U.S. Postal Service’s New Plan To Become Competitive: Longer Delivery Times, Shorter Office Hours, And Higher Prices

In an attempt to allegedly become more competitive, Postmaster General Louis DeJoