<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/ghislaine-maxwell" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ghislaine Maxwell</a>, co-conspirator of the late convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, refused to comply with requests to turn over documents pertaining to any connection she may have had with the Clinton Foundation, newly unsealed documents revealed.
The documents, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/names-of-jeffrey-epsteins-associates-to-be-unsealed-with-few-exceptions" target="_blank" rel="noopener">unsealed</a> pursuant to a mid-December ruling handed down by Manhattan Federal Judge Loretta Preska, were part of a civil lawsuit filed by Epstein victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre against Maxwell. And while thus far they have focused on the criminal behavior of both Epstein and Maxwell, newly-released documents have begun to shed light on associates who may have been aware of the financier&#8217;s crimes.
The latest documents mentioned former Polish model Adriana Ross – who was named as an <a href="https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/6184602-Jeffrey-Epstein-non-prosecution-agreement.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">un-indicted co-conspirator</a> in Epstein&#8217;s 2008 non-prosecution agreement — and alleged that she had been the one to remove computers from Epstein&#8217;s home in Palm Beach before the FBI arrived to search the house.

Another document revealed that during the discovery phase of the suit, Giuffre had requested communications between Maxwell and just over a dozen &#8220;specific witnesses&#8221; — among them former President Bill Clinton and former first lady Hillary Clinton.
In addition to magician <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/heres-whats-in-the-epstein-docs-so-far" target="_blank" rel="noopener">David Copperfield</a> — whose name appeared in the first tranche of documents because he had allegedly asked one of the girls at Epstein&#8217;s home whether she was &#8220;aware that girls were getting paid to find other girls&#8221; — disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein also made an appearance in Epstein&#8217;s call logs.

Maxwell also reportedly refused to comply when she got a discovery request for documents pertaining to any connection she had with the Clinton Foundation &#8212; specifically in an effort to determine whether she was receiving any funding from the Clinton Foundation that might &#8220;provide a clear motive for her to slant testimony on this subject.&#8221;
In another document, a witness described seeing Britain&#8217;s disgraced Prince Andrew — along with his wife, Sarah Ferguson — at Epstein&#8217;s home. The same witness also recalled seeing independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and former President Donald Trump at the house as well, but said that when Prince Andrew visited, he stayed for weeks at a time.
Trump, according to one witness, never stayed at Epstein&#8217;s home — and did not even sit at the main table with Epstein and other guests, choosing instead to eat in the kitchen with staff.

According to an email in the <a href="https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/4355835/1325/5/giuffre-v-maxwell/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">second tranche of documents</a> related to the late convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, former President Bill Clinton allegedly put pressure on Vanity Fair to kill a story about sex trafficking and his &#8220;good friend J.E.&#8221;
The documents, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/names-of-jeffrey-epsteins-associates-to-be-unsealed-with-few-exceptions">unsealed</a> pursuant to a mid-December court order from Manhattan Federal Judge Loretta Preska, were part of a civil lawsuit filed by Epstein victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre against the financier&#8217;s convicted co-conspirator, Ghislaine Maxwell.
While the majority of the documents in the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/heres-whats-in-the-epstein-docs-so-far" target="_blank" rel="noopener">first tranche</a> pertained almost solely to the criminal behavior exhibited by Epstein and Maxwell, the second tranche delivered a list of associates whom Giuffre believed could have knowledge of that criminal behavior.
Among those with potential knowledge of Epstein&#8217;s and Maxwell&#8217;s dealings listed in the documents were Prince Andrew, Duke of York and Clinton; one of Clinton&#8217;s advisers, Doug Band; and Sophie Biddle. Others listed in the documents included deceased model scout Jean-Luc Brunel, deceased Gov. Bill Richardson (D-NM), and financier Les Wexner.

According to one email included in the filing, Giuffre wrote to journalist Sharon Churcher about Clinton&#8217;s alleged efforts to kill a story that might have shed light on Epstein&#8217;s sex trafficking activities.
&#8220;When I was doing some research into VF yesterday, it does concern me what they could want to write about me considering that B. Clinton walked into VF and threatened them not to write sex-trafficing [sic] articles about his good friend J.E.,&#8221; Giuffre wrote.

Former Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter pushed back, telling <a href="https://www.telegraph.co.uk/world-news/2024/01/04/bill-clinton-put-pressure-on-vanity-fair-not-to-cover-epste/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Telegraph</a>: &#8220;This categorically did not happen.&#8221;
Journalist Vicky Ward <a href="https://www.newyorker.com/news/annals-of-communications/why-didnt-vanity-fair-break-the-jeffrey-epstein-story" target="_blank" rel="noopener">also claimed</a> that Epstein had worked to prevent Vanity Fair from writing a similar story.
&#8220;&#8216;I have reports here about you, your husband — I have everything under the sun that was sent to me by people who want to be helpful,'&#8221; Ward <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12930469/vanity-fair-graydon-carter-denies-bill-clinton-jeffrey-epstein-claims.html?ns_mchannel=rss&amp;ns_campaign=1490&amp;ito=social-twitter_mailonline" target="_blank" rel="noopener">quoted Epstein</a>, saying he had threatened her directly after she interviewed two of his victims, sisters Maria and Annie Farmer.
Carter denied that as well, saying that the outlet had opted to cut certain information from the story because it had not been submitted in time and had not met legal standards.
The documents do not go so far as to accuse Clinton of doing anything illegal.

