A Democratic National Committee member filed a complaint on Wednesday seeking to have Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein removed from the general election ballot in Wisconsin.
The complaint alleges that the Green Party can&#8217;t nominate presidential electors in Wisconsin and argues that without electors, the Green Party is ineligible to have a candidate on the ballot, the Associated Press <a href="https://apnews.com/article/wisconsin-jill-stein-harris-trump-lawsuit-405e8bae8ff9becfa81a1360708d59a0" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>. Stein was on the ballot in Wisconsin as the Green Party&#8217;s candidate in the 2016 election and received more than 31,000 votes. Former President Donald Trump beat Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton in 2016 by just under 23,000 votes, resulting in some Democrats blaming Stein for Trump&#8217;s victory in the swing state.

The DNC complaint alleges that the Green Party does not have a person who is qualified to nominate electors under state law, which says that those who nominate electors must be current state officers or candidates for the state legislature.
“We take the nomination process for President and Vice President very seriously and believe every candidate should follow the rules,” senior adviser to the DNC Adrienne Watson said in a statement. “Because the Wisconsin Green Party hasn’t fielded candidates for legislative or statewide office and doesn’t have any current incumbent legislative or statewide office holders, it cannot nominate candidates and should not be on the ballot in November.”
The Wisconsin Supreme Court <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2020/09/14/politics/wisconsin-supreme-court-absentee-ballots-green-party/index.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ruled</a> in 2020 that the Green Party candidate Howie Hawkins could not be added to the presidential election ballot. The court argued that putting him on the ballot in September after many mail-in ballots had been sent out because of the COVID pandemic would “create a substantial possibility of confusion among voters who had already received, and possibly returned, the original ballots.&#8221; Joe Biden beat Trump in Wisconsin by just over <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2020/11/03/us/elections/results-wisconsin.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">20,000 votes</a>, a slim margin that could have been significantly affected by a Green Party candidate on the ballot.

A Democrat-backed group petitioned a judge to have Robert F. Kennedy Jr. removed from New York&#8217;s 2024 ballot and succeeded. Earlier this week, the New York judge ruled that Kennedy should not appear on the state&#8217;s ballot, arguing that the independent candidate falsely stated that he was a New York resident on his nominating petitions when he is a resident of California, <a href="https://apnews.com/article/kennedy-rfk-jr-ballot-new-york-residency-faaf0c8d7638cdfcdbe3c4eb7b542eef" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according</a> to the AP.
Kennedy appealed the ruling, <a href="https://x.com/StefanieSpear/status/1823153435715256574" target="_blank" rel="noopener">stating</a>, “The Democrats are showing contempt for democracy. They aren’t confident they can win at the ballot box, so they are trying to stop voters from having a choice. We will appeal and we will win.”

Local NBC affiliate KSDK <a href="https://www.ksdk.com/article/news/politics/green-party-presidential-candidate-jill-stein-arrested-booked-assault-charges-during-pro-palestine-encampment-protest-demonstration-washu-stlouis/63-31183095-0717-4497-b745-18ddc0f24c34" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a> that Stein, the far-Left Jewish political figure who has <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/green-partys-hard-left-jill-stein-the-jews-have-poland" target="_blank" rel="noopener">supported the BDS movement</a> targeting Israel, spent six hours in police custody and was released at around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday morning.

&#8220;When the group began to set up a camp in violation of university policy, we made the decision to tell everyone present that they needed to leave,&#8221; Washington University added. &#8220;We arrested more than 80 individuals who refused to leave after being asked multiple times. All will face charges of trespassing and some may also be charged with resisting arrest and assault, including for injuries to police officers.&#8221;
Washington University concluded, &#8220;We are firmly committed to free expression and allow ample opportunity for voices to be heard on our campus. However, we expect everyone to respect our policies and we will take swift action to enforce them to their fullest extent.&#8221;

