Actress <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/jameela-jamil-shares-details-of-anal-injury-she-received-from-she-hulk-stunts" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jameela Jamil</a> slammed the idea of the Oscars eliminating gender categories and warned that doing so would &#8220;completely shut out women.&#8221;
The <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/obey-our-cisgender-ally-overlord-jameela-jamil-gets-attacked-for-misgendering-twitter-user-not-apologizing" target="_blank" rel="noopener">37-year-old</a> took to <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CtmSb6bRNvV/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;ig_rid=6512cc75-37cb-45cc-bd7c-ec7d26266fa6">Instagram</a> over the weekend to respond to reports that the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences was considering scrapping gendered acting awards. She proposed creating a new category for &#8220;non-binary people&#8221; instead.
&#8220;Would it not be better to give non-binary people their own category rather than open the door for Hollywood to completely shut out women given the known disproportionate amount of men vs women winning at award shows?&#8221; Jamil asked.
&#8220;I feel as though we will see a growing ire from women who get shut out of award opportunities&#8230;because we have created only one spot among 10s of thousands of actors in a world that favors men,&#8221; she added.

&#8220;I don’t think it will help women or NB people to minimize the amount of possible winners,&#8221; Jamil continued. &#8220;We should look to EXPAND the possibilities so that both GNC [gender non-conforming] people and women have a fair shot in an industry that has for a long time struggled to treat others [as] equals to men.&#8221;
The &#8220;Good Place&#8221; star noted that if the &#8220;Athlete of the Year&#8221; award were to be given &#8220;without gender,&#8221; it is highly unlikely that &#8220;anyone other than a cis man is going to win, because they dominate that world.&#8221;
&#8220;They generate the most income for the industry, get the most attention and are the biggest stars/names,&#8221; Jamil wrote. &#8220;And yes, that is frustrating, but as I said in these slides, we cannot bank on utopian changes, we have to work incrementally to create change and visibility. The same exists across most industries in the world.
She also said that she decided to post her thoughts on the issue because many people have sent her messages making it clear that they agree with her sentiments, but are &#8220;too afraid to say it publicly.&#8221;

Disney&#8217;s &#8220;She-Hulk: Attorney At Law&#8221; star Jameela Jamil admitted she dropped out of recent auditions for a hit Netflix show over the filming of &#8220;sex scenes,&#8221; which she doesn&#8217;t do.
During the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/jameela-jamil-celebrities-are-useless-i-might-well-leave-hollywood" target="_blank" rel="noopener">37-year-old actress</a>&#8216; recent appearance on Penn Badgley&#8217;s &#8220;Podcrushed&#8221; podcast, Jamil told the host she backed down from trying out for a potential role with Badgley in &#8220;You&#8221; Season 4 before the <a href="https://jezebel.com/penn-badgley-didn-t-want-to-do-intimacy-scenes-in-you-1850099309">actor</a> announced he was done with intimacy scenes on the show because &#8220;fidelity&#8221; in his marriage is important to him. He married Domino Kirke in 2017.
&#8220;I don&#8217;t do sex scenes,&#8221; &#8220;The Good Place&#8221; star said. &#8220;In fact, I was supposed to audition for the most recent season of your show.&#8221;
&#8220;My character was supposed to be quite sexy, and I pulled out of the audition, because I am so shy about anything sexy that I can&#8217;t,&#8221; she added.
&#8220;And then you f***ing came out and were like, &#8216;Yeah, I&#8217;m not doing sex scenes anymore,&#8217; and I was like, &#8216;I didn&#8217;t even know that was a boundary that we could draw,'&#8221; Jamil continued. &#8220;But then I was like, I should have gone and done the f***ing show.&#8221;
The &#8220;Legendary&#8221; star later talked about how it&#8217;s not only doing sex scenes that makes her feel uncomfortable but watching them on the screen as well, the <a href="https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/jameela-jamil-dropped-audition-you-season-4-sex-scenes-1235481753/">Hollywood Reporter</a> noted.
&#8220;Can&#8217;t even watch sex scenes in films. … Even on my own, I have to fast-forward through sex scenes because I&#8217;ve become so shy about watching other people,&#8221; the actress said.
&#8220;It&#8217;s not a shame. … I feel there&#8217;s an awkwardness around it,&#8221; she added.

