Historically, Russia was very, very good at what we call psyops, psychological operations designed to undermine the United States.
They are still good at it. The Op is happening. It&#8217;s live, right in front of us. Candace Owens, Andrew Tate, and other Woke Right influencers have now landed in Moscow, and they&#8217;re basically Jane Fonda on the Vietcong anti-aircraft guns during the Vietnam War.
They propagandize for our enemies.
If you somehow believe that these people are just good-hearted folks who are invested in Christianity and the West and traditional conservative values, I hate to break it to you, but you are the sucker. If your head is attached to your shoulders, the Op has never been more obvious.
The dictator who currently runs Russia is Vladimir Putin. He was a member of the KGB. His task: Intelligence and counter-intelligence. He worked under a man named Yuri Andropov, who was then leading the KGB. Later, Andropov became the Premier of the Soviet Union, the dictator of the Soviet Union.

And here&#8217;s what Andropov said about psyops directed at Soviet enemies: “Disinformation is like cocaine. Sniff once or twice. It may not change your life if you use it every day, though it will make you an addict, a different man.”
It seems like a lot of people in the West are now all coked up.
Candace Owens is in Russia sitting on Russian propaganda panels. She&#8217;s praising what she describes as Russia&#8217;s approach to families.
Spoiler alert: Russia&#8217;s idea of family values is encouraging couples to have kids so there is an ample supply of soldiers to fight in the Ukraine war.
Meanwhile, Marjorie Taylor Greene is doing the same sort of stuff, signaling her support for Candace&#8217;s big Russian adventure. And Buckley Carlson (a.k.a. Tucker Carlson, minus the skincare regimen) is openly saying that Russia&#8217;s leader looks out for his people&#8217;s interests, and he wishes we had that here. Tucker, of course, says exactly the same thing.
None of them are simply making critiques of America. They&#8217;re all saying that Russia is somehow better, that Russia&#8217;s leadership is somehow better.
And that&#8217;s the tell: There&#8217;s a big difference between saying “countries act in their own national interest” or “America has problems,” and “I wish our country were run more like Vladimir Putin&#8217;s Russia.” Those are not the same arguments.
One of those is rooted in realism. The other is just crazed fan-fiction conspiracy nonsense.
That is what this has become: Geopolitical fan fiction for people who think America sucks so much that countries like Russia not only ought to be a model for us, but ought to have more global power.
This is all part of what I have called a demoralization op.
Demoralization is the effort to destroy basic moral principles and dogmas and replace them with divisive fringe ideologies. It is step one in collapsing your enemies.
That is what is happening here. Enemies of America are using every resource at their disposal to do it — and there is good news for them: There’s an entire online repository of complete dunderheaded morons and conspiratorial America haters to do their dirty work for them, and lots of people online to click into the echo chamber.
The exact same people who built their brands around “Don&#8217;t trust the regime” and “Don&#8217;t trust the media” and “Don&#8217;t trust the propaganda” are suddenly very much in favor of trusting a regime, (when it&#8217;s Russia), the media, (when it&#8217;s Russia Today) and the propaganda, (when they are controlled by the Russian government and tell them America is decadent and the West is collapsing and Putin is strong and Russia protects tradition).
Suddenly, these people are on board all the way. They&#8217;re not investigating or questioning.
This is not skepticism. This is credulity. This is absolute, credulous stupidity. And they are nodding along either because they are bought and paid for, or because the message actually flatters their priors, and their priors are obvious: America sucks. America is in decline. America, in fact, is evil.
These are the ideas they parrot: We took the wrong side during World War II. We were vicious during the Cold War. We were the bad guys in the modern era. We were the great despoilers of innocent Muslims in the Middle East.
In the end, the result is all the same. The only way to fix all of this is to unburden the brutalized, demonized American soul, and give more power to America&#8217;s enemies.
We need — wait for it — multi-polarity. That&#8217;s how the Op works. The goal is to convince you that America is irredeemably crappy morally, and that the people we&#8217;ve always seen as our geopolitical opponents are actually not that bad. Russia is not that bad. In many ways they&#8217;re better than we are. Iran is not that bad. They don&#8217;t bother us. Maybe they could be our friend. China is not that bad.
That&#8217;s the Op, and it&#8217;s working on a large number of people who spend too much time online watching Tucker Carlson or Candace Owens or Sean Ryan or Andrew Tate or Megyn Kelly or any of the increasingly anti-American grifters and clickwhores willing to crap on America, either because they believe it, or for fame and money.

