Every Sunday morning, legacy media outlets are taken over by elected officials, aspiring elected officials, administration insiders, and the usual collection of talking heads — all of whom are there to discuss specific policies, push talking points, or simply promote their own campaigns.
For those who don’t spend their Sunday mornings glued to the television — and their Sunday afternoons attempting to unravel a full week’s worth of network and cable news media spin — The Daily Wire has compiled a short summary of what you may have missed.
ABC News, “This Week”:
ABC News Chief White House correspondent Mary Bruce told “This Week” anchor Martha Raddatz that President Joe Biden was not just losing support among Arab Americans — some of them have complained that they feel “flat-out betrayed” by the way Biden and his administration have responded to the war between Israel and Hamas.
“One woman told me for the first time in her life, she feels un-American because she doesn’t feel like anyone is representing her,” Bruce explained.
Some Muslim and Arab Americans feel "flat-out betrayed by" Pres. Biden's response to Israel-Hamas war, @MaryKBruce says.

CBS News, “Face the Nation”:
CBS News White House and political correspondent Ed O’Keefe warned of at least one of the difficulties President Joe Biden could be facing with regard to his reelection prospects. O’Keefe, who joined “Face the Nation” host Margaret Brennan, said that Biden is losing support among Arab Americans because he has continued to voice support for Israel in the war against Hamas.
“If you start losing those small groups when these elections are being won on the margins, you’re in real trouble,” O’Keefe said — and he was not alone in his assessment.
According to a poll published in late in October, Muslim-American support for Biden has plummeted from 59% in 2020 to just 17% in the wake of his administration’s handling of the Israel-Hamas war.
In Dearborn, which has Michigan's largest concentration of Arab-American voters, many said they won't support Biden because of his handling of the Gaza war, @edokeefe reports: "If you start losing those small groups when these elections are being won on the margins, you're in… pic.twitter.com/Y5Kcbs9jGP

CNN, “State of the Union”:
Secretary of State Antony Blinken joined CNN anchor Jake Tapper on Sunday’s broadcast of “State of the Union,” where he addressed the multiple reports of rape and sexual violence — perpetrated by Hamas terrorists against Israeli civilians — that took place during the October 7th massacre.
Tapper presented the question, asking why so many international human rights groups seemed so slow to address the atrocities — particularly the use of rape and sexual violence as a weapon of war — and whether anti-semitism was, in fact, the reason.
“The sexual violence that we saw on October 7 is beyond anything that I have seen,” Blinken said, saying that the atrocities many have now witnessed — via body cams that were worn by the Hamas terrorists during the attack — were so extreme that they were difficult to process.

NBC News, “Meet the Press”:
NBC News White House correspondent Kelly O’Donnell made an appearance on “Meet the Press” to discuss the fast-approaching 2024 presidential election — and what President Joe Biden’s team appears to have planned in the coming weeks and months, especially as former President Donald Trump remains the clear frontrunner in the Republican Primary.
The plan, O’Donnell said, was to “more aggressively tie Donald Trump” to every restriction or ban on abortion that has come since the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
“They want to link Trump, in every way, to the change in people’s lives with respect to abortion,” she said.
NEW: President Biden's re-election campaign will begin to "more aggressively tie Donald Trump" to every abortion restriction or ban in the U.S., @KellyO reports.

FOX, “Fox News Sunday”:
Rep.Nancy Mace (R-N.C.) joined “Fox News Sunday” guest host Gillian Turner to discuss the deafening silence coming from many women’s rights groups with regard to Hamas terrorists and their use of rape and sexual violence as weapons of war against Israeli civilians.
“Where are the women?” Mace asked. “Where are the women’s groups who profess to be fighting for women around the world who have been dead silent on this issue? Look at my colleagues in the House? Where are they? Rep. Jayapal, her excuses last week — I mean — we know now — we now know that Hamas, in their battle plan, was to go in and systematically rape, mutliate, and murder these Israeli women.”
Jayapal, when pressed on the issue, said that “of course” she agreed that rape was wrong — but then changed the subject and told CNN anchor Dana Bash that she believed Israel was committing war crimes.

MSNBC, “Inside With Jen Psaki”:
Former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki typically devotes a fair amount of time to hand-wringing about the “threat” she believes is posed by former President Donald Trump — and the distinct possibility that the Republican Party could nominate him a second time in 2024 — and Sunday was no exception.
Psaki invited The Atlantic’s Tim Alberta to join her, and he posited that “pro-Trump evangelicals” were suffering from a “persecution complex.”
The former press secretary asked whether there was anything Trump could do or say — such as threaten to “be a dictator” — that would make people turn away from him.
Alberta pointed first to the 2022 midterm elections, saying that Trump had lost some support from evangelicals then because he had thrown pro-lifers “under the bus.” But he also noted that District Attorney Alvin Bragg had filed the first indictment against Trump a short time later, and his numbers had recovered quickly.
“They believe that the culture is coming for them, that Christianity is under siege,” Alberta continued. “When [Trump] says ‘I’m your retribution’… When he says ‘They’re coming after you but they gotta get to me first.’ They hear it as them. It resonates deeply.”
