Fox News&#8217;s <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/jeanine-pirro" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Judge Jeanine Pirro</a>, who previously served as a district attorney in New York, said Friday that sources revealed to her one of the pieces of evidence that were used to lead law enforcement officials to arrest a 28-year-old suspected of killing four college students in Idaho last month.
It had been more than a month since Kaylee GonCalves, 21; Ethan Chapin, 20; Xana Kernodle, 20; and Madison Mogen, 21, were murdered in their home on November 13. A SWAT team <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/man-accused-of-murdering-4-idaho-college-students-is-a-former-school-security-guard-report" target="_blank" rel="noopener">made the arrest</a> some 2,400 miles from the crime scene in the Pocono Mountains in Monroe County, Pennsylvania.
&#8220;[M]y sources are telling me that there is genealogical DNA that was established in this case that led the police to this particular suspect,&#8221; Pirro <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/media/idaho-murders-sources-tell-judge-jeanine-pirro-genealogical-dna-helped-nab-suspect" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> on the network. &#8220;So although that was, according to my sources who are very credible and reliable &#8230; if you try murder cases and especially murder cases that involve several victims, you understand that really the investigation begins now.&#8221;
&#8220;The issue is, what did he say? Who did he hang out with? When he was in school, did he talk about doing this kind of thing as a criminal justice major? He was interested in what the criminal was thinking when a criminal committed a violent crime,&#8221; she continued. &#8220;So there are all kinds of additional evidence that will be gathered at this point going forward.&#8221;
Pirro said that in a case like this, prosecutors will be investigating everything up until their closing statement during the trial. &#8220;And I&#8217;ve done it many times now as it relates to genealogical evidence — they literally can get evidence back to the 1800s,&#8221; she said.
&#8220;And so, they find out who were the relatives. Once they figure out who the suspect is, they then start to continue to investigate, spread out from Idaho to the car to Pennsylvania. And they populate with historical data,&#8221; she concluded. &#8220;So CODIS can give us that 30% solving of cases. But this genealogical DNA can give us a 90% chance of solving these cases. So in addition to what will be unequivocal evidence, they&#8217;re going to have all kinds of circumstantial evidence in addition to that evidence, which we will see when the affidavit is unsealed.&#8221;

“These murders have shaken our community, and no arrest will ever bring back these young students,” Moscow Police Chief James Fry <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/breaking-idaho-police-release-details-on-arrest-of-suspect-in-university-of-idaho-quadruple-homicide" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> at a press conference on Friday. “However, we do believe justice will be found through the criminal process.”

&#8220;The number one comedy show, which is — what is the name of that show?&#8221; she asked sarcastically as Gutfeld, seated across the table from Pirro, shuffled papers and laughed.