At Columbia University, responding to a religious Jew who noted that Israel is the homeland of the Jewish people, Jill Stein, the hard-left presidential candidate for the Green Party, snapped, “The Jews have Poland.”
Roughly half of the six million Jews murdered in the Holocaust died in Poland. Additionally, although Ashkenazic Jews were located in Europe, Sephardic Jews have lived in many lands outside of Europe, from the Middle East to Africa.
Stein, who has <a href="https://www.timesofisrael.com/green-party-nominates-jill-stein-for-president/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">supported</a> the BDS movement targeting Israel, called for ending all aid to the Jewish state, and spoke at the March4Gaza rally in mid-January, declared, “I’m Jewish and I’m here. It’s a Jewish value, opposing genocide. Opposing genocide is a Jewish value. Opposing genocide is a core value.”
The Jewish man near her stated that Israel was the homeland of the Jewish people.
“The Jewish people have Poland,” Stein replied, before launching into a rant in which she accused “Israeli offense forces &#8230; Israel occupation forces” who were there “to further instigate violence here against civilians, against students who are simply standing up for our constitutional rights to have this debate, to have this discussion &#8230;”
Stein then appropriated a phrase that has traditionally applied to Jews to paint Palestinians as victims, saying, “It’s really critical that we stand up because Gazans are the canary in the mine shaft here and what happens in Gaza can happen and will happen anywhere.”

The Jewish community is the canary in the coal mine for humanity and for the safety and future of my grandchildren. That’s why we have, whether we like it or not, no choice.”

The Wisconsin Supreme Court, in a 4-3 decision Monday, decided to keep the Green Party off of the state&#8217;s presidential ballot, greenlighting an immediate start to that state&#8217;s mail-in voting and likely giving a boost to Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.
The decision reverses an earlier Wisconsin high court ruling, temporarily halting the start of voting in Wisconsin.
&#8220;Less than a week ago, the high court abruptly halted the delivery of absentee ballots across the state in order to consider granting Green Party presidential candidate Howie Hawkins and vice-presidential candidate Angela Walker ballot access after the Wisconsin Elections Commission denied them on a 3-3 party-line vote,&#8221; local outlet, <a href="https://madison.com/wsj/news/local/govt-and-politics/wisconsin-supreme-court-denies-green-party-presidential-candidate-ballot-access/article_4e80ee10-d054-5461-9d79-1bc84292b21f.html">Madison.com reported</a>.
Monday, though, the missing justice &#8212; a conservative-backed member &#8212; weighed in, making the decision 4-3 in favor of the state&#8217;s request to deny the Green Party ballot access: &#8220;In the 4-3 unsigned decision, the court ruled it was simply too late into election season to grant any relief. The court’s three liberal-backed members joined the court’s newest conservative-backed member, Justice Brian Hagedorn.&#8221;

&#8220;We would be unable to provide meaningful relief without completely upsetting the election,&#8221; the Supreme Court wrote, <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2020/09/14/politics/wisconsin-supreme-court-absentee-ballots-green-party/index.html">per CNN</a>. &#8220;The most likely state of current affairs is that municipal clerks have already sent out hundreds, and more likely thousands, of those absentee ballots. Ordering new ballots to be printed would be an expensive and time-consuming process that would not allow counties and municipalities to meet the statutory deadlines for delivering and sending ballots.&#8221;
It&#8217;s also possible that some voters, who had requested to vote absentee, have already received, filled out, and mailed back their Green Party-less ballots.
Although the decision seems to primarily affect the Green Party and its candidate, Howie Hawkins, the decision could have a major impact on the contest between Biden and President Donald Trump.
Wisconsin is one of the few states where third parties play an outsized role in presidential elections. In 2016, five third party candidates were on the state&#8217;s presidential ballot, including Libertarian Gary Johnson and then-Green Party candidate, Dr. Jill Stein.
Stein, left-leaning critics argued after Trump won the 2016 presidential election, likely cost then-Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton a win in Wisconsin. Trump beat Clinton by around 23,000 votes; Stein, who more than likely pulled from Clinton, got 31,000 votes for president.
Johnson, who more than likely pulled from Trump, got 106,000 votes.
Hawkins was kept off the ballot initially because of a clerical error.
&#8220;He and running mate Angela Walker were kept off the ballot due to a complaint alleging Walker listed an incorrect address on thousands of her nominating signatures, bringing her number of valid signatures below the required threshold to secure a spot on the ballot,&#8221; Madison.com reported. The Wisconsin ballot commission did not overlook the error. Rapper Kanye West is likely to suffer a similar fate: his campaign was just under half a minute late in submitting his ballot signatures, giving the same ballot commission cause to boot him from the presidential ballot.

