.
Republicans across the House have announced investigations into the assassination attempt and demanded that Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle come in for public testimony on the incident.

The U.S. Secret Service disputed reports on Sunday that said the agency diverted resources away from protecting former President Donald Trump at his campaign rally to protect first lady Jill Biden, who was also in Pennsylvania at the time.
Jill Biden, who was in Pittsburgh, was not far away from Trump&#8217;s rally in Butler County, where a 20-year-old who had made a political donation to far-left causes shot the former president in an assassination attempt.
RealClearPolitics White House &amp; National Political Correspondent Susan Crabtree reported on social media that sources told her resources were diverted away from Trump to protect the first lady.
&#8220;This is the problem that my Secret Sources have cited: Secret Services resources were diverted to Jill Biden&#8217;s event and away from Trump&#8217;s because they followed agency protocol applying to Trump as a former president, according to two sources within the Secret Service community,&#8221; she wrote. &#8220;There were also many supplemental agents from different field officers (not Trump&#8217;s regular detail) providing security at the rally because Trump&#8217;s regular detail has been overworked (some working 7 days straight), and only two counter-snipers.&#8221;
Anthony Guglielmi, Chief of Communications for the Secret Service, responded to Crabtree&#8217;s post, which garnered millions of views on X, by saying that it was false.
&#8220;Susan, this is very wrong,&#8221; he claimed. &#8220;We did not divert resources from FPOTUS Trump &amp; protection models don&#8217;t work that way. As far as &#8216;field office teams&#8217; these are the candidate nominee operations teams that are added during election years for the heavy travel tempo.&#8221;

Former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino told Fox News on Sunday night that his sources indicated to him that there were fewer Secret Service agents at the event than are normally present.
&#8220;I&#8217;m getting from a number of sources that people are feeding to me their information — obviously because they want to fix it, they&#8217;re concerned that I think you&#8217;re going to see a lot of whistleblowers — I&#8217;m hearing that were very few, I don&#8217;t want to give an exact number, but very few actual Secret Service [agents] at that site,&#8221; he said.
He added that some security personnel at Saturday&#8217;s rally were temporary officials from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) who are not trained to carry out the same role as Secret Service agents.
&#8220;I&#8217;m also hearing that the counter sniper had a problem seeing over the elevation that&#8217;s why didn&#8217;t engage right away,&#8221; he said. &#8220;But that&#8217;s not the problem. The problem is, where the hell was the aerial visual support? Why was there no helicopter? Why was there no drone? Why was there no FLIR? Why was there no thermal? Forward looking infrared? One reason First Lady Jill Biden may be counseling her husband, President Joe Biden, to remain the Democratic presidential nominee despite numerous calls for him to step down may be her rancor toward Vice President Kamala Harris, according to a report.
<a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13625323/Jill-Biden-grudge-against-Kamala-Harris-deep.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Daily Mail</a> spoke with sources claiming to have the inside scoop on the relationship between Jill Biden and Harris, and concluded that Harris alienated Jill Biden as far back as June 2019 when she attacked Biden in a presidential debate. The sources say the first lady still hasn’t forgiven her.