Pirro went on to list a number of the specific issues that Harris — who was appointed to oversee the Biden administration&#8217;s efforts to gain control of the border and manage illegal immigration — had failed to address, such as rampant human and drug trafficking. She then turned to cohost and former Congressman Harold Ford Jr. (D-TN), who had suggested that if Biden truly wanted to turn things around he should listen to the expert economists when he didn&#8217;t like what they said as much as when he did — and work with oil companies rather than against them if he wanted to bring down the cost of gas.
&#8220;You know, I like everything that you say, Harold, but here’s the problem: We have a President of the United States who doesn’t know how to lead, so he doesn’t know how to do all those things that you suggest that he does,&#8221; Pirro continued.
She went on to argue that Biden had surrounded himself with people who were &#8220;lying to us about the economy, about inflation.&#8221;
&#8220;The American people know inflation is at 8.6%. The feds are raising the interest rate. Consumers aren’t as interested as they were in purchasing. And what we&#8217;ve got is one-quarter of negative GDP, and we’re coming to the next quarter. What is Biden’s answer? He’s so clueless, that man, that he segues to electric vehicles,&#8221; Pirro continued. &#8220;They ask him about the recession, and he talks about electric vehicles.&#8221;
&#8220;I don’t know any — I don&#8217;t know any veteran, any senior citizen, I don&#8217;t know anyone working paycheck to paycheck, which is a big piece of this country, who has $60,000 to buy an electric car,&#8221; she concluded. &#8220;He is tone-deaf. The show began with a clip of the interview that showed Guthrie asking Heard whether or not she stood by what she had said on the stand when she accused Depp of abusing her.
&#8220;Of course, till my dying day I will stand by every word in my testimony,&#8221; Heard replied, claiming that the courtroom had been filled with &#8220;Jack Sparrow fans&#8221; and that the tone on social media had influenced the outcome of the trial. &#8220;The jury is not immune to that.&#8221;
&#8220;Congratulations to Savannah Guthrie, that was a great clip from the interview there,&#8221; Geraldo Rivera responded to the clip before turning to Pirro to get her take on the situation.
&#8220;She is reaffirming all of her allegations, aren’t they new causes of action? Couldn’t they be the subject of a new suit?&#8221; he asked.
&#8220;Absolutely, Amber Heard repeating that Johnny Depp beat her, he could sue her again,&#8221; Pirro declared. &#8220;She is, as far as this jury is concerned, lying — and let me say one more thing, the fact that he won was based on her testimony. Everything that she said was used against her in the closing statement of the plaintiff.&#8221;
Pirro went on to explain that it had not been hard evidence that had ultimately convinced the jury that Depp was telling the truth — rather, the jury had listened to both Depp and Heard and had been convinced that she was not telling the truth.
&#8220;It was not so much that there was this circumstantial evidence that he was beating her, no, her own admissions are what incriminated her,&#8221; Pirro said. &#8220;It was everything that came from her mouth, both the credible and the incredible that ended up making her the liar, her the incredible defendant&#8230; And stop speaking for all of battered women, you don’t know battered women, I know battered women, you&#8217;re not one of them.&#8221;
Pirro, who has a long history of working with battered women herself, said from the beginning that she <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/you-do-not-represent-women-judge-jeanine-reads-amber-heard-the-riot-act-after-jury-sides-with-depp/">believed Heard was lying</a> about being the victim of abuse.

Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro read actress Amber Heard the riot act during Wednesday afternoon&#8217;s broadcast of &#8220;The Five,&#8221; arguing that she had done a disservice to women who had been the victims of domestic abuse.
Weighing in just hours after a Fairfax, County, Virginia, <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/breaking-johnny-depp-wins-in-defamation-case-against-amber-heard/">jury found in favor</a> of actor Johnny Depp in the defamation trial between the two former spouses, Pirro said that her own experiences dealing with battered women had led her to believe from the outset that Heard was not the victim but the abuser in this particular case. She also said that, given the verdict, the jury appeared to have come to the same conclusion.

Pirro began by criticizing Heard&#8217;s own <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/defiant-amber-heard-unloads-in-lengthy-post-after-johnny-depp-wins-big-in-defamation-case/">post-trial complaint</a> about how the verdict was a &#8220;setback for women,&#8221; and she made it clear that she disagreed.
&#8220;Here’s the bottom line, for this woman to say it is a setback for women I think she needs to understand one thing and that is that what she did was harmful to real victims of domestic violence,&#8221; Pirro said, noting that she had personally spent decades working with battered women.
&#8220;When she started it was clear that she was not the victim, she was the abuser — and Johnny Depp had lawyers who could take her on,&#8221; Pirro continued, going on to praise Depp&#8217;s legal team.
Pirro noted that Depp had effectively put his entire life on the line in an effort to save his reputation after Heard used him to paint herself as a part of the #MeToo movement.
&#8220;She was impossible to believe. I would tell the jury as a judge, if you find that one witness has testified falsely with respect to one fact, you are free to disregard their entire testimony,&#8221; Pirro explained. &#8220;This woman lied over and over again and I feel free to say that on television. She lied. She was a liar, she was the abuser and he was the victim.&#8221;
She concluded by pointing out just how high the bar was for Depp&#8217;s attorneys to prove  not only that he had been &#8220;defamed&#8221; but that Heard&#8217;s intent had been malicious.
&#8220;That jury had to really see right through her to say she was malicious,&#8221; she said, referencing the jury&#8217;s award of $5 million in punitive damages. &#8220;Don’t give me this stuff with it’s a setback for women. You do not represent women, you represent the worst of women who try to falsely blame men and that is the end of it.&#8221;