Netflix&#8217;s &#8220;Louis Theroux: Inside the Manosphere&#8221; wants viewers to fear the men it puts on screen. What it never seriously asks is why millions of young men are looking there for guidance in the first place.
The easiest thing about the documentary is to focus on the symptoms: hyper-masculine influencers, status obsession, aggression, and young men chasing money, control, and dominance. Some of it is ugly, and some of it should alarm us. But the documentary mistakes the supply for the demand. This culture did not emerge out of nowhere. It filled a vacuum that mainstream institutions still refuse to name.
Spend five minutes online, and the shift is obvious. Podcasts about discipline and self-mastery command enormous audiences, and gym routines now double as moral philosophy. Young men trade advice on confidence, money, dating, ambition, and purpose with an urgency that feels almost existential. Much of it is crude. Some of it is wrong and openly corrosive. Yet millions keep watching for a reason elite culture still resists admitting: For years, young men have been told <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/america-tried-to-fix-men-for-two-decades-heres-what-it-got-instead">what not to be</a>, while almost no one has been willing to say what they should become. That vacuum became a market.
We have taught an entire generation of young men how to analyze their emotions, but not what to do with their lives. As a psychotherapist, I see a version of this often. A young man recently spent nearly an entire session describing, with impressive self-awareness, why he felt stuck: fear of failure, fear of judgment, and fear of choosing the wrong path. He could name every feeling in detail. What he couldn&#8217;t name was what he actually wanted. The problem was not a lack of insight. It was the absence of aim.
In my forthcoming book, &#8220;<a href="https://www.amazon.com/Therapy-Nation-America-Anxious-Divided/dp/1335000658">Therapy Nation</a>,&#8221; I argue that our culture has become increasingly fluent in the language of validation and self-analysis while growing less comfortable with challenge, standards, and the harder work of building resilience. Nowhere is that imbalance more visible than in the lives of young men who have been encouraged to interpret themselves endlessly but rarely challenged to build a life.
Andrew Tate and an entire ecosystem of male self-mastery influencers thrive because they offer what mainstream culture increasingly withholds: direction, standards, and permission to pursue ambition without apology. None of this excuses the ugliness of what many of these figures sell. It simply explains why the market for it became so large. The mainstream response has been to condemn the message while refusing to confront the conditions that made it so attractive.
Young men today are caught in a double bind. Show ambition and risk being labeled toxic. Hold back and risk becoming invisible. Assertiveness is suspect, but passivity is miserable. The result is paralysis followed by backlash. What is often dismissed as &#8220;bro culture&#8221; did not create this confusion. It recognized it early and built an industry around it.
What makes this moment more dangerous is the collapse of credible alternatives. Institutions that once offered direction, from schools to workplaces to families, now speak in softer, more hesitant language. Expectations are blurred, standards are hedged, and authority is treated as something to apologize for rather than exercise.
In that environment, many young men are left with a surprisingly vague idea of adulthood. They are taught to be emotionally aware and careful with language, which matters. What they are less often given is a clear sense of what adulthood actually asks of them: responsibility, competence, discipline, and something worth aiming at. The result is a generation that often knows how to monitor itself better than how to direct itself. Self-awareness becomes an end in itself rather than a tool in service of ambition and growth.
That leaves a dangerous opening for anyone willing to offer a more forceful script. Even a flawed script can feel liberating when it is one of the only things still speaking in the language of standards, goals, earned competence, and direction. When institutions stop offering a believable model of mature masculinity, the loudest online figures step in and supply one.
A second cultural shift has made the problem worse. The language of therapy has escaped the consulting room and seeped into schools, workplaces, and culture itself. Ordinary struggle is now recast as harm, discomfort as danger, and stress as injury. The result is a generation less practiced at enduring difficulty and more dependent on emotional permission before action.
We have become fluent in emotional vocabulary while growing less comfortable with standards, authority, and the basic truth that difficulty is often the price of growth.
That gap is where the manosphere thrives. It offers something closer to permission: the freedom to pursue goals without endless self-qualification, to value discipline without shame, and to move forward without first turning every impulse into a diagnosis.
Young men are asking a basic question: What should I aim for? If mainstream culture refuses to answer it, the loudest and most extreme voices online will.

