<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“Gay” sheep made their fashion debut on the runway in NYC as the “I Wool Survive” collection premiered, featuring pieces made from the wool of alleged male sexually-oriented sheep.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The event aims to promote a German farmer and his plight to rescue “homosexual” sheep. Michael Stücke, who is gay, oversees a flock of these rescued rams at an organization he dubbed Rainbow Wool. The rescue’s website claims that as many as 8% of rams are sexually oriented toward other males, which leads to them being slaughtered for being non-procreative.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“Sadly, gay rams are often sent to slaughter because they can’t fulfill a farm’s ‘breeding role.’ We rescue them before that happens, giving them a safe home where they can live and love freely,” the Rainbow Wool <a href="https://rainbow-wool.com/">website</a> says, touting their inhabitants as “the world’s first gay flock of sheep.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The “I Wool Survive” fashion collection was created to advance this cause and bring more attention to the issue. Celebrity designer Michael Schmidt teamed up with the gay dating app, Grindr, to create the collection and host a fashion show at the Altman Building in Manhattan on November 13. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“The wool from these rams isn’t just material — it’s a message spun from animals who live freely and are loved,” he added. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Grindr’s senior vice president of brand marketing, Tristan Pineiro, explained why the company was interested in attaching its name to the collection.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Legendary fashion designer Giorgio Armani has died at the age of 91.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“With infinite sorrow, the Armani Group announces the passing of its creator, founder and tireless driving force: Giorgio Armani,” the company said in a statement.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“In this company, we have always felt like part of a family. Today, with deep emotion, we feel the void left by the one who founded and nurtured this family with vision, passion, and dedication. But it is precisely in his spirit that we, the employees and the family members who have always worked alongside Mr Armani, commit to protecting what he built and to carrying his company forward in his memory with respect, responsibility, and love.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Armani had missed his last three fashion shows due to being ill, <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/fashion/2025/sep/04/giorgio-armani-celebrated-italian-fashion-designer-dies-at-91">per</a> The Guardian, but was slated to attend the company’s 50th anniversary celebration later this month.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Born in 1934 in Piacenza, Italy, Armani launched his fashion career by dressing window displays before shifting into menswear design in the 1960s.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“I got into fashion almost by accident and then it slowly grew in me until it completely absorbed me, stealing my life away,” he said of his career, as the outlet noted.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">By 1975, Armani launched his own label, taking the stiffness out of traditional tailoring in favor of more fluid styles that became staples of power dressing in the 1980s. Hollywood celebrities helped make the brand a cultural sensation, with Richard Gere in “American Gigolo” being one famous example.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Armani brand turned into a global empire with everything from suits to fragrances to haute couture garments. It’s still a major player in the fashion industry today. The company earned $2.7 billion in profits last year, which represented a 5% decrease from the previous year.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hollywood embraced Armani and now they are mourning him, too. Julia Roberts shared a photo of herself posing with the late designer and added the caption, “A true friend. A Legend,” alongside the broken heart emoji.</span></p>

<p>Vanity Fair may go ahead with a magazine cover featuring First Lady Melania Trump in the coming months — but only if the feat can be pulled off before all the disgruntled employees walk out the door.</p>
<p>According to a <a href="https://www.semafor.com/article/08/24/2025/vanity-fairs-new-cruise-director-will-have-to-choose-between-his-reporters-and-his-friends">report</a> published by Semafor on Sunday, the magazine&#8217;s new global editorial director Mark Guiducci had indicated a desire to put the first lady on the cover — but as The Daily Mail <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/media/article-15032959/Vanity-Fair-Melania-Trump-cover.html">reported</a> a day later, his staffers may not be entirely onboard with his plan.</p>
<p>&#8220;I will walk out the motherf***ing door, and half my staff will follow me,&#8221; one editor told the outlet.</p>
<p>Another staffer who did not give a name appeared to be in agreement, adding, &#8220;We are not going to normalize this despot and his wife; we’re just not going to do it. We’re going to stand for what’s right. If I have to work bagging groceries at Trader Joe’s, I’ll do it. If [Guiducci] puts Melania on the cover, half of the editorial staff will walk out, I guarantee it.&#8221;</p>