Another source stated, “She doesn&#8217;t let things go and she has never forgiven Kamala for comments that some took to be allegations of racism. &#8230; Jill was trying to stop Kamala joining the Biden ticket in 2020. First lady Jill Biden&#8217;s former press secretary Michael LaRosa on Tuesday rebuffed accusations from the Left that Jill is engaging in &#8220;elder abuse&#8221; by working to keep her husband as the Democrats&#8217; 2024 presidential nominee, despite serious concerns about Biden&#8217;s fitness for office.
LaRosa was specifically asked about comments from far-Left activist and filmmaker Michael Moore, who called for Biden to step aside and accused those around the president of &#8220;the cruelest form of elder abuse.&#8221;
&#8220;What [Jill] would say is that she hates politics but she loves [Joe Biden],&#8221; LaRosa <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/media/jill-bidens-former-press-secretary-says-alone-wont-make-decision-biden-stay-race" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told</a> Fox News. &#8220;He never got in the way of her career and she won&#8217;t get in the way of his. They just never did that &#8230; they&#8217;re pretty independent.&#8221;
The former press secretary went on to emphasize that he believes it&#8217;s Biden himself who wants to remain in the race, and Jill is merely supporting him.
&#8220;This is his decision,&#8221; he said of Biden. &#8220;Jill and the advisors and his sister and his family are probably there and giving advice, but Jill alone won&#8217;t make this decision.&#8221;
&#8220;I don&#8217;t know if Democrats really want her to be making the decision for the party,&#8221; LaRosa said. &#8220;I don&#8217;t think she would want that decision. I don&#8217;t think she&#8217;s comfortable with it.&#8221;
Moore made his blunt comments following a concerning ABC News interview with Biden that aired on Friday.
“If I have to be the only one to stand up for Joe Biden here to protect him from the cruelest form of elder abuse I&#8217;ve ever been forced to watch, well then that&#8217;s what I’ll do,” the filmmaker <a href="https://www.thedailybeast.com/michael-moore-keeping-biden-in-race-is-elder-abuse" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a>.

“He was in epic distress [during the debate],&#8221; Moore continued. &#8220;Every cognitive default in his mind seemed to be shutting down. If this had been somebody that you truly cared about, loved, embraced, what would you have done? Would you have seriously even let him go out on that stage?”
&#8220;I will say this, to protect him from an out of control party machine that is in a panic over what to do—for any of us to be silent now is exactly what the term elder abuse is meant to describe,&#8221; he added. &#8220;Leave Mr. Biden alone.”
Before addressing the &#8220;elder abuse&#8221; accusation, LaRosa said that the Bidens&#8217; decision to stay as the nominee is likely being colored by Biden&#8217;s withdrawal from the Democratic nomination race in 1987.
&#8220;That moment was scarring for them,&#8221; LaRosa said.
Biden has been adamant about staying in the race, even saying during the ABC News interview that he would only drop out if the “Lord Almighty” told him to.
Further, in a letter he sent to Congressional Democrats on Monday, the president emphasized his position and urged Democrats to fall in line. “Any weakening of resolve or lack of clarity about the task ahead only helps Trump and hurts us,” Biden wrote. “It is time to come together, move forward as a unified party, and defeat Donald Trump.”

&#8220;Dr. Biden, do you have any message to House Democrats who are calling for your husband to drop out of the race?&#8221; the female reporter asked. &#8220;How are you feeling about the state of the race?&#8221;
Jill Biden responded: &#8220;Why are you screaming at me? You know me. Don&#8217;t scream at me, just let me talk.&#8221;
She then ignored the reporter, got in a vehicle, and left.
The moment came as Biden fights to save his re-election campaign after his disastrous debate performance sent polls that already showed him struggling against Trump plunging even further. The Wall Street Journal found that 80% of Americans now believe that Biden is &#8220;too old&#8221; to run for president again.

ABC News host Martha Raddatz said following Biden&#8217;s interview with the network on Friday that sources inside the White House have told her that Biden&#8217;s &#8220;very tight inner circle&#8221; is pushing Biden to stay in the race and that he will win as long as he keeps going.

Biden&#8217;s family is now reportedly moving to consolidate power within his campaign and administration as they look to box out those who are leaking to the media and trying to sabotage the president in the days leading up to the party&#8217;s convention.
“The debate fiasco has opened up a lane for the family to surpass staff and start helping out their father and brother who they love dearly,” a source close to the family <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/joe-biden/tensions-biden-family-aides-spill-rcna160468">told</a> NBC News.
The report said that convicted felon and admitted crack cocaine addict Hunter Biden’s <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/hunter-biden-now-accompanying-joe-biden-in-white-house-meetings">appearance</a> in White House meetings this week is just one example of what is &#8220;expected to be a deeper Biden family involvement&#8221; in the administration and on the campaign trail moving forward.
Jill and Hunter are <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/jill-biden-hunter-biden-are-dead-set-on-not-letting-biden-quit-report">said</a> to be the main driving force keeping the president from dropping out of the presidential race.
The Biden family is reportedly in discussions about which advisers they should fire as they look to shake things up and deflect blame over Biden&#8217;s recent struggles.
“I believe the family has witnessed blunder after blunder by key staff personnel, and the debate is likely the straw that broke the camel’s back,” the source told NBC News. “Post-debate, the supposed loyal staff, instead of taking responsibility, pointed the finger back at the president and said: ‘His fault.’ I can think of no other singular action that would agitate the Biden family more.”