Canadian YouTuber Lauren Southern has accused influencer Andrew Tate of sexual assault in her new self-published memoir.
In her upcoming book, “This Is Not Real Life,” Southern claims she met Tate in 2018 at the age of 22, according to excerpts she posted on her <a href="https://laurensouthern.substack.com/p/long-overdue">Substack page</a> on Tuesday. She states that she was not putting the excerpts behind a paywall because “they weren’t written with the intention of profiting off this incident.”
Southern wrote about a 2018 trip to Romania with British right-wing activist Tommy Robinson, whom Southern said told her that wealthy crypto investors in Eastern Europe might be interested in sponsoring a media project.
She alleges that she met Tate and his brother, Tristan, and they all went to dinner. Afterward, the Tates drove them to what looked like a “generic industrial warehouse.”
“But when the giant black gate rolled open, it revealed a scene that would’ve been obvious to me as a criminal operation if I had any clue how the world worked. We were greeted by a glowing blue pool surrounded by luxury cars as we stepped onto the tiled entrance,” Southern said.
Southern assumed “the whole thing was a bust” after the group&#8217;s presentation flopped, writing, “We returned to our hotel in Bucharest feeling dejected, embarrassed, and unsure of where to go from here.”
However, Southern wrote she was told that she had impressed others at the meeting, “and the deal is still on if you’re willing to meet with them before you leave tomorrow and sort out the details.”
“They sent a car for me, and we headed back to the compound where the same group of men were waiting,” she wrote, as she began detailing the allegations:

&#8220;This is boring. Let’s go somewhere more exciting,” Andrew snapped while pacing. Tristan and the others agreed. Now, I was naive, but I wasn’t that much of an idiot. I asked again when we’d discuss business and where exactly they wanted to go. “To the club. It’s just around the block; we can take the cars. It’ll be fun. We’ll discuss business there.” &#8230;
“Hey, I’d rather not go out unless Tommy and the boys are coming too,” I said, trying to keep it light. “I’ve already texted them. We’re sending a car now,” Andrew replied assuredly, with a twinkle in his eye. Well, my excuse was gone.
&#8230; I wasn’t thinking clearly. I was still on autopilot, lacking a strong sense of self, easily swayed by the smallest bit of pressure. The most dangerous thing a young woman can be is a pushover. &#8230;
We hadn’t even there [at the club] that long, and I hadn’t drunk much, but something was wrong. My body wasn’t listening to me. The world was dimming, and I couldn’t stop it. &#8230; Eventually, I found myself crawling onto a couch at the back of the club, my eyelids fluttering closed.
&#8230; Then Andrew was there again, lifting me up and carrying me through the dim hallway, my feet barely touching the ground, the bass of the music still shaking my body. &#8230;
I’d rather not give a detailed account, so I’ll keep it simple. He carried me back to the hotel room and asked me to sleep beside him. I said yes. I was incredibly intoxicated, and some part of me convinced myself that because he was Tommy’s friend he wasn’t particularly dangerous. It was a poor decision, but it happened. He kissed me. I wasn’t expecting it, and I wasn’t looking for it, but I kissed him back briefly and then told him I wanted to sleep. I was extraordinarily tired. He wanted to go further. I said no, very clearly, multiple times, and tried to pull his hands off me. He put his arm around my neck and began strangling me unconscious. I tried to fight back. He repeatedly strangled me every time I regained enough consciousness to pull at his arms. I’d prefer not to share the rest. It’s pretty obvious.

“I went to a women’s hospital and had a report made around a week after the event,” Southern alleges. “The report documented my account of asphyxiation, five years before Vice News would report in 2023 that Tate used the same method on other victims in the UK in 2015.”
Tate, through an attorney, <a href="https://x.com/McBrideLawNYC/status/1945352648384733228">said</a> he “unequivocally repudiates the pathetic filth peddled” by his latest accuser. The masculinity influencer has similarly denied other accusations against him.
“No evidence supports her claims,” Tate’s lawyer continues. “The so-called ‘free’ chapter release is nothing but an evil marketing ploy: a sensational teaser engineered to propel sales of her book by parasitizing Andrew’s fame.”
Southern said telling the story is not an attempt to market her book.
“They were written because they’re part of my story, and they’re true,” Southern writes. “If you’re here just to read about Tate or think this is some kind of selling point, please don’t buy the book. You won’t find anything more significant about him in its pages beyond what’s already here for free.”
Noting that others had spoken about the incident already, she said that many intended to “purvey a distorted version of these events, not just to get ahead of the narrative, but to undermine other witnesses and other legitimate cases of assault and trafficking.”
“I cannot remain silent when my story is being twisted and used as a tool to discredit others. It would be unjust not to set the record straight,” she wrote.
“Years later, she would read a Vice News <a href="https://www.vice.com/en/article/andrew-tate-arrest/">report</a> about how Tate had been arrested on suspicion of rape in the U.K. in 2015, with one alleged victim telling the outlet that Tate had strangled her on multiple occasions, and that she’d seen him choke other women some 10 times,” Rolling Stone <a href="https://www.rollingstone.com/culture/culture-news/lauren-southern-memoir-andrew-tate-sexual-assault-claim-1235386389/">reported</a>. “Southern found this claim of repeated asphyxiations consistent with her own story.”