&#8220;It&#8217;s really important to me … Fidelity in every relationship — and especially my marriage — is important to me, and it just got to a point where I didn&#8217;t wanna do that,&#8221; he added.
&#8220;Then, of course, before I took the show is there a question of, &#8216;Do I have a career if I don&#8217;t?'&#8221; Badgley continued. &#8220;I mean, you know, think about every male lead you&#8217;ve loved. Leftist activist and actress <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/jameela-jamil">Jameela Jamil</a> is furious that <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/fashion">fashion icon</a> Karl Lagerfeld will be honored at the 2023 Met Gala.
The 36-year-old British actress <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CjLUZsDrxd4/?hl=en">shared</a> a lengthy response to the news that Lagerfeld, who died in 2019, would be celebrated at the fashion event next year. She pointed out what she considers as some of the designer’s major flaws.
“Karl Lagerfeld is the theme for the entire <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/met-gala">Met Gala</a> next year,” Jamil shared in the caption of a lengthy Instagram post. 
“This man… was indeed, supremely talented, but used his platform in such a distinctly hateful way, mostly towards women, so repeatedly and up until the last years of his life, showing no remorse, offering no atonement, no apology, no help to groups he attacked… there was no explanation for his cruel outbursts.”
She went on to describe how Lagerfeld was skeptical of the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/metoo">#MeToo</a> movement and overweight women, to name a few.
“Those groups were women who were sexually assaulted, the entire me too movement, gay couples who wanted to adopt, all fat people, specifically fat women, and some of his greatest harm was against Muslim refugees, and the disgusting way he spoke about people fleeing their homes for fear of their lives,” Jamil wrote.
“Why is THIS who we celebrate when there are so many AMAZING designers out there who aren’t bigoted white men? What happened to everyone’s principles and ‘advocacy.’ You don’t get to stand for justice in these areas, and then attend the celebration of someone who reveled in his own public disdain for marginalized people,” she continued.
“Sorry, but no. This isn’t the 90s. We didn’t fight all this sh** just to throw it all away because some white guy made some pretty clothes for people’s skinny faves… come on now,” the actress concluded.
The image slideshow included “receipts” for her rant, including screenshots of interviews and news articles about Lagerfeld. One was from a 2009 interview with the German magazine Focus where the designer claimed “no one wants to see curvy women.” In another, he said being overweight was “very bad for the health.”
Another image mentioned #MeToo in the fashion world. 
“If you don’t want your pants pulled about, don’t become a model! Join a nunnery, there’ll always be a place for you in the convent,” Lagerfeld reportedly told Numero in 2018.
“I’m fed up with it,” he said according to another screenshot. “What shocks me most in all of this are the starlets who have taken 20 years to remember what happened. Not to mention the fact that there are no prosecution witnesses.” 
Some other “controversial” comments include saying singer Adele was &#8220;a little too fat,&#8221; calling Heidi Klum &#8220;too heavy,&#8221; and saying Pippa Middleton &#8220;should only show her back,&#8221; per <a href="https://www.buzzfeed.com/natashajokic1/met-gala-2023-theme-backlash">Buzzfeed</a>. He also famously said Coco Chanel wasn&#8217;t a feminist because she &#8220;was never ugly enough for that.&#8221;