President <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/joe-biden" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Joe Biden&#8217;s</a> top political supporters believe that the president is not really in charge of running the country and have noticed that he has experienced a serious decline in his mental fitness for office, according to a new report.
The <a href="https://nymag.com/intelligencer/article/conspiracy-of-silence-to-protect-joe-biden.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">report</a> published this week from left-wing journalist Olivia Nuzzi — who admitted in her piece that she had much of this information since January — outlined the fallout from Biden&#8217;s disastrous debate performance last week against former President Donald Trump and the effort by Biden World to hide the truth from the American people.
Following the debate, Biden met with top donors at the private mansion of New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy (D) where his worlds dissolved &#8220;into an incoherent gurgle&#8221; despite efforts by his staff to present him as sharp by only exposing him during a short window when he is supposedly at his best.
The reporter said that in January, elite coastal Democrats had already &#8220;arrived at the same concern: Could he really do this for another four years? Could he even make it to Election Day?&#8221;
The report said:

Longtime friends of the Biden family, who spoke to me on the condition of anonymity, were shocked to find that the president did not remember their names. At a White House event last year, a guest recalled, with horror, realizing that the president would not be able to stay for the reception because, it was clear, he would not be able to make it through the reception. The guest wasn’t sure they could vote for Biden, since the guest was now open to an idea that they had previously dismissed as right-wing propaganda: The president may not really be the acting president after all.</blockquote>
Democrat officials, donors, and activists said that it was becoming harder to get ahold of the president, even for matters directly related to his responsibilities as president, and that he was instead &#8220;cocooned within mounting layers of bureaucracy, spoken for more than he was speaking or spoken to.&#8221;
&#8220;Who was actually in charge? Nobody knew. But surely someone was in charge? And surely there must be a plan, since surely this situation could not endure?&#8221; the report continued, adding that the nation’s most elite liberal Biden supporters believe that there is &#8220;a secret group of high-level government leaders who control Biden and who will soon set into motion their plan to replace Biden as the Democratic presidential nominee.&#8221;
The reporter said that she encountered Biden in a basement in April after running into first lady Jill Biden, for whom she says that she had a personal affection. She said that Jill Biden showed a &#8220;panicked expression&#8221; when she realized that the reporter was going to get an up-close view of the president.
The reporter then described meeting Biden, saying that his demeanor conveyed &#8220;something not of this earth.&#8221;
&#8220;My heart stopped as I extended my hand to greet the president. I tried to make eye contact, but it was like his eyes, though open, were not on. His face had a waxy quality. He smiled,&#8221; the report said. &#8220;He took my hand in his, and I was startled by how it felt. Not cold but cool. The basement was so warm that people were sweating and complaining that they were sweating. This was a silly black-tie affair. I said &#8216;hello.&#8217; His sweet smile stayed frozen. He spoke very slowly and in a very soft voice. &#8216;And what’s your name?&#8217; he asked.&#8221;
She said that reporters play a game where they make guesses about &#8220;how dead&#8221; Biden appears to be, something that they never report on, and they do so in terms of a percentage. Following the event, one of them guessed “Forty percent.”

