The <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/department-of-justice" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Justice Department</a> said Wednesday that it will not file criminal charges against employees of Project Veritas who were investigated after they obtained a copy of Ashley Biden’s diary. 
The Biden administration first launched a probe into the conservative organization in November 2021, after it purchased a copy of Joe Biden&#8217;s daughter&#8217;s diary in the lead-up to the 2020 election. Project Veritas decided not to publish the diary and instead handed it over to authorities.
As part of its investigation, the FBI conducted armed raids on the homes of O’Keefe and other Project Veritas employees, taking battering rams to their doors. The tactics used by the Biden administration even <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/aclu-lawyers-pen-letter-in-defense-of-first-amendment-over-project-veritas-ashley-biden-diary-case" target="_blank" rel="noopener">raised concerns</a> from liberal groups like the American Civil Liberties Union, who said the investigation raised First Amendment concerns. 
The <a href="https://x.com/Project_Veritas/status/1887250002470133788/photo/1" target="_blank" rel="noopener">announcemen</a>t from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York means that Project Veritas Founder James O’Keefe and former employees Spencer Meads and Eric Cochran will no longer face criminal charges over the diary. 
“Based on information currently available to the Government, no additional criminal charges are forthcoming,” the Justice Department wrote to Federal Judge Analisa Torres. 
Paul Calli, a lawyer for Project Veritas who defended the organization during the Biden administration’s probe, told The Daily Wire that he was thankful for the DOJ’s decision. 
“This meek letter from the United States Attorney&#8217;s office for the Southern District of New York ends their attack on the First Amendment,” he told The Daily Wire. “I am grateful that our effort to protect the freedom of the press was successful.”
The DOJ also requested Torres to terminate the special master Calli appointed to go through the devices that were confiscated for the case. 
“As the New York Times reporters giddily carried water for the so-called ‘sovereign district’ as that office sought to desecrate the First Amendment for partisan political reasons, the ACLU and the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press zealously guarded the First Amendment,” Calli said. “Those organizations should be lauded and are on the right side of history.”
O’Keefe, who now runs his own media group, <a href="https://x.com/JamesOKeefeIII/status/1887257370083885544/photo/3" target="_blank" rel="noopener">noted</a> that the Justice Department told Torres it would have no issues with releasing the documentation used to justify the heavy-handed FBI raids
“The Government has no objection to unsealing the Search Warrant Materials with redactions to protect third party privacy and law enforcement interests,” a separate letter on Wednesday from the DOJ to Torres says. This would include unsealing “the search warrant application, supporting affidavit, return, and any other judicial documents filed in connection with the November 5, 2021 search warrant.”
O’Keefe said that this unsealing would shed light on how the government justified the raids, adding that he might end up suing the government over the investigation. 
“We’re finally going to understand what possible justification they had for taking battering rams to journalist homes, hopefully never again in the United States of America shall the U.S. government use the politics of fear to try to intimidate, coerce, and chill out the First Amendment just because you don’t like the journalists and the stories they do,” he said. 
Last April, a woman was sentenced to a month in prison after she pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen property after she and an associate sold the diary to Project Veritas. While some outlets questioned the authenticity of the diary after excerpts started being published online, the diary was later <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/snopes-changes-fact-check-rating-on-contents-of-ashley-bidens-diary-from-unproven-to-true" target="_blank" rel="noopener">confirmed</a> to belong to Ashley Biden.

A contractor embedded in one of the Pentagon&#8217;s highest offices has been terminated from his firm, Booz Allen Hamilton, after boasting to an undercover journalist that he worked with retired generals to try to stop Donald Trump, who he viewed as a “sociopathic narcissist,” from winning the presidency.
O’Keefe Media Group caught Jamie Mannina boasting to a young woman that he worked for Hillary Clinton in the Senate and the State Department before joining the FBI to hunt Russian spies because he believed Russia was to blame for Trump winning the 2016 election. From there, he joined government contractor Booz Allen, and the Pentagon embedded the contractor into its inner sanctum.
Mannina, who appeared to believe he was on a date with a younger woman, said if Kamala Harris had won the presidency, he would have been given a “pretty big job.” Even though Trump won, he said he would “be fine” and continue serving as a “special advisor to the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon.”
“Over most of the year, since this spring, I was working with these retired generals, retired ambassadors, in this organization, this nonprofit called National Security Leaders for America. And what we were doing was we were trying to explain to the American people the national security consequences of another Trump presidency” and “defeat Donald Trump,” he said.

