Videos of the 34-year-old musician started circulating on social media following a performance over the weekend in Knoxville, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/tennessee">Tennessee</a>. The “Truck Bed” singer opened for Morgan Wallen during the two-day set that included Eric Church, Darius Rucker, and Miranda Lambert.
Hardy introduced his song “God’s Country,” which he co-wrote with Blake Shelton, by discussing his feelings about his homeland and those who hate being here.
“Especially this year with all the crazy sh** going on, I see a lot of people posting and talking sh** about living in the United States of America and being a United States citizen,” Hardy began. “And to that I say, ‘f*** you,’” he continued as the crowd erupted into cheers and applause.

Hardy, whose full name is Michael Wilson Hardy, was born in Mississippi and got his start in country music by helping write songs for some big-name acts, including Florida Georgia Line, Chris Lane, Blake Shelton, Dallas Smith, Thomas Rhett, and Morgan Wallen. His latest album, “The Mockingbird &amp; the Crow,” reached the top of the country music charts in 2023.
The singer’s best-known singles are “Truck Bed,” “Wait in the Truck,” “Give Heaven Some Hell,” and “One Beer.”
Hardy’s pro-America declaration comes shortly after rap artist Macklemore was called out for encouraging the crowd at his Seattle concert to chant, “F*** America,” as The Daily Wire previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/rapper-slammed-after-encouraging-crowd-to-chant-fk-america">reported</a>. 
Macklemore started the chant before debuting a song called “Hinds Hall 2,” which contains anti-Semitic rhetoric. It all took place at the &#8220;Palestine Will Live Forever Festival.&#8221;

A rap artist who goes by the name <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/rapper-macklemore-talks-about-being-sober-following-pandemic-relapse" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Macklemore</a> was slammed on social media after encouraging others in the crowd at his concert in Seattle to chant “F**k America.”
In a clip that surfaced on <a href="https://x.com/EndWokeness/status/1837704621822714322">X</a> over the weekend from his concert, the 41-year-old rapper-born Benjamin Hammond Haggerty appeared to react to something he heard in the crowd, telling his fans, “Straight up say it, I’m not gonna stop you. I’m not gonna stop you. Yeah, f**k America,” <a href="https://www.billboard.com/music/rb-hip-hop/macklemore-hinds-hall-2-f-america-chant-seattle-show-1235781597/">Billboard magazine</a> reported.
The crowd then begins to cheer, yell, and clap loudly for the performer, before he debuted a new track titled “Hinds Hall 2,” which contains anti-Semitic rhetoric, in which he blasts Israel for defending itself following the deadly October 7 attack that left more than 1,200 dead and hundreds kidnapped.
It came during a music event in Washington titled, “Palestine Will Live Forever Festival.” The description of the <a href="https://www.facebook.com/Macklemore/">event</a> said, “All funds raised will be split between: Pious Projects, HEAL Palestine, UNRWA, Palestine Children’s Relief Fund, and grassroots mutual aid.”

Reaction to the video was swift with people blasting the rapper’s comments.
One person <a href="https://x.com/Sassafrass_84/status/1837705105652511121">wrote</a>, “If you hate this country, then get [the f] out. Go find one that represents your ideals. American doesn&#8217;t want or need your trash here.”
Another <a href="https://x.com/Bubblebathgirl/status/1837708439453106237">added</a>, &#8220;Hey<a href="https://x.com/macklemore"> @macklemore</a>, since you hate America so much why don’t you leave? Thanks.”
While a third wrote, “Shame. This country made Macklemore possible. Where else could he have got rich and famous?? Shame.”
The rapper has been vocally anti-Israel, even dropping an earlier version of his song “Hinds Hall” in May which blasts the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas following the terrorist attack on October 7. The song references the many anti-Israel protests on college campuses that were happening at the time, <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-13880077/macklemore-leads-anti-America-chant-charity-concert-Seattle-benefit-Palestinian-refugees.html">Daily Mail</a> noted.
In the song he called out President Joe Biden and raps, “&#8217;The blood is on your hands Biden, we can see it all. And f**k no, I&#8217;m not voting for you in the fall.”
Last year at another anti-Israel rally in Washington, D.C., Macklemore took the stage and told the crowd, “I don&#8217;t know enough, but I know enough that this is a genocide,” the outlet noted.
Weeks before the rally, the rapper released a statement in which he condemned both the bloody Hamas attacks on Israel and Israel&#8217;s response, calling the latter an “unfolding genocide” and a “U.S. backed human catastrophe,” <a href="https://pitchfork.com/news/macklemore-delivers-impromptu-speech-at-pro-palestine-rally-in-dc/">Pitchfork</a> noted.