Avowed Leftist <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/jameela-jamil">Jameela Jamil</a> got in big trouble with trans activists when she refused to accept responsibility for <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/gender-pronouns">misgendering</a> someone on <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/twitter">Twitter</a>.
It all started when the actress got into an argument with someone and then called them a woman in her response, even though that person identified as <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/transgender">non-binary</a>. Jamil issued a non-apology, saying sorry but also placing blame on the Twitter user for not clearly indicating preferred pronouns.
“I accidentally misgendered someone who was rude to me on here because I did not know they were NB. I instantly corrected myself but NOBODY reads your bios people. *PLEASE* include your pronouns in your name on here to prevent misunderstandings/offense if it&#8217;s important to you,” Jamil <a href="https://twitter.com/jameelajamil/status/1565650797827866625">shared</a> of the incident. 
In a follow-up, she continued, “OBVIOUSLY sorry for making this innocent mistake. But if we don&#8217;t do more to prevent this mistake it will likely keep happening, which is bad for everyone. Put pronouns in your names. I&#8217;ve just done that with mine. It took two seconds.”
Followers were not happy with Jamil “centering” the argument on herself and blaming the non-binary person for her mistake. 
“Instead of just SAYING sorry and promising to do better &#8211; you&#8217;re asking trans folks to do extra work so you don&#8217;t HAVE to?” one person <a href="https://twitter.com/WishMage/status/1566558326267289600">replied</a>. “THis is just gross, and I&#8217;ve been a fan for years. Do the actual work instead of blaming others. We ALL check bios, that you didn&#8217;t is on YOU.”
“Dear trans people: Jameela Jamil has issued a decree on how not to be misgendered. Let us all now obey our cisgender ally overlord,” another fan <a href="https://twitter.com/itsjacksonbbz/status/1565797515517214721">said</a>. 
Even people who support the trans movement and preferred pronouns were surprised at the ferocity of reactions on Jamil’s feed.
“The anger on show in this thread is incredible. Proof of what a regressive and vicious movement this has become. It is notable how women, even allies, catch so much heat even for minor disagreements and innocent mistakes,” one person <a href="https://twitter.com/TheWitcher3000/status/1566348072170422272">mused</a>. 
In 2020, Jamil took heat for becoming a judge on the show “Legendary,” which focused on the “predominately black and Latinx subculture of drag balls in the LGBT community.” The Daily Wire <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/actress-says-shes-queer-after-her-new-gig-sparks-lgbtq-diversity-concerns">reported</a> that the actress announced she was queer just one day after getting called out for appearing on the show.

<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/jameela-jamil">Jameela Jamil</a> is getting real about some of the injuries she suffered while doing her own stunts on the set of “She-Hulk: Attorney At Law,” including the very personal ones.
The 36-year-old actress spoke with <a href="https://www.etonline.com/jameela-jamil-reveals-nsfw-injury-she-suffered-while-filming-she-hulk-attorney-at-law-exclusive">Entertainment Tonight</a> at the Hollywood premiere of the much-hyped <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/disney">Disney+</a> series. The <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/marvel">Marvel</a> superhero show includes Jamil playing Titania, a social media influencer with super-human strength who becomes She-Hulk’s nemesis.
“I was hurting in places that I really didn’t know exists [sic],” Jamil told ET of performing fight scenes in the series. “Like, you’ll probably have to bleep this out, but I pulled a muscle in my a**hole,” she continued. “I didn’t know that was possible.”
“I just felt my publicist’s heart stop beating next to me,” the actress said with a laugh after making the confession.
“I don’t know how much of it ever gets to make it to the big screen, because CGI is bonkers,” Jamil said. “But I got to do all my stunts pretty much myself! And that was something I&#8217;ve never done before, because I&#8217;m the ultimate couch potato. I am just a puddle with bangs,” she concluded.
So far, critical reviews for “She-Hulk” are mixed. The Daily Beast <a href="https://www.thedailybeast.com/obsessed/she-hulk-attorney-at-law-is-marvel-trash-at-its-most-offensive-review">called</a> it “Marvel trash at its most offensive,” while a Slash Film critic <a href="https://www.slashfilm.com/967501/she-hulk-attorney-at-law-review-a-messy-meta-legal-sitcom-with-humor-that-mostly-misses-the-mark/">wrote</a> that it had “distracting CGI, hit-or-miss humor, and a flippant approach to complex topics.” 
“What could have been a groundbreaking series for the MCU is instead shaping up to be one of the weakest entries into the Marvel TV canon yet,” the Slash Film reviewer said. 
Meanwhile, Forbes <a href="https://www.forbes.com/sites/paultassi/2022/08/18/she-hulk-is-getting-review-bombed-even-harder-than-ms-marvel/?sh=19354f5351a4">noted</a> that the series was being “review bombed” by users just like “Ms. Marvel” due to the series featuring female characters, writers, and directors. 
Bad reviews aren’t the only controversy plaguing the new Disney+ offering. “She-Hulk: Attorney At Law” is getting slammed online for using benches with allegedly “anti-homeless architecture” as part of their promotional push. 
“Why does the she-hulk bench have anti-homeless architecture,” one fan on Twitter asked in a now-viral post that has more than 140,000 likes, The Daily Wire originally <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/she-hulk-promotional-benches-slammed-over-anti-homeless-architecture">reported</a>.
“The actual She-Hulk would find every one of these anti-homeless benches in town and crush them flat with her super strong a** to make them more accessible once again,” another person shared.
“Out of all the other, non-hostile, benches that Marvel could have chosen to use for their ad, they chose the one that hates poor people,” a third person wrote.