So just consider that for a second, what you&#8217;re admitting. That&#8217;s more of a confession really than an accusation,&#8221; Knowles said. &#8220;What you&#8217;re saying is that the guys who vote for the outer space alien, who doesn&#8217;t have a debit card, can&#8217;t remember his campaign website. That guy wearing &#8211; you probably couldn&#8217;t see it &#8211; but a sort of ratty t-shirt with a peace sign on it. That guy would &#8211; they&#8217;re in your constituency.&#8221;

That&#8217;s my whole screen time looking at Apple news. Now, so I&#8217;m thinking jeez that sounds like terrible news for &#8230; oh no &#8230; it means that the Republican won. That&#8217;s what that means. I know that would be confusing, because every single word they used was designed to make it seem like the Democrat won, but the Democrat lost. The Republican won. No automatic recount. No, nothing, nope. The Republican won.
This is what they do all the time. Republican Troy Balderson beat Democrat Danny O&#8217;Connor. The Democrats always run certain that they&#8217;re gonna win.
So you&#8217;ve probably read about this house race &#8211; they&#8217;ve been pumping it up in the last few days. This is the one. The sign of the blue wave! Democrats are coming baby! And then they lose and then they pretend that losing is winning.
They did this &#8211; do you remember Jon Ossof? That candidate, and probably not, but there was this candidate in Georgia and the Democrats said: &#8220;Jon Ossof! He is the one! This is the referendum on Trump blue wave baby woo!&#8221; And then the election, and he loses.
They&#8217;re like: &#8220;Yeah, well, yeah he lost but really secretly, secretly though he won.&#8221;
&#8220;Well, but the numbers!&#8221; He lost. But no, yeah I know the numbers.
And the other guy? The other guy&#8217;s going to Congress. &#8220;Yeah, no, yeah but secretly though it&#8217;s a moral victory.&#8221;
There&#8217;s no moral victory. When you win, you go make legislation, and when you lose, you go home.
That&#8217;s what happened. That&#8217;s what happened in Ohio.
The Republican won, hahaha! So Balderson, right now, he&#8217;s ahead 1754 votes. There are still provisional ballots. There are still absentee ballots.
So, sure, anything could happen right, but there was no automatic recount triggered. He won.
He won the night. So, what they&#8217;re doing now that they can&#8217;t figure out how to really spin it that the Democrat won? They&#8217;re blaming the Green Party candidate for losing.
There&#8217;s this Green Party candidate in this race, Joe Manchik.
And they&#8217;re saying he got almost enough votes to spur a recount, an automatic recount. The operative word here is almost. He didn&#8217;t. He didn&#8217;t get enough votes to spur an automatic recount. Sorry, but this is what they&#8217;re saying.
But I&#8217;m gonna introduce this guy to you first and then I&#8217;ll explain the Democrats&#8217; bad strategy here.
Joe Manchik, Green party candidate in Ohio is from Hell, Michigan. Fitting. He says that his ancestors were aliens. Quote: &#8220;My distant relatives originally came to Planet Earth from a planet orbiting a star in the Pleiades star cluster located in the constellation of Taurus,&#8221; which might make him an illegal alien. I don&#8217;t know, but he probably has birthright citizenship and his ancestors may have been illegal aliens from outer space. He says that he speaks 19 languages including Spanglish and sheet music and a few others. The lunatic Left never ceases to amaze us. On Sunday, former Green party presidential candidate and <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2016/08/16/politics/jill-stein-vaccine-gmo-science/index.html">anti-vaccine medical doctor</a> Jill Stein appeared on MSNBC to defend both North Korea and Russia. Yes, seriously.
Espousing recycled far-left conspiracy theories, Stein argued that the United States is looking to &#8220;demonize&#8221; the brutal dictatorship of Kim Jong Un in order to pursue a policy of regime change. 
&#8220;The demonization of North Korea is part of the run-up to regime change,&#8221; she <a href="http://www.mediaite.com/tv/jill-stein-slams-demonization-of-north-korea-in-bizarre-msnbc-interview/">blabbered</a>.&#8221; &#8220;It&#8217;s part of demonizing a government that we then want to exercise regime change on.&#8221;
Stein continued, plunging herself deeper and deeper down the rabbit&#8217;s hole of ignorance:

&#8220;So, this is very frightening to them,&#8221; the far-left nut job said, referring to North Korea&#8217;s supposed fear brought upon by the big-bad U.S. hegemonic superstructure. &#8220;They have been basically cornered into feeling like they have to develop a nuclear weapon.&#8221;
Oh, yes, the classic &#8216;let&#8217;s casually develop nuclear weapons because we&#8217;re scared of those evil Americans&#8217; song and dance.
Unfortunately, Stein&#8217;s rant didn&#8217;t end there.
The former Green party candidate went on to defend Russia in the wake of overwhelming Congressional support for a new U.S. sanctions bill.