Actor Russell Crowe told podcaster <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/joe-rogan" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Joe Rogan</a> that America is a “beacon of freedom” for the rest of the world, which comes with a “huge responsibility.” 
Crowe, who is from New Zealand, appeared on “The Joe Rogan Experience” <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=embQ1r9udaI">podcast</a> on Tuesday and discussed his recent move back to the United States.
“Flying into New York the other day and it&#8217;s a palpable difference in the way you know people regard each other and the way they talk,&#8221; Crowe said. “But there&#8217;s a fear in everybody at the moment here and I&#8217;m just not sure where that&#8217;s going to go.&#8221; 
“Doesn&#8217;t feel healthy.”

A significantly higher percentage of Republicans say they are &#8220;extremely proud&#8221; to be American compared to Democrats and independents, according to <a href="https://news.gallup.com/poll/646655/american-pride-remains-near-record-low.aspx" target="_blank" rel="noopener">survey</a> results released just two days before Independence Day.
The Gallup poll, which surveyed U.S. adults from June 3-23, shows that 59% of Republicans say they are &#8220;extremely proud&#8221; of their national identity, which remains near record-low numbers. Only 34% of Democrats and 36% of independents said the same, which is up slightly from last year for both demographics, according to Gallup.
The gap between Republicans and Democrats in expressing pride in America has closed in the past five years. Republicans&#8217; pride in their country has dropped from 76% to 59%, while Democrats&#8217; pride in America has risen from 22% in 2019 to 34% in 2024. The Gallup results show that that gap began to close toward the end of former President Donald Trump&#8217;s term in office and throughout President Joe Biden&#8217;s first term.

Gallup&#8217;s latest survey results show a stark contrast in how Republicans, Democrats, and independents felt about being American 20 years ago. In 2004, 82% of Republicans, 65% of independents, and 60% of Democrats said they were &#8220;extremely proud&#8221; to be American. Republicans have maintained a higher sense of pride in their national identity than Democrats and independents since the turn of the century.
&#8220;Americans’ national pride was highest after the 9/11 terrorist attacks in 2001, when patriotism surged in the U.S.,&#8221; Gallup wrote. &#8220;Extreme pride has been trending downward since 2015.&#8221;
&#8220;While the percentage of U.S. adults who say they are extremely proud to be American is near the lowest point on record, about two-thirds continue to be at least very proud,&#8221; Gallup added. &#8220;Republicans’ national pride, though near its lowest point, remains high compared with Democrats’ and independents’, although all party groups are significantly less proud than they were 20 years ago.&#8221;
According to the survey, 18% of U.S. adults say they are &#8220;moderately proud&#8221; to be American, 10% say they are &#8220;only a little&#8221; proud, and 5% say they are &#8220;not at all&#8221; proud.
Another Gallup <a href="https://news.gallup.com/poll/646643/june-economic-confidence-stable-low.aspx?utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_medium=o_social&amp;utm_term=gallup&amp;utm_campaign=x-news-eci_070324" target="_blank" rel="noopener">survey</a> taken over the same time period showed that Americans have an overall negative view of the current economic conditions. Forty-eight percent of respondents said economic conditions in the U.S. are &#8220;poor,&#8221; 28% said they are &#8220;only fair,&#8221; and only 25% said they are &#8220;excellent/good.&#8221; Nearly 70% of Americans said they believe the economy is &#8220;getting worse,&#8221; and 26% said it&#8217;s &#8220;getting better.&#8221;

David Cone, a co-host of The Daily Wire’s sports podcast “Crain &amp; Co.,” dropped his first country single this week with his song about “blue jeans” and “rock and roll” in “Just What America Needs.”
On Friday, the Daily Wire host announced his new country song, which he worked on with Nashville legend Kent Wells, Dolly Parton’s long-time producer. “Just What American Needs” is the first of six singles Cone will be releasing in the next few months. Cone said that Wells, the legendary music producer who is coming off a hugely successful album release in Dolly Parton’s “Rockstar,” was impressed by what he heard in the “Crain &amp; Co.” hosts new songs.
Cone revealed the song <a href="https://x.com/davidadamcone/status/1786388786462511475" target="_blank" rel="noopener">in a post on X</a>, which showcased him rocking out to lyrics about finding a good woman that he loves who is “Just What America Needs.” Cone said the song “intersects with the missional statement of what I want to do in my life now, and with the company I work for with The Daily Wire.”