British prosecutors on Wednesday announced they will charge Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate for rape, human trafficking, and other crimes.
The Crown Prosecution Service confirmed ten charges against Andrew Tate, 38, related to three women. His younger brother, 36-year-old Tristan, faces eleven charges related to one woman, according to <a href="https://www.politico.eu/article/andrew-tate-tristan-tate-uk-rape-human-trafficking-charges/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Politico Europe</a>.
The charges were approved last year after evidence was obtained from the Bedfordshire Police.
“We can confirm that we have authorised charges against Andrew and Tristan Tate for offences including rape, human trafficking, controlling prostitution and actual bodily harm against three women,” the service said in a statement.
“These charging decisions followed receipt of a file of evidence from Bedfordshire Police. A European Arrest Warrant was issued in England in 2024, and as a result the Romanian courts ordered the extradition to the UK of Andrew and Tristan Tate,” it continued. “However, the domestic criminal matters in Romania must be settled first.”
“The Crown Prosecution Service reminds everyone that criminal proceedings are active, and the defendants have the right to a fair trial. It is extremely important that there be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings,” the statement concludes.
Wednesday’s announcement is the latest in a series of accusations against the Tates from the sordid to the criminal. The two brothers were first arrested in December 2022 by Romanian authorities. Initial charges in Romania were of rape and human trafficking, but they have since been expanded to include sex with a minor and trafficking underage persons.
The Tates have said they are innocent of all charges and portrayed themselves as the targets of a high-powered conspiracy meant to silence them.

The Tates are also under investigation in Florida. Attorney General James Uthmeier <a href="https://x.com/GabeGroisman/status/1927794394557555065" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> on a recent episode of the podcast “Standpoint with Gabe Groisman” that he is probing potential criminal activity by the Tates that may have taken place within his jurisdiction.
“To me, when they&#8217;re making statements that sound an awful lot like criminal activity, I think as attorney general, I&#8217;ve got a duty to investigate and make sure that we&#8217;re not subjecting, you know, women in our state to dangers,” said Uthmeier. “If there’s a crime that occurred here in our jurisdiction, we&#8217;ve got a prerogative to prosecute it, and we will do so.”

She also provided text messages that suggest Tate warned Stern against speaking out against him.
“The last time I saw Andrew was on March 11, 2025 at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The last words he said to me before I left the hotel were: ‘Shut the f*** up, b****. You will never backtalk me. You are my property,’” Stern wrote in a statement.
Tate’s attorney dismissed the lawsuit: “This is a blatant cash grab — a desperate attempt by a sad individual to exploit Andrew’s success and reputation for personal gain.”

Model Brianna Stern says former kickboxer and influencer Andrew Tate beat and abused her, according to a lawsuit filed in California.
The lawsuit from Stern alleges that Tate beat and choked his ex-girlfriend during a stay at the Beverly Hills Hotel in California, according to <a href="https://www.latimes.com/california/story/2025-03-27/andrew-tate-beat-choked-ex-girlfriend-at-beverly-hills-hotel-according-to-lawsuit" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Los Angeles Times</a>. It also accuses Tate of a litany of bad and illegal actions during their nearly year-long relationship, including sexual assault, battery, and negligence.
“The last time I saw Andrew was on March 11, 2025 at the Beverly Hill’s Hotel. The last words he said to me before I left the hotel were: ‘Shut the f*** up, b****. You will never backtalk me. You are my property,’” Stern wrote in a lengthy statement posted to social media.
“Due to the events that had transpired in the early hours of that day, as well as his final degrading words, something just clicked; I finally recognized that someone who truly loved me wouldn’t say those things to me or hurt me repeatedly the way that he did,” she said.