<p>One employee told The Daily Mail that the outrage was likely to amount to little more than a few loud complaints and protests, saying that it wasn&#8217;t likely many would actually sacrifice their careers to make a political statement about who was on the magazine&#8217;s cover.</p>

<p>The first lady may not mind if she never makes it to the cover, however, if her <a href="https://nypost.com/2025/08/26/media/vanity-fair-employees-lash-out-over-proposed-melania-trump-cover/?utm_campaign=nypost&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=twitter">last comments on the subject</a> still stand. When the magazine passed over her for a cover during Trump&#8217;s first administration — despite featuring former First Lady Michelle Obama on several occasions — she brushed off questions about it and said that it wasn&#8217;t important.</p>
<p>&#8220;Look, I’ve been there on the covers — on the cover of Vogue, on the covers of many magazines before,&#8221; Trump said, referencing her days as a model and then as Trump&#8217;s wife prior to him running for president. &#8220;We have so many other important things to do than to be on the cover of any magazine. <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The 2025 Met Gala will go forward tonight with many A-list celebrities in attendance dressed in their wildest outfits to celebrate this year’s official theme: “Black Dandyism.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Inspired by Monica Miller’s book “Slaves to Fashion: Black Dandyism and the Styling of Black Diasporic Identity,” the new exhibit will center on black style, especially menswear, from the 18th century to present.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The annual fundraiser for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute will continue its longstanding tradition of being an over-the-top extravagant and slightly controversial event for celebrities to show off their fashion. Even celebrity fans often roll their eyes at what seems like a blatant display of wealth.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">For example, tickets cost $75,000 each.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">But this year, major news outlets like <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2025/05/05/style/met-gala-2025-black-dandy-politics.html">The New York Times</a> are painting the Met Gala as a means of “resistance” against the Trump administration, especially since the president ventured into the world of the arts by taking over the Kennedy Center earlier this year.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">NYT noted that this year’s show has special “relevance” as it’s “devoted for the first time entirely to designers of color” and “focuses on the way black men have used fashion as a tool of self-actualization, revolution and subversion throughout American history and the black diaspora.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“This feels way bigger than just fashion,” Louis Pisano, a cultural critic and the writer of the newsletter Discoursted, told the outlet, mentioning how the theme was an intentional choice. “Putting black style front and center sends a real message.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Co-chairs include Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, ASAP Rocky, Lewis Hamilton, Colman Domingo, and Pharrell Williams. LeBron James is an honorary chair.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“It’s important that we don’t sit this one out,” Pisano said. “Not when black fashion is finally being centered in an institution that has historically excluded it.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“I’m already bracing for the conservative backlash once they pay attention to it, and that’s why it’s especially important that people show up,” he added.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The outlet noted that Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg will not be attending the Met Gala this year, and neither will Elon Musk, who last attended in 2022. Most attendees are kept a secret until the event happens.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Wintour said in a statement that “the show was never about politics, not in conception, not now,” but is about  “self-determination, beauty, creativity and holding up a lens to history.”</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“[When I had] just started to work for Mrs Trump, I was preparing clothes for a fitting and saw her putting shoes in a suitcase,” Pierre said. “I immediately told her that she couldn’t do that and it was my job to do it, and she answered: ‘I always pack myself so I am sure what is in my luggage.’</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“She will also make a coffee for you herself,” he added. “So if you have a vision of a woman surrounded by servants, you are wrong.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Melania’s </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">official photographer Regine Mahaux also shared with the outlet and said, “[Melania&#8217;s] a different person than she was eight years ago and has always been true to herself. This time, it feels like a different energy with new people that the President has surrounded himself with.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“She’s always in the right place,” Mahaux added. “She’s always behind her husband. He’s in the light; she doesn’t need the light. She’s a very good number two. It’s always her husband first, and I like that; she has strong family values, to be a good wife and to make sure they’re happy.