“I thought now that I have a platform with this sports show, ‘Crain &amp; Co.’ and the aftermath of our movie ‘Lady Ballers,’ now would be the best time to release new music, especially music that is patriotic,” he added. “‘Just What America Needs’ seemed like the no-brainer song for me to start with.”
Cone said his other five singles will be released over the next few months — one of which is another patriotic song titled “American Made,” which Cone hopes to release around the Fourth of July.
Additionally, Cone will release “Flavors of Kentucky,” “Southward Bound,” “Die in Alabama,” and “Thompson&#8217;s Station Train.” The Daily Wire host taught himself how to play the guitar as a senior at the University of Michigan before he started writing music and playing at venues in Atlanta and Nashville.
One powerful line in “Just What America Needs” features Cone singing about how a woman “proudly raised in the USA” likes “social living, not socialism” and suggests that with “few more like her, this country would be okay.”
The chorus praises the woman because she, “likes blue jeans and rock and roll, raised up right, loving country roads. ‘Free Bird’ on the radio, she’s just what America needs.”
In the song, the “Crain &amp; Co.” host notes that he used to sit and complain “about how there was no use of dating any of these girls today,” until he heard this one woman “singing God bless the USA.”
“‘Just What America Needs’ is as close to me being the actual protagonist as possible. And the woman who he’s loving in the song is as close to being my wife as possible,” Cone said.
Cone revealed that the final hurdle to clear in “Just What America Needs” came at “the last turnaround verse.”
“I came up with the line, ‘But she ain&#8217;t perfect, she loves pizza cold,’ and when I wrote that line I thought it’s now been elevated, and now the song can be complete,” Cone said. “Before that I think it opened itself up to criticism that it was just a cliche patriotic song, but that last part there [shows] I’m not holding people who are just what America needs to a perfect standard because this girl isn’t either. She eats her pizza cold. To me, it was a perfect way to wrap up a song.”

Iranian Supreme Leader <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/ali-khamenei" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ayatollah Ali Khamenei</a> said during an address to his country this week that &#8220;death to America&#8221; is not just a slogan or a chant, it&#8217;s the country&#8217;s official policy toward the U.S.
The remarks come as the Islamic Republic, which is the world&#8217;s leading state sponsor of terrorism, has fueled attacks against Israel over the last month through several terrorist proxy groups, including Hamas, which murdered 1,400 Israelis. Terrorist leaders with Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad have repeatedly <a href="https://twitter.com/MEMRIReports/status/1720095669937992115" target="_blank" rel="noopener">stated</a> that Iran was the main backer behind their activities, providing them with money, weapons, and training.
Khamenei made the remarks Wednesday on Iran&#8217;s Channel 1, according to a video clip translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute.
&#8220;The situation between America and Iran is this: When you chant &#8216;Death to America!&#8217; it is not just a slogan – it is a policy,&#8221; he said. &#8220;I have stated the reasons previously. For many years, from the 1940s to the 1970s – that is 30 years – the Americans did everything they could do against the Iranian nation. They hit Iran in any way they could – financially, economically, politically, scientifically, and morally.&#8221;
&#8220;If it were not for America&#8217;s support, if it were not for the support of U.S. weapons, the corrupt and artificial Zionist regime would have been destroyed in the first week,&#8221; he claimed. &#8220;It would have collapsed. The Americans are behind this.&#8221;
He also claimed that Iran was not helping push anti-Semitic rallies across the world.

A video that posted to X on Friday showed New Yorkers ripping into a man who was caught tearing down flyers of Israelis who were missing or who had been kidnapped following <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/three-big-lies-the-west-tells-itself-about-israel-and-hamas">Hamas&#8217;</a> deadly October 7 terrorist attack on Israel.
The video was posted by the account <a href="https://twitter.com/nyscanner/status/1717935965472199062" target="_blank" rel="noopener">NY Scanner</a> — which posts breaking news in New York City — and featured a man in a checkered blue and white shirt walking through Queens tearing down multiple flyers of the missing Israelis.
In the first part of the video, the man tears down flyers on a street light as the person recording the video asks him multiple times why he is tearing them down and demands that he put them back.