Green Party presidential nominee Jill Stein is raising money to call for a recount in three states: Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania. She said that it was necessary due to &#8220;reported hacks into voter and party databases and individual email accounts are causing many Americans to wonder if our election results are reliable.&#8221; A <a href="http://ktla.com/2016/11/25/green-party-files-for-recount-in-wisconsin-following-reports-of-voting-discrepancies/">Wisconsin recount request</a> was filed on Friday.
However, it appears that Stein&#8217;s efforts to obtain a recount are nothing more than a scam. Here are seven reasons why.
1. There is no evidence that the election results weren&#8217;t reliable. As the <a href="http://www.dailywire.com/news/11045/7-reasons-election-wasnt-rigged-aaron-bandler">Daily Wire</a> has explained, there is nothing to suggest that the electronic voting machines were hacked. Donald Trump&#8217;s advantage over Hillary Clinton in electronic voting was a result of demographics, not a hack, and Michigan&#8217;s ballots were all paper. The entire premise for Stein&#8217;s recount is false.
2. When Stein first announced her recount efforts, her goal was to reach $2.5 million. Now it&#8217;s $7 million. Stein has raised $5 million since Wednesday, causing the goal to rise from $2.5 million to $4.5 million to $7 million, according to <a href="http://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2016/11/25/503349326/people-have-donated-millions-to-jill-steins-recount-campaign-is-it-worth-it">National Public Radio</a>. What caused the sudden rise in Stein&#8217;s fundraising goal?
3. Stein&#8217;s legal costs suddenly surged. Per <a href="http://townhall.com/tipsheet/christinerousselle/2016/11/25/jill-stein-raises-45-millionand-says-she-cant-guarantee-a-recount-n2250628">Townhall</a>:

Why would her legal fees suddenly rise by that much over a short period of time?
4. Stein can&#8217;t guarantee that the recounts will actually happen. &#8220;We cannot guarantee a recount will happen any of these states,&#8221; Stein&#8217;s website states. &#8220;We can only pledge we will demand recounts in those states.&#8221;

That&#8217;s kind of an important detail.
5. Stein&#8217;s website also states that excess money will go towards &#8220;election integrity efforts.&#8221; 
&#8220;If we raise more than what&#8217;s needed, the surplus will also go toward election integrity efforts and to promote voting system reform,&#8221; the website reads. What exactly that kind of reform will be was not specified by Stein, leaving the possibility open that the money will simply be funneled back to the Green Party. 
&#8220;This is Democrat party fundraising at its best because ultimately all the Greens are are Democrats with bad personal hygiene who failed economics and history,&#8221; writes RedState blogger <a href="http://www.redstate.com/streiff/2016/11/25/green-party-candidate-jill-steins-hilarious-fundraising-scam/">streiff</a>. &#8220;Stein&#8217;s fundraising appeal using a recount that is never going to happen will go down as one of the greatest bait-and-switch scams in political history.&#8221;
6. It is highly unlikely that Stein would be able to pull off a recount in Pennsylvania.

The false moral equivalence is all the more disturbing given the Green Party nominee&#8217;s anti-science position on childhood immunizations. 
During the course of her fringe campaign for president, Stein, an actual medical doctor with an MD, has repeatedly issued dog whistles to the Left&#8217;s anti-vaxxer community in an effort to rally her lunatic base. 
&#8220;As a medical doctor, there was a time where I looked very closely at those issues, and not all those issues were completely resolved,&#8221; she <a href="http://theslot.jezebel.com/jill-stein-thinks-there-are-real-questions-about-vaccin-1784533166">stated</a> in an interview with The Washington Post. &#8220;There were concerns among physicians about what the vaccination schedule meant, the toxic substances like mercury which used to be rampant in vaccines. There were real questions that needed to be addressed. I think some of them at least have been addressed. I don&#8217;t know if all of them have been addressed.&#8221;
While Stein denies the allegation that she&#8217;s &#8220;anti-vaccination,&#8221; her dangerous rhetoric has left the door open for skepticism about the safety, efficacy, and supposedly nefarious motives for vaccinating vulnerable young children. 
With a tinfoil hat wrapped tightly around her trendy pixie haircut, Stein echoes far-Left talking points about the &#8220;corrupt&#8221; system, seemingly poisoning &#8220;our children.&#8221;
&#8220;I think what I have raised questions about is just influence peddling in the FDA,&#8221; she <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2016/08/16/politics/jill-stein-vaccine-gmo-science/">squawked</a>. &#8220;Right now there&#8217;s a lot of distrust for government agencies and for government in general. That&#8217;s another reason to stop the revolving door, for example, between Monsanto lobbyists who then wind up as heads of major departments&#8230;&#8221;
Here&#8217;s another <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2016/08/16/politics/jill-stein-vaccine-gmo-science/">example</a> of her anti-vaxxer dog whistle, implying that regulators approving medications and vaccines cannot be trusted:

It&#8217;s a lie that&#8217;s been debunked by countless peer-reviewed studies and clinical trials. To be clear, vaccines are safe, effective, and necessary for children. They are lifesavers. Anybody that says otherwise shouldn&#8217;t be near the <a href="https://megynkelly.org/110473/team-hillary-rattled-keep-breitbart-from-%C2%91levers-of-power%C2%92/">levers of power</a>, to steal an expression from Hillary Clinton.
The fact that Stein is going out of her way to shower praise on a gorilla, while undermining the lifesaving power of modern medicine is a testament to the creed of misanthropy.
If children die from diseases (polio, measles, rubella etc), then that&#8217;s okay, just as long as we offer indulgences to Harambe&#8217;s hallowed soul. 
Stein&#8217;s <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Modest_Proposal">Modest Proposal</a> isn&#8217;t satire, but it does reek of tragic irony. After all, she&#8217;s a physician who claims to be &#8220;pro-science;&#8221; but given her stances on vaccines (and even GMOs), that couldn&#8217;t be further from the truth.

What do an idolatrous, pagan worship of the Earth, overzealous infatuation with government and a deeply rooted ire for the Jewish state all have in common? Apparently, these are the mainstays of the Green Party. 
Last week, Canada&#8217;s Green Party <a href="http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/elizabeth-may-ponders-future-green-party-support-bds-1.3713262">officially adopted</a> the boycott, divestment and sanctions movement (BDS) against the state of Israel. A move that made already far-left leader Elizabeth May doubt her future with the party.
As a primer, Elizabeth May is the endearing environmentalist who last year, fawning over former-Guantanamo detainee terrorist, Omar Khadr, at a Parliamentary Press Gallery&#8217;s dinner, said; &#8220;Omar Khadr, you&#8217;ve got more class than the whole f****ing [Conservative Party] cabinet&#8221;.
Transposing her progressive platitudes to <a href="https://twitter.com/elizabethmay/status/742924718169153537">Twitter</a> last month, May downright denied that any of ISIS&#8217;s actions towards religious and ethnic minorities are genocide.
Needless to say, (in Green terms) the current Green Party leader is one banana short of a bunch. And yet, even she is not far left enough for the current party base. 
Then, of course, we have Monika Schaefer. The Green Party finally had to disavow the party candidate after she released a virulently anti-Semitic <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E0_BZphQ7Qo">YouTube video</a>, referring to the Holocaust as &#8220;the most persistent lie in all of history.&#8221;
Proving that Canadians really are the nice ones, in America, the Green Party somehow manages to be even more of a moral hernia.
Party leader, Jill Stein, openly backs the boycott movement against Israel. Her running mate, Ajamu Baraka, co-authored an essay volume edited by a <a href="http://www.tabletmag.com/scroll/210549/friends-dont-let-friends-vote-for-jill-stein">known</a> Holocaust denier and 9/11 conspiracy theorist. You can&#8217;t make this stuff up.
It&#8217;s certainly no surprise that in David Wnendt&#8217;s 2015 comedy Look Who&#8217;s Back, when Adolf Hitler was reanimated into present-day Germany, he was a supporter of the national Green Party.
If you think this lunacy is fenced in by the grassy green hedge of the Green Party, think again. While true that the likes of Jill Stein or Elizabeth May will sooner be managing a local Starbucks than the nation, their parties offer a glimpse of the mainstream left&#8217;s future.
Just look at this year&#8217;s Democratic National Convention (DNC). There <a href="http://www.dailywire.com/news/7823/dnc-attendee-waves-palestinian-flag-convention-michael-qazvini">was a Palestinian flag</a> being waved in the supposed progressive audience! And meanwhile, the Israeli flag was progressively <a href="http://www.dailywire.com/news/7911/3-flags-democrats-loved-dnc-and-3-they-hated-pardes-seleh">being lit on fire</a>.