Other documents spoke to Epstein&#8217;s pattern of behavior — bringing in girls and then sending them out to recruit other girls — and efforts to get the girls in his orbit to become emancipated, giving him more access and control over them.

Normally, the confirmation process to anoint a new Secretary of Labor isn&#8217;t especially interesting. We certainly don&#8217;t learn anything new or scandalous most of the time. But in 2017, the confirmation process of Alexander Acosta was a very notable exception. At the time, the Trump administration was vetting Acosta, and they asked him whether anything in his past might pose a problem during his confirmation hearings.
That&#8217;s when Acosta <a href="https://www.thedailybeast.com/jeffrey-epsteins-sick-story-played-out-for-years-in-plain-sight" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told</a> Trump officials about his handling of the Jeffrey Epstein criminal case, back when he was the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida in 2007. Acosta recounted that he had agreed to give Jeffrey Epstein the mother of all sweetheart deals. He granted immunity not only to Epstein, but also to any potential co-conspirators, known or unknown. Acosta also hid the existence of this non-prosecution agreement from Epstein&#8217;s victims, in violation of the law. As a result of the deal, the federal investigation into Epstein was shut down. Epstein ultimately pleaded guilty to a state charge of procuring a girl for prostitution under the age of 18. He was out of prison in a few months.
All of that was known to the Trump team when they interviewed Acosta. These are the kind of facts that could have killed his nomination to be Secretary of Labor. But Acosta offered an explanation for his handling of the Epstein case. He told investigators for the Trump administration that he had been directed by U.S. intelligence agencies to let Epstein off the hook. He was told that Epstein, &#8220;belonged to intelligence,&#8221; that the matter was, &#8220;above his pay grade,&#8221; and that he needed to, &#8220;leave it alone.&#8221;
When this news broke a couple years later, following Epstein&#8217;s arrest, Acosta was asked about it. He refused to say it was false and he gave maybe the most equivocal answer he possibly could have given. This will go down in history as maybe one of the worst attempts to evade an answer that has ever occurred in a press briefing in Washington. Watch:

That&#8217;s an admission, obviously. There&#8217;s no other way to interpret what Acosta was doing there. He&#8217;s not a particularly good liar. That non-denial is confirmation that yes, Jeffrey Epstein was an intelligence asset. He was being used by the intelligence agencies, and therefore he couldn&#8217;t go to prison for amassing an army of child sex slaves.
And that&#8217;s not all the help Epstein and his associates received. On July 6 and 7 of 2019, shortly after Epstein was arrested on new sex assault charges, FBI agents <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20220213053353/https://www.telegraph.co.uk/world-news/2021/12/07/evidence-jeffrey-epsteins-safe-went-missing-fbi-raid-court-hears/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">photographed</a> a variety of evidence in Epstein&#8217;s New York townhouse. They discovered binders with CDs and photographs lining the shelves. Inside a safe, which they opened with a saw, the agents found lewd photographs of children. They also discovered even more CDs that had handwritten labels on them, with the names of two individuals on some of the labels.
It&#8217;s not hard to conclude that this was probably blackmail material. According to the official story, agents simply photographed all of these items, but they didn&#8217;t take them, because they didn&#8217;t have a search warrant. Incredibly, the agents left the property to get a warrant, which somehow took four days to acquire. This by itself is ridiculous, since in a high-profile case like this, judges could obviously have approved a warrant almost immediately, while agents remained on-site. But in this case, the agents left the property, and they didn&#8217;t come back until four days later. And by that point, the materials they had photographed were all missing. 
Supposedly one of Epstein&#8217;s lawyers later brought the property to the FBI, but of course there&#8217;s no way of knowing if the CDs are the same ones that were removed from the safe. There&#8217;s no way of knowing how much evidence was tampered with.