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The cover story also included an interview with Melania’s interior designer Tham Kannalikham, who has already helped the first lady put Trump&#8217;s stamp on the White House.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In 2017, Melania asked Herve Pierre to create the gown she wore to the Inauguration Balls during President Trump’s first presidency. It was a strapless cream-colored gown with a red trim around the waist. A </span><a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/BeIwcHAn801/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">year later</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> he shared details about getting to design the first lady&#8217;s dress. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The handbag is designed like a luxury Hermès Birkin bag, a status symbol that retails for a minimum of $2,000 to over $2 million, depending on the materials and exclusivity. According to CNN, Most Birkins cost between $26,500 and <span style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">$399,999</span>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The new Walmart version, which some shoppers call a “Wirkin,” costs around $78. A dupe is different from a knockoff because it isn’t a counterfeit item, but is instead designed in the same style as a more expensive item. In the case of the Walmart handbag, the shape and hardware are similar, but it doesn’t include Birkin’s signature logo.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Social media helped the bag gain popularity. On December 19, TikTok user @styledbykristi posted a clip about her purchase of the BESTSPR Platinum Lychee Tote. Since then, that clip has racked up more than 8.1 million views.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Former “Real Housewives of New York” star Bethenny Frankel added to the conversation, saying the controversy is “fascinating.”</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bingham also railed against Culpo’s interview with </span><a href="https://www.vogue.com/article/olivia-culpo-dolce-and-gabbana-wedding-dress"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Vogue</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">, where she discussed her decision to gown choice.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“I wanted something that felt as serious as that commitment,” Culpo told the outlet.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bingham said that while she thinks there’s “nothing wrong” with modest dressing, she felt uncomfortable with Culpo’s motivations. She said, &#8220;[the] way that [Culpo] was talking about this went beyond just wanting something modest for herself and pushing this idea of what she thinks all brides should look like.&#8221;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">&#8220;It has been documented that it does not matter what women wear; they will be sexualized if someone wants to sexualize them,” the stylist insisted.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bingham also said it was “weird” for Culpo to wear a modest dress because she always doesn’t dress that way. She accused the new bride of having a “conservative agenda.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">She also mentioned in the clip that the wedding dress designer, Dolce &amp; Gabbana, has come under fire in the past for supporting traditional families and rejecting what they called “chemical children, a rented uterus, semen selected from a catalog.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">McCaffrey didn’t mince words when reacting to the post. &#8220;What an evil thing to post online. I hope you can find joy and peace in the world, the way my beautiful wife does,” he commented.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Culpo also clapped back. &#8220;Wow what an absolutely evil person you are, I hope no one ever tears you apart in this way because it&#8217;s extremely hurtful. I love this dress and it was everything I ever wanted and more,&#8221; she wrote.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bingham replied, &#8220;So we just aren&#8217;t going to acknowledge how your words come across to other people or the background of the designers you&#8217;re supporting? <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Every year I&#8217;m confronted with the decision of whether to talk about the Met Gala. And it can be a tough decision if I&#8217;m being totally honest. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">On one hand, it&#8217;s always easy to point and laugh at rich Leftists wearing weird costumes and making fools out of themselves. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">On the other hand, it&#8217;s gotten way too easy to do. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As far as celebrity freak shows go, the Met Gala is sort of like the Oscars at this point. Its &#8220;unpredictability&#8221; is now cliche. Its zaniness is now boring. Unless mayhem breaks out — say, an actor slaps the presenter live on-stage or something like that — then the truth is, no one really cares about any of these events anymore. In fact, I’m still not even sure what the Met Gala is. All I know is that the celebrities dress strangely and then go into a big museum. What do they do inside the museum? Is there some kind of award ceremony? Is it a dance — like celebrity prom or something? Do they sacrifice a live goat and drink its blood while chanting satanic curses? Is it some combination of these things? </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Nobody knows for sure. And most of all, nobody cares.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fortunately, something interesting did happen at the Met Gala last night — or at least outside of it. Mobs of pro-Palestine demonstrators, apparently bored of their tent cities on college campuses, slowly marched through Manhattan towards the Met. And when they arrived, they tore down the police barricades and flooded the street. Watch: </span></p>