He said he ghost-wrote more than 100 anti-Trump op-eds for the retired generals. ”I was literally working day and night, nonstop. So ultimately when he won I was really sad, really depressed, not only in terms of mission failure but of course i was hoping to advance my career. Had [Harris] won I would have gotten a pretty big job,” he said.
Mannina also disparaged <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/michigan-dem-senator-sneers-at-hegseths-experience-gop-senator-crushes-him-crowd-erupts-laughing?topStoryPosition=5" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Pete Hegseth</a>, Trump’s nominee for Secretary of Defense, and said he was continuing to work with retired generals to restrict Trump’s actions as president. “I’m having a meeting in fact tomorrow about it,” he said.
On one date with the undercover journalist, Mannina said that the next day he would be personally presenting to the chiefs of the Army, the Navy, and the Air Force, in a meeting led by General CQ Brown, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He said the topic was artificial intelligence and the need to share information with other countries “because we need to fight together.” 
Mannina also told the journalist “I predict Trump will probably entertain publicly the idea of staying in office, changing the laws, which he’s not allowed to do by the Constitution.” Ironically, it was Mannina who seemed determined to thwart the will of voters and continue on in government after his side&#8217;s time was up.
According to Mannina&#8217;s LinkedIn, he worked as a Special Assistant to Hillary Clinton in the Senate, then as a Special Assistant at the State Department, then a Desk Officer and Foreign Affairs advisor there. After that, he worked as a Mission Manager at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence during the Trump administration.
In 2019, he became an FBI agent, and in 2020, took the job at Booz Allen.
Hours after James O’Keefe published the video, Joint Staff spokesman Joseph R. Holstead told OMG that he had been <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=85hllXJxJ6s" target="_blank" rel="noopener">sent back to Booz Allen</a>.
“Jamie Mannina is not an advisor to the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Joint Chiefs, nor has he interacted with the Chairman or the Joint Chiefs. We can confirm Mannina was a Booz Allen Hamilton contracted employee with the Joint Staff J6 Command, Control, Communications and Computers/Cyber Directorate. The alleged comments by Mannina do not reflect the positions of the Chairman or the Joint Staff. Furthermore, the Chairman looks forward to working as President-elect Donald J. Trump’s principal military advisor in the next administration,” wrote Holstead.

Partisan embedded government contractors, who are not beholden to typical government hiring rules, could be an obstacle for Trump to navigate.
Booz Allen did not immediately return a request for comment from The Daily Wire on Mannina’s employment status or why government agencies should trust that its contractors are not undermining its leaders for political reasons.
Someone with the title of “special advisor” and a history of working for a senator would typically be a political appointee and would be replaced by an incoming administration, but his status as a contractor meant that — had the video not come out — he could have continued on.

Michael Giordano, a senior vice president at the Walt Disney Company, was confronted by <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/james-okeefe">James O’Keefe</a> after he was caught in an undercover video by the O’Keefe Media Group (OMG) claiming the corporation discriminates against white men.
In a new <a href="https://x.com/JamesOKeefeIII/status/1805292793385889841">clip</a> posted to social media on Monday, O’Keefe ambushes Giordano in a restaurant in Los Angeles. He sits down at Giordano&#8217;s table and asks if he is Michael Giordano and if he works for Disney. 
Giordano stands up and leaves the restaurant, gets into a white Tesla, and then drives on Sunset Boulevard as O&#8217;Keefe chases him on foot with the cameras rolling.

“The scene at Sunset Plaza didn&#8217;t go unnoticed — Hollywood influencers<a href="https://x.com/xhuddy"> @xhuddy</a>, Chiara Hovland, and Nick Higham, who witnessed the entire incident, praised OMG for ‘Saving the city’ and pledged to check out O&#8217;Keefe Media Group,” he added. 
In the previously released undercover footage, Giordano said that he was told by co-workers in the human resources department that the corporation discriminates against white men in its hiring practices, as previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/undercover-okeefe-video-disney-vp-says-the-company-discriminates-against-white-men">reported</a>. 
“I have friends in HR and I have friends in other divisions. And they’re like, ‘Look, nobody else is going to tell you this, Mike, but they’re not considering any white males for the job,&#8217;” Giordano told an undercover journalist with OMG.
He went on to say that being a white male limits his upward mobility within the company. “As far as Disney is concerned, I am a white male and that’s not who they’re looking to promote at the moment,” he added.
Giordano went on to allege that one biracial person was passed over for a promotion because he didn’t look African American.

“We wanted to hire somebody in the department … who was half black but didn’t like, appear half black and there was a creative executive who was like ‘We’re not, like, that’s not, that’s not what’s wanted,’” he claimed. “They wanted somebody in meetings who would appear a certain way and he wasn’t gonna bring that to the meeting.”
In the video, Giordano alleges that Disney attempts to prevent lawsuits by using euphemistic terminology. The company allegedly uses “code words and buzzwords that are used to explain what they’re looking for… so it’s not like a legally actionable thing,” the senior vice president explained. He did, however, say that Disney’s practices would likely eventually lead to a lawsuit.
The undercover report comes as the company has <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/disney">embraced far-left policies</a> on gender and race, going so far as to embed them in their movies and television shows.