After a brief update from reporters, the discussion went to the panel — and co-host Greg Gutfeld noted that there still was not a lot of information being released about the <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/breaking-shooting-at-texas-elementary-school-leaves-at-least-15-dead/">details of the shooting</a> beyond the number of dead and injured.
&#8220;That is true, however, if it is indeed confirmed he killed the grandmother first, so there is some family beef going on,&#8221; Rivera began. &#8220;The level — to go to Kellyanne’s point — the level of spite that it would take for someone with a weapon, a rifle and a handgun, to go into the most vulnerable population on earth, these little children who are defenseless, essentially, and to commit this kind of slaughter, it speaks to a cold-blooded, horrific, disgusting person who has no regard — isn&#8217;t — to call them a narcissist is to understate the self-centered rage and disgusting horror that this man would perpetrate and take children away from their parents for what?&#8221;
&#8220;There&#8217;s no possible justification. This son of a b*** — I’m so glad he’s dead,&#8221; Rivera continued. &#8220;This — this is beyond the pale. This is Sandy Hook again.&#8221;
&#8220;We know from the reporting that he went out firing,&#8221; co-host Jesse Watters added. &#8220;He had to be taken out by local officials there and did not take his own life, we believe he was killed by law enforcement, judge.&#8221;

&#8220;If he was killed by law enforcement, obviously it&#8217;s an appropriate, legitimate ending. Fox News host Greg Gutfeld said that while people routinely mock President Joe Biden for &#8220;losing his keys&#8221; or just appearing to be &#8220;lost&#8221; in general, the real problem is that he has &#8220;lost the sense of what America is.&#8221;
Gutfeld made the comment during Thursday&#8217;s broadcast of the network&#8217;s popular afternoon panel show &#8220;The Five,&#8221; where he joined his co-hosts in responding to reports that the Biden administration was <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/amid-nationwide-shortage-illegal-immigrants-get-baby-formula-first-lawmaker-claims/">sending pallets</a> of <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/psaki-claims-white-house-is-on-top-of-baby-formula-shortage-but-hoarding-is-a-enormous-problem/">baby formula</a> to illegal immigrants at the southern border while American families were dealing with major shortages nationwide.
Judge Jeanine Pirro kicked off the segment by noting that her own daughter — who has a 10-month-old baby — had called her in to help with the search for formula, and she had gone to two stores only to find none on the shelves.
&#8220;Does [this] not add to the &#8216;America last&#8217; theme that is going on since Joe Biden became president?&#8221; she asked.
&#8220;It is not America last, it is a specific number of Americans last. Permission to go off?&#8221; Gutfeld asked, and when he got the go ahead, he proceeded to unload both barrels.
&#8220;The government doesn’t like half of the people they’ve governed. Actually, it might even be higher,&#8221; Gutfeld began, arguing that the Democratic Party was the &#8220;party of the oppressed&#8221; and anyone who did not fit that description was a hindrance.
&#8220;Even if you are a mom with a baby, you are an oppressor. You reproduce, which harms the environment. You expand your carbon footprint. You didn’t terminate the child. There is no baby — no baby formula, they think is not a bad thing,&#8221; Gutfeld continued. &#8220;Jesse is right. If we had an engaged president who could see the priorities of the average American clearly instead of running cover for woke policies, whether it is canceling student debt, defunding the police, the medicalization of children, we would have beaten this thing or got a head start on this.&#8221;
&#8220;Instead, we make fun of him about losing his keys, whatever, losing his place, but he’s kind of lost the sense of what America is,&#8221; Gutfeld added. &#8220;He has forgotten that he is president of all of us. And he is the most slow to react president probably in U.S. history. &#8230; And when he is called out, he just starts yelling. It is a manufactured rage — I [don’t] know if he saw that tape yesterday, it is a manufactured rage. It is a man shouting at the clouds. And really having no idea what to do.&#8221;
Gutfeld concluded by saying that if kids went hungry because of the baby formula shortage, parents at school board meetings would be the least of the Democrats&#8217; worries.