These riots should also bring to mind some immediate logistical considerations that the Democratic Party now has to think about. For one thing, it&#8217;s safe to say that planning for the Democratic National Convention is going through some last-minute revisions right about now. Just imagine being in charge of security for the DNC. You&#8217;re going to need bigger barricades than they had at the Met. And probably a lot more cops.</span></p>

There&#8217;s now a full-on uprising on the Left against the elitism that Democrats have long embraced — and the media is getting involved, too. Yahoo, for example, has already turned on the Met Gala. They just published a piece </span><a href="https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/met-gala-opulence-always-gross-083100100.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="font-weight: 400;">declaring</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">, &#8220;The Met Gala’s Opulence Is Always Gross. This Year, It’s Obscene.&#8221; </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The whole article is a rant that hits a crescendo with this paragraph, which is probably the single-longest run-on sentence I&#8217;ve ever seen in my entire life. </span><a href="https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/met-gala-opulence-always-gross-083100100.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Here it is</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">:</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">First of all, just as a stylistic matter — if you&#8217;re going to make a sentence that long, it needs to be coherent. &#8220;Boeing jet parts are falling from the sky like so many dead whistleblowers?&#8221; That doesn&#8217;t even make sense. The dead whistleblowers didn&#8217;t fall from the sky. One of them shot himself and the other died of an illness. Even if you subscribe to the theory that Boeing&#8217;s hitmen killed these whistleblowers — which, who knows, maybe they did — the fact remains that they didn&#8217;t fall from the sky. They died on the ground. So it just doesn&#8217;t work. This is the problem you get into with 100-word sentences. Eventually, you just lose track of what you&#8217;re saying.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In any event, that whole massive paragraph could be summed up as saying simply, &#8220;We&#8217;re living through late-stage capitalism right now.&#8221; That&#8217;s what the Left-wing media is saying. They used to celebrate the Met Gala, but not anymore. Now they&#8217;re saying the same thing the demonstrators are, which is that the frivolous elite are partying while Rome burns. And they&#8217;re furious about it.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">What the media and these demonstrators don&#8217;t want to admit is that the elitists at this gala — all the celebrities who are dressed like slutty Star Wars villains — are on their team. The celebrities are part of the ruling class. The protesters and media critics are its products and in some cases quite literally its offspring. To be sure, the celebrities and college administrators and the politicians are reluctant to acknowledge that their own Frankenstein monster is turning against them. But that&#8217;s exactly what&#8217;s happening. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Remember that it was two years ago that AOC showed up to the Met Gala with a &#8220;Tax the Rich&#8221; gown. There were a bunch of sympathetic news stories highlighting her bravery at the time. Here&#8217;s how AOC justified showing up to an event that costs $300,000 per table — while equipped with a custom dress, handbag, shoes and jewelry costing more than $2,000. Watch:</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Her whole schtick was always hypocritical and disingenuous. But it turns out that Leftist activists were listening to her rhetoric, they were taking it seriously. We&#8217;ve seen this a lot lately. When Chuck Schumer threatened Supreme Court justices, Leftists showed up at the justices&#8217; homes. When the White House claimed that &#8220;trans kids&#8221; were being abused, a Leftist shot and killed Christians. When Democrats </span><a href="https://www.cnn.com/2024/03/24/politics/alexandria-ocasio-cortez-aoc-israel-gaza-genocide-cnntv/index.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="font-weight: 400;">accused</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Israel of &#8220;genocide,&#8221; college students occupied university buildings. Now, two years after AOC attacked the Met, leftist are gathering outside the building.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is the escalation that Democrats have primed this country for. It&#8217;s now in progress, whether Democrats intended it to happen or not. But that&#8217;s not to say the ruling elites are going to roll over and let this happen. As you saw in that footage, the cops started making arrests the very second that protestors trespassed through the barricades in front of the Met.