&#8220;The lawsuit asks for unspecified statutory and punitive damages,&#8221; per The Los Angeles Times. Tate’s attorney, Joseph McBride, has denied Stern’s allegations.
“This is a blatant cash grab — a desperate attempt by a sad individual to exploit Andrew’s success and reputation for personal gain,” McBride told The Los Angeles Times in a statement.
Tate recently returned to Romania, where he is under investigation for human trafficking and money laundering, after a brief stay in the United States. The online influencer is also facing sexual misconduct charges in Britain.
Romanian prosecutors <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/article/andrew-tate-arrests-explained.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">accuse</a> Tate and his brother, Tristan, of trafficking women across Britain, Romania, and the United States. Tate has denied all charges against him.
Stern and Tate met over the summer last year when the model traveled to Romania to learn about cryptocurrency. The two began a relationship, and Stern said that Tate vacillated between being kind and attentive, and controlling and violent, according to the lawsuit.
The lawsuit includes screenshots of text messages in which Tate allegedly threatens Stern, declares her his “property,” and says she needs to be beaten.
The lawsuit says that during their last night together, Tate began to beat Stern during sex.
“Initially, the sex was consensual, but things soon changed,” the lawsuit says. “Tate began verbally degrading Plaintiff as he routinely did — but this time it was much worse, more aggressive, and more violent. Tate then began to choke Plaintiff.”
Tate allegedly choked Stern and hit her on the side of her head.
“While doing so, Tate told her repeatedly that if she ever crossed him, he was going to kill her,” the lawsuit says. “Plaintiff did the best she could to protect herself as she sobbed and pleaded until Tate climaxed and stopped beating and choking her.”
Stern later visited a doctor in New York who diagnosed her with post-concussion syndrome. She then filed a report with the police, according to the lawsuit.
Stern said in her statement that Tate recently messaged her: “if you ever betray me, you will regret it.”
“I know I can’t be silent; I have to make my voice heard, no matter how difficult that road may be,” she said.

One of President Donald Trump&#8217;s top lawyers, Alina Habba, is walking back her support for influencer Andrew Tate after previously telling him she was a “big fan.”
Pressed on her support for Tate and his brother in an interview with Jan Jekielek of the Epoch Times, Habba said the accusations against Tate and his brother were &#8220;stomach-churning.&#8221;

Habba said it was &#8220;great manipulation&#8221; to claim that she ever declared herself a &#8220;big fan&#8221; of Tate. But in mid-January, she did just that. Habba was interviewed along with Tate on conservative commentator Benny Johnson’s podcast, “The Benny Show.” During that episode, Habba opened up by telling Tate she was a &#8220;big fan&#8221; of his, and then continued: &#8220;When I saw that you were going to be on, I said to Benny, I have to meet Andrew Tate.&#8221;
She also compared the legal case against Tate — which includes allegations of sex trafficking and raping underage girls — to the Democrats’ political prosecution of Trump, which included inflating misdemeanors into felonies and charging him based on a novel reading of the law.
“I think that your anger is the same that President Trump has for our country, and the time is now for us to stop being wimps,” Habba said to Tate. Habba also said that she sympathized with Tate because he is going through “a lot of the same [stuff] that President Trump has gone through.”
“There is literally only one person with the same amount of anger and fire,” Habba said. “That&#8217;s probably me and President Trump. But it&#8217;s because you love what&#8217;s right and you&#8217;re being under siege. And I see it and just keep fighting, I mean I&#8217;m here for it!”

Shapiro also denied any similarities between the cases against Trump and Tate before arguing that “Andrew Tate is at best a crap sandwich. He presents totally differently to different audiences.”
Shapiro argued that Tate changes his views depending on the audience, from a “low-rent, anti-feminist talking head,” to “an anti-Semitic radical who&#8217;s willing to violate any taboo for the fringes.”
“In the end, what he really is, is a con artist. And he&#8217;s actually kind of an evil con artist,” Shapiro added, before alleging that Tate was a “pimp&#8221; and &#8220;pornographer” who “made his money grooming women for the sex industry.”
Tate and his brother were recently able to return to the United States after leaving Romania when their travel restrictions were lifted. Florida has opened a criminal investigation into Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate after the brothers arrived in the state last week. The Tates had left Romania after the country lifted travel restrictions on them following an indictment.
Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier revealed the investigation during remarks to a reporter on Tuesday afternoon.
&#8220;These guys have themselves publicly admitted to participating in what very much appears to be soliciting, trafficking, preying upon women around the world, many of these victims coming forward, some of them minors,&#8221; he said. &#8220;You know, people can spin or defend however they want, but in Florida, this type of behavior is viewed as atrocious. We&#8217;re not going to accept it.&#8221;
&#8220;They chose to come here and set their feet down in this state, and we&#8217;re going to pursue every tool we have within our legal authority to hold them accountable,&#8221; he continued. &#8220;So we are in the process today, we have secured and executed subpoenas and warrants, and we&#8217;re going to continue to move forward with full force of law.&#8221;
He said that the matter had turned into &#8220;an ongoing criminal investigation&#8221; and that the state was determined to &#8220;use every tool we have to ensure that justice is served.&#8221;

Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis said at a press conference on Thursday that the state is looking into legal options after notorious influencer Andrew Tate — who is accused of sex trafficking, rape, and other criminal activity in Romania — had travel sanctions lifted and traveled to Florida with his brother.
Tate and his brother, Tristan, arrived in Fort Lauderdale on a private jet on Thursday, according to their spokesperson.
&#8220;Our attorney general, James Uthmeier, is looking into what state hooks and jurisdiction we may have to be able to deal with this,&#8221; DeSantis said at a press conference. &#8220;But the reality is no, Florida is not a place where you&#8217;re welcome with that type of conduct.&#8221;
&#8220;I don&#8217;t know how it came to this,&#8221; he added. &#8220;We were not involved. We were not notified. I found out through the media.&#8221;
Uthmeier said he directed his office to &#8220;work with our state law enforcement partners to conduct a preliminary inquiry into these individuals.&#8221;

The Tate brothers had been banned from leaving Romania after they were arrested in 2022 on charges of &#8220;rape, human trafficking, money laundering and starting an organized crime group,&#8221; CNN <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2025/02/27/europe/andrew-tate-romania-us-intl-hnk/index.html">reported</a>.
They have denied any wrongdoing.
Romanian prosecutors said they only lifted the travel restrictions on the two brothers while “all other obligations remain in effect, including the requirement to appear before judicial authorities whenever summoned.”
During a press conference on Thursday, President Donald Trump said he had no knowledge of the travel restrictions being lifted after several reports said the Trump administration pushed Romania to do so.

Controversial social media influencer Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan, were granted permission to leave Romania and will arrive in the United States on Thursday after being held in the European country for two years on charges of human trafficking and organized crime.
The Tate brothers boarded a private jet at around 10:00 p.m. Wednesday and are expected to land in southern Florida sometime Thursday morning, The New York Times <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2025/02/27/world/europe/tate-brothers-romania-us.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>. Romanian prosecutors allege that Andrew and Tristan, who started a pornographic webcam business, misled multiple women into believing they were interested in a relationship before housing them in a compound and forcing them to appear in pornographic videos. The Tate brothers have denied all charges against them.
Andrew and Tristan were successful in their appeal of an indictment against them in a Bucharest court, with the court finding that the case did not meet the requirements for a trial. Last month, Romania also lifted its house arrest order.
Tate and his brother were placed under house arrest last August after authorities launched a second investigation, according to <a href="https://news.sky.com/story/andrew-tate-house-arrest-order-lifted-by-court-in-romania-13288636" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sky News</a>. The travel permission granted to Andrew and his brother marks a shift in Romania&#8217;s handling of the investigation and comes after the Trump administration <a href="https://www.ft.com/content/3f951e0b-a9cb-489a-be89-fdf9f996ed27" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reportedly</a> pressured the Romanian government to lift travel restrictions on the pair.
Tate, who is a dual American and British citizen, has backed President Donald Trump and wrote on X earlier this month, &#8220;The Tates will be free, Trump is the president. The good old days are back. And they will be better than ever. Hold on [heart emoji].&#8221;
While Romanian officials granted permission for the Tate brothers to leave the country, they stressed that Andrew and Tristan are still required to appear &#8220;before authorities when summoned,” adding, “Failure to comply could result in stricter legal measures.”
The Tate brothers were also charged in Britain in a separate case and are being investigated in the country over &#8220;allegations of rape and human trafficking,&#8221; The Washington Post <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2025/02/27/andrew-tristan-tate-romania-us/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>. The Tate brothers have denied the allegations made against them in Britain, saying they are disappointed &#8220;that such serious allegations are being resurrected without substantial new evidence.&#8221; A Romanian court ruled last March that the Tate brothers would be extradited to the United Kingdom after legal proceedings in Romania conclude.
Andrew Tate is a contentious figure on the Right. The social media personality gained notoriety mostly for his beliefs on sex and women. Tate, who has 10.7 million followers on X and over 770,000 followers on Instagram, often encourages men to have multiple sexual partners and discourages marriage.
How Tate is received when he lands on American soil is yet to be seen, but Daily Wire CEO Jeremy Boreing said on Thursday that the response to his arrival among conservatives will be telling.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: the Right must stop cheering on bad people who don’t care about their principles.
Today’s case: Andrew Tate.
Now, let me say at the outset, I’m not upset at all with anyone interviewing Tate. Go for it. Have at it. There are lots of great questions to ask him. But that’s not what’s happening here. What’s happening is that people are dishonestly conflating “interviewing” Tate with cheering on Tate — applauding him, talking about how brave and wonderful he is while he rips off thousands of people with his scam Hustlers University and preaches the virtue of treating women in a way you would never allow anyone to treat your wife or daughter.
No one is saying you can’t have Tate on your show. It’s a free country. What I’m saying is that if you claim you are a conservative and have someone truly disgusting on your show, and you proceed to tout them, praise them, and nod along to everything they say, you’re doing more than “platforming” — you are becoming a propagandist for that person. A person who purports to stand for Biblical values, American values, and traditional values has a moral obligation to ask Tate hard questions about his actions, beliefs, and past — not help him falsely rewrite his legal record or ignore all he has actually said while nodding enthusiastically.