If you&#8217;ve been watching any significant amount of Disney content over the past few years, there&#8217;s a question that&#8217;s probably crossed your mind at some point. As you gazed upon the two lesbian mothers in the kids&#8217; show &#8220;Young Jedi Adventures,&#8221; or the nonbinary Jedi in &#8220;Tales of the Empire,&#8221; or the gay kisses in &#8220;Lightyear&#8221; and &#8220;Rise of Skywalker,&#8221; or the communist lesbian witches in &#8220;The Acolyte,&#8221; or the prominent trans character in &#8220;Baymax,&#8221; or the nonbinary &#8220;Lake&#8221; character in &#8220;Elemental,&#8221; or the gay moment in &#8220;Endgame,&#8221; or the purple gay cyclops police officer in &#8220;Onward,&#8221; or the first-ever biracial gay cartoon character in &#8220;Strange World,&#8221; you may have caught yourself thinking: What the hell is going on inside this company, if this is what they&#8217;re producing as entertainment for tens of millions of people? How dysfunctional are the inner workings of Disney, if they&#8217;re so fixated on sexuality and race that they have to ram so-called &#8220;marginalized&#8221; identities into every orifice of their films and streaming shows? What would it be like to actually work at a place like this?
We don&#8217;t have to ask those questions anymore. 
Yesterday, James O&#8217;Keefe — formerly the head of Project Veritas, and now the CEO of O.M.G. media — provided an exclusive window into the inner workings of Disney. One of O&#8217;Keefe&#8217;s undercover operatives recorded an intimate conversation with a senior vice president at the company named Michael Giordano. And it&#8217;s simultaneously an incredibly shocking piece of footage, as well as everything you&#8217;d expect it to be. 
In this clip, Giordano appears to admit, on multiple occasions, that Disney discriminates against job applicants on the basis of their skin color and gender. According to Giordano, the company will look at a white man and decide, because of immutable characteristics that he can&#8217;t control, that he&#8217;s disqualified from employment. In fact, on at least one occasion, this executive says that Disney higher-ups disqualified a half-black applicant because he didn&#8217;t look black enough.
I&#8217;ll provide the usual disclaimer here that I haven&#8217;t personally seen all of O&#8217;Keefe&#8217;s unedited footage. But here&#8217;s some of what O&#8217;Keefe aired. Watch:

When civil rights laws were first passed — laws that mandated that businesses stop discriminating on the basis of race — there were quite a few businesses in this country that had to close. In some cases, the owners simply didn&#8217;t want to serve black customers or hire black employees. In other cases, the business did attempt to integrate, but their clientele wouldn&#8217;t stand for it. They wanted to see certain races excluded from the whole operation, and when that was no longer allowed, they stopped patronizing the business entirely.
After watching this footage, for the first time, it&#8217;s not hard to see how a major entertainment juggernaut like Disney could some day meet the same fate as all those businesses that crumbled in the aftermath of the civil rights movement. If what this executive is saying is true, then there&#8217;s a very strong case to be made that Disney is flagrantly and systematically violating civil rights law. In this country, in pretty much every case, businesses are not allowed to deny employment on the basis of race or gender. Race or gender can&#8217;t even be one of the reasons why an employee is promoted or rejected, or hired or fired. And Michael Giordano appears to realize that, which is why he says on tape that Disney is likely to face a massive lawsuit in the near future. 
Will the law actually be enforced against Disney? That remains to be seen. We all know that, for the most part, civil rights law works in one direction. It&#8217;s rare — though certainly not unheard of — for white plaintiffs to successfully sue for workplace discrimination. But in this case, there&#8217;s a Disney executive saying explicitly on tape that, in his estimation, the company discriminates on the basis of race or gender. And as of now, the only response from Disney has been that Michael Giordano has taken down his LinkedIn page. They haven&#8217;t put out any kind of explanation for why one of their senior executives would say that the company is systematically discriminating against white people. Of course, from internal Disney footage previously released by Chris Rufo, we know that Disney executives generally want to advance a culture of &#8220;racial equity&#8221; and so on. So it&#8217;s not exactly a stretch to assume they&#8217;re on board with this, at the highest levels.

This is a very big problem for Disney. And it only gets worse when you look closely at the content they&#8217;re putting out lately. It certainly seems to back up everything this executive says, which is that Disney is a weirdly race-obsessed (and anti-white) corporation. When I last spoke about Disney&#8217;s brand collapse a few weeks ago, I hadn&#8217;t seen any footage from &#8220;The Acolyte&#8221; because it wasn&#8217;t available yet. But now that the show is out, and several episodes are available on-demand, there really is no way to sugarcoat this: Disney has produced a show that&#8217;s so bad, in every way, that it&#8217;s unwatchable. It has a 14% Audience Score on Rotten Tomatoes for the same reason it has an 85% Critics&#8217; Score. This show is propaganda that&#8217;s written for activists — people who care only about &#8220;representation&#8221; and &#8220;feeling seen&#8221; — not people who actually want good entertainment.
I won&#8217;t go through a ton of scenes from this show because several other YouTube channels have already done so. &#8220;The Critical Drinker&#8221; on YouTube is maybe the single most effective critic of the plotting and characterization of this garbage show, in case you&#8217;re interested in that. Instead, I&#8217;ll show you a few clips of some of the worst scenes — the ones that highlight the extent to which identity politics now consumes Disney. The scenes include a shackled white Jedi killing himself because of his guilt, a reference to another characters&#8217; pronouns, and a lesbian cult&#8217;s chant that has all the gravitas of a high school play. I&#8217;ll admit I&#8217;m not up on my &#8220;Star Wars&#8221; lore. I’m not exactly an expert on the “canon.” But as I understand it, this stuff is not exactly consistent with the original vision for &#8220;Star Wars.&#8221; Basically, &#8220;The Acolyte&#8221; advances the idea that lesbian space witches are capable of conceiving a child with dark magic. But previously, in &#8220;Star Wars&#8221; canon, Anakin (who eventually becomes Darth Vader) was immaculately born through the Force. Which is a fact about &#8220;Star Wars&#8221; mythology that I just learned as I was preparing this monologue. It feels vaguely sacrilegious, to be honest, but anyway that&#8217;s apparently what made him special and unique. Except that now the lesbian space witches are doing it willy-nilly.
Not that this will surprise anyone, but I don&#8217;t personally care about this show &#8220;breaking&#8221; &#8220;Star Wars&#8221; lore. At the same time, I can understand how this whole debacle is frustrating to &#8220;Star Wars&#8221; fans. Disney continues to pilfer and mutilate its own intellectual property for the sake of &#8220;updating&#8221; it and making it progressive and feminist. Whatever made a pre-existing white male character special or interesting now needs to be undone, essentially — even if it completely upends the established narrative that people are supposed to become invested in. These people are not artists. They are activists. They view everything they do in the context of being brave resistance fighters against their white oppressors.
We don&#8217;t really have to guess about this. Listen to Disney&#8217;s own employees, and they&#8217;ll tell you. I&#8217;m not just talking about the vice president in O&#8217;Keefe&#8217;s video. The lead actress in &#8220;The Acolyte,&#8221; Amandla Stenberg, has just responded to the poor audience reviews of her show — as well as her unearthed viral interview with Trevor Noah about wanting to make white people &#8220;cry&#8221; — with some kind of bizarre song doubling down on her hatred of white people and men. She posted this music video on her Instagram to celebrate &#8220;Juneteenth.&#8221; Watch:

Now if you can somehow get past just how truly godawful the song is from an artistic perspective, the message is even worse. This wealthy, famous actress is the victim, and you the audience member — who just wants to watch a good &#8220;Star Wars&#8221; show — is the oppressor, because you&#8217;re downvoting her on Rotten Tomatoes. So she won&#8217;t &#8220;F— with your discourse&#8221; and your &#8220;misinformation.&#8221;
But it&#8217;s not misinformation, and to demonstrate that, it&#8217;s worth analyzing what Stenberg says about her interview with Trevor Noah. She claims in this music video that her Trevor Noah interview is being taken out of context. She says she really just wants white people to feel the same empathy that other audience members were feeling.
Of course, already, she&#8217;s saying that white people — solely by virtue of their skin color — lack empathy. And yes that&#8217;s an explicitly anti-white statement. But if you put that aside for a second, and watch a longer clip of her interview, you&#8217;ll see that she&#8217;s not even really upset that white people supposedly lack empathy. Instead, she&#8217;s upset that they don&#8217;t buy the media&#8217;s false narratives about black victimhood. Watch:

So in context, this footage is actually a lot more damning than the short viral clip where she says that she wants to see white people crying. What Stenberg is saying is that white people need to accept the media narrative that black people are murdered by police all the time, even when they do nothing wrong. Even when black people do everything right at traffic stops, they&#8217;re gunned down by all those white supremacist police officers. That&#8217;s what she&#8217;s saying.
In order to think that, you&#8217;d have to be completely ignorant of the statistics on police use of force, as well as wildly misinformed about the handful of high-profile incidents where the police have actually shot black suspects during traffic stops. But according to Stenberg, unless you agree with her on this point — as false as it is — then you lack empathy, like so many other vile white people.
This is apparently the only response we&#8217;re going to get from Disney and the media about the disaster that is &#8220;The Acolyte,&#8221; or their race-obsessed company culture. They&#8217;re just going to continue to attack their own fans for being racist and ignorant and misogynistic. And they have some support in the media for that position. A black supremacist website called The Root, for example, just published an article blaming the low audience scores on &#8220;racism and misogyny.&#8221; Kathleen Kennedy at Lucasfilm has already said the fans are misogynists. And now the lead actress is saying that she&#8217;s oppressed by all these horrible bigots who misunderstood her when she said she wants white people to cry.
In reality, all she&#8217;s really proven with the song is that her artistic mediocrity extends into multiple mediums. To be clear, the only person that Amandla Stenberg has to blame is herself. She&#8217;s the one who read these idiotic scripts — with the fires burning in space and the emasculated Jedi and the space lesbians — and decided to appear in this film. And she&#8217;s the one who decided to give this interview where she acted like a child, talking about how gay &#8220;Star Wars&#8221; is. I played this clip before, but it&#8217;s worth repeating because future business school classes will study this footage to learn how quickly a brand can destroy itself. Watch:

The lesbian showrunner in that clip, Leslye Headland, is responsible for hiring all the incompetent writers on &#8220;The Acolyte&#8221; who don&#8217;t remotely understand &#8220;Star Wars&#8221; or even pretend to. She&#8217;s the one who insisted on the diversity casting, and who hid behind her boss&#8217; disgraceful attacks on her show&#8217;s fanbase. She also happens to be a Left-wing activist and former Harvey Weinstein protege. Alongside Amandla Stenberg, she&#8217;s decided to make a show that leans into all of the things that the audience hates about every &#8220;Star Wars&#8221; show or film since the prequel trilogy.
With the latest video from James O&#8217;Keefe, there&#8217;s some consolation, at least. Now we have a better idea of how an artistic catastrophe like this may have occurred in the first place. And if there&#8217;s any truth to the claims in that undercover video, there&#8217;s also some very good news for &#8220;Star Wars&#8221; fans — which is that Disney could soon face very real consequences for what they&#8217;ve done.

