In a speech to the Heritage Foundation on Thursday, National Security Adviser John Bolton explained how the Trump administration is taking a tough stance on Russia, China, and the United Nations in regard to their Africa strategy.
“This strategy is the result of an intensive interagency process, and reflects the core tenets of President Trump’s foreign policy doctrine,” Bolton explained. “Importantly, the strategy remains true to his central campaign promise to put the interests of the American People first, both at home and abroad.”