Given this history, there was really no conceivable way we&#8217;re ever going to learn the truth about exactly what Jeffrey Epstein did, and who his associates were. But in 2017, the independent journalist Mike Cernovich did his best to get some answers anyway. He tried to force the government&#8217;s hand. He <a href="https://x.com/Cernovich/status/1742768924213854519?s=20" target="_blank" rel="noopener">filed</a> an intervening motion in an existing defamation case concerning Epstein. This motion, which went all the way up to federal appellate court in New York, demanded that the government release information it possessed about Epstein. And the courts ultimately agreed.
But just days before documents were set to come out, coincidentally enough, Epstein — and Epstein alone — was booked on the new sex assault charges by the federal government. That arrest delayed the release of the documents, pending the prosecution. Of course that prosecution never came because Epstein  “committed suicide.” The materials in his safe began to disappear. And outside of Ghislane Maxwell, Epstein&#8217;s associates evaded scrutiny. The legal documents containing the names of many Epstein associates, as well as transcripts of key witness depositions, remained redacted.
Last night, after many years of delays, we finally got a partially unredacted look at <a href="https://controligarchsbook.com/2024/01/03/epstein-docs/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">some of the documents</a> that Cernovich has been seeking for the better part of a decade. More documents are expected to be un-redacted in the coming days. This is just the first batch. But most of the materials we&#8217;re now allowed to see, as you&#8217;ve probably guessed, are not particularly shocking. We all knew, for example, that Bill Clinton had flown on Epstein&#8217;s private jet, and had been photographed with some of Epstein&#8217;s victims.
What&#8217;s new is unredacted testimony from Johanna Sjoberg, one of Epstein&#8217;s victims. She was asked, &#8220;Did Jeffrey ever talk to you about Bill Clinton?&#8221; In response, Sjoberg testified that, &#8220;He said one time that Clinton likes them young, referring to girls.&#8221;
It&#8217;s not clear whether that testimony refers to underage girls, nor is it particularly new information. Neither is the fact that, according to one witness, Michael Jackson once <a href="https://x.com/CensoredMen/status/1742711855296942296?s=20" target="_blank" rel="noopener">visited</a> Epstein at his home in Palm Beach. To be sure, there are more alarming accusations in these documents, although for the most part, they aren&#8217;t new. There&#8217;s the testimony from Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre that she was directed by Ghislaine Maxwell to have sex with Prince Andrew, for example, as well as hedge fund manager Glenn Dubin.
There are also renewed claims in these documents that Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz had sex with one of Epstein&#8217;s underage victims. Again, we&#8217;ve heard this before. Going down the list, the billionaire executive chairman of Hyatt Hotels, Thomas Pritzker, is also <a href="https://x.com/KanekoaTheGreat/status/1742711108597911581?s=20" target="_blank" rel="noopener">alleged</a> in these documents to have had sex with one of Epstein&#8217;s victims. Pritzker, incidentally, is related to Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, as well as the Harvard board member Penny Pritzker, who played a key role in promoting Claudine Gay to the Harvard presidency. Just in case you thought this week somehow couldn&#8217;t get any worse for Harvard.
There are some mildly interesting tidbits, all the same. For example, the magician David Copperfield&#8217;s name appears in these documents, and according to Epstein accuser Johanna Sjoberg, Copperfield appeared to be aware that Epstein was recruiting underage girls. But there&#8217;s no evidence Copperfield himself engaged in any illegal activity. There&#8217;s also the <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12924539/Jeffery-Epstein-documents-Ghislaine-Maxwell-deny-Stephen-Hawking-participated-underage-orgy.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">news</a> that Epstein wrote an email explicitly denying that Stephen Hawking had ever participated in an orgy at his island, which is a strange email to write. Regardless, this isn&#8217;t exactly groundbreaking stuff, nor does it provide much clarity.
And there are still many more questions than answers. If you go through the nearly-600-pages of documents that were released last night, you&#8217;ll still find a lot of very conspicuous redactions. On page 497, for example, you&#8217;ll find this question that was posed to Virginia Giuffre: &#8220;Ghislaine Maxwell told you to go give a massage to [Redacted], correct?&#8221; The name of the person is hidden.
By the same token, on page 502, you&#8217;ll find this question to Giuffre: &#8220;Other than Glenn Dubin, [Redacted], Prince Andrew, Jean Luc Brunel, Bill Richardson, another prince, the large hotel chain owner and [the late MIT professor] Marvin Minsky, is there anyone else Ghislaine Maxwell directed you to go have sex with?&#8221; 
Once again, there&#8217;s a name missing from the list in that question, and for some reason we&#8217;re still not allowed to know who that is. There could be good reasons for concealing the name. Maybe it&#8217;s an underage victim of Epstein&#8217;s. On the other hand, maybe it&#8217;s someone with a lot of power who&#8217;s still under the control of the intelligence agencies. We really have no idea. Whatever the case, there are a lot more redactions like this. You can download the documents and see for yourself. What this means is that, several years after Epstein&#8217;s death, we&#8217;re still left to fill in the blanks of court documents that were supposed to be made public before Epstein died. We&#8217;re not entitled to know anything more than we already knew and we&#8217;re definitely not allowed to know what exactly was on those blackmail CDs that disappeared from Epstein&#8217;s safe.