Greg Gutfeld said Monday that the policies progressives are pushing all across the country would result in &#8220;dismantling the things that society desperately needs to hold us together.&#8221;
During Fox News&#8217; juggernaut panel show &#8220;The Five,&#8221; the co-hosts were discussing the fact that &#8220;America&#8217;s crime crisis&#8221; didn&#8217;t take a break over the Easter holiday weekend — resulting in three mass shootings — one in Pittsburgh, where two teenagers were left dead and 11 people were injured after gunmen opened fire at an Airbnb party — and two separate shootings in South Carolina that left a combined total of 18 people wounded.
&#8220;A judge causing outrage after setting a $25,000 bond and supervision for a suspect charged in one of the shootings which will allow him to travel to and from work while wearing an ankle monitor,&#8221; co-host Dana Perino pointed out, noting that the policies in place were not helping reduce crime.
&#8220;Democrat New York City Mayor Eric Adams putting the pressure on woke laws that put dangerous criminals back onto the street,&#8221; she added, noting how &#8220;progressive policies&#8221; were getting &#8220;called out&#8221; for the crime wave &#8220;ripping across the country.&#8221;
&#8220;The mayor says that on the Sunday show, that leading into the summer, that he has a choice to make,&#8221; Perino continued, noting how Adams can either &#8220;side with the victims and the people of the city that want more security&#8221; or with &#8220;these woke Democrats.&#8221;

&#8220;We went from Christ has risen to crime has risen,&#8221; <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/theres-an-ideology-of-punishment-greg-gutfeld-says-soaring-gas-prices-arent-about-ukraine-at-all">Gutfeld</a> shared.  &#8220;It&#8217;s not about crime, it&#8217;s about the recidivism. I mean the thing is the crime would go down if you stopped letting the people out that were committing the crimes. I think that&#8217;s where we&#8217;ve run into this problem when we look at every suspect in these crimes, and they have just like a paper trail and then you start to think, and all of these arenas of society whether it&#8217;s crime or education, the border, there&#8217;s a rejection of systems, and structure and process.&#8221;
&#8220;We used to be okay with that but then we started talking about the systemic problems, and we started taking apart these processes and that&#8217;s really bad for a society that naturally decays, we&#8217;re already entropic, we&#8217;re already get older,&#8221; he added. &#8220;Things fall apart, that is why you have prisons, and you have laws, you have borders, and you have standards.&#8221;
&#8220;And now we&#8217;re basically saying that the same sensible rules and laws that we have for everybody are now not for everybody because we have these systemic bigotry, the systemic racism,&#8221; Gutfeld continued. &#8220;So we&#8217;ve reduced, in some ways eliminated, disincentives for crime and then crime goes up. So, you have somebody who is now a shooting suspect who&#8217;s in house arrest.&#8221;
The Fox News host said these progressive policies have &#8220;eliminated one disincentive which is prison&#8221; and said that a person might now think the &#8220;risk to commit crime&#8221; might not be so bad &#8220;if the worst thing you are going to get&#8221; is stuck at home with your ankle bracelet.
&#8220;So that&#8217;s the issue, the issue here is that we are dismantling the things that society desperately needs to hold us together,&#8221; Gutfeld shared.
Judge Jeanine Pirro called the progressive policies &#8220;absurd&#8221; and said the judges&#8217; sentence was simply &#8220;a reflection of what we are in our society.&#8221;
Pirro said what the &#8220;left has done in the so-called social justice agenda&#8221; is &#8220;destroying this country.&#8221;

During a panel discussion on the Fox News show, the cohosts were debating Russian President Vladimir Putin ramping up his attacks in Ukraine following his invasion of the country on February 24. The judge noted how her cohost Geraldo [Rivera] said the war wasn&#8217;t about Biden and was instead about Putin. The judge disagreed and asked Rivera &#8220;why didn&#8217;t Putin do this when [former President Donald] Trump was president?&#8221;
&#8220;And I don&#8217;t bring up President Trump that much,&#8221; Pirro explained. &#8220;Okay? But I tell you right now that he didn&#8217;t do it when Trump was president because he knew that Donald Trump would come in &#8216;if you touch one hair, on one innocent civilian.&#8217; He wouldn&#8217;t care NATO or NonNATO. And don&#8217;t tell me that Putin isn&#8217;t afraid of someone.&#8221;