Actress and social justice activist Jameela Jamil encouraged men this week to support abortion so they can avoid &#8220;lifelong fatherhood and child support payments.&#8221;
In a post shouting her abortion for the umpteenth time, Jamil took to Instagram to decry pro-lifers as being in on a patriarchal plot to set back women &#8212; while also noting that not all pregnant people are women, of course. &#8220;The Good Place&#8221; actress also zoned-in on men, who should support abortion to evade responsibility, she illustrated.
“Do YOU want zero way out of a lifelong fatherhood and child support payments, even if you’re a teenager, because a condom broke?&#8221; Jamil posed in a 9-page Instagram post.
“The men I know who have had partners/one night stands who have had abortions have also lived with immense relief and gratitude, as they were not in a position to raise a child emotionally/financially,” she added.

While not all pregnant &#8220;people&#8221; are women, Jamil continued, a stand against abortion is really a stand against women.
“Not all, but most of the people who will become pregnant are women,” the 36-year-old wrote. “This is a patriarchal tactic designed to control and abuse the freedom of women. To stop progress, to derail our education, to derail out independence, to force us into poverty where we can be exploited and harmed, with no protection.” 
In January 2020, Jamil actually <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/jameela-jamil-dumps-candace-owens-from-podcast-for-saying-only-women-can-give-birth">dumped</a> Daily Wire host Candace Owens from an appearance on the actress&#8217; podcast due to Owens stating that only women can get pregnant.
Jamil revoked the invitation over a tweet the conservative posted stating, “only women can give birth,&#8221; <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/jameela-jamil-dumps-candace-owens-from-podcast-for-saying-only-women-can-give-birth">The Daily Wire</a> reported at the time. According to Jamil, such a biologically true statement made her transgender staffers feel “unsafe.”
“SAD TO ANNOUNCE that [Jameela Jamil] has revoked my invitation to her podcast [because] I tweeted ‘only women can give birth,’” Owens said via social media at the time. “Apparently the statement made her trans co-workers feel ‘unsafe.’”
“She used her 2 million strong platform to belittle an innocent young trans couple having a baby. Inciting mocking and hatred,” Jamil posted. “So she can’t come on my podcast. I’m down to talk to those with opposing views, but willful bullies are not welcome on my platform. Not sorry.”

Jameela Jamil did not have a good Monday. The outspoken activist actress was one of several blue checks who threatened to stop using their Twitter accounts in the wake of Elon Musk purchasing the company for a deal worth $44 billion. 
&#8220;Ah he got twitter. I would like this to be my what lies here as my last tweet,&#8221; the 36-year-old actress <a href="https://twitter.com/jameelajamil/status/1518676806261477386">wrote</a>. &#8220;I fear this free speech bid is going to help this hell platform reach its final form of totally lawless hate, bigotry, and misogyny. The “Good Place” star has one million followers on the platform. She limited replies on her tweet to followers only.
In a previous post, Jamil had shared, “One good thing about Elon buying twitter is that I will *FINALLY* leave and stop being a complete menace to society on here. So it’s win win for you all really. 😂”
Plenty of Jamil’s critics were excited to see her go.

Previously, Jamil had <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/jameela-jamil-celebrities-are-useless-i-might-well-leave-hollywood">threatened to leave Hollywood</a> completely, claiming that celebrities are “useless.”
“&#8230;F**k ‘em. Just f**k ‘em all. F**k us all. We’re useless,” the actress said during a podcast interview. 
“Sorry, no offense, but we’re crap,” she continued. “I’ve always thought that we were crap, and so it’s been quite exciting to watch the rise of the people who are actually gonna make a real difference in this world.”
The “Good Place” star is an outspoken abortion advocate who frequently speaks on LGBT issues, especially trans rights. She’s accused the pro-life community of being “pro-birth” only. 
Musk has shaken the Hollywood community, and the world, with his decision to buy the popular social media platform. 
“Free speech is the bedrock of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital town square where matters vital to the future of humanity are debated,” Musk said in a <a href="https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/1518677066325053441">statement</a> following the purchase. “I also want to make Twitter better than ever by enhancing the product with new features, making the algorithms open source to increase trust, defeating the spam bots, and authenticating all humans. Hollywood celebrities are also sharing their opinions on the behemoth social media platform most likely allowing free speech again.
Actress Jameela Jamil, who is an outspoken leftist and LGBT advocate, reacted by claiming she was done with the platform for good.

Rapper Ice-T also weighed in on purchase when it was still just an unconfirmed rumor. “It would [be] kinda dope if Musk bought Twitter and just shut it off…. Lol,&#8221; he shared.
After getting a lot of negative comments on his feed, the “Law and Order” actor clarified his position, which he insisted was not political. &#8220;For the Record.. I’m not on the Left or the Right. Red or the Blue.. That’s Gang Bangin if you ask me… #Politricks,&#8221; he said.
Following the historic acquisition, Ice Cube tweeted, &#8220;Free at last! @elonmusk take off my shadow ban homie&#8230;&#8221;
Marvel star Simu Liu responded to the news of Musk&#8217;s acquisition by saying, &#8220;Was there nothing better to do with 44 billion dollars?&#8221;
This sentiment was expressed by several other less famous Twitter users, who mused on how Musk should have used his money to “solve homelessness” or somehow curtail the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Musk has already polled his followers on whether they’d like to see an edit button on Twitter. 
Noted conservative actor James Woods cheered the move, <a href="https://twitter.com/RealJamesWoods/status/1518781596127555585">saying</a>, “I’ve never been a proponent of electric cars, nor do I ever wish to fly into space. British actress Jameela Jamil said she &#8220;might well&#8221; leave Hollywood after trashing celebrities as &#8220;useless.&#8221;
Speaking with Angela Scanlon on the “Thanks a Million” podcast, &#8220;The Good Place&#8221; star noted that celebrities may well have been &#8220;exposed&#8221; during the COVID-19 pandemic.
After being asked if “celebrities have been exposed,” Jamil replied: &#8220;Yeah. F**k ‘em. Just f**k ‘em all. F**k us all. We’re useless.”
“Sorry, no offense, but we’re crap,” she added. “I’ve always thought that we were crap, and so it’s been quite exciting to watch the rise of the people who are actually gonna make a real difference in this world.”
Jamil said that she might leave Hollywood altogether when she turns 40 to become an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist.
“I want to leave TV when I’m 40 entirely and become an EMDR therapist,” she said. “And I might well f***ing do that. I might just go away and just become a therapist.’”
On her own celebrity status, Jamil said that she landed in it by accident after stumbling onto &#8220;The Good Place.&#8221;
Jameela Jamil has been an outspoken abortion activist, previously scolding pro-lifers for being &#8220;pro birth.&#8221;
“You people are Pro birth. Not pro life,” Jamil <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/actress-jameela-jamil-continues-attacks-on-pro-lifers-you-dont-give-a-f-about-children">said in 2019</a>. “There are plenty of starving, homeless babies currently. Over 100k currently seeking foster care. You care about fetuses, [sic] Once they’re out the womb, you don’t give a f***.”
“Help the kids who are alive first, then call yourself ‘pro-life,&#8217;” she added.
Prior to that, Jamil boasted about having an abortion, hailing it as “best decision” of her life.
“To the people trolling me and (feminist) [Gloria Steinem] because we said there is no democracy without a woman’s right to choose…I SAID WHAT I F***ING SAID and you’re clueless if you think I’m going to take it back,” <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/suck-on-that-abortion-loving-jameela-jamil-posts-expletive-laced-tweet-ripping-clueless-pro-lifers?itm_source=parsely-api">she said</a>. “My life *is* more important to me than an unborn fetus’ one. Jamil also told Harper’s Bazaar she feels “very passionately about a woman’s right to choose&#8221; while stressing that abortion should be available for any reason whatsoever.
“People have abortions, sometimes a woman just wants her liberty, and we have to normalize that it’s okay just to make that choice for yourself, because your life is as important as a newborn life that doesn’t even exist yet,” she told the magazine.
“It took me a while to understand that the first step in every authoritarian regime is controlling reproduction, and that means controlling us,” feminist Gloria Steinem interjected into the conversation. “Unless we — men and women — have power over our own bodies and voices, there is no such thing as democracy.”
“[E]very authoritarian regime that I have ever read about, including Hitler’s rise to power, every regime starts with controlling reproduction and that means controlling women’s bodies,” Steinem added.

Jameela Jamil: Celebrities Are ‘Useless,’ ‘I Might Well’ Leave Hollywood

Actress Jameela Jamil, a radical feminist and ethnic minority who made the news recently for bragging about her abortion, discovered this week that she still somehow lacks in Identity Points. As the BBC <a href="https://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-51399416">reports</a>, controversy erupted and backlash ensued when HBO hired Jamil as a judge for an upcoming &#8220;unscripted voguing contest.&#8221; We&#8217;re informed that voguing is a dance genre &#8220;founded by black and Latino LGBT people.&#8221; The trouble is that Jamil is not LGBT, which somehow makes her unqualified to judge a dance competition, despite the fact that this style of dance was apparently popularized by the white, heterosexual Madonna.
Jamil knew just what to do. Taking to Twitter, the actress promptly announced that she&#8217;s &#8220;queer&#8221; — marking, after Kevin Spacey, the second time in recent history that an actor has come out of the closet as a defensive tactic. Smartly, especially because she has a boyfriend, Jamil did not claim any definitive sexual orientation or label. &#8220;Queer&#8221; can mean just about anything. All that matters is that it&#8217;s in the Sacred Acronym.
I don&#8217;t know if Jamil is really &#8220;queer,&#8221; or even what it would mean if she were, nor do I care in the slightest. The point is simply that her residence in the LGBTQ camp provides her cover from criticism and gives her access to just about any opportunity in Hollywood without fear of &#8220;appropriation&#8221; charges. On the Left, victimhood is currency. And LGBTQ victims are the wealthiest of all. They stand at the very top of the Victim Hierarchy, over and above mere women and racial minorities.

Whenever there are competing victimhood claims — for example, when transgender males say they are &#8220;victimized&#8221; by a lack of access to female locker rooms while females say they would be victimized by the privacy infringement such access would entail — the victory will always go to the claimant with the larger victimhood cache. And when one claimant is LGBT and the other is not, the former will win every time. This is why leftists feel perfectly comfortable screaming at adolescent girls to shut up and know their place as boys come into their locker rooms and get naked beside them.
On the Left, all that matters is identity. Your identity will decide what you have the right to say, think, do, and feel. Your identity will decide the content of your character and your value as a person. Your identity will decide if you are persecutor or persecuted, oppressor or martyr, slobbering racist bigot or bold and beautiful hero above reproach. But there is a rather massive problem with this system. Well, there are many problems, starting with its fundamental incoherence, but let&#8217;s focus on just one.
The problem is that the Left hangs everything on the hook of identity, but that hook is not connected to anything itself. It&#8217;s hanging precariously in the ether, not nailed into any sort of sturdy surface. According to their doctrines, identity is a nebulous, fluid, largely arbitrary, and entirely subjective concept. All that matters is how you identify, but anyone can identify as anything, so the edifice collapses in on itself. It becomes like a monetary system where everyone has a money-printing machine at their house. Just look at how the great scourge of white men have been able to manipulate things to their benefit.
By all rights, white men should be at the very bottom of the Victim Hierarchy. They are the serfs, the scum, the class beneath the peasant class. They are inherently bigoted, inherently oppressive, and inherently possessing a mythical privilege that renders all of their achievements moot. All victimhood claims supersede the white man&#8217;s claim, because the white man can make no claim. He is always the scoundrel and bully in every situation. But all that a dastardly white man need do is announce that he is a woman. This will not just move him onto the same victim status as real women, but in fact will put him above women. Five seconds ago he was a patriarchal pseudo-rapist for spreading his legs too wide on the subway. Now he is an awe-inspiring hero for barging into the women&#8217;s bathroom. He has ascended the pyramid all the way to the top simply by speaking a word. And nobody may question it or demand that he prove it or explain himself.
This is the trouble with declaring that everyone in such-and-such category is a drooling bigot and everyone in this other category is a blameless champion of human rights, and then following that declaration with the further declaration that everyone has the absolute and unquestioned power to decide the category in which they belong. It&#8217;s not hard to see why there is now a rush to get to the top of the Victim Hierarchy, with more and more people discovering their inner LGBT identity just in time to get whatever they want.
Consider the timely self-realization of Jonathan Yaniv, who found out he was a woman and then immediately sued a bunch of female estheticians for <a href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/transgender-activist-jessica-yaniv-loses-wax-her-balls-complaint-against-salon-workers">refusing to wax his genitals</a>. Indeed, Yaniv seems very much to be a <a href="https://www.thepostmillennial.com/the-truth-about-jessica-yaniv-is-beginning-to-emerge/">degenerate and predator</a> who uses his &#8220;womanhood&#8221; to manipulate and prey upon girls. And yet even now, the media will report about him while reverently using his preferred pronouns, still feeling obliged to pretend that his &#8220;transgenderism&#8221; is anything but a perverse ploy by a deranged and despicable adult male. The only doctrine cherished more than the one that gives Yaniv ultimate victimhood privileges is the one that forbids us from questioning the self-identification that accorded those privileges in the first place.
The Left has a tangled mess on its hands. I don&#8217;t think there is any way out of it, aside from abandoning one or all of their key doctrines. But I don&#8217;t think they will ever do that. So all that the rest of us can do now is sit and watch, not without satisfaction, as the house of cards comes tumbling down.

Feminist, avid social justice activist, and NBC&#8217;s &#8220;The Good Place&#8221; actress Jameela Jamil came out as queer on Wednesday.
The timing of the announcement, however, has raised eyebrows.
The day before her queer declaration, Jamil, who is in a relationship with singer James Blake, was swarmed with criticism concerning LGBTQ representation and her new gig as a judge on a vogueing TV show.
According to <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio/2020/feb/06/jameela-jamil-comes-out-as-queer-following-voguing-show-backlash">The Guardian</a>, the new contest show set for HBO, called &#8220;Legendary,&#8221; is &#8220;based around the predominately black and Latinx subculture of drag balls in the LGBT community.&#8221;
Jamil, who was known as a straight woman until Wednesday, took flak for &#8220;taking&#8221; a role from a deserving member of the community around which the show is based.
&#8220;The public response to Jamil’s appointment focused on her perceived lack of ties to its subject matter,&#8221; The Guardian explained.
One such example of this, as highlighted by <a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/news/jameela-jamil-queer-jameela-jamil-comes-out-as-queer-twitter-today-2020-02-05/">CBS News</a>, came from comic artist Adam Ellis.
&#8220;Look I get that we&#8217;re all out here just trying to get a paycheck,&#8221; he posted via Twitter. &#8220;But [Jameela Jamil] how are you gonna work tirelessly on behalf of underrepresented people and then turn around and accept a job on a panel that should be populated with queer and trans people?&#8221;

Jamil&#8217;s response, apparently, was to come out as queer.
According Jamil, she largely kept her queer identity a secret until Wednesday because she &#8220;was scared of the pain of being accused of performative bandwagon jumping&#8221; and also noted that it&#8217;s hard for actresses, in particular, to be truthful about their sexuality.
&#8220;I added a rainbow to my name when I felt ready a few years ago,&#8221; her Twitter statement explained, &#8220;as it&#8217;s not easy within the south Asian community to be accepted, and I always answered honestly if ever straight-up asked about it on Twitter.&#8221;
&#8220;But I kept it low because I was scared of the pain of being accused of performative bandwagon jumping, over something that caused me a lot of confusion, fear and turmoil when I was a kid,&#8221; she continued.
&#8220;It&#8217;s also scary as an actor to openly admit your sexuality,&#8221; Jamil said, &#8220;especially when you&#8217;re already a brown female in your thirties. This is absolutely not how I wanted it to come out.&#8221;
The actress added that her announcement doesn&#8217;t &#8220;qualify&#8221; her for her new gig.
“I know that my being queer doesn’t qualify me as ballroom,&#8221; Jamil wrote. &#8220;But I have privilege and power and a large following to bring to this show … sometimes it takes those with more power to help a show get off the ground so we can elevate marginalised stars that deserve the limelight and give them a chance.&#8221;

Along with her social justice activism, Jamil is an avid abortion promoter. In December, for example, the actress attacked pro-lifers as “clueless,” likened them to trolls, and instructed them to “<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/suck-on-that-abortion-loving-jameela-jamil-posts-expletive-laced-tweet-ripping-clueless-pro-lifers">suck on that</a>” if they disagree with her.
Jamil, who has called her own abortion the “best decision” of her life, posted an expletive-laced message after she was criticized for agreeing with fellow abortion-promoting feminist Gloria Steinem that democracy is impossible without on-demand abortion.
“To the people trolling me and (feminist) [Gloria Steinem] because we said there is no democracy without a woman’s right to choose … I SAID WHAT I F***ING SAID and you’re clueless if you think I’m going to take it back,” she wrote.

On Monday, conservative activist and host Candace Owens confirmed that she has been dropped from an upcoming podcast appearance with actress and social justice activist Jameela Jamil.
&#8220;The Good Place&#8221; actress revoked her invitation to host Owens over a tweet the conservative posted stating that &#8220;only women can give birth.&#8221; According to Jamil, such a biologically true statement from Owens makes her transgender staffers feel &#8220;unsafe.&#8221;
“SAD TO ANNOUNCE that [Jameela Jamil] has revoked my invitation to her podcast [because] I tweeted ‘only women can give birth,’” Owens posted in a tweet on Monday. “Apparently the statement made her trans co-workers feel ‘unsafe.’”
The tweet included a screenshot of a message from Jamil to a woman named Gina (who presumably works for Owens) regarding the rescinded invitation. &#8220;We have a trans people (sic) working with us. I can&#8217;t have [C]andace on the podcast anymore. You are both free to say whatever you like about this publicly. I’m sure you will have an entertaining spin. But nothing is worth my friends and coworkers feeling unsafe.”

Jamil responded to dropping Owens on Thursday, claiming the activist incited &#8220;mocking and hatred.&#8221;
&#8220;She used her 2[two] million strong platform to belittle an innocent young trans couple having a baby. Inciting mocking and hatred,&#8221; Jamil posted. &#8220;So she can’t come on my podcast. I’m down to talk to those with opposing views, but willful bullies are not welcome on my platform. Not sorry.&#8221;

In another tweet seemingly directed at Owens, Jamil wrote, &#8220;Your obsession with other people’s genders, is a sign you are unhappy in your own life, and need a target to point your fear and rage at. So you pick on innocent people just getting on with their lives. Just mind your f[***]ing business and clean up your own mess. #TransLivesMatter.&#8221;

Owens made the biologically accurate remark after Jamil scolded her for &#8220;fix[ing]&#8221; a politically correct headline about from the Daily Mirror that said, &#8220;Transgender man gives birth to nonbinary partner&#8217;s baby with female sperm donor.&#8221;
Owens quote-tweeted the post with the caption, “Woman gives birth to partner’s baby with male sperm donor. There. I fixed it for you.”
“OR&#8230; Nice to see a young couple in love, have a happy little baby,” Jamil responded to Owens. “Their gender is none of my business, worrying about it and mocking them is a pointless waste of time, (it’s just bullying) and they are hurting nobody. I wish them well. There I fixed it for you.”

Owens then sent the following tweet: “LOL ‘only women can get pregnant and only men can impregnate them’ is now considered a form of bullying. [Jameela Jamil] — keep us posted when 2+2=4 becomes a form of bullying as well.”
