In an appearance on Fox News Monday morning, White House counselor Kellyanne Conway had a strong message for Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff, the chair of the House Intelligence Committee and one of the leaders of the Democrats’ “collusion” and “obstruction” accusations against the president. Schiff should resign “today,” said Conway.
Speaking about Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s final report, which Attorney General William Barr revealed Sunday in a summary report to Congress “did not find that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it conspired or coordinated with Russia in its efforts to influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election,” Conway told “Fox & Friends” that Schiff needs to be held accountable for his egregious accusations against President Trump.