In the second part of the video, the man in the checkered shirt is confronted by a group of men who are blocking him from tearing down more flyers. One of the men takes out a card and says he&#8217;s a veteran before another steps in and gives the poster-tearer a profanity-laced speech about how America is a free country.
&#8220;I&#8217;m not f***ing Jewish,&#8221; the man defending the fliers said. &#8220;He&#8217;s not Jewish &#8230; it doesn&#8217;t f***ing matter. This is f***ing the U.S.A. This is New York City.&#8221;
&#8220;You don&#8217;t have a f***ing right to tear down &#8230; to touch that s***,&#8221; he added. &#8220;This is a free country.&#8221;
&#8220;We can put up f***ing signs,&#8221; he continued. &#8220;Okay.&#8221;
The poster-tearer started to back off and claimed that he wasn&#8217;t doing anything. But the man defending the flyers replied, &#8220;You are doing something, you are offending us, motherf***er.&#8221;
The man ripping down the posters then asked the New Yorker if he had proof about whether the Israelis on the posters had been kidnapped and the other man responded, &#8220;You have proof they are not kidnapped? No, so shut the f*** up.&#8221;
He then told the man to move along and got close to his face. The sign-ripper replied and said, &#8220;don&#8217;t touch me&#8221; and the New Yorker responded that he was &#8220;dying to put&#8221; the man &#8220;in the hospital&#8221; before the clip ended.

A 28-year-old New York woman who survived <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/hamas" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hamas</a>&#8216; massacre at an outdoor festival in southern Israel two weeks ago says that she is stunned to see anti-Semitic protests in the U.S. and that she now feels safer in Israel than in her home country.
The Palestinian terrorists launched the sophisticated attack on October 7 on various locations along the Israeli-Gaza border. More than 1,400 Israelis were murdered during the attacks along with more than 30 Americans. At the festival alone, hundreds of people were gunned down.
“A lot of people have asked if I’m scared to go back to Israel after everything that’s happened, and my honest answer is … now more than ever, I want to move to Israel,” Natalie Sanandaji <a href="https://nypost.com/2023/10/20/new-yorker-who-survived-hamas-stunned-by-antisemitism-protests/?utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=nypost" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told</a> the New York Post. “Even with everything going on, I feel safer there than I do in the U.S. right now.”
Sanandaji, who is part Iranian and part Israeli, said that even though she lives in a Jewish community, she has seen some of her friends hide their faith because they are scared.
“There’s people in Europe drawing Jewish stars on people’s doors if they know it’s a Jewish home,” she said. “A lot of what is happening right now are things that happened right before the Holocaust.”
She said that anti-Semitism takes root inside a person after they have been exposed to &#8220;propaganda.&#8221; She said a common lie is that “this fight is Palestine vs. Israel” when, in reality, it&#8217;s Israel vs. Hamas.

“Whatever your stance on Palestine vs Israel is your stance — and all the power to you — but what people have to understand is that’s not what this fight [is about] right now, this fight is Israel vs Hamas, a terrorist organization that is just as complicit in the deaths of innocent Palestinians as they are in deaths of innocent Israelis,” she said.

If this author knows anything about anything, it&#8217;s that Democrats and the Left think that even the most minor disruption of an official proceeding of <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/congress" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Congress</a> is just about the worst thing you can do in American politics these days (or so they claim). Such an action desecrates the hallowed ground walked upon by our nation&#8217;s public servants and spits on the Constitution itself, Legacy Media has beaten into us for the last two-and-a-half years.
No matter how small or non-violent the action might be, even if accidental, anybody who would disrespect Congress must be thrown into the slammer, made an example out of, and have his or her life ruined. They should be given a nickname, too. Like The Lectern Guy, or The QAnon Shaman fella with the horns.
And so, it gives me no pleasure to say, but the evidence suggests that Congressman Jamaal &#8220;The Fire Alarm Guy&#8221; Bowman (D-NY) is now a threat to democracy who must have the book thrown at him.
On Saturday, The Daily Wire <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/democrat-rep-reportedly-caught-on-camera-pulling-house-office-fire-alarm-ahead-of-continuing-resolution-vote" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a> that Bowman was seemingly caught on camera pulling the fire alarm at the Cannon House Office Building ahead of a motion to adjourn on Saturday as Democrats seek to delay a continuing resolution vote. Bowman and his ilk are threatening to shut down the government if Ukraine doesn&#8217;t get their money in the stopgap spending bill.
We didn&#8217;t think Bowman would literally threaten to shut down the government by sending everybody into a panic, but a still image of a man who looks a lot like Bowman pretty much confirmed it.

