The Kakhovka dam’s collapse on Tuesday set off speculation and finger-pointing between <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/ukraine" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ukraine</a> and <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/russia" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Russia</a> in a scene reminiscent of the aftermath of the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/nord-stream-pipeline" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Nord Stream</a> pipeline attack last year.
On Tuesday, Moscow and Kyiv immediately blamed each other for the dam collapse. Moscow said Ukraine struck the dam and a nearby hydroelectric plant in a barrage of missiles in order to cut off the water supply of Russian-occupied Crimea. Kyiv said Russian agents blew the dam and power plant “from inside,” violating the Geneva Convention.
A similar scene played out in September when explosives punctured three gaping holes in Nord Stream pipelines 1 and 2 lying at the bottom of the Baltic Sea. Moscow blamed Kyiv, and vice versa, but no clear-cut evidence was available to support either claim. Instead, the event set off an international investigation led by Germany, Sweden, and Denmark into one of the most significant attacks on civilian infrastructure since World War II.
Initial suspicions from European officials focused on Russia. Some <a href="https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/qa-nord-stream-gas-sabotage-whos-being-blamed-why-2022-09-30/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">posited</a> that Russia may have blown the pipelines to intimidate Europe and show off Moscow’s capabilities at hitting critical infrastructure, though that meant losing major leverage and control of Europe’s energy supply. Beyond conjecture, not much evidence has surfaced to support pinning the blame on Russia.
Other theories suggested that Ukraine or the United States could be to blame. Recordings surfaced of President Joe Biden earlier pledging to “bring an end” to Nord Stream 2 should Russia invade Ukraine. Biden’s comments echoed the United States’ longstanding opposition to the pipeline, believing that Europe’s reliance on Russian natural gas was a national security threat that gave Russian President Vladimir Putin too much leverage over the continent.
In February, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Seymour Hersh, who has <a href="https://www.nationalreview.com/2004/05/sly-sy-john-j-miller/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">faced</a> scrutiny over his journalistic methods and dubious claims made in his past work, published an article on Substack alleging that the United States orchestrated the destruction of the pipelines. The story received quick and unambiguous denials from all implicated, but it set off renewed speculation that the U.S. may have had a role in blowing up Nord Stream.
Ukraine, largely dismissed as a suspect early on, received new scrutiny this week after leaked classified documents suggested that Ukraine’s military leadership was <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/ukraine-made-plans-to-sabotage-nord-stream-pipelines-months-before-attack-report" target="_blank" rel="noopener">plotting</a> to destroy the pipeline months before it was blown. The CIA learned about the plot in June 2022, and the details of the plan bear striking resemblances to what investigators suspect may have taken place.
For instance, the Ukrainian plan was to be carried out by a group of special operatives using fake names. German investigators found that a group of six men using fake passports rented a yacht and sailed into the Baltic Sea before Nord Stream was blown.

A similar cycle has taken over the Kakhovka dam failure. Putin has <a href="http://kremlin.ru/events/president/news/71311" target="_blank" rel="noopener">called</a> the dam’s destruction a “barbaric action” that caused a “large-scale environmental and humanitarian catastrophe.” Strong denunciations from an autocrat with a history of brutality mean little to Western officials who are pointing the finger back at him.
“The destruction of the Kakhovka dam today put thousands of civilians at risk and causes severe environmental damage,” NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg <a href="https://www.politico.eu/article/western-leaders-russia-war-crime-nova-kakhovka-ukraine-dam/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> Tuesday. “This is an outrageous act, which demonstrates — once again — the brutality of Russia’s war against Ukraine.”
Ukraine has largely escaped scrutiny from the West, though some are pointing out that Ukraine is far from being cleared. Tucker Carlson, who is negotiating his exit from Fox News, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/tucker-carlson-returns-with-new-show-tucker-on-twitter" target="_blank" rel="noopener">released</a> the first episode of his new show Wednesday on Twitter, focusing on the dam’s failure and Ukraine’s interest in seeing it fall.
“Blowing up the dam may be bad for Ukraine, but it hurts Russia more. And for that reason, the Ukrainian government has considered destroying it,” Carlson said. Last year, as the two sides were fighting for control of Kherson on the Dnieper River downstream from the dam, Ukraine considered blowing the dam to flood the river and disrupt Russian supply lines. The plan was never carried out, but also never taken off the table. It was kept as a “last resort,” according to <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2022/12/29/ukraine-offensive-kharkiv-kherson-donetsk/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Washington Post</a>.
The dam&#8217;s destruction flooded communities downriver, forcing Ukrainian and Russian emergency response teams to evacuate thousands of civilians from Kherson and the surrounding area. The depleted Kakhovka reservoir and offline hydropower plant supplied water and energy for millions of people in southern Ukraine and Russian-controlled Crimea. The reservoir also supplied water to the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, now forced to rely on an artificial lake that is expected to run dry in a few months.
“When the facts start coming in, it becomes much less of a mystery what might have happened to the dam. Any fair person would conclude that the Ukrainians probably blew it up, just as you would assume they blew up Nord Stream. … In fact, the Ukrainians did do that, as we now know,” Carlson said.