Most of what appears in the documents released yesterday leaves plenty of plausible deniability for those named. None of it amounts to actual proof of wrongdoing. It all raises more questions than it answers. But there is very good reason to believe that there exists out there somewhere — or did exist, at one point — actual physical direct proof that a bunch of powerful people raped children on Epstein’s island, or on one of his other properties. But that proof is not being released, and nobody has ever been arrested.
It’s a funny thing, isn’t it? Epstein was an international pimp and pedophile, but apparently he had no clients. That’s what we’re supposed to believe anyway. But we can’t believe that, because it’s nonsense. Which means that the truth — the real truth, the full truth — is still being kept secret from us.
Those are secrets, as Alexander Acosta said, that are above our pay grade. And they will remain above our pay grade — at least, until the people Epstein was blackmailing step out of line. Then we might see the names on those CDs. Then we might learn the identity of all the people named in those binders in his New York townhouse. Otherwise, the feds will continue to stonewall Cernovich and everyone else who&#8217;s been seeking the truth. That&#8217;s because, more than four years after Jeffrey Epstein&#8217;s death, he still belongs to intelligence.
The CIA has a term called “limited hangout.” This is a tactic where some small portion of the truth is made public while the most important details — the stuff that really matters — is kept hidden. Intelligence agencies do this in hopes that the stuff they release will satisfy everyone’s curiosity and they’ll stop asking questions. These Epstein files appear to be exactly that. This is a limited hangout. A diversion meant to satisfy you without actually telling you what you need to know. They want you to stop asking questions. Don’t fall for it.

The federal court documents containing the names of <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/theyd-have-to-cancel-the-election-mark-epstein-claims-brother-jeffrey-had-dirt-on-both-2016-candidates" target="_blank" rel="noopener">people who were associated</a> with the late convicted pedophile <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/accountability-is-coming-epstein-associates-to-be-named-after-judge-orders-documents-released" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jeffrey Epstein</a> were set to be unsealed on Wednesday in New York, with a few key exceptions.
According to a <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2024/01/03/jeffrey-epstein-court-document-names-unsealed-wednesday-.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">report</a> published that same day by CNBC, Judge Loretta Preska ordered the unsealing in December, but granted a 30-day extension to at least two individuals named in the filing — some who were underage at the time that Epstein abused them and one of whom is a woman who has thus far only been identified as Doe 107.
Doe 107, according to the network, has claimed that she would be at &#8220;risk of physical harm in her home country&#8221; if her identity were to ever be revealed — and the judge has not yet finished reviewing her claim.
The documents in question were filed by Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein&#8217;s victims, pursuant to her lawsuit against the disgraced financier&#8217;s convicted accomplice <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/jeffrey-epsteins-ex-girlfriend-ghislaine-maxwell-sentenced-to-prison" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ghislaine Maxwell</a> — whose sentence included two decades behind bars and a $750,000 fine — and are expected to name some 150 who were linked in some way to Epstein.
CNBC also noted that some of the people expected to be named as the documents are unsealed are already known to be Epstein&#8217;s associates — and that not everyone named in the documents has been accused of committing any crime or having knowledge of crimes committed by Epstein and others. The list is expected to include alleged perpetrators, alleged co-conspirators, and even potential victims.
Around 50 of Epstein&#8217;s associates&#8217; names have <a href="https://www.reuters.com/legal/names-jeffrey-epsteins-associates-set-be-released-2024-01-03/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">already been revealed</a> and include a number of powerful people in both money and politics. Among the most well-known are former Presidents Bill Clinton and Donald Trump — both of whom have denied participation in and knowledge of Epstein&#8217;s sex crimes.

A federal judge has ordered that documents containing the names of some of the associates of deceased financier and pedophile <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/jeffrey-epstein" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jeffrey Epstein</a> be released in 2024. 
The documents to be released come from a 2017 civil trial brought by Virginia Giuffre, who said that Ghislaine Maxwell facilitated Epstein’s sex trafficking of her. The names of roughly 150 associates are <a href="https://abcnews.go.com/US/federal-judge-orders-documents-naming-jeffrey-epsteins-associates/story?id=105779882#:~:text=More%20than%20150%20people%20are%20expected%20to%20be%20identified%20in%20early%20January.&amp;text=A%20federal%20judge%20in%20New,scores%20of%20Jeffrey%20Epstein's%20associates." target="_blank" rel="noopener">expected</a> to be revealed, although New York Judge Loretta Preska has given the individuals 14 days to object to the release of their names.
“The Court stays its order for fourteen days to permit any impacted Doe the opportunity to appeal, after which counsel are asked to confer, prepare the documents for unsealing pursuant to this order, and post the documents on the docket,” Preska <a href="https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.447706/gov.uscourts.nysd.447706.1315.0.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">wrote</a> on Monday. 
Preska listed multiple reasons to unseal the documents, including the fact that several individuals whose names have been kept hidden previously gave interviews to the media. Several individuals have not objected to the release of their names, according to Preska’s order. 
The well-connected Epstein died in a Manhattan prison cell in August 2019 awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges. Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence after being <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/jeffrey-epsteins-ex-girlfriend-ghislaine-maxwell-sentenced-to-prison" target="_blank" rel="noopener">convicted</a> of sex trafficking children. 
The decision to release the documents brought on celebration from some and speculation by others on whose names will be found in the documents. 
“The names of over 170 of Jeffrey Epstein’s high-profile associates are to be released in the first week of 2024,” Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) <a href="https://twitter.com/MarshaBlackburn/status/1737146827185569863" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> Tuesday in a post on X. “Accountability is coming.”
Blackburn <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/sen-blackburn-says-democrat-led-senate-committee-chair-blocked-epstein-flight-logs-subpoena" target="_blank" rel="noopener">has moved</a> in recent weeks to get the Senate Judiciary Committee to subpoena Epstein&#8217;s flight records, but has said that Sen. Dick Durban (D-IL) has so far blocked her.