All he (Biden) has to do is turn towards America and let us be the strength. He is destroying the west.&#8221;
Geraldo kept interjecting and asked how the judge knew if Putin wasn&#8217;t &#8220;playing Trump&#8221; the four years he was in office, and the judge replied, &#8220;He didn’t invade when Trump was president.&#8221;
&#8220;It&#8217;s not about loving Trump,&#8221; the Fox News host told Rivera when he told her he loved &#8220;Trump too.&#8221; &#8220;It&#8217;s about the fact that Trump had everybody against the wall. And don&#8217;t think it was anything different.&#8221;
Geraldo then tried to ask her how she knew if &#8220;Putin didn&#8217;t think that Trump would give him Ukraine away,&#8221; and she said she didn&#8217;t &#8220;give a damn&#8221; what the Russian president thinks.
&#8220;I only care about what Putin did,&#8221; the judge shouted. &#8220;And he was a wuss when Trump was president and that&#8217;s the end of it.&#8221;

Fox News anchor Dana Perino made it clear that her patience was wearing thin with Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY). &#8220;She makes me mad,&#8221; Perino said more than once during Tuesday&#8217;s broadcast of &#8220;The Five.&#8221;
Cohost <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/jesse-watters-compares-hillary-clinton-to-o-j-she-should-be-banished-from-polite-society/">Jesse Watters</a> began the segment with a comment the New York Democrat had made linking dramatic rises in violent crime to the now-expired monthly child tax credit payments.
&#8220;The radical left coming up with the most ridiculous excuse yet for the surge in crime: baby formula. Yeah, Jesse Jr.’s drink of choice is apparently causing people to steal like crazy and savagely murder innocent people without remorse,&#8221; Watters said, attributing the &#8220;asinine claim&#8221; to Ocasio-Cortez.
&#8220;We run away from substantive discussions about this, we don’t want to say some of the things that are obvious, like, &#8216;Gee, the child-tax credit just ran out on December 31st, and now people are stealing baby formula.’”
&#8220;AOC says that,&#8221; Watters continued. &#8220;We are learning the punk who got busted for this brutal attack on an Asian model has been arrested – are you ready? – 44 times before: 44. Maybe, it’s bail reform that&#8217;s to blame, not the formula.&#8221;
&#8220;These woke Democrats are storytellers. I think that they should have a section in Congress called &#8216;the fiction section,&#8217; where everyone who&#8217;s woke sits in that section of Congress,&#8221; cohost Judge Jeanine Pirro quipped.
&#8220;Will you put Adam Schiff in there too?&#8221; Wetters asked.
&#8220;Adam Schiff, absolutely. Ilhan Omar, the whole lot of them. They make stuff up,&#8221; Pirro continued, arguing that people were not shooting and stabbing each other or even throwing people in front of trains because they ran out of baby formula. &#8220;For anyone in Congress to say that should be embarrassed.&#8221;
Pirro went on to argue that prosecutors and elected officials like Ocasio-Cortez should be <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/tom-cotton-slams-gops-misguided-support-for-criminal-justice-reform-calls-to-remove-all-soros-backed-prosecutors/">taking the side of the victims</a>.
&#8220;They do steal baby formula, because it’s called liquid gold. You sell it on the black market. It&#8217;s criminal syndicates that sell it and make a huge killing. And the feds have actually gone after these people because it’s a huge problem,&#8221; Watters said, prompting laughs around the table.
A few moments later, Watters turned the floor over to Perino, asking if she wanted to grace everyone with her &#8220;AOC impression.&#8221;
&#8220;She drives me insane. This makes me so mad,&#8221; Perino began, and her cohosts laughed.
&#8220;It&#8217;s not Jean Valjean out there stealing bread, we&#8217;ve seen the smash and grabs. And also, why isn&#8217;t AOC commenting about the women being targeted in New York City? Where are you? Where are you on that?&#8221; Perino asked. &#8220;The woman who was murdered in her room by the homeless guy, three priors, living in a homeless shelter is not waiting on the child tax credit. That is not why he followed her into her room, stabbed her to death, and hid under her bed.&#8221;
Perino went on to lament that Ocasio-Cortez, if she were serious about it, could do a lot of good while she was in Congress. She compared the Democratic Congresswoman to Vice President Kamala Harris — who she said was another example of a woman who was in a position of power and could do something for people but was blowing it.
&#8220;She’s not serious. She thinks she’s too good for Congress. Maybe, she will figure out a way where she wants to do something else. She already says that she does not make enough money there. It’s hard when you have a Tesla, $174,000 a year. She said Democracy would end back in ten years, but three years ago, she said the world was going to end due to climate change, meaning we have about nine years left. Thankfully, according to her math, the world will not exist by the time democracy runs out of the hourglass.&#8221;
Everyone laughed again as Watters cheered her on: &#8220;You are good, Dana.&#8221;
&#8220;She makes me mad,&#8221; Perino repeated.

