Rapper <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/ice-t">Ice-T</a>’s wife, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/celebrities">Coco Austin,</a> has a message for her critics, saying that her 6-year-old daughter’s sexy dance moves don’t come from her — they’re from <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/tiktok">TikTok</a>.
The 43-year-old actress has been frequently called out for her less-than-mainstream parenting tactics, including putting <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/parents">daughter</a> Chanel in a stroller even at the age of 6 and bathing her in the kitchen sink. Austin addressed some of these issues plus more while speaking with <a href="https://pagesix.com/2022/11/01/coco-austin-hits-back-at-parenting-trolls/">Page Six</a> this week at Heidi Klum’s Halloween party.
“They’re like, on me,” she told the publication. “But the thing is, everybody’s a hypocrite I feel because they do certain weird things in their house.”
“I don’t think that bathing my daughter in the sink is weird. If I have a huge-ass sink, why not? It’s just easier for me,” Austin continued. “And if I have to carry her everywhere and it’s just easier to bring a stroller, why not? She’s petite, she’s super small, and it’s easier.”
She said: “I just don’t understand. Why go after me over something so stupid? It’s a stroller. It’s our baby in a sink. Like, come on people, next thing you’re going to say, ‘Oh, you’re kissing her wrong,’ you know?”
Next, Ice-T’s wife mentioned how she has to be “very careful because everybody says I do play the sexy mom role, they’re always looking at me under a microscope.”
“I’m very, very protective of her, and going after me for these little things while there’s war? I’m like, ‘Really guys, you’re gonna go after me?’ Does that even make sense?” she said, confirming that she “knows what’s right and wrong” for Chanel.
“Chanel really likes social media right now and it’s scary just to see she’s very innocent about the world,” Austin confessed. “In my eyes, there are things that I have to crank down and be like, ‘Babe, the world won’t see it the way you see it.’ We see it but can’t post it.”
The mom of one said now her daughter has learned to post on social media without supervision.
“Chanel knows how to post before asking me now so I don’t know what will be posted before and I’m not worried what she might post but what other people might think of the postings,” she said.
“There was a really sexy dance and I was like, ‘Yo, where did that come from?’ Because that was not from me,” Austin continued. “Everyone’s going to say it’s from me, but that wasn’t from me…She watches all these TikTokers and she wants to emulate them.”

Rapper Ice-T and his wife Coco Austin got mocked on social media for pushing their 6-year-old daughter Chanel in a stroller.
Coco shared a snapshot from a family vacation to the Bahamas with her 3 million Instagram followers.  “A stroll through the @atlantisbahamas shops&#8230;Chanel is so over it unless there&#8217;s something cool to see.. Her face transitions instantly,” the model wrote, referring to the sourpuss look on her child’s face.

Followers were quick to respond in the comments, asserting that maybe Chanel had a grumpy face because she was sick of being treated like a baby. 
“I know she may be your last baby but you have to let her grow up. If anything a wagon is more her age!” one commenter wrote.
&#8220;A stroller really? Let that girl grow up,&#8221; one said.
“Isn’t she like 6 yrs old! Should she be out of a stroller by now?!” another said.
“She looks like she’s over being in a baby stroller,” a third follower replied.
This isn’t the first time the “Law &amp; Order” actor and his wife got questioned for their parenting decisions. Coco, 43, also came under fire for deciding to breastfeed her daughter for an extended period of time. She revealed in 2021 when Chanel was 5 that she would only stop nursing when the child chooses to stop.
One commenter on the new post brought up the old controversy as well.
“I’m just curious as to why she is still in a stroller and breast-feeding at six years old?&#8221; they wrote.
&#8220;Chanel still likes my boob. She&#8217;s 5 years old,&#8221; Coco <a href="https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-moms/news/coco-austin-defends-breast-feeding-5-year-old-daughter-chanel/">told</a> Us Weekly in July 2021. &#8220;A lot of people are like, &#8216;Oh, you&#8217;re not getting the nutrition after 2 years old. Why take that away from her?&#8221; 
The “Ice Loves Coco” reality star explained that she mostly uses nursing as a nighttime comfort, not for nutritional impact. &#8220;She loves on it and it&#8217;s not like she&#8217;s getting milk from it,&#8221; Coco said, &#8220;but she&#8217;s getting her little snack and it&#8217;s kind of soothing her to sleep.&#8221;
Chanel herself told the publication, &#8220;You know what? The boo boo makes me sleep.&#8221;
Ultimately, the model says she doesn’t care what people think of her parenting choices. &#8220;I don&#8217;t want to deprive her of something she wants just because society says you need to stop after 2,&#8221; she confirmed to Us Weekly.
Coco has one child, Chanel, while Ice-T, 64, has two adult children from previous relationships.

Gas prices soared earlier this month to a <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/breaking-u-s-national-average-price-of-gasoline-hits-new-all-time-record-high-report-says">record high</a>, as The Daily Wire reported. The national average climbed to $4.104 per gallon, according to GasBuddy, breaking the record average price set all the way back in 2008 in the midst of the Great Recession. Gas prices have since slid downward. According to <a href="https://gasprices.aaa.com/?state=NJ">AAA</a>, the current average price sits at $4.236 per gallon, down from the record national average of $4.331 set on March 11. Prices in the state of New Jersey are currently about $4.201 on average.

Ice-T was only joking about pain at the pump from rising prices, but criminals have already begun to take advantage of the recent surge in prices. The Daily Wire reported last week that thieves stole hundreds of gallons of gasoline from a station in <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/thieves-steal-almost-400-gallons-of-gas-from-nc-gas-station">North Carolina</a> after the station closed for the night. The thieves employed a device typically used to calibrate gas pumps, allowing them to pump gas without charging. Within minutes, dozens of other people began lining up to take the gas from the pumps. The thieves stole almost 400 gallons of gasoline, worth about $1600, from the station in a matter of minutes.
At the same time, authorities in <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/police-arrest-thieves-who-stole-thousands-of-gallons-of-gas-from-florida-gas-stations">Florida</a> arrested 7 men in connection with a series of thefts from stations in central Florida. Police arrested the first group of three men last Wednesday. The men used counterfeit credit cards and gas bladders to steal thousands of gallons of gas and allegedly resell it. Police then arrested two pairs of men at separate stations who were stealing gas using devices to alter the gas pumps.

Simply put, the actor believes Beyonce&#8217;s loss to British songstress Adele for Album of the Year on Sunday night was not dictated by race, instead suggesting the UK star actually deserved to win. 
A wild concept, indeed. 
&#8220;Adele is hard to beat because she is the business and she is good and she makes hit records,&#8221; Ice-T told reporters on Monday. &#8220;Beyoncé or [Adele] could&#8217;ve taken any of them.&#8221;