An <a href="https://x.com/JamesOKeefeIII/status/1803833834946883901">undercover video</a> captured by the O’Keefe Media Group shows a senior vice president at the Walt Disney Company saying that he was told by co-workers in the human resources department that the corporation discriminates against white men.
Michael Giordano, a senior vice president and team lead at the Walt Disney Company, said the corporation discriminates against white men on account of their race and sex in O&#8217;Keefe&#8217;s video. The report comes as the company has <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/disney">embraced far-left policies</a> on gender and race, going so far as to embed them in their movies and television shows.
&#8220;I have friends in HR and I have friends in other divisions. And they&#8217;re like, &#8216;Look, nobody else is going to tell you this, Mike, but they&#8217;re not considering any white males for the job,'&#8221; Giordano divulged to an undercover journalist with O’Keefe Media Group.
He also went on to say that being a white male limits his upward mobility within the company. “As far as Disney is concerned, I am a white male and that’s not who they’re looking to promote at the moment,” he said.
Giordano went on to allege that one biracial person was passed over for a promotion because he didn’t look African American.
“We wanted to hire somebody in the department … who was half black but didn’t like, appear half black and there was a creative executive who was like ‘We’re not, like, that’s not, that’s not what’s wanted,’” he claimed. “They wanted somebody in meetings who would appear a certain way and he wasn’t gonna bring that to the meeting.”

In the video, Giordano alleges that Disney attempts to prevent lawsuits by using euphemistic terminology. The company allegedly uses &#8220;code words and buzzwords that are used to explain what they’re looking for&#8230; so it’s not like a legally actionable thing,” the senior vice president explained. He did, however, say that Disney’s practices would likely eventually lead to a lawsuit.
O’Keefe reported that Disney also awards bonuses to executives based on whether they recruited enough employees from non-white backgrounds.

The allegations against Disney come as a wide array of companies have been caught discriminating against white and often Asian job applicants. Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/missouri-attorney-general-sues-tech-giant-ibm-alleging-discrimination-against-whites-asians-men">announced a lawsuit</a> on Thursday against tech giant International Business Machines (IBM) over a policy of financially penalizing executives who did not recruit enough people from “underrepresented groups,” accusing the company of discriminating against whites, Asians, and men.
One Daily Wire investigation revealed that NASCAR <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/blatantly-illegal-nascar-bans-white-applicants-from-diversity-internship">hosted two different internships</a> that explicitly listed certain racial backgrounds as program requirements, only omitting white people. A law professor told The Daily Wire that the program requirements were “blatantly illegal.”
Oracle hosted internship and scholarship opportunities that barred both whites and Asians, with approved racial groups being listed under the program’s “eligibility requirements,” another Daily Wire <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/oracle-internship-scholarship-opportunities-bar-whites-and-asians-on-the-basis-of-race">investigation</a> found.
Another probe found that corporations from across different sectors, including Bayer Pharmaceuticals, US Bank, Best Buy, and Liberty Mutual, all participated in a <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/major-bank-pharmaceutical-giant-participated-in-mckinsey-training-that-banned-white-people">training program</a> from McKinsey and Company that barred white people based on their race.

An economist at the Federal Reserve reportedly said that the U.S. Central Bank worked against former President Donald Trump and is prepared to do so again.
Aurel Hizmo, a principal economist at the Federal Reserve, was reportedly caught on a hidden camera sting by a self-proclaimed guerilla journalist from James O’Keefe’s O’Keefe Media Group (OMG). An OMG “swiper” interviewed Hizmo across several pseudo-dates that the swiper went on with the Fed economist.
Over the course of the dates, Hizmo said he believes Trump is “a crazy person” that the Fed needs to keep in check when he “messes up.” Hizmo also suggested that Fed chairman Jerome Powell hates the former president and wants to be remembered as someone who “held the line” against Trump.
“Trump is just a crazy person,” Hizmo told his date. “It’s very clear. I mean, he’s a dumb guy.”
Trump and Powell hated each other, according to Hizmo. On the other hand, Powell has a good relationship with President Joe Biden and his administration, he said.
Hizmo stated that Powell is motivated by a desire to preserve his legacy “as a savior.”
“[Powell] is doing it for the legacy. He wants to be remembered in history … as somebody who held the line against, like, Trump and helped the economy out of COVID,” Hizmo said on hidden camera. “There’s all kinds of stuff that comes to his desk that he says, ‘No, because this is going to jeopardize the legacy of the Fed or my legacy as chair.’”
Trump nominated Powell to lead the Federal Reserve in 2017. Hizmo suggested that Powell used his authority as the chairman of the U.S. Central Bank to curb Trump’s deregulatory agenda. Hizmo suggested to his date that Powell and the Federal Reserve are willing to act again should Trump win the White House in 2024.
“So the feeling is this: we don’t want Trump to be in the government, but if he comes, we’re still going to try to the best we can for the country,” Hizmo said to his date. “Now, if he messes up, if he does something stupid, then we have to fix it.”

Hizmo explained: “So, he, like, removed a lot of regulations and stripped that, and made that entity really weak … so now the Fed has to be like oh we have to kind of, like, do something more to regulate …”
The Fed economist went on to say that Powell generally has a good relationship with Democrats because Powell is “responsive.”
“Like under Powell, the Fed has changed to think about equity issues, like racial issues, think about wealth inequality as part of the mandate, as part of the things we are following, think about climate change,” Hizmo said in the OMG undercover video.