A major dam was destroyed early Tuesday morning local time in Russian-occupied territory in southern Ukraine.
Over 15,000 residents downstream of the Kakhovka dam were being evacuated as officials warned that the rising water levels would hit a critical point in just a few hours.
Reuters <a href="https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/ukraine-says-russia-blows-up-major-nova-kakhovka-dam-southern-ukraine-2023-06-06/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a> that the 2-mile-long dam holds the same amount of water as the Great Salt Lake in Utah and was built nearly seven decades ago as part of a hydroelectric power plant on the Dnipro River.
Ukraine accused Russia of blowing up the dam while Russian officials suggested that it was a Ukrainian terrorist attack.

The New York Times spoke with experts who <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/live/2023/06/06/world/russia-ukraine-news" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> that the destruction caused by the dam&#8217;s demolition could be &#8220;catastrophic&#8221; for &#8220;communities, irrigation and transportation.&#8221;

First responders found the bodies of three remaining missing men in the rubble of a partially collapsed apartment building in Davenport, Iowa, according to authorities.
About a week after the partial collapse on Sunday, May 28, searchers recovered the bodies of Branden Colvin Sr., 42, Ryan Hitchcock, 51, and Daniel Prien, 60, Davenport Police Chief Jeffery Bladel said on Monday, as reported by the <a href="https://kstp.com/kstp-news/top-news/three-bodies-recovered-in-iowa-building-collapse-lawsuit-accuses-city-and-owners-of-negligence/">Associated Press</a>.
City officials said earlier that the three men had a “high probability of being home at the time of the collapse.” Searching for the men had proven dangerous: the AP report noted that the six-story building was constantly in motion the first 24 to 36 hours after the collapse, putting rescuers at great risk.
Davenport officials <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/officials-plan-to-demolish-partially-collapsed-apartment-building-community-members-say-loved-ones-still-missing">faced</a> the dilemma of whether to demolish the building due to hazards posed to the community or to continue the search for the bodies and possibly survivors in what remained of the frail building.  The building has not been demolished as of Monday, but the officials <a href="https://abc7ny.com/davenport-building-collapse-iowa-apartment-collapsed-ia-branden-colvin/13323198/">plan</a> to “quickly stage the site for tear down,&#8221; the AP reported.
Eight survivors were <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/8-people-rescued-after-apartment-building-partially-collapses-in-iowa">rescued</a> from the building in the 48-hour period following the collapse, with one needing a <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/iowa-apartment-collapse-survivor-had-leg-amputated-to-free-her-from-rubble-two-people-likely-still-in-building">leg amputation</a> to free her from the rubble.  Bladel <a href="https://www.forbes.com/sites/katherinehamilton/2023/06/05/three-bodies-found-in-collapsed-iowa-apartment-building/?sh=7b2c10e72852">said</a> officials do not believe anyone else is missing, following a ninth rescue on the night of Monday, May 31st.
Following the collapse, documents released by the city revealed that the building was the subject of numerous complaints both to the owner, Davenport Hotel, LLC, and the City of Davenport. One resident, Dayna Feuerbach, sued the city and apartment owner Monday, alleging multiple counts of negligence.  
“The city had warning after warning,” attorney Jeffrey Goodman told the AP. “They had the responsibility to make sure that the safety of the citizens comes first. It is very clear that the city of Davenport didn’t do that.”
Davenport Mayor Mike Matson <a href="https://apnews.com/article/building-collapse-davenport-iowa-3c07ad16dd48457e2adcaf41f000fc77">expressed remorse on</a> Thursday — before the bodies were found. “Do I have regrets about this tragedy and about people potentially losing their lives? Hell yeah,&#8221; Matson said. &#8220;Do I think about this every moment? Hell yeah.  I have regrets about a lot of things. Believe me, we’re going to look at that.”
The city has sought enforcement against the owner of Davenport Hotel Andrew Wold for failure to maintain the property “in a safe, sanitary, and structurally sound condition” before the collapse. The city is seeking a $300 fine plus $95 in court fees.

A woman trapped under rubble from the partial <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/8-people-rescued-after-apartment-building-partially-collapses-in-iowa" target="_blank" rel="noopener">collapse</a> of a six-story apartment building in Iowa was freed after first responders amputated her leg Monday. 
Quanishia White-Berry is recovering in a hospital after being pinned underneath debris from the apartment building that suddenly collapsed Sunday evening in the eastern Iowa city of Davenport. First responders amputated White-Berry’s left leg above her knee, giving her pain-numbing medication before operating on her at the site of the disaster, The Quad City Times <a href="https://12ft.io/proxy?q=https%3A%2F%2Fqctimes.com%2Fnews%2Flocal%2Fgovt-and-politics%2Frescue-of-davenport-woman-from-building-wreckage-took-hours-amputation%2Farticle_e9e17710-5474-5d3c-b832-5f7053cbc454.html">reported</a>. 
“There was a lot of debris and things surrounding her and her legs were pinned down,” White-Berry’s wife Lexus said. “They were able to get one leg out, but the other leg in order to get her out, they had to amputate it.”
Lexus made it out of the building, but Quanishia was trapped. Lexus stayed near the partially destroyed apartment building for the rest of the evening hoping to hear good news about Quanishia before authorities informed her that she was alive. 
“It was a sense of relief because I had been in the dark for so long, but I said: ‘I don’t feel like she’s gone. I feel like she’s just trapped somewhere. I know she’s just trapped. She’s going to hang on,’“ Lexus said.
Quanishia was alive, but her left leg was pinned underneath pieces of the building that came crashing down. First responders chose to amputate the leg to free her from the building. First responders allowed Lexus to see her wife, but then made her wait outside as they performed the amputation. 
“Every time they got any type of new activity, they’d come to tell me that: ‘OK, we’re getting closer and closer. We’re moving stuff,’” Lexus said. “ ‘OK can’t get her now; OK we’re almost there.’”
“It was a scene that I’ll never forget,” Lexus added. “I’ll never forget that image of the way she was trapped.
Quanishia was heavily sedated and on a ventilator Tuesday, according to Lexus. Doctors are still assessing whether the woman will need additional surgeries and treatments. 
Two men are believed to still be trapped under the rubble, The Quad City Times reported. The city faces a dilemma — to <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/officials-plan-to-demolish-partially-collapsed-apartment-building-community-members-say-loved-ones-still-missing" target="_blank" rel="noopener">demolish</a> the building or continue with search operations as the partially destroyed building poses a risk to the surrounding area — according to engineers who inspected the building. The debris pile at the bottom of the building is stabilizing the rest of the structure, and removing it “could jeopardize or accelerate the inevitable collapse,” the engineers said, <a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/news/davenport-iowa-building-partial-collpase-total-collapse-imminent/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according</a> to CBS News.
Authorities have not yet reported any fatalities, and the cause of the collapse remains under investigation. 
Davenport Fire Chief Carlsten said Monday morning that the rescue operation would soon “become a recovery operation” as there was no “credible information” of missing people still in the building, but a ninth person was saved from the wreckage Monday night — more than 24 hours after the collapse.
After the ninth person was rescued on Monday night, city officials appeared to revise their plan to demolish the building that was set to begin Tuesday morning. In a news release on Monday, officials had said the entire building was “in imminent danger of collapse” and “demolition is expected to commence in the morning [Tuesday].” But on Tuesday, Davenport Chief Strategy Officer for Administration Sarah Ott issued a statement that said the demolition “is a multi-phase process that includes permitting and staging of equipment that will begin today. Seven people were rescued immediately after, and an eighth person was rescued overnight Sunday. Davenport Fire Chief Carlsten said Monday morning that the rescue operation would soon “become a recovery operation” as there was no “credible information” of missing people still in the building, but a ninth person was saved from the wreckage Monday night — more than 24 hours after the collapse. 
Lisa Brooks was pulled to safety from the 84-unit building after calling her daughter from the fourth floor in a section of the building that was still intact. Her family immediately alerted firefighters, who reached Brooks with a bucket and pulled her to safety, The Quad-City Times <a href="https://qctimes.com/news/local/after-more-than-a-day-woman-discovered-and-rescue-from-partially-collapsed-building/article_434c769b-b629-5855-af22-9e165b412a95.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>.

Antoine Smith Sr. said he was still waiting to hear if his aunt and a friend had made it out safely. 
“I don’t want to come off in a negative way, but things like this, when they transpire and they’re not communicating, this is not winning over the people within the community,” Smith said.

Branden Colvin, who lived on the fifth floor, is reportedly missing after relatives said he didn’t show up to a family gathering Sunday.
“He didn’t make it, so then we heard about this building collapse where he lived, and we just assumed he must have been in the building,” said Colvin’s aunt Johnnie Woods.

After arriving on the scene, fire crews found a “large natural gas leak,” and water was also leaking from pipes that had broken. The gas and water lines were shut off, but authorities remained concerned about the rest of the building’s structural integrity. 
&#8220;Even while we were on scene, we still had multiple secondary drops of debris coming from that structure,&#8221; Carlsten said. &#8220;We want to make sure all our responders can &#8230; process through in a safe manner, but we still want to get through there as quickly as possible.&#8221;
Crews had been working on the exterior brick walls at the time of the collapse, and there were reports of falling bricks during the repair work last week, CBS News <a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/news/davenport-iowa-building-collapse/">reported</a>. The owner of the building had obtained a permit for the repair work. The crash happened near Healy, Alaska, and <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2023/04/27/alaska-army-helicopter-crash-apache/?utm_campaign=wp_main&amp;utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_medium=social" target="_blank" rel="noopener">involved</a> four service members and two AH-64 Apache helicopters from the 11th Airborne Division’s 25th Aviation Regiment. According to Captain Molly Treece, the survivor was transported to a hospital in Fairbanks. 
&#8220;This is an incredible loss for these soldiers’ families, their fellow soldiers, and for the division,&#8221; Maj. Gen. Brian Eifler, commanding general of the 11th Airborne Division, said in a <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/us/two-us-army-apache-helicopters-crash-alaska-killing-soldiers?intcmp=tw_fnc" target="_blank" rel="noopener">statement</a> from the Army. &#8220;Our hearts and prayers go out to their families, friends, and loved ones, and we are making the full resources of the Army available to support them.&#8221;
One of the pilots died while being transported to the hospital while the other two died at the scene of the crash. 
The cause of the crash, which took place not far from Denali National Park and Preserve, is being investigated by experts from the Army Combat Readiness Center in Fort Novosel. The names of the soldiers who died will not be disclosed until their families have been notified. 
This is the second Army helicopter crash in Alaska this year, with an incident in February when two soldiers were injured shortly after an Apache took off from Talkeetna and the helicopter crashed.

That crash occurred at around 10:00 p.m. local time between two helicopters that were part of the 101st Airborne Division. The crash took place in Trigg County, near Fort Campbell. 
Kentucky local Nick Tomaszewski told WSMV that he heard the crash happen after he saw the helicopters fly by. “So it’s nothing out of the norm to see helicopters, we see them all the time, but tonight there were two that were coming kind of straight up over our house, headed straight northbound,” he said.

Authorities received several calls that employees were trapped in a milking facility, with at least one worker sent to the hospital in critical condition after he was rescued by first responders, according to a <a href="https://www.nbcdfw.com/news/local/texas-news/thousands-of-dairy-cows-likely-killed-worker-injured-in-explosion-at-texas-farm/3234590/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">report</a> from NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth. Castro County Sheriff Sal Rivera said that a fire from an explosion spread to a building where cattle are held before they are brought to the milking area, according to a <a href="https://www.newschannel10.com/2023/04/11/reports-upwards-18000-cattle-lost-explosion-dimmitt-dairy-farm/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">report</a> from KFDA, with all of the cows except for a small percentage dying in the disaster. The blaze likely spread through the insulation of the building.
“Your count probably is close to that,” Rivera said with respect to the estimated number of remaining livestock. “There’s some that survived, there’s some that are probably injured to the point where they’ll have to be destroyed.”
Officials with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality assisted workers with disposing of the cattle carcasses. The Animal Welfare Institute said the fire was the deadliest with respect to cattle deaths since the organization started to monitor barn fires one decade ago.
Residents in Dimmitt, a town southwest of Amarillo with less than 5,000 residents, told local media that smoke from the fire was visible for miles. “It was lowkey crazy to hear about because we were just chilling and then we just heard a boom,” Renzo Sullivan said in an <a href="https://www.newschannel10.com/2023/04/12/it-was-crazy-dimmitt-community-shocked-by-massive-dairy-farm-explosion/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">interview</a> with KDFA. “Then we look in the distance and there’s just a big cloud.”
“It was crazy because it’s like something like that happening here is like kind of unheard of, you know. So it was just like it was a mind-blowing thing to hear,” Sullivan continued. “It is kind of painful because it’s like that’s kind of what we do here, and that’s how we get our money for like the city and all that. So that’s just a major drop for us.”
Other residents said they were surprised to see the plumes of smoke and were concerned for the economy of Dimmitt. “We look up, we’re inside and we go out and look through the window, and we just see clouds. It was like an explosion,” Maleki Laurent commented. “It was crazy. And there was big, massive black air and it looked like fog in the street. And it was all burnt,” Kennedy Cleraman added.
The disaster in the small town comes after several similar reports of industrial and agricultural accidents across the nation in recent months. Another train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, was triggered two months ago when a malfunctioning axle caused the vehicle to derail and leak volatile chemicals, impacting the air and water supply of the small rust belt community. Those who live within a half-mile radius of the factory were ordered to evacuate, with some finding refuge at a local church called Bethesda Worship Center or nearby hotels. 
“The smoke is definitely toxic,” <a href="https://fox59.com/indiana-news/evacuation-order-issued-as-large-fire-breaks-out-in-richmond/">said</a> Steve Jones, an Indiana State Fire Marshal. “This fire is going to burn for a few days.”
Richmond Fire Chief Tim Brown agreed with the mayor, saying that the location had received an “unsafe citation” in the past. “He has been warned several times,” he said. “I don’t know when exactly that was, but we were aware of the situation we were dealing with.”
Brown explained that the facility was filled “wall to wall” with plastics and that the fire was avoidable. “It is very frustrating for all of us,” he said, according to Fox 59. “The battalion chief on today was very frustrated when he pulled up because we knew it wasn’t a matter of if, it was a matter of when this was going to happen.”

The Norfolk Southern 100-car train derailment and subsequent toxic chemical fallout in East Palestine, Ohio, caused nearly half of the U.S. government investigators to experience symptoms of illness while studying the health impacts, authorities said.
US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention told <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2023/03/31/health/ohio-train-derailment-cdc-team-symptoms/index.html">CNN</a> last week that seven of the 15-member crew, which included members of the Epidemic Intelligence Service, began feeling symptoms while surveying town residents&#8217; homes near the contaminated areas.
&#8220;Symptoms resolved for most team members later the same afternoon, and everyone resumed work on survey data collection within 24 hours,&#8221; a CDC spokesperson told the network. &#8220;Impacted team members have not reported ongoing health effects.&#8221;
Local and state authorities previously evacuated all residents within one mile of the February 3 derailment and started a controlled burn of substances on the vehicle. Five of those train cars emitted vinyl chloride, a human carcinogen used to manufacture PVC, and formed massive plumes of black smoke visible throughout eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania. Residents have since raised the alarm over health symptoms they experienced after the controlled burn.
Before working from their hotels, some group members began experiencing sore throats, headaches, coughing, and nausea, which mirrored the symptoms reported by many of the town&#8217;s residents near the derailment site.
Federal officials did not disclose what caused investigators to experience such symptoms.
Two contractors from the Environmental Protection Agency out of 100 personnel working on the derailment also reported health symptoms after working in areas where the chemicals created strong odors.
The Ohio Department of Health published the results of <a href="https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/OHIOGOVERNOR/bulletins/34c4146?reqfrom=share">surveys</a> conducted at its East Palestine Health Assessment Clinic, plus door-to-door visits by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, four weeks after the chemical catastrophe permeated the town&#8217;s atmosphere.
The results showed more than half of the 168 After Chemical Exposure (ACE) community surveys reported headaches, anxiety, coughing, fatigue, and irritated skin after the derailment. However, the surveys did not indicate if the residents were exposed to harmful levels of chemicals or what caused their symptoms.
EPA officials, along with the Justice Department, announced a <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/doj-epa-unveil-lawsuit-against-norfolk-southern-over-east-palestine-train-crash">lawsuit</a> on Friday against Norfolk Southern, seeking &#8220;penalties and injunctive relief for the unlawful discharge of pollutants, oil, and hazardous substances&#8221; under the Clean Water Act, as well as &#8220;declaratory judgment on liability for past and future costs&#8221; related to the incident under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act.
The complaint from the EPA and Justice Department said materials released from the train cars, such as vinyl chloride, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, Ethylhexyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, isobutylene, and benzene residue, have been &#8220;associated variously&#8221; with impaired fetal development, organ damage, cancers, and other health conditions with a sufficiently high degree of exposure. Yet, state and federal officials have repeatedly claimed that the air and water supplies in East Palestine are safe for residents.
Norfolk Southern CEO Alan Shaw testified before Congress earlier this month regarding the derailment but made no specific promises regarding the firm&#8217;s commitment to handling economic and health fallout into the future.

&#8220;Fire departments from Raymond and numerous area departments responded as several of the derailed tankers started on fire and were determined to be carrying a form of ethanol and others with a corn syrup liquid,&#8221; the statement said.
CNN <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2023/03/30/us/raymond-minnesota-train-derailment/index.html">reported</a> that preliminary information suggests that approximately 14 of the train&#8217;s 40 cars were carrying the hazardous materials.
Law enforcement officials established an evacuation area of half a mile around the crash site.
&#8220;Residents were instructed to leave their homes and an emergency collection site for those with nowhere to go was established at the Central Minnesota Christian School building in nearby Prinsburg,&#8221; the statement said. &#8220;The site remains active as the fire is being contained, no travel is advised to the city of Raymond.&#8221;
Law enforcement officials later said that no injuries have been reported from the train derailment and that BNSF specialists are on scene.
Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg released a statement saying that the department was closely monitoring the situation.

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz said that he was en route to the scene and that he had spoken to the Biden administration about the issue.
&#8220;I’ve been briefed on the situation unfolding in Raymond and I’m on my way to the site of the derailment now,&#8221; he tweeted. &#8220;Just got off the phone with @SecretaryPete and will be on the ground with local officials soon. The state stands ready to protect the health and safety of the community.&#8221;