A subpoena request filed in Congress to grant lawmakers access to the flight logs connected to deceased financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein was allegedly blocked last week by Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL).
Durbin, who leads the Senate Judiciary Committee, reportedly rejected the request brought forward by Tennessee Republican Sen. Marsha Blackburn in early November. She accused Durbin of standing in the way of certifying the request after a contentious committee meeting on Thursday.

During a committee hearing last month surrounding Durbin’s attempts to investigate Supreme Court ethics issues, Blackburn filed the request in the upper chamber of Congress. Amid a fiery exchange between the two lawmakers, Blackburn announced a series of subpoena requests — including one against against Epstein’s estate to identify everyone listed on the flight records that have been said to include several high-profile figures worldwide.
An aide for the Democratic Senate Judiciary Committee <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/jeffrey-epstein-flight-logs-denied-democrat-led-senate-judiciary-committee-blackburn-says" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told</a> Fox News Digital in a statement that Durbin would have stayed in the panel on Thursday to allow Republicans to offer and debate the 177 filed amendments, noting the committee would vote on authorizing the subpoena after. But Republican lawmakers on the committee allegedly began to filibuster during the hearing and didn’t allow Blackburn to offer the first amendment to the authorization, the Democratic committee aide claimed.
Blackburn <a href="https://www.blackburn.senate.gov/2023/11/breaking-judiciary-chair-durbin-blocks-senator-blackburn-s-request-to-subpoena-sotomayor-staff-epstein-flight-logs" target="_blank" rel="noopener">called</a> the hearing a &#8220;sad day in the history of the prestigious Judiciary Committee and further underscores the Left’s two tiers of justice crusade.&#8221;

Details about Jeffrey Epstein&#8217;s final days before he was found dead in his Manhattan jail cell have come to light in newly public prison records.
Epstein had sleepless nights, told guards he was calling his dead mother, called himself a “coward,” complained about jail life, and sat in the corner of his jail cell covering his ears, records <a href="https://apnews.com/article/jeffrey-epstein-jail-suicide-prison-death-8d194a756f2b429067f009a0c70f96c0" target="_blank" rel="noopener">obtained</a> by the Associated Press show.
The AP obtained more than 4,000 pages of documents related to Epstein’s death from the federal Bureau of Prisons under the Freedom of Information Act. The records include a <a class="paragraph-link" href="https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/23832108-epstein-psych-reconstruction" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">psychological reconstruction</a> of the events leading up to Epstein’s death, his medical records, internal agency reports, emails, and memos, among other records.
Epstein was <a href="https://apnews.com/article/epstein-maxwell-timeline-b9f15710fabb72e8581c71e94acf513e" target="_blank" rel="noopener">arrested</a> on federal sex trafficking and conspiracy charges, and he was jailed at Metropolitan Correctional Center in lower Manhattan on July 6, 2019.
On August 10, Epstein was found dead at 66 in his jail cell before the well-connected and wealthy financier could go on trial for his alleged decades of grooming and sexual abuse of young girls in the 1990s and early 2000s.
The lurid details of his alleged sex ring include accusations that he procured underage girls for prominent men on his private island in the Virgin Islands, Little St. James.
A day after Epstein arrived at the jail, he was moved to a separate area away from other inmates due to an increase in media coverage and awareness among the inmates of who he was, records show.
He spent a total of 36 days in jail.

