On Friday night, a hair-pulling, chair-throwing, punch-landing massive brawl broke out at a Mexican Restaurant in Dallas, Texas over a $5 basket of chips and a choice of red or green salsa—which is admittedly a hard choice for anyone.
I mean, if a dispute over chips and salsa choice isn’t justification for ruining a hard-working person’s establishment and using physical violence, than what is?
Isael Rojas, a Dallas resident who was at El Paisano Mexican Restaurant when the fight broke out, captured the action on his phone and later posted the video to Facebook early Saturday morning, around 2:30 a.m. Since the post, the video has gained over 1.8 million views.
The video shows a few women triggering the massive brawl. After their initial hair-pulling interaction, all hell breaks loose: chairs and punches are thrown, cuss words are screamed, and the restaurant is left a disaster area.
According to Dallas Eaters, Rojas confirmed that the fight broke out over the ever-important issue of chips and salsa. After the five-minute brawl, those involved quickly dispersed and Rojas was able to complete his order and eat in peace.
Astonishingly, zero arrests have been made.