<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/james-okeefe" target="_blank" rel="noopener">James O&#8217;Keefe</a> released new video Wednesday from a sting operation in which he talked to a <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/white-house" target="_blank" rel="noopener">White House</a> official who offered insight into private White House deliberations about myriad issues concerning President Joe Biden and the 2024 election, including the mental decline of the president and widespread dissatisfaction with Vice President Kamala Harris.
The guerrilla journalist said he met with Charlie Kraiger, a cybersecurity policy analyst and Foreign Affairs desk officer in the Executive Office at the White House, earlier this month while &#8220;under cover&#8221; with his hair dyed and fake eye glasses. The two were at a restaurant in the Washington, D.C. area, with drinks on the table on what appears to have been <a href="https://twitter.com/JamesOKeefeIII/status/1751767022264811885" target="_blank" rel="noopener">premised as a date</a>.
&#8220;Not only did he not recognize me, he sang like a bird,&#8221; O&#8217;Keefe said in presenting his <a href="https://twitter.com/JamesOKeefeIII/status/1752786076320600511" target="_blank" rel="noopener">roughly 13-minute video</a> published to X on Wednesday.
He also noted that Kraiger had begun to scrub his social media footprint after their meet-up, although a LinkedIn page with his name was still active as of press time showing employment in the Executive Office of the President since December 2020 and prior experience working at the State Department and the U.S. Agency for International Development.
Cameras that captured their conversation appeared to have been positioned with a group sitting a couple tables away and on O&#8217;Keefe&#8217;s wrist. In response to questioning by O&#8217;Keefe, Kraiger acknowledged concerns about Biden&#8217;s mental health and suggested that Vice President Kamala Harris is being kept on as his 2024 running mate because of her sex and race despite low approval numbers.
Asked by O&#8217;Keefe if Biden will indeed end up being the nominee, Kraiger said, &#8220;Yes, and [Kamala Harris] will be the vice president nominee,&#8221; adding, &#8220;There was a debate about removing her from the ticket, but sadly they didn&#8217;t.&#8221;
&#8220;She&#8217;s not popular, but you can’t remove the first black lady to be vice president from the godd*mn presidential ticket,&#8221; said Kraiger. &#8220;Like what kind of message are you going to send to like African-American voters? How would you spin that? People would be like what the f***? Like she&#8217;s a woman and she&#8217;s multiracial.”
When O&#8217;Keefe pressed Kraiger about Biden suffering from what O&#8217;Keefe described as &#8220;dementia,&#8221; Kraiger said, &#8220;He&#8217;s definitely slowing down.&#8221;
“I think they need to get rid of him or her,” Kraiger said. “But no one in modern history has ever said, like, ‘We&#8217;re not going to renominate the president for a second term.’”

Kraiger also talked about <a href="https://www.mlive.com/news/kalamazoo/2011/10/galesburg_college_student_chos.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">being an intern</a> in the White House, which appears to have been in 2011, and overhearing a discussion in which then-first lady Michelle Obama was asked if she would ever run for office. He said the First Lady &#8220;emphatically&#8221; responded with disinterest because of what she witnessed her husband, President Barack Obama, go through.
The end of the video report shows the moment when O&#8217;Keefe took off his glasses and revealed his identity. He then pressed Kraiger to answer the question of what sort of message is sent to the American people that a cybersecurity-focused official was speaking with the founder of Project Veritas, known for its sting hits.
Although Kraiger insisted, &#8220;We&#8217;re running a good cyber security operation,&#8221; O&#8217;Keefe fired back, asking whether Kraiger did his research before the meet-up and what kind of &#8220;clown show&#8221; is being run at the White House.
O&#8217;Keefe teased a follow-up report for Thursday showing him continuing to confront Kraiger outside.

Giant tech company Best Buy allegedly fired an employee after audio-recorded conversations at a Florida location between the worker and a manager revealed potential religious discrimination in the workplace while promoting preference for the LGBTQ community.
&#8220;My family fled religious persecution in Serbia so I could live my life as a Christian without being persecuted for my beliefs — yet that is exactly what is happening,&#8221; Enis Sujak, a former Best Buy employee and Geek Squad member, wrote on a <a href="https://www.givesendgo.com/GAYXT" target="_blank" rel="noopener">GiveSendGo page</a>. &#8220;On September 1, 2023, Best Buy terminated my employment because I stood firm against workplace discrimination based on my religion and I exercised my right to be a Christian.&#8221;
Sujak, a Serbian immigrant living in Jacksonville, Florida, recently <a href="https://okeefemediagroup.com/best-buy-whistleblower-reveals-audio-of-companys-religious-discrimination-and-preference-for-lgbtq-community/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">exposed</a> the recorded conversation with his manager to investigative journalist James O&#8217;Keefe for his O&#8217;Keefe Media Group.
During the conversation, Sujak asked his manager, Mike Hirsch, why LGBTQ flags are appropriate in the office, but Christian crosses were prohibited after he walked out of an employee session about the history of the LGBTQ Community in the workspace given by a &#8220;well-being&#8221; ambassador.
&#8220;Let&#8217;s have the cross all over the hub … why don&#8217;t we have Christian stuff all over?&#8221; Sujak said
&#8220;They&#8217;re not the same [as pride flags],&#8221; Hirsch allegedly replied, adding, &#8220;You are choosing to believe in Christianity … they [LGBTQ community] don&#8217;t choose it.&#8221;
Sujak told O&#8217;Keefe he had a long conversation with his manager about work-appropriate symbols.
&#8220;It was like an hour and 30 minutes of he and I just going back and forth with him telling me that it was work appropriate to have all this LGBTQ stuff that&#8217;s going on in the office and everywhere else,&#8221; Sujak said. &#8220;But it&#8217;s not okay for me to, you know, be a Christian myself and have a Bible right over there — that&#8217;s right there at the office — or have a cross or a Koran or anything like that.
&#8220;That&#8217;s not work-appropriate,&#8221; he added. &#8220;But you know, having LGBTQ pride flag everywhere else. That is work-appropriate, and I wasn&#8217;t standing for that.&#8221;
The company&#8217;s website says it&#8217;s committed to an Equal Employment Opportunity policy.
&#8220;Best Buy will not discriminate on the basis of age, sex, race, color, creed, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, alienage or citizenship, disability, marital status, military or veteran status, or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state or local laws, regulations or ordinances,&#8221; <a href="https://corporate.bestbuy.com/diversity-and-inclusion/best-buys-statement-on-equal-opportunity/#:~:text=Best%20Buy%20will%20not%20discriminate,protected%20basis%20under%20federal%2C%20state">the statement</a> reads. &#8220;Our management is dedicated to ensuring the fulfillment of this policy. When necessary, we will reasonably accommodate employees and applicants with disabilities and with religious requirements necessitating accommodation.&#8221;
Sujak said on his GiveSendGo page that he retained constitutional attorney Mike Yoder and plans to file a civil rights lawsuit against Best Buy for allegedly violating his right to be free from workplace discrimination based on religion, gender, and sexual orientation.
&#8220;In no way have I ever argued that anyone who differs in religion, gender, or sex should be treated differently; rather, all I wanted was to be treated the same as them, and have my beliefs respected equally,&#8221; Sujak wrote.
Sujak marks the second Best Buy whistleblower to approach O&#8217;Keefe Media Group about alleged discrimination in the workplace. According to the investigative outlet, a memo from the retail giant revealed the retail tech giant created a program last year that is only available to employees who &#8220;identify as Black, Latino, Hispanic, Asian or Pacific Islander.&#8221;
&#8220;The program is not open to white applicants,&#8221; O&#8217;Keefe said.