The records show that Epstein was agitated and called himself a &#8220;coward.&#8221; Epstein also complained about being treated like he was a &#8220;bad guy&#8221; despite his good behavior in jail. He also complained about wearing an orange prison jumpsuit and asked for a brown outfit to wear during meetings with his legal team, with whom he met almost every day.
Health records show Epstein said he had more than 10 female sexual partners in the past five years, and that he had been treated for chlamydia at one point, according to the AP. He also had sleep apnea, constipation, hypertension, lower back pain and pre-diabetes, medical records show. Initially, he did not have his sleep apnea breathing apparatus with him in jail.
During his time in prison, Epstein signed up for a Kosher meal and asked to exercise outside.
Two weeks before he died, Epstein sat in the corner of his cell with his hands covering his ears, trying to block out the sound of a toilet that kept running.
“He was still left in the same cell with a broken toilet,” the jail’s chief psychologist wrote in an email a day later. “Please move him to the cell next door when he returns from legal as the toilet still does not work.”
In one eyebrow-raising detail, Epstein tried to write a letter to Larry Nassar, the U.S. gymnastics team doctor convicted of sexually abusing many of his young female patients, according to the AP. Epstein&#8217;s letter to Nassar was returned to sender and found in the jail&#8217;s mail room after his death. The letter itself did not turn up in the documents obtained by the outlet.
“I am not sure if I should open it or should we hand it over to anyone?” the investigator who found the letter emailed a prison official.
He was <a href="https://www.nbcnewyork.com/news/local/jeffrey-epstein-found-injured-in-nyc-jail-cell-after-possible-suicide-attempt-or-assault-sources/1521943/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">placed</a> on suicide watch after he was found injured and semi-conscious with marks on his neck in his jail cell. Afterwards, he said he was not suicidal and told a jail psychologist he had a “wonderful life” and “would be crazy” to end it, according to the records.
A couple days before he died, Epstein spent $73.85 at the prison commissary, including buying an AM/FM radio and headphones. He had $566 left in his account when he died.
The night before his death, Epstein ducked out of a meeting with his lawyers and told a jail worker he was calling his mother, who had been dead for 15 years.
The jail workers in charge of watching Epstein the night he died were charged with lying on prison records, saying that they had checked on him before he was found dead. The Justice Department&#8217;s inspector general is currently investigating Epstein&#8217;s death, but he has not released a report yet despite <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/jejeffrey-epstein-death-justice-department-inspector-general-investigation-2023-3" target="_blank" rel="noopener">impatience</a> from Epstein&#8217;s accusers and his brother.

A lawyer for several women who say they were victims of convicted pedophile <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/jeffrey-epstein" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jeffrey Epstein</a> has sent a letter to the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/department-of-justice" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Department of Justice</a> asking why the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/fbi" target="_blank" rel="noopener">FBI</a> “utterly failed” to investigate the well-connected financier.
The letter, sent this week to FBI Director <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/christopher-wray" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Christopher Wray</a>, Attorney General <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/merrick-garland" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Merrick Garland</a>, and DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, says that the FBI knew about allegations about Epstein back in the 1990s but failed to take any substantial action. 
“As counsel to many survivors of the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking conspiracy, we write regarding the failure of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to properly, adequately, or timely investigate the sex trafficking of hundreds of girls and young women,” a <a href="https://s3.documentcloud.org/documents/23795557/letter-re-jeffrey-epstein-calling-for-investigation-of-fbi-w-exhibits.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">letter</a> from lawyer Jennifer Freeman says. “The FBI utterly failed to investigate serious allegations involving Epstein’s, and perhaps others’, child sex abuse materials (CSAM), significant additional criminality which, until recently, has been disregarded, disrespected, and essentially denied.”
The women want an explanation for why it took so long for substantive legal action to be taken against Epstein and asked the DOJ to investigate the FBI over its handling of the Epstein case.
One woman, Maria Farmer, said she had told the FBI that Epstein and <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/ghislaine-maxwell" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ghislaine Maxwell</a> sexually abused her and that she had seen other signs that the two of them were “committing multiple, serious, sexual abuse crimes, including hands-on sexual abuse, against minors and vulnerable young women.”
While working for Epstein in New York City, Farmer, an artist, said that she witnessed young girls entering and leaving Epstein’s mansion, and said that she was later abused by Epstein and Maxwell while working on a project in Ohio. She said that they threatened to burn all her artwork after she confronted them about stealing photographs of her partially dressed 11-year-old sister. 
“Deathly afraid, on August 29, 1996, Ms. Farmer reported in detail Epstein’s and Maxwell’s criminality to her local police department, the NYPD Sixth Precinct. The NYPD said that while they could address the local fire threats, they were unable to do anything about other possibly illegal activities occurring outside their jurisdiction, such as the abuse and theft perpetrated in Ohio, and other illegal activities,” the letter says. 
Farmer says that she then filed a complaint with the FBI but did not hear back until 2006, roughly ten years later. During that investigation, the letter says that complaints about CSAM were overlooked.