Bowman allegedly broke multiple laws with such a heinous action. First, it&#8217;s a crime in Washington, D.C., to pull a fire alarm when there actually isn&#8217;t a fire.

Secondly, obstructing a Congressional proceeding is a felony.

Now, Bowman&#8217;s spokesperson is saying that he did not mean to cause a panic. It was all a big misunderstanding.

But oh no, just like those who entered the Capitol on January 6 and have argued they didn&#8217;t mean to break any laws, Bowman can&#8217;t be let off the hook. He wouldn&#8217;t want that either if he had any legal and moral consistency.
As Bowman once said, &#8220;No one in this country is above the law.&#8221;

Amy Wisner, a former marketing professor at MSU, allegedly <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12114999/Amy-Wisner-MSU-politics-professor-sued-making-students-pay-99-fee-join-left-wing-group.html">required</a> 600 students to pay $99 each to join a Left-wing group known as The Rebellion Community, an outside group run by Wisner. Students Nolan Radomski and Nathan Barbieri are suing Wisner, claiming she used the money from students to donate to Planned Parenthood, as well as buy an RV for a trip around the U.S. By doing so, the pair of students claimed in the suit that Wisner “forced them to materially support the homicide of innocent children.” MSU has fired Wisner after complaints, and the school offered students a refund for the roughly $60,000 they paid to the leftist group.

A Burger King franchise in Hollywood, Florida, has been ordered to pay a whopping sum to a 48-year-old man over a slip and fall that occurred more than two years ago. 
A Burger King franchise must pay $8 million to Richard Tulecki, who claimed that he slipped on a “foreign substance” in the restaurant’s bathroom and &#8220;suffered lower back injuries resulting in surgery.” Tulecki’s attorneys said the fall caused &#8220;serious injuries,” which required surgery that then turned into a postoperative perforated colon. The lawsuit was filed in 2021. The sum — totaling $7.68 million, including earnings lost and medical expenses  — is one of Florida’s largest slip and fall verdicts on record.

Pope Francis, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/catholic-church" target="_blank" rel="noopener">the Vicar of Christ</a>, has a message for all you &#8220;Dog Moms&#8221;: Having a dog does not make you a mother.
Despite the fact that canines have been domesticated for 30,000 years, it has been a trend in the West recently for women of all ages to spoil their pets rotten while taking an excessive amount of pride for doing so — even going so far as to treat them as actual children and declare themselves &#8220;moms&#8221; because they now look after man&#8217;s best friend.
The pope&#8217;s comments came on Friday during a conversation with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni — who is one hell of a woman in her own right (<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/absolutely-fake-news-on-cnn-giorgia-melonis-political-rival-shuts-down-fascism-fears" target="_blank" rel="noopener">see here</a>). The two were discussing Europe&#8217;s dwindling birthrates, and Francis used two anecdotes to explain how that is impacting the continent.
&#8220;Two weeks ago, my secretary was in the square and a mother came in with a child&#8217;s [stroller&#8217;],&#8221; he explained, &#8220;A tender priest approached to bless the child &#8230; It was a little dog!&#8221;
Then, he shared another story. &#8220;At the Ash Wednesday audience, I was saying goodbye, and I arrived in front of a woman, more or less 50 years old &#8230; I greet the lady, and she opens a bag, and says, &#8216;Bless my child!&#8217; A little dog!&#8221;
Francis, who is sometimes known for his short temper, had had enough.
&#8220;I didn&#8217;t have patience, and I scolded the lady. &#8216;Madam, so many children are hungry, and you with this little dog!'&#8221;

You know the type, they post their dog — typically some sort of Goldendoodle, French Bull Dog, or Corgi — all over Instagram. These women snuggle with it, nurture it, and praise themselves for looking after their four-legged beast with all the care in the world. They even create hashtags for their furry friends. If you ever point out that having a pet does not make them a mother, then you probably won&#8217;t get invited to their dog&#8217;s first birthday party — which might be a good thing.
Meanwhile, as the pope mentioned, children are going hungry around the globe as millions of Westerners spend thousands on pets each year.
Ultimately, Francis&#8217; message was essentially, &#8220;Have kids, not pets.&#8221; God bless him for that chastisement.