Tate isn’t a conservative politician trying to push conservative policies, with part of the job being to separate out his agenda from his personal behavior. He’s an online troll who revels in precisely the evils conservatives hate. It’s his entire, self-stated persona. If you don’t ask about that, you’re not doing your job.
Now, I get the appeal of Andrew Tate. For decades, the hatred of traditional masculinity has been so strong, so thoroughgoing throughout the media and politics, that people have run away from traditional masculinity altogether. Young men were basically told they were useless, if not outright toxic. That left a vacuum. And Tate filled that vacuum with masculinity, but its ugliest iteration — not a responsible masculinity that protects women, children, and civilization, but the sort of masculinity that tears everything good down.
Tate’s basically playing a WWE heel, and he knows it. He says he wants to be the most hated man on Earth, and he professes to make money off of that — and that’s what he’s telling the truth about.
But here’s the thing: Andrew Tate is a crap sandwich. He presents differently to different audiences: He’ll present as a sort of low-rent anti-feminist talking head for people on the Right, bashing Left-wing wokeism; he’ll present as an anti-Semitic radical who’s willing to violate any taboo for the fringes; and he’ll pretend to be an upstanding person who cares about family values when he’s sitting down with someone conservative.
But what he really is, in the end, is a con artist.
And an evil con artist at that.

There are a few things in life that if somebody tells you, you automatically know they are a grifter. They&#8217;re a con man; they&#8217;re trying to con you into something.
The most obvious sign of a con artist is somebody who&#8217;s telling you that a well-known, well-worn truth — something that is absolutely irrefutable — is not true. They know better.
They know better because they&#8217;ve seen through the matrix, they&#8217;ve seen through that truth; that truth is actually a mask for the underlying reality.
Now, there may be some widely held notions that are untrue, but in order to debunk those notions, you would actually have to show why your notions are better.
However, if someone suggests, for example, “Hard work is useless. I have a better way to earn you fast money without a lot of work, without getting yourself educated, without putting in the hours to develop a skill set,” that person is conning you. They are lying to you.
If somebody were to tell you there is an easy way for you to get fit with no exercise while eating trash, that person would be lying to you. That person would be conning you because, obviously, you need to eat healthy and exercise if you want to be in shape.
And the biggest one of all — and it&#8217;s held true by pretty much every grifter movement of the last couple of centuries — is the idea that you should not get married, that marriage is bad for you, that somehow marriage is going to ruin your life.
Now, there are a lot of problems with the current legal structure of marriage. I agree with the critique of the current legal structure of marriage. No-fault divorce is one of the worst things that ever happened to Western civilization.

Marriage is a commitment. That commitment is lifelong. There should actually have to be a really good reason why you are divorcing. That is particularly true if you have children because marriage is designed as the fundamental building block of institutional society. It is the place where children are reared. It is the place where you produce children, and children require stability.
It is from those fundamental building blocks of civilization — “the little platoons,” as Edmund Burke called them — that you can actually build a functional, free civilization, which is why every grifter movement of the last couple of centuries has assaulted the family from the outside.
For example, Karl Marx was very big on assaulting the family. The Communist Manifesto famously suggests abolition of the family. Why? Because the family is a place where you might learn “bourgeois” values. It&#8217;s a place where you might be inculcated into responsibility, duty, or church. These are all very bad, according to the Marxist movement, which is why the Communist Manifesto <a href="https://www.marxists.org/archive/marx/works/1848/communist-manifesto/ch02.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener">says</a>,
<blockquote>On what foundation is the present family, the bourgeois family, based? On capital, on private gain. In its completely developed form, this family exists only among the bourgeoisie. But this state of things finds its complement in the practical absence of the family among the proletarians, and in public prostitution.</blockquote>
So blowing up the family would allow for a better world. Don&#8217;t get married. Fight the fight. Blow up the traditional institutions that actually support a functional society, and fight the fight.
The idea of the Left is that every single person is basically a malleable widget violating the strictures of the evil society. This is part of the big con, which is the idea that there are things like gender roles that are rooted in biology; however, if you can see through that immutable truth, then you will have destroyed the matrix. This is the perspective of the Left, and this is why they fight the family. This is also why children have become a tote bag to this group of people. It&#8217;s something you occasionally have in order to manipulate in a particular form or fashion.
But the attack on the family is not, unfortunately, restricted to the political Left. All grifters, all con men, have to take immutable truths and subvert those immutable truths in favor of something only they have uncovered — something incredible that you never knew about. And if you just take the red pill, then you&#8217;ll know it.
You&#8217;ll know it, and then you&#8217;ll be right. You won&#8217;t have to do hard work in order to be rich. You won&#8217;t have to be a good person in order to attract a good mate. You won&#8217;t have to spend the time raising your children in order to be a successful man. They&#8217;ve discovered the secret.
The leader on this side of the movement is Andrew Tate, who got his start as a provocative reality TV star, then began a webcam business effectively grooming women into sex trafficking. According to his own admission, that&#8217;s how he made his money. Whether he says they were groomed or not, the reality is he groomed women into getting into the webcam industry and pornography.
This is Andrew Tate’s game. He&#8217;s considered entertaining because he “explodes the myths.” But the way that he “explodes the myths” is by playing a really stupid game for stupid people.
The game is like this. “I&#8217;m going to say two transgressive things, things that violate the taboos of the culture around me. One of those things is true, and one of those things is false. But because they are both transgressive and because people will oppose me on both of them — one for bad reasons and one for good reasons — I have somehow gotten under the skin of the matrix. Everyone opposes me, which is why I&#8217;m a rebel.”
That&#8217;s Andrew Tate&#8217;s entire game.
So he will say things like feminism has ruined men by usurping the male role and robbing men of their initiative. That is true. That is not politically correct to say.
But then he will say another transgressive thing that is absolutely false. For example, “Women love it when you treat them like garbage, and you should treat women like garbage; dominant men are the kind of men who treat women like garbage.”
That is not true. It&#8217;s transgressive. And it&#8217;s transgressive specifically because it&#8217;s evil. It is bad to say. It is bad to think. Women should not be treated like trash, and good women do not want to be treated like trash. Further, treating women like trash is not going to make your life better. And it is not going to make their life better.
But it is transgressive to say; it is taboo. Tate has violated many taboos, and he can get away with it because the rules don&#8217;t apply to him. He&#8217;s a “Nietzschean Ubermensch” because he is very buff and because he works out a lot and because he smokes cigars. And this means you should listen to him.

The reason I&#8217;m bringing up Andrew Tate is because he, again, is playing the game with two transgressive things. The true thing that he has said is, “I pray Christianity regains its strength and protects its societies against the pervasive and constant erosion of morality by the devotees of Satan. If you accept everything, you stand for nothing.” I agree with every word of that statement. Christianity ought to regain its strength and protect its society against the pervasive and constant erosion of morality by the devotees of Satan.
But then, Tate put out tweets like the one that he did yesterday. It comes up in the context of marriage. Yet again, he is saying an immutable truth must be exploded. That immutable truth is the fundamental good and necessity of family.
He stated, “Dear white men. You’re f***ed. You&#8217;re being replaced because none of you have children.” Even within this tweet, he is making a couple points: one true, one false.
One, Western societies are not reproducing at replacement rate. That&#8217;s very bad. But he goes further because his game is to say many transgressive things — some true, some false. <a href="https://twitter.com/Cobratate/status/1780180832369402005" target="_blank" rel="noopener">He writes</a>:

So, one true thing, many false things. One true thing: People need to have more kids in Western civilization. But many false things: Marriage is bad. Loyalty to your spouse is bad. Society can be built on men running around having sex with 30 women and having 30 kids per year, and this is the true measure of a man.
And young men think, “Wow, that sounds amazing,” because the male sex drive looks for various women. That is just the way that mammalian biology is built. Men seek to impregnate many females. So that sounds great to a bunch of young men. Or getting off on Tate&#8217;s webcam business. It sounds amazing to them.
That&#8217;s also not how societies are built. But again, the idea is — and this is how you know it’s a con — marriage is bad. He&#8217;s actually saying marriage is bad because if you&#8217;re a “person who has five kids, lol.”
I have four kids. I’ve been married for 15 years. If you have four kids, double the replacement rate, you are doing your societal job. But that can only exist and can only create functional children, children who are going to propagate good values, if there’s a father in the home.
Here&#8217;s the thing. If you impregnate many ladies and then you leave, you have created a generation of young men who are incapable of raising themselves. The effects of single motherhood in the United States are very well known: high levels of drug use, of crime, of poverty, of suicidal ideation. It creates actual pathologies.