Independent journalist <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/james-okeefe" target="_blank" rel="noopener">James O&#8217;Keefe</a> dropped a bombshell video on BlackRock Inc. — a prominent investment management and financial services firm — revealing just how broad the company&#8217;s impact might be.
A journalist working for the <a href="https://okeefemediagroup.com/breaking-blackrock-recruiter-who-decides-peoples-fate-says-war-is-good-for-business-while-spilling-info-on-asset-giant/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">O&#8217;Keefe Media Group</a> (OMG) spoke with BlackRock recruiter Serge Varlay — who told her that because of the vast sums of money the company controls in the global market, they can essentially &#8220;run the world.&#8221; He began with a caveat, noting that BlackRock did not necessarily want people to notice what they were doing.
&#8220;They don&#8217;t want to be in the news. They don&#8217;t want people to talk about them. They don’t want to be anywhere on the radar,&#8221; he said, and when the journalist asked him why, he paused. &#8220;I don&#8217;t know, but I suspect it&#8217;s because it&#8217;s easier to do things when people aren&#8217;t thinking about it.&#8221;

Varlay went on to explain that while BlackRock might be one of the biggest players, the asset management firm was not the only game in town.
&#8220;All of these financial institutions, they buy politicians,&#8221; he said. &#8220;You can take this big f*** ton of money and buy people … It’s not who is the president, it’s who is controlling the wallet of the president. You could buy your candidates. First, there is the senators, these guys are f***ing cheap. Got 10 grand? You can buy a senator. I’ll give you 500k right now &#8230; It doesn’t matter who wins, they’re in my pocket.&#8221;
In another segment of the video, Varlay discussed the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine — but strictly from a financial perspective.

&#8220;Ukraine is good for business, you know that right? Russia blows up Ukraine’s grain silos and the price of wheat is going to go mad up. The Ukrainian economy is tied very largely to the wheat market. The price of bread, literally everything goes up and down, this is fantastic if you’re trading,&#8221; Varlay continued, adding, &#8220;Volatility creates opportunity to make profit. War is real f***ing good for business. It&#8217;s exciting when s*** goes wrong, right?&#8221;
Varlay said several times that there were other financial institutions taking similar steps to &#8220;buy politicians&#8221; and influence the global markets, but that the sheer volume of capital that BlackRock was controlling made the company even more formidable.
&#8220;BlackRock manages $20 trillion. It&#8217;s incomprehensible numbers,&#8221; he said.

<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/project-veritas" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Project Veritas</a> has named Hannah Giles as its new CEO following the departure of its founder <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/james-okeefe" target="_blank" rel="noopener">James O’Keefe</a>.
In a Thursday <a href="https://www.projectveritas.com/news/introducing-project-veritas-new-ceo-hannah-giles/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">press release</a>, titled “The Mission Continues,” the nonprofit <a href="https://www.projectveritas.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">known</a> for its undercover investigations announced O’Keefe’s replacement, hailing Giles’ resume as an investigative journalist and businesswoman.
“I&#8217;m honored to lead this amazing team at Project Veritas! We are more committed than ever to producing stories that expose the stubborn false narratives that plague our society,” Giles said in a <a href="https://twitter.com/HannahMGiles/status/1666887162539720705" target="_blank" rel="noopener">tweet</a>.
Giles is known for her 2009 bombshell undercover investigation into the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN), which she performed with her predecessor O’Keefe. Giles dressed up as a prostitute and went with O’Keefe to several ACORN offices, taking videos of ACORN employees assisting the journalists with tax evasion and other paperwork to run a fake child prostitution business. The footage appeared on television and resulted in the U.S. Government defunding ACORN and the organization disbanding.
On the heels of the story, O’Keefe founded Project Veritas in 2010, placing its headquarters in Mamaroneck, New York. The nonprofit’s founder described Giles as a “national treasure” in his bestselling book Breakthrough.
After the ACORN investigation, Giles founded the American Phoenix Foundation, training hundreds of college journalists across the country. She also owned C3 Strategies, a “community transformation consulting firm that grew to over 450 employees” under her stewardship. Giles stepped away to run a sustainable farm that was featured in several magazines.
“With your support and my core vision on what needs to be done, Project Veritas will shine light into the darkest corners and will continue to resurrect great journalism,” Giles proclaimed in the announcement video.

Project Veritas’ announcement comes months after a <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/james-okeefe-resigns-from-project-veritas-reports" target="_blank" rel="noopener">messy breakup</a> with their founder O’Keefe. O’Keefe was accused by the nonprofit’s board in February of acting unprofessionally by “bullying staff.” In May, the non-profit <a href="https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/politics-news/project-veritas-james-okeefe-lawsuit-1234745100/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">sued</a> its founder, alleging he started a competing company — O’Keefe Media Group — against his employment contract.
After O’Keefe’s ouster, Project Veritas released a comprehensive investigation into several gender clinics across the country, exposing how these clinics were <a href="https://www.projectveritas.com/news/wpath-connected-transgender-health-doctors-prescribe-puberty-blockers-to/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">prescribing</a> sex change medications to children as young as eight years old, <a href="https://www.projectveritas.com/news/pro-transgender-medical-officials-admit-minors-being-transitioned-without/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">transitioning</a> minors without restrictions, and “<a href="https://www.projectveritas.com/news/cash-cow-pro-transgender-medical-professionals-cashing-in-on-lifelong/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">cashing in on life-long patients</a>.”
Project Veritas’ investigation into the clinics <a href="https://www.nationalreview.com/news/kids-are-mature-enough-undercover-video-reveals-docs-routinely-approve-puberty-blockers-for-children-as-young-as-eight/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">prompted</a> Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton to investigate the Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin and the clinic <a href="https://www.texastribune.org/2023/05/13/austin-dell-childrens-gender-affirming/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ceasing</a> transgender treatments on minors.

Project Veritas Names Hannah Giles As New CEO

Lawyers for the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/aclu" target="_blank" rel="noopener">American Civil Liberties Union</a> (ACLU) wrote a letter raising concerns about the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/fbi" target="_blank" rel="noopener">FBI</a>’s raid of the homes of <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/project-veritas" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Project Veritas</a> employees in connection to a diary that was reportedly stolen from President Joe Biden’s daughter. 
The letter, penned by ACLU attorneys Brian Hauss and Brett Kaufman, was written on behalf of the ACLU, the Freedom of the Press Foundation, and the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression. It urges a judge presiding over a federal case on the FBI raids to consider the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/first-amendment" target="_blank" rel="noopener">First Amendment</a> rights of reporters in his ruling. 
The organizations “write in support of neither party to urge the Court to affirm that the First Amendment protects a reporter’s right to receive and possess expressive materials on matters of public concern, even if those materials were unlawfully obtained by a third party,” the <a href="https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.569823/gov.uscourts.nysd.569823.140.1.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">letter begins</a>. 
The authors argue that journalists should have the right to receive, possess, and publish materials that were stolen by another party.
“But, amici respectfully submit, the Court should affirm that the First Amendment necessarily protects a reporter’s right to receive and possess, as well as publish, documents, like the diary, that touch on matters of public concern and that were previously stolen by a third party,” the letter says. 
“Opening the door for criminalization of journalists’ receipt or possession of expressive materials would result in censorious prosecutions under existing law and inspire legislators to conjure up disastrous new ways to thwart journalists seeking to expose malfeasance. Amici urge this Court to affirm that the First Amendment protects a reporter’s right to receive and possess documents on matters of public concern that were unlawfully obtained or disclosed by a third party,” the letter concludes.
The letter references a case before U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Analisa Torres <a href="https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/61377333/in-re-search-warrant-dated-november-5-2021/?filed_after=&amp;filed_before=&amp;entry_gte=&amp;entry_lte=&amp;order_by=desc" target="_blank" rel="noopener">involving</a> the FBI raid of the homes of Project Veritas employees, including then-head <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/james-okeefe" target="_blank" rel="noopener">James O’Keefe</a>, in November 2021. 
Project Veritas had reportedly obtained a copy of a diary belonging to Ashley Biden but had decided not to publish it, instead handing it over to authorities. Other outlets later covered aspects of the diary, <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10929171/Tucker-Carlson-blasts-Joe-Biden-setting-FBI-woman-sold-Ashley-Bidens-diary.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">including</a> the Daily Mail.

O’Keefe, who was ousted from his role at Project Veritas earlier this year, praised the ACLU for writing the letter. 
“We are going to continue for the First Amendment,” O’Keefe said in a video response.

In August 2022, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/two-plead-guilty-in-theft-of-biden-daughters-diary-which-contained-disturbing-entries" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a man and a woman pleaded guilty</a> to selling the stolen diary, a proceeding that appeared to verify the authenticity of the journal, which reportedly contained disturbing passages.
Aimee Harris, 40, and Robert Kurlander, 58, told a federal judge in New York that they conspired to transport the diary from Florida to New York, selling it for $40,000 to Project Veritas just before the 2020 presidential election.
