Keeping up appearance is apparently not in the Democratic Party’s skillset.
Despite the “somber” and “sullen” atmosphere surrounding President Donald Trump’s impeachment, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) can be seen clowning around in front of reporters prior to a press conference, an act of impropriety that even Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) could not afford to tolerate.