Liberals wanted to have a conversation ban and censor the Confederate Flag following the Charleston massacre last year. Okay, well what about a conversation regarding the Palestinian flag after American citizens like <a href="http://www.dailywire.com/news/4018/elegy-taylor-force-american-student-killed-joshua-yasmeh">Taylor Force</a> or <a href="http://www.dailywire.com/news/7131/obama-ignores-american-murdered-palestinians-hank-berrien">Hallel-Yaffa Ariel </a>were murdered by Palestinian terrorists? (Picture the outrage at CNN had Confederate Flags been flying high at the RNC.)
The left has hand-picked the one country in the ENTIRE Middle-East that upholds the values they deem to espouse and decided to undermine its very existence. They see Israel as a microcosm of America and hence seek to weaken and demoralize it.
Israel <a href="http://www.jpost.com/Israel-News/ADDRESS-TO-THE-UN-CLIMATE-SUMMIT-Israel-supports-a-new-global-agreement-on-climate-change-376234">supports</a> global agreements on climate change and has invested heavily in greenhouse gas reductions. What has Saudi Arabia done again? One would think the Green Party ought to be fawning over Israel&#8217;s green initiatives.
The whole raison d&#8217;être of the Green Party should be to push for further government regulation over the environment, and adoption of renewable energy sources like nuclear (which the Greens inanely <a href="https://www.greenparty.ca/en/policy/vision-green/economy/energy">oppose</a>), while taking pragmatic centrist positions on key issues.
Hijacked by the left-wing crazies, today&#8217;s Greens are legitimately indistinguishable from the Communists. I suppose it&#8217;s &#8220;Better green than inhaling chlorine&#8221;? 
It&#8217;s been correctly said that under Trump&#8217;s tutelage, the GOP&#8217;s flirtations with quasi-conservatism through populist policies like trade protectionism will linger past the 2016 election.
More salient, however, is the trajectory of the mainstream left. 
As the BernieBros grassroots movement puts Jill Stein at its helm, the Marxist maniacs march towards the Democrat Party gates in Che Guevara t-shirts. Burning Israeli and American flags as they go, leftists ironically stomp over any semblance of American exceptionalism &#8211; the very thing that&#8217;s stopping the government from tossing them behind bars for flag burning.
Unless our mainstream liberal parties cease pandering to those antithetical to Americanism and steer clear from the likes of the UK Labor Party, their future is bleaker than Venezuela&#8217;s grocery stores.

2. She hates Israel. The classic self-hating Jew, Stein grew up in an affluent Chicago suburb, attended a Reform Synagogue, and freely admits she is not a practicing Jew. 3. Stein also wants to create a universal basic income that the government would finance. Forget the cost; as Jonathan Coppage wrote in <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/in-theory/wp/2015/10/01/selling-out-civil-society/">The Washington Post</a>, &#8220;Rather than knitting us to our coworkers, our employees, our collaborators and our families, a basic income would tie every American directly back to Washington, via millions of isolated and attenuated threads.&#8221;
4. She opposes free trade. <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MmJiLMrVHfU">Responding</a> to Barack Obama&#8217;s 2012 State of the Union speech, she stated, &#8220;The President is also leading the bipartisan effort to pass the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP), a devastating secretive trade deal known as &#8220;NAFTA on steroids&#8221; because it will send jobs overseas, undermine wages at home, and roll back protections for workers, public health and the environment &#8230; We must continue to mobilize to defeat the TPP.&#8221; As Aaron Bandler of The Daily Wire has explained, abandoning free trade would be a <a href="http://www.dailywire.com/news/7901/7-facts-about-free-trade-you-need-know-aaron-bandler">disaster</a>.
5. She wants universal free college education. She has <a href="http://www.foxbusiness.com/politics/2016/07/27/green-party-s-jill-stein-wants-free-higher-education.html">called</a> for &#8220;making higher education free along with health care as a human right.&#8221; As Grey Gordon and Aaron Hedlund write in Accounting for the Rise in College Tuition:
