This evening, Members of Congress will come together publicly, not to debate or campaign, but to pray for America in a National Prayer Call.
In a first, the House Freedom Caucus and the Family Research Council will host a national call to prayer titled, “Congress Prays for America.” It will unite Members of Congress, Christian leaders, and Americans across the country to do what is desperately needed in this moment: humble ourselves before God and seek His guidance for our nation.
This couldn’t come at a more urgent time. In the wake of the assassination of Charlie Kirk, a young Christian leader who devoted his life to calling this generation back to truth and faith, our country is being forced to confront its spiritual crisis. Political violence, moral confusion, and hatred have filled the void where faith and grace once stood. It’s not just a political problem — it’s a spiritual one.
The answer to the kind of darkness America is facing won’t come from another government program or campaign speech. It will come from personal and corporate repentance, humility, and a national return to God.
That’s what this prayer call is about.
For decades, Washington has treated faith as something to be kept private — to be tolerated but never proclaimed. Lawmakers have been told that prayer belongs in the pews, not the halls of Congress. But America’s founders knew better. They opened every session of Congress with prayer because they knew the affairs of men could not prosper without the wisdom of Heaven.
When Congress prays, Members are reminded that we are not the ultimate authority — God is.
On Thursday night, Members will pray for an end to political violence. They will pray for our President, for Congress, for the people impacted by the ongoing shutdown, and for peace and protection in Israel.
The same faith that once guided the founding of this nation can still renew it today. We need a revival of courage, conviction, and compassion in our government. We need leaders who remember that the Constitution protects freedom of religion, not freedom from it.
That’s why this call matters.
When Members of Congress bow their heads together, they acknowledge that the power to restore this nation doesn’t lie in the levers of politics, but in the hands of Providence. God can bring revival to the very place where division has taken root: the United States Capitol.
This isn’t just a national prayer call from Congress. It’s a step toward something our country desperately needs — a spiritual revival and awakening. 
America’s hope doesn’t rest in Washington, but it can start there.

President Donald Trump again blasted the attention given to the Jeffrey Epstein case on Wednesday, calling it a “Democrat hoax” after victims of the convicted sex offender gathered on Capitol Hill to demand more transparency.
While speaking to reporters in the Oval Office, Trump was asked about the large group of Epstein victims who gathered nearby, just outside the Capitol Building. The president doubled down on referring to the Epstein controversy as a “hoax,” saying that it “never ends.”
“From what I understand, thousands of pages of documents have been given out, but it’s really a Democrat hoax because they’re trying to get people to talk about something that’s totally irrelevant to the success that we’ve had as a nation since I’ve been president,” Trump said.
The president then pointed to his action in Washington, D.C., where he deployed the National Guard and ordered federal agents to crack down on violent crime in the city.
“So what they’re trying to do with the Epstein hoax is get people to talk about that instead of speaking about the tremendous success like ending seven wars. I ended seven wars,” he added. “Nobody is going to talk about that because they’re going to talk about the Epstein whatever.”
Following the rally, numerous Epstein victims met with lawmakers on Capitol Hill to call on the federal government to release more information on the investigation. One Epstein accuser said it was “devastating” to hear the president marginalize the ongoing controversy, and another called on the president to meet with her “because this is not a hoax.”
The Department of Justice said in July that it found no evidence of an Epstein client list, but Epstein victims said at the rally that they would <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/we-know-the-names-epstein-victims-say-they-will-release-their-own-client-list?topStoryPosition=undefined&amp;author=Zach+Jewell&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=0&amp;row=1&amp;rowHeadline=Top+Stories&amp;rowType=Top+Stories&amp;title=%E2%80%98We+Know+The+Names%E2%80%99%3A+Epstein+Victims+Say+They+Will+Release+Their+Own+Client+List">compile their own,</a> revealing the names of Epstein associates who abused them.
“We know the names. Many of us were abused by them. Now together as survivors, we will confidentially compile the names we all know were regularly in the Epstein world, and it will be done by survivors and for survivors,” said Lisa Phillips.
Another Epstein victim spoke out publicly for the first time on Wednesday, revealing that she was “Minor Victim 1” in Epstein’s 2019 indictment. Marina Lacerda <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2025/09/03/house-epstein-files-victims-news-conference/#link-JL4EG73GKZGY5E2ONYQ66PU74M">said</a> that she was forced into Epstein’s New York mansion, along with dozens of other girls, when they were “just kids.”
Lacerda said she was offered money to give a massage to an older man, adding that she dropped out of high school to work for Epstein. She called on the government to release the Epstein files “not only for transparency, but for the American people.”

First Lady Melania Trump appeared on Capitol Hill on Monday and called out Democrats for not taking on the serious issue of youth online safety with the passage of the “Take it Down Act.”
Introduced by Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), the <a href="https://x.com/cspan/status/1896643926146105364">first lady</a> said during her first solo public appearance that she was there “with a common goal, to protect our youth from online harm,” calling on Congress to pass the act from Cruz that would “criminalize the distribution of non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII),&#8221; including AI-generated &#8221;deepfake pornography,” per a Cruz office <a href="https://www.commerce.senate.gov/2024/6/sen-cruz-leads-colleagues-in-unveiling-landmark-bill-to-protect-victims-of-deepfake-revenge-porn">release</a>.
“Addressing this issue is essential for fostering a safe and supportive environment for our young people,” Melania said during a panel discussion with victims of NCII. “I hope today’s roundtable builds awareness of the harm caused by non-consensual intimate imagery and eventually the approval of the ‘Take it Down Act’ in Congress.”

“I was heartened to learn that Sen. Cruz and Sen. Klobuchar [D-MN] unified to prioritize this fundamental matter,&#8221; Trump continued. &#8220;I must admit, however, I expected to see more Democrat leaders with us here today to address this serious issue. Surely, as adults we can prioritize America’s children ahead of partisan politics.”
The first lady then called on Congress to “prioritize the passage of the ‘Take it Down Act’ bill,” calling it essential to deal with the “growing concerns of online safety.”
Ahead of Monday’s roundtable, Cruz posted on <a href="https://x.com/SenTedCruz/status/1896639815766168017" target="_blank" rel="noopener">X</a>, “I am looking forward to a robust discussion with @FLOTUS.”
“My bill, the TAKE IT DOWN Act, passed unanimously in the Senate with a 100-0 vote,” he added. “This crucial legislation will protect ALL Americans, especially teenagers and young women. We need to get this done!&#8221;
The bill passed the Senate with bipartisan support in February, but has yet to pass the House, <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2025/03/02/politics/melania-trump-public-remarks-deepfake/index.html">CNN</a> noted.
During President Donald Trump’s first term, Melania introduced her “Be Best” initiative, which dealt with making the online platform safer for young people. At Monday’s event, the <a href="https://x.com/FLOTUS/status/1896628735136379010">first lady</a> noted that the “Take it Down Act” supports her “Be Best” platform by providing “important legislation to safeguard our youth.”

Popular broadcast news journalist <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/katie-couric">Katie Couric</a> weighed in on the Capitol Hill bathroom controversy, stating that she found it “sh***y” that members of Congress are expected to use the bathroom that matches their biological sex.
Her statements come on the heels of Rep. <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/nancy-mace">Nancy Mace</a> (R-SC) introducing legislation that would require “members, officers, and employees of the House” to use bathrooms according to sex. 
The bill was <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/mace-on-trans-bathroom-ban-as-a-rape-survivor-i-know-how-vulnerable-women-are-in-private-spaces">introduced</a> this week as Democrats are preparing for their new member, Sarah McBride from Delaware, to become the first member of Congress to identify as transgender.
A reporter asked Mace, “Is this effort in response to Congresswoman McBride coming to Congress?”
“Yes and absolutely, and then some,” Mace replied. “I’m not going to stand for a man, you know, when someone with a penis is in the women’s locker room, that’s not okay.”
Couric, meanwhile, took issue with Mace&#8217;s tone. 
“Hey everyone, I&#8217;m just so disappointed that this Nancy Mace, a Republican from South Carolina, is being so rude, and I don&#8217;t know, just bigoted against Sarah McBride, who is a new congressperson from the state of Delaware,” the 67-year-old TV personality said in a video <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/@katiecouric/video/7439545297161751850?lang=en">posted</a> on TikTok Thursday.

“I know Sarah. She is the first openly transgender member of Congress, and she&#8217;s an extraordinary human being, has done a great job representing the people of Delaware and is now going to be doing it in Washington, and it just seems nasty and mean, and cruel because she is the only member who is now forbidden to use the ladies&#8217; room and it&#8217;s just sh***y, you know. Anyway, I just wanted to say that.”
Couric isn’t the only one upset over the bill. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) was fuming over the idea of people sticking to the bathroom that matched their sex, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/aoc-keeping-men-out-of-womens-bathrooms-is-endangering-women">saying</a>, “It’s disgusting. And everybody, no matter how you feel on this issue, should reject it completely.” 
“They’re doing this so that Nancy Mace can make a buck and send a text and fundraise off an email. They’re not doing this to protect people. They’re endangering women,” she continued. “They’re endangering girls of all kinds. And everybody should reject it. It’s gross.”
House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) supported the move, noting that “each Member office has its own private restroom, and unisex restrooms are available throughout the Capitol.”
McBride also <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trans-identifying-congressman-agrees-not-to-use-female-bathrooms-after-johnson-brings-the-hammer-down">weighed in</a>, saying, “I’m here to fight for Delawareans and to bring down costs facing families. Like all members, I will follow the rules as outlined by Speaker Johnson even if I disagree with them. This effort to distract from the real issues facing this country hasn’t distracted me over the last several days, as I’ve remained hard at work preparing to represent the greatest state in the union come January.”

CNN hosts will moderate the presidential debate on Thursday — and why not? They have such amazing journalistic credibility.
On Tuesday, CNN’s Sara Sidner interviewed a drag queen, a woman who dresses up as a man who dresses up as a woman. (This woman couldn&#8217;t just be a woman; she had to dress up as a man dressed up as a woman. We have moved beyond the boundaries of logic.) This person goes by Brigitte Bandit. During the interview, Bandit talked about how it&#8217;s a scary time to exist in America as a drag queen.
Apparently, it’s not a scary enough time in America that Bandit can’t appear on national TV wearing drag.
When I first saw this, I wondered which one of these people was the CNN anchor because CNN is so filled with clowns. A CNN anchor is interviewing a woman dressed up as a man dressed up as a cartoon woman whom we are all supposed to take very seriously. We are all supposed to worship before the power of drag and acknowledge that this is what the Founders saw when they enshrined the First Amendment. Brigitte Bandit <a href="https://twitter.com/BrigitteBandit/status/1805634853779415422" target="_blank" rel="noopener">pontificated</a>:

Wow, what a wonderful look you have this morning. I know that took you some time.”
That&#8217;s a woman dressed as a man who is dressed as a woman.
But it&#8217;s society that has a problem, folks. It&#8217;s society and our lack of tolerance.
Bandit is “non-binary” and uses the personal pronouns “she,” “her,” “they,” and “them.”
What a country we&#8217;ve created for ourselves. George Washington would have been so proud.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said he had a &#8220;positive meeting&#8221; with former President Donald Trump on Thursday after Trump traveled to Capitol Hill to talk with Republican lawmakers.
The presumptive Republican presidential nominee praised the GOP Senate leader during his comments at the D.C. meeting, POLITICO <a href="https://www.politico.com/live-updates/2024/06/13/congress/mcconnell-and-trump-speak-00163236" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>.
“We had a really positive meeting, he and I got a chance to talk a little bit, we shook hands a few times, he got a lot of standing ovations, it was an entirely positive meeting. Mitt Romney was there, as well, and I can’t think of anything to tell you about it that was negative,” McConnell said.
Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) added that Trump &#8220;immediately went in to address Mitch McConnell and said he&#8217;s done his best while he was here. He understands elections. And he understands how important two seats are and we need to be focused on those.&#8221;

Trump and McConnell have had a rocky relationship over the past four years, and Thursday&#8217;s private meeting marked the first time the two had spoken in person since a month after the contentious 2020 election, according to POLITICO. Trump has slammed McConnell for approving Democrat legislation in the Senate, <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/trump-intensifies-attacks-mcconnell-death-wish-remark-social-media-pla-rcna50293" target="_blank" rel="noopener">saying</a> in 2022 that the Kentuckian has a &#8220;death wish,&#8221; which a Trump spokesman said was in reference to &#8220;killing the Republican Party through weakness and cowardice.&#8221;
McConnell has also blasted Trump, <a href="https://www.politico.com/news/2021/02/13/mcconnell-condemns-trump-acquitted-469002" target="_blank" rel="noopener">saying</a> he was &#8220;practically and morally responsible for provoking&#8221; the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot.
On Thursday at the Republican meeting, however, there was nothing but solidarity, according to some of the senators who attended.
“There was a lot of unity. A lot of people think we’re going in the wrong direction now,” McConnell&#8217;s fellow Kentucky senator, Rand Paul said, adding that most of the discussions centered on policy.

Rapper <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/50-cent">50 Cent</a> made an appearance on <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/capitol-hill">Capitol Hill</a> on Wednesday to speak with lawmakers about creating generational wealth for black Americans. While there, the recording artist said black men are “identifying with” presidential hopeful Donald Trump over President Joe Biden.
The 48-year-old <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/entertainment">celebrity</a>, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, stated his opinions from the perspective of a business person and liquor company owner. 50 Cent appeared with famed civil rights attorney Ben Crump to promote black representation in the liquor industry. 
“This is really exciting for me to be here. I got a chance to meet with both sides today, and it feels really good,” he <a href="https://www.usatoday.com/videos/news/politics/2024/06/05/50-cent-promotes-black-representation-in-liquor-industry-at-us-capitol/73989728007/">said</a>. “[Lawmakers] don’t agree on a lot of stuff, and so to get them to agree on seeing me was an accomplishment in itself.”
“My experience here has been great,” Jackson continued. “I went to talk to them about economic opportunities for everybody, and it’s really exciting. The response I got makes me feel that there’s bright things ahead of us.”
When CBS News congressional correspondent Nikole Killion <a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/video/rapper-50-cent-black-men-identifying-with-trump/">asked</a> about who he’s endorsing in the upcoming presidential election, the rapper said he hasn’t made a choice yet. 
50 Cent also said he believes black men could be more likely to back Trump now. “I see them identifying with Trump. Because they got RICO charges,” he told Killion, referring to a RICO charge in the Georgia election interference case.
As he mentioned, the rapper met with representatives on both sides of the political aisle during his visit. He posted a photo of himself with Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) to X.

Madison Cawthorn isn&#8217;t a name you hear a lot anymore. He was elected to succeed Mark Meadows in Congress, when Meadows became Donald Trump&#8217;s chief of staff in 2020 — even though neither Meadows nor Trump had endorsed Cawthorn in the primary. That year, Cawthorn became the youngest person elected to the House of Representatives in modern history. For a while, it looked like he would become a major insurgent figure on the Right — sort of like the conservative version of A.O.C., with a few dozen more I.Q. points. But then everything changed. And it changed very quickly.
Starting around early 2022, Cawthorn began saying things that were extremely unpopular in Washington, among both Democrats and Republicans. For one thing, Cawthorn described Ukraine&#8217;s government as corrupt, and he suggested that we probably shouldn&#8217;t write them blank checks indefinitely. That was a big no-no. Even more alarming to the power centers in the nation&#8217;s capital, Cawthorn publicly began talking about what he called, &#8220;the sexual perversion that goes on in Washington.&#8221; As CNN reported at the time, &#8220;Cawthorn claimed that he has been invited to an orgy in Washington and had personally seen leaders in the efforts to curb drug addiction doing cocaine.&#8221;&#8216;
Those comments upset House Republicans, who <a href="https://www.politico.com/news/2022/03/29/cawthorn-orgies-freedom-caucus-00021548" target="_blank" rel="noopener">challenged</a> Cawthorn and implied he was lying. Not long afterwards, a coordinated smear campaign began. This was not subtle. It was as obvious as it could&#8217;ve possibly been. Within a month, senior political figures in both parties were publicly <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2022/04/27/crypto-probe-thom-tillis-urges-probe-of-madison-cawthorn-over-possible-insider-trading.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">accusing</a> Cawthorn of insider trading, in connection with his promotion of a cryptocurrency. Politico <a href="https://www.politico.com/news/2022/04/22/madison-cawthorn-photos-00027286" target="_blank" rel="noopener">released</a> embarrassing photos of Cawthorn wearing women’s clothing in college. Reports surfaced that he had been driving with a revoked license. As NPR <a href="https://www.npr.org/2022/05/02/1095770735/madison-cawthorn-allegations" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>, &#8220;Rep. Madison Cawthorn is under mounting pressure from scandals ahead of midterms.&#8221; And indeed, the smears worked. Roughly 95% of House members typically <a href="https://time.com/6178176/madison-cawthorn-lost-north-carolina/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">win</a> re-election, but in the summer of 2022, Cawthorn was not one of them. He lost his primary.
Even by the standards of Washington, that&#8217;s a quick clean-up job. Madison Cawthorn stepped out of line, and within weeks, he was gone. No one really asked any questions about who ordered this hit job, or what they were trying to cover up. Could it be that this freshman congressman is right — and that weird, degenerate sex stuff is happening all the time in the U.S. Capitol, right out in the open? No journalists or politicians seemed to care about the answer to that question. They all took Kevin McCarthy&#8217;s word, and assumed Cawthorn was lying.

But this weekend, it became pretty clear to everyone that yes, Madison Cawthorn was right. The depravity that goes on in Congress is far beyond what most people would imagine. There&#8217;s really no way to deny that anymore. That&#8217;s because, as The Daily Caller <a href="https://dailycaller.com/2023/12/15/staffer-caught-filming-sex-tape-senate-hearing-room/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>, a staffer for Maryland senator Ben Cardin decided to make a gay sex tape inside the Senate hearing room. The Daily Caller posted an excerpt from the sex tape on its website. There&#8217;s no doubt that this staffer, Aidan Maese-Czeropski, knew he was being filmed. The man he was having sex with was the photographer. And then, Aidan <a href="https://thepostmillennial.com/andy-ngo-reports-fired-democrat-senate-staffer-who-made-sex-tape-in-iconic-senate-room-has-long-history-of-making-porn" target="_blank" rel="noopener">uploaded</a> this footage to the Internet, noting that it was the same room in which Supreme Court justice Sonia Sotomayor sat for her confirmation hearings. And then when he was exposed, in more ways than one, Aidan put out a statement admitting he was in the video — but saying only homophobes would be outraged by it. Yes, you have to be a homophobe to object to sodomy in the Capitol building. That’s the excuse he went with.
But regardless of the excuse, the reality is that this event is unironically worse than January 6th, by a wide margin. If our democracy is this sacred thing that we are supposed to treat with awed reverence, as Democrats have frequently claimed, then you would think that someone making a gay sex tape inside those hallowed halls of congress would be considered one of the worst acts of desecration imaginable. Now, granted, the American people get screwed all the time on Capitol Hill, so this may not seem like much of a deviation. This is probably not the first time, in that sense, that a Senate hearing room became a Senate rearing room — to steal a joke that a thousand people already made on Twitter/X. Even so, this is still a scandal, and an especially disgusting one. 
And yet, if you rely on the corporate media for your news, you may have missed this story entirely. For the most part, media outlets have refused to cover it. And the few outlets that have covered the story have left out a lot of key details. Here for example is how one local Fox station reported on this:

Notice what&#8217;s not mentioned in that report. You have no idea who filmed this sex tape, or who&#8217;s in it. For all you know, it could be some random tourists. When that report aired, Fox was aware of The Daily Caller&#8217;s reporting. They could have worked their sources and tried to confirm it. Instead, they keep it as vague as possible. 
This was a common theme over the past few days. Some major outlets, including the New York Times and the Washington Post, simply chose to ignore the story entirely over the weekend. For its part, NBC News decided to blame conservatives for the whole situation. This was their <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/congress/senate-staffer-alleged-conservative-outlets-sex-hearing-room-rcna130095" target="_blank" rel="noopener">headline</a>: &#8220;Senate staffer alleged by conservative outlets to have had sex in a hearing room is no longer employed.&#8221; So, they&#8217;re making &#8220;conservative outlets&#8221; the boogeyman in the story, implying that they might be lying — even though this staffer uploaded this footage to the Internet himself. They’re also saying that the scandal is only “alleged,” even though the guy is on video, and he admitted it. He wasn’t fired, either. He’s just “no longer employed.”
Politico, meanwhile, <a href="https://www.politico.com/news/2023/12/16/cardin-staffer-linked-to-sex-tape-leaves-senate-00132147" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a> that, &#8220;Cardin staffer linked to sex tape leaves Senate.&#8221; That&#8217;s the actual headline they ran. The dude is merely  &#8220;linked to the sex tape.&#8221; That&#8217;s the extent of his involvement. And again he wasn&#8217;t fired. Instead, he merely &#8220;leaves the Senate.” Keep in mind how all of these outlets responded when Lauren Boebert got handsy with some guy in a dark theater. That was treated as a major scandal. A massive violation of congressional decorum and ethics. Meanwhile we have this guy taking off his clothes and having gay sex in the Capitol building, on video, and it is treated as only a minor story, at most.
At this point, you&#8217;re probably getting the sense that Madison Cawthorn might&#8217;ve been on to something. It&#8217;s not just that a depraved sex act took place in a Senate hearing room. It&#8217;s also the fact that major media outlets and political figures are blatantly covering it up. They&#8217;re intentionally writing their stories so that people reading them won&#8217;t have any idea what&#8217;s going on. That&#8217;s the kind of thing that makes you wonder what else is going on in Washington that you&#8217;re not seeing.  Maybe, as Cawthorn alleged, there&#8217;s a whole lot of degenerate sex stuff happening in Congress. It happened to the Roman Empire in its final days, and now it&#8217;s happening to us.
But in reality, that would undersell the problem. To be fair to the late Roman Empire, they at least arrested the pagans. We&#8217;re idolizing them. Remember that this was the scene in the Iowa statehouse this week:

As you heard on this show, a Christian military veteran named Michael Cassidy tore this satanic display down. He was arrested for it and charged with &#8220;mischief.&#8221; On social media, you&#8217;ll find a lot of conservatives defending Cassidy&#8217;s arrest. They&#8217;ll say they don&#8217;t like the way this satanic idol was established in the middle of a government building. But they&#8217;ll insist that the only reasonable way to remove it is through &#8220;the legal process.&#8221; They say conservatives should play by the rules of whatever bureaucratic system decided it was a good idea to allow this display to exist in the first place. They&#8217;ll suggest that the First Amendment guarantees the right of these cultists to have their little display.
First of all, just as a factual matter, that&#8217;s not true. If you showed any of the founding fathers this satanic goat head, they&#8217;d destroy it immediately. That&#8217;s because satanism was understood, for most of world history, as an anti-religion. Indeed, it was understood that way for most of this country&#8217;s history, as well. It was the polar opposite of what the First Amendment respected. It wasn&#8217;t until 2019 that the U.S. government decided to <a href="https://apnews.com/general-news-6addf2f0ecb646919cb1cfcfdacfc6c1" target="_blank" rel="noopener">recognize</a> the satanic temple as a bona fide religious group. So this is something of a new idea — that &#8220;religion&#8221; means &#8220;whatever degenerates claim is a religion.&#8221; 
But more importantly, whatever the First Amendment or the founders say, here&#8217;s a more important law than even the First Amendment, which is natural law. This goes back to Plato and Aristotle. It&#8217;s rooted in Catholic, jurisprudential, and philosophical tradition. And it transcends whatever bureaucracy exists in Iowa that allowed this satanic idol to be erected in the statehouse. It transcends lawfare and endless litigation in federal courts. Natural law builds Western civilization— not bureaucrats in Iowa, or Left-wing district court judges in San Francisco. Satanism is an affront to natural law. It&#8217;s maybe the most explicit affront to natural law imaginable. Michael Cassidy understood that.

The only thing that&#8217;s surprising about what Michael Cassidy did is that he didn&#8217;t have a lot of accomplices. Why was he the only one who decided to take this thing out? Just to recap, this past week alone, Democrats have put up a satanic altar in one capitol building and recorded themselves being sodomized in another. And none of this is particularly surprising, given what we&#8217;ve seen in capitol buildings all over the country this year. A few months ago they were marching through the Tennessee statehouse with bullhorns and barging into other state capitols waving rainbow flags. The White House raised a so-called pride flag. So did several other state governments:

When all of these trans flags went up, we were told it was just about love and respecting one another. It&#8217;s not about satanism, they insisted. And if you disagree, you&#8217;re a bigot. You want to incite division.
This weekend, Madison Cawthorn tweeted three simple words. He wrote,  &#8220;I told you.&#8221; And indeed, Madison Cawthorn did tell us that degeneracy was on the march. Now it&#8217;s all around us. There&#8217;s Sam Brinton, the cross-dressing, luggage-stealing &#8220;nuclear waste expert.&#8221; The guy who had a confessed dog fetish and liked dressing up in leather bondage gear on camera, and yet was given an important position in the Administration along with a high security clearance. Then there&#8217;s the trans activist who went topless at the White House, at Joe Biden&#8217;s invitation. Then there&#8217;s Rachel Levine, the fake admiral and child mutilation enthusiast who makes a mockery of women every time he appears in public. All of these indignities are brought to us by the party that tells us they&#8217;re returning &#8220;decency&#8221; to the ballot. They tell us they care deeply about the inner sanctums of democracy, while they&#8217;re filming pornos inside them.
None of this is an accident. Consider the fact that, as Andy Ngo recently reported, the Senate staffer in that porn video, Aiden, has posted a lot of pornographic videos online, going back several years. These are videos where his face is clearly visible, and the accounts are clearly his. None of this was hidden, at any point. But Ben Cardin hired him anyway. And then he kept promoting him. No one thought it was a problem for all that time. 
Washington has been Sodom and Gomorrah for a long time. But they&#8217;ve never been so brazen about it. And they’ve never been more empowered by both political parties in Washington. That means we’re probably going to see a lot more of this kind of thing. Which is disgusting and nauseating and sickening on many different levels. But at least there’s no denying the truth now. We are a country run by depraved, pervert lunatics. We might as well face the fact. It is hard not to face it, when it is standing exposed right in front of us. Or kneeling on all fours, as the case may be.

A Democratic staffer on Capitol Hill was apparently triggered by the Christmas decorations put up outside a neighboring congressman&#8217;s office, calling the U.S. Border Patrol-themed display &#8220;insensitive, charged and insulting.&#8221;
Jason Tufele Carl Johnson, who works in communications for Rep. Raul Grijalva (D-AZ), objected to the decor outside Rep. Eli Crane&#8217;s (R-AZ) office in a post he shared on X — complete with photos of the offending display.
&#8220;Normally Longworth 2nd floor Christmas decorations are a bipartisan and amiable contest,&#8221; Johnson complained. &#8220;Rep. Eli Crane&#8217;s office has the most insensitive, charged and insulting Christmas decor I&#8217;ve ever seen in my 5 years on Capitol Hill.&#8221;

The display showed several glittery elf figures standing atop a brick &#8220;border wall.&#8221; A sign on one door read, &#8220;Have documents ready,&#8221; and another read, &#8220;Border Patrol elves only.&#8221; A large &#8220;Port of Entry&#8221; sign was displayed over the door to Crane&#8217;s office.
Rep. Grace Meng (D-NY) joined Johnson in complaining about the display, saying, &#8220;This is how Republicans choose to use their time and resources in the halls of Congress. This is disgusting and dehumanizing rhetoric, and as a fellow member of Congress, I can think of so many better uses of our time than hanging up crude signs.&#8221;

Members of Congress were allowed to view footage of the October 7 attacks committed in Israel by <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/hamas" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hamas</a> terrorists, and Jewish Insider&#8217;s Capitol Hill reporter Marc Rod gave a detailed description of their reactions.
Rod shared a thread via X on Tuesday, describing the <a href="https://jewishinsider.com/2023/11/capitol-hill-israel-hamas-attacks-footage-screening/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">emotional reactions</a> he observed as at least one of the members — Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (D-WA) left the room in tears just a few minutes into the screening, apparently unable to watch the footage in its entirety.
&#8220;Dozens of House members are currently watching footage from the Hamas attack on Israel. One member just came out in tears less than 5 minutes after going into the room,&#8221; Rod began.

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) compared what he saw to the brutality of the Nazi regime, saying as he exited, &#8220;I&#8217;m feeling like I felt when I went to Birkenau [concentration camp]. It&#8217;s just war crimes. Unbelievable.&#8221;
&#8220;The screening just wrapped up and the overall reaction from members is stunned silence. Many seem at a loss for words. Numerous members crying. Have been told by multiple people that it’s hard to believe things like this are happening in 2023,&#8221; Rod continued.

Rod said that while he did not have an exact count, there were probably 100 or more members present for the screening. Among them, he said, were some who have openly called for a ceasefire, like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY).