&#8220;Democrats want nothing to do with the most toxic man and politics right now, Joe Biden,&#8221; Judge Jeanine Pirro began on Friday&#8217;s broadcast of &#8220;The Five,&#8221; noting that top Democrats in <a href="https://apnews.com/article/joe-biden-pittsburgh-pennsylvania-campaigns-biden-cabinet-186e7a811c3c713c85d12d792b7e2ac9">Pennsylvania</a> had opted not to stand alongside Biden as he spoke in that state Friday. &#8220;Candidates are making sure their calendars fill up quickly and are avoiding even mentioning Joe Biden’s name. We are sure it has nothing to do with a string of bad polls including this one. According to Gallup, Biden polled significantly lower in six key character traits than he did before taking office.&#8221;
Fox News correspondent Gillian Turner argued that if Biden had a 60% approval rating rather than being underwater with numerous demographics, candidates would be flocking to his events &#8220;with bells on.&#8221;
&#8220;A lot of news outlets are reporting what’s going on here, as you know, these down-ballot Democrats are trying to create their own brand and separate themselves from the president on the issues,&#8221; Turner continued. &#8220;But that’s not really what’s happening. The down-ballot candidates here are entirely ghosting the president. This is happening at fundraisers, this is happening at his big signature events, it’s happening on social media. It’s a real nationwide trend now. Something the Biden Administration is going to have to address&#8221;
Former Congressman Harold Ford Jr. (D-TN) said that he would still appear at events with Biden, adding, &#8220;Politicians don’t always flock to the vulnerable, they flock to the popular. All you’ve gotta do is get popular again and they’ll come right back to him. The way you get popular as a politician is you meet people where they are and try to answer their questions and concerns.&#8221;
He noted that Biden could certainly tighten up his speeches and address issues that impact the American people like the supply chain and inflation, or really reach across the aisle to see if he could work with Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) rather than simply attempting to bully him into submission.
Cohost Jesse Watters pointed to reports that the White House had been trying to &#8220;reset&#8221; Biden&#8217;s public image, having him speak directly to the people more often and spend less time in closed-door negotiations with Democratic leadership in Congress — and he said that it wouldn&#8217;t work.
&#8220;You can’t reset a guy. It’s a human, it’s not a machine,&#8221; he pointed out, noting that the states where politicians were <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/stacey-abrams-wont-say-what-the-scheduling-conflict-was-that-kept-her-from-attending-biden-voting-rights-speech/">avoiding him</a> — thus far <a href="https://dailywire.com/news/white-house-tries-to-downplay-stacey-abramss-no-show-at-georgia-voting-rights-speech-all-on-the-same-page/">Georgia</a> and Pennsylvania – were states that he had carried in the 2020 presidential election. &#8220;This isn’t Texas. They’re not ghosting him in Texas. This is Pennsylvania. This is a blue state that he won.&#8221;
Turner said that Democratic attempts to put distance on the White House probably would not work either, adding, &#8220;Midterms are always a referendum on the president. They can distance themselves all they want. It doesn’t matter.&#8221;