“Amazingly, despite a plethora of evidence of a far-reaching conspiracy to traffic women, and numerous red flags concerning possible CSAM, federal law enforcement stood by silently and didn’t take action,” Freeman wrote. 
The letter says that hard drives from Epstein’s Palm Beach home went missing leading up to his 2008 conviction, and are still missing today. In 2008, Epstein <a href="https://apnews.com/article/epstein-maxwell-timeline-b9f15710fabb72e8581c71e94acf513e" target="_blank" rel="noopener">was sentenced</a> to 18 months in prison for state level prostitution charges and received a secret non-prosecution agreement with federal prosecutors. 
“After the slap-on-the-wrist sentence, Epstein and others continued their criminal enterprise, while the FBI did little more for another decade,” the letter continues. “The FBI’s repeated and continual failures, delays, and inaction allowed Epstein and others to continue their sex trafficking conspiracy for nearly a quarter of a century.”
Referencing recent reporting that current CIA director <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/why-did-bidens-cia-director-meet-with-jeffrey-epstein-after-his-conviction" target="_blank" rel="noopener">William Burns met with Epstein</a> in 2014, the letter suggests that Epstein may have links with the government. 
“There is strong circumstantial evidence in the public domain that Epstein’s special relationship with the government explains the FBI’s failure to investigate or prosecute Epstein in 1996, the special treatment he received from 2005 to 2008, and the failure to investigate the possible wrongdoing of important public officials and powerful businessmen,” the letter says.
Epstein died in August 2019 while being held in the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan, awaiting trial for sex trafficking related charges.

Names of individuals allegedly tied to deceased sex offender <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/jeffrey-epstein" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jeffrey Epstein</a> will be released through unsealed court documents in the coming months, according to a new report. 
Previously sealed documents with information on alleged Epstein associates, perpetrators, victims, employees, and others will be made public, <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11736361/Final-trove-court-documents-related-Jeffrey-Epstein-finally-unsealed.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according</a> to The Daily Mail, which first reported on the new court filings pertaining to Virginia Giuffre’s 2015 lawsuit against former Epstein associate <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/ghislaine-maxwell" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ghislaine Maxwell</a>. 
 A total of 167 names could be made public when the documents are unsealed, according to a list of “non-objecting Does” <a href="https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.447706/gov.uscourts.nysd.447706.1301.1.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">filed</a> this week. The Mail reported that Prince Andrew, who has been accused of sexual assault by Giuffre, is expected to be included in the documents. 
Several of the currently unidentified individuals from the list have reportedly already been identified through media interviews or previously publicly available documents, including a former employee and an alleged associate.
Other names reportedly to be included in the documents are employees of Maxwell, alleged victims, and law enforcement officials linked to the case. For example, John Doe 18, an assistant state district attorney, already appears in an available police report, according to the filing.  
John Doe 23, an alleged perpetrator, was accused of playing a role in Epstein&#8217;s sex-trafficking scheme and has since died after the original case. His connection to the case has already been reported in the media, according to the filing. 
Also dead is John Doe 24, allegedly an associate of Alan Dershowitz, who was sued by Giuffre before she dropped the case against him. Other names that will reportedly be unsealed are that of a journalist “who investigated Epstein,” a former U.S. assistant attorney, and a “former FBI director.”
The new documents, expected to shed light on individuals who have been linked to Epstein, come as information continues to trickle out as media organizations and others ask for full access to documents pertaining to Giuffre’s 2015 case against Maxwell. 
In previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/woman-claimed-to-have-copies-of-blackmail-tapes-made-by-epstein-of-his-associates-hidden-in-europe-emails-show" target="_blank" rel="noopener">released documents</a> from the case, an alleged victim of <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/jeffrey-epstein">Epstein</a> said in unsealed emails that she had copies of blackmail videos that the deceased financier took of his associates.
“When my friend had sexual intercourse with [redacted] and [redacted], sex tapes were in fact filmed on each occasion by Jeffrey,” Sarah Ransome <a href="https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.447706/gov.uscourts.nysd.447706.1296.17.pdf">claimed</a> in an email. “Thank God she managed to get ahold of some footage of the filmed sex tapes which clearly identify the faces of [redacted] and [redacted] having sexual intercourse with her. Frustratingly enough Epstein was not seen in any of the footage but he was clever like that.”

You haven&#8217;t forgotten about Ghislaine Maxwell, have you?
Well, she recently gave an interview from prison, and it was shocking to hear her say she believes Jeffrey Epstein <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/episode/ep-79-scientists-say-lithium-should-be-added-to-drinking-water-to-prevent-suicides-2" target="_blank" rel="noopener">did not kill himself</a>.
As we all know, “Epstein didn’t kill himself” has become a bit of a punchline, but there are people who are actually saying he was taken out by other actors.
Now, it should be noted the circumstances surrounding his death are incredibly suspicious. When they removed Epstein’s dead body from prison in August 2019, for example, his face was left uncovered. When have you ever seen a person who committed suicide, taken out on a gurney — with their face uncovered?
Beyond that, there are obvious questions about how, in such a max-security prison, he was able to get away with it.
Given the rumors about who or what Epstein was, there certainly would be motives to take such a person out — possibly by governments or private actors.
Maxwell also thinks it’s all so utterly bizarre. Speaking from a Florida jail cell to a United Kingdom <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/ghislaine-maxwell-says-she-believes-jeffrey-epstein-was-murdered" target="_blank" rel="noopener">broadcaster on TalkTV</a>, she said of Epstein’s suicide, “I don&#8217;t believe it&#8217;s real for a second.”
Maxwell explained she understood that Epstein was going to appeal his conviction.
“I believe that he was murdered. I was shocked and I wondered how it happened because … he was saying to me … I was sure he was going to appeal and I was sure that he was covered under the non-prostitution agreement,” she said. “But I wasn&#8217;t in the indictment. So I wasn&#8217;t mentioned. I wasn&#8217;t even one of the co-conspirators,” she said. “I obviously wish I&#8217;d never met him. You know, looking back now, I probably wish I had stayed in England.”