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">When these people set up encampments on college campuses, they were given a few days before the cops moved in. When they looted and burned poor neighborhoods, they were given about three months. But when they showed up at the Met Gala, they were given three seconds before the arrests started. It really shows you how the hierarchy works.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Democrats can&#8217;t protect the rest of the country from these mobs, however. Nor do they intend to. So last night, in addition to creating a scene at the Met Gala, Leftists also vandalized a World War I memorial in New York and torched an American flag in front of it. Watch:</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Notice what kinds of illegal demonstrations the police will stop, and which demonstrations they&#8217;ll allow to continue. The mob can deface World War I memorials all they want because in doing so, they&#8217;re communicating their hatred for this country and everything it stands for. So the Democrats who run New York aren&#8217;t going to stop them. But the mob isn&#8217;t allowed to inconvenience celebrities at the Met, under any circumstances.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We’ll talk more about the vandalism of the memorial in a bit. The point is that this is the hierarchy that Democrats clearly want to enforce. The trouble is getting the mob to respect the hierarchy. The Democrats are having trouble with that at the moment.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Yet they still seem oblivious — or are acting oblivious, at least — to the fact that they created this monster themselves.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">That&#8217;s why, inside the Met, as chaos unfolded outside, the party continued uninterrupted. And so did all of this associated weirdness, which was as off-putting as it&#8217;s ever been. Take for example this decoy </span><a href="https://www.eonline.com/news/1400805/find-out-who-was-hiding-under-an-umbrella-at-the-2024-met-gala" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="font-weight: 400;">costume</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> worn by someone using the name &#8220;Karol G.&#8221; Apparently she wanted to keep her real costume a secret, so earlier in the evening, she sported this beige umbrella-looking lampshade instead. <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Imagine being a hardcore, AOC-loving Leftist who sees this. Democrats have spent the last several years telling you to despise rich people and commit crimes in the name of political activism. And then, down the street from your hippy commune at the local university, some celebrity is walking around in a lampshade costume. And the entire Democratic Party establishment is pretending this is normal. What would you do? How would you view the Democratic Party establishment after seeing this?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As for the costume itself — of course, it&#8217;s clearly a bid for attention. And I guess it worked because I&#8217;m talking about it. But it&#8217;s not even an original idea. As a lot of people have pointed out, the outfit bears a striking resemblance to a certain shower curtain costume from the film &#8220;Karate Kid,&#8221; only with different colors. So there&#8217;s really no redeeming qualities whatsoever here. It&#8217;s a total debacle all around.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">But to be fair, there was at least some originality on display last night. For example, this celebrity apparently walked through a wind tunnel full of roses somewhere before arriving at the Met. And for her trouble, Vogue named her as one of the best-dressed women of the evening:</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We can assume that this — woman (?) — paid many thousands of dollars for that outfit, which is just a trench coat with flower peddles and glitter glued onto it. It looks like something my four-year-old daughter might make. As everyone knows, in the mind of a four-year-old girl, anything and everything can be made prettier with copious amounts of glitter and flowers. Which is a fine mentality for a small child. But it doesn’t translate very well in this case. And as self-congratulatory as it is, again, there&#8217;s no self-awareness whatsoever. It&#8217;s almost as if the entire purpose of the event is to celebrate the elites&#8217; total inability to detect how preposterous, self-absorbed and laughable they are.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is nothing new. It&#8217;s been the case since the Met Gala was established. It&#8217;s always been a mini-theater of the absurd. What&#8217;s changed is that the voting base of the Democratic Party isn&#8217;t laughing along with these clowns anymore. They want them destroyed. They turned against the universities, and now they’ve turned against Hollywood. What the protesters of course don’t understand is that they’ve inherited their whole worldview and everything they believe from these very institutions.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hollywood and Academia don’t realize that they’re being attacked by their own Frankenstein. But Frankenstein doesn’t realize it either. If Frankenstein ever wakes up to that fact, then the ruling class is really in trouble.</span></p>