Politico reported that some in the Biden family, including his sister, Valerie, have started expressing concerns about the toll the remainder of the campaign will have on the 81-year-old&#8217;s health.
&#8220;First lady Jill Biden and the president’s son Hunter Biden are dead-set on the campaign going forward,&#8221; the report said.
Hunter Biden has started to attend official White House meetings even as he waits to be sentenced after being convicted on multiple felony weapons charges, faces additional criminal trials, and remains under criminal investigation.
The president has often referred to his son, an admitted drug addict who has a <a href="https://www.newsweek.com/hunter-biden-hookers-payments-tax-evasion-1850678" target="_blank" rel="noopener">history</a> of using prostitutes and belonging to sex clubs, as the “smartest guy I know.” Hunter Biden <a href="https://nypost.com/2022/04/25/hunter-biden-urged-beaus-widow-hallie-to-get-tested-for-hiv-during-their-affair/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">fathered</a> a child with a stripper while he hooked up with his deceased brother’s wife.
Jill Biden’s ex-husband, Bill Stevenson, <a href="https://nypost.com/2024/06/29/us-news/jill-bidens-ex-husband-slams-first-lady-for-apparently-encouraging-prez-to-stay-in-race-after-debate-disaster/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">slammed</a> her in an interview over the weekend with the New York Post, saying that she has turned into &#8220;a completely different woman.&#8221;
Stevenson previously said that Jill&#8217;s relationship with Joe began as an affair that they had while he was still married to her.
“I just don’t understand why she is so adamant about defending him and keeping him in the race since it appears that he’s struggling,” Stevenson said. “It appears that he’s struggling with everybody these days.”

<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/jill-biden">Jill Biden</a> reacted to her husband President Joe Biden’s disastrous first presidential debate with former President Donald Trump and said she won’t “let those 90 minutes” define the current administration.
The first lady&#8217;s comments appeared in a glossy cover story that dropped on Monday for the cover of <a href="https://www.vogue.com/article/first-lady-jill-biden-august-2024-cover-interview?utm_brand=voguemagazine&amp;utm_campaign=aud_dev&amp;utm_content=instagram-bio-link&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_social_type=owned&amp;utm_source=instagram&amp;utm_term=voguemagazine">Vogue’s August issue</a> amid panic by <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/democrats-go-into-full-blown-panic-after-biden-debate-performance-swap-joe-out">Democrats about Joe Biden</a> staying in the race after he stumbled, rambled, and froze numerous times during the 90-minute CNN face-off last week.
“[The Biden family] will not let those 90 minutes define the four years he’s been president,” the first lady told the outlet by phone following the debate.
“We will continue to fight.” she added, telling the outlet that “[Biden] will always do what’s best for the country.” 
Jill Biden also talked about how people struggled emotionally, financially, and socially during the COVID-19 pandemic and want things to improve quickly.
&#8220;Things are still getting better. It takes time to stand things up again,&#8221; she said.
“Look, I know that food prices are up,” the First Lady added. “I go to the grocery store when I’m in Wilmington. And I raised three kids, and did the food shopping for how many years before we got to this job? It’s not like I don’t know.”

The Vogue cover story prompted discussion on social media. 
Megyn Kelly, who hosts “The Megyn Kelly Show” <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8npRpCw3t8U">podcast</a>, claimed it was proof that Jill Biden is “out for her own power.”
“The problem is that all of the Democrats&#8217; hopes come down to what this woman wants,” Kelly said. “All of them… Jill Biden turns out to be a bit of a grifter… She&#8217;s power-hungry. She&#8217;s like a Hillary Clinton. She&#8217;s not a Laura Bush. She&#8217;s not a Melania Trump.”
“She&#8217;s not somebody who&#8217;s just there to support her husband,” she added. “She seems to me like somebody who was out for her own power and can&#8217;t let go.”
The New York Times’ Nicholas Kristof told <a href="https://x.com/DailyCaller/status/1807858430821933461">CNN</a> he hopes Jill Biden and family are &#8220;thinking not only about [Joe Biden’s] interests, but about the nation’s interest.” 
He also compared Biden remaining in the race to the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s decision to stay in her seat instead of retiring toward the end of her life. Trump went on to get a third justice on the high court, Amy Coney Barrett, after Ginsburg&#8217;s death in 2020.
Newsmax’s Rob Schmitt wrote on <a href="https://x.com/SchmittNYC/status/1807731349832204682">X</a>, “Nice puff piece on the most valueless person in America and her bid to keep her corpse-like husband into the White House to stay relevant.”