Later on in the interview, she implies how she has been victimized by this monster of the media. Her argument is that public opinion essentially wanted to prosecute Jeffrey Epstein, but now that he is out of the picture, the media still wants to see somebody held accountable.
Since the client list hasn’t been revealed, they&#8217;re going after her since she is now the face of the operation.
Is there some truth to that? Yes, absolutely. I believe there&#8217;s been such intense public interest in this story for good reason — because it&#8217;s completely horrific.
We’ve received no justice because Epstein has “killed himself.” 
Justice remains elusive because we know Epstein had a list of very important names connected to him. Yet, despite that, we don&#8217;t have a single name as to whom he was servicing. We know he was flying powerful figures to and from the island where his egregious sexual crimes took place. He has ties to Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, and countless others — yet nobody has been arrested.
And so instead, Maxwell takes the fall completely.
Now, is she guilty of some awful things? Yes, of course. Still, I suspect she&#8217;s become the sole scapegoat for this entire operation. Many more people should have been arrested.
What else is bizarre about this story? Well, Maxwell apparently thinks the British Royal, Prince Andrew, is innocent of the claims against him.
Prince Andrew was allegedly photographed with Virginia Giuffre — allegedly one of the underage girls trafficked by Epstein. The story has been he had sex with her, though it has never been proven.
Maxwell, however, says the infamous photo is fake. 
“I don’t believe it’s real for a second,” Maxwell said of the photo. “In fact, I’m sure it’s not … there’s never been an original. Further, there’s no photograph. I’ve only ever seen a photocopy of it.”

Prince Andrew has maintained his innocence through it all. Many people do not believe him.
Personally, I don&#8217;t know where I stand on it — not enough information has been revealed for me to have a well-formed opinion on it. A picture can be worth a thousand words, or it can be just a picture being entirely misconstrued.
Of course, if Prince Andrew is involved in this, then he should go to prison as well.
Needless to say, this isn’t over. Maxwell’s latest interview raises more questions than it answers.

In a phone interview from <a href="https://nypost.com/2022/10/28/ghislaine-maxwell-seen-laughing-jogging-on-florida-prison-track/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">prison in Florida</a>, Maxwell, 61, cast doubt on the ruling that Epstein killed himself in 2019.
“I believe that he was murdered. I was shocked. Then I wondered how it had happened because as far as I was concerned, he was going to … I was sure he was going to appeal,&#8221; Maxwell told TalkTV’s Jeremy Kyle.

Epstein, a wealthy financier and convicted sex offender, died at the age of 66 in his New York City jail cell in 2019 after being arrested on sex trafficking charges involving young girls.
A New York City medical examiner <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2019/aug/16/jeffrey-epstein-cause-of-death-coroner-report" target="_blank" rel="noopener">determined he died by suicide</a>, but &#8220;Epstein Didn&#8217;t Kill Himself&#8221; quickly became a meme that persists this day.
Maxwell is serving <a href="https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdny/pr/ghislaine-maxwell-sentenced-20-years-prison-conspiring-jeffrey-epstein-sexually-abuse" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a 20-year prison sentence</a> after being found guilty of conspiring with Epstein to sexually abuse underaged girls. She <a href="https://www.usnews.com/news/top-news/articles/2022-07-07/ghislaine-maxwell-appeals-conviction-20-year-sentence-in-epstein-case#:~:text=July%207%2C%202022%2C%20at%202%3A49%20p.m.&amp;text=NEW%20YORK%20(Reuters)%20%2D%20Ghislaine,over%20more%20than%20a%20decade." target="_blank" rel="noopener">appealed the conviction</a> in July 2022.
During the interview, Maxwell made a number of other claims.
She said a decades-old photo showing Prince Andrew with an arm around his sexual abuse accuser Virginia Giuffre, along with Maxwell in the background, is &#8220;fake.&#8221; Prince Andrew <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/king-charles-evicts-prince-andrew-from-buckingham-palace" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reportedly paid millions of dollars</a> in an out-of-court settlement with Giuffre but has publicly denied any wrongdoing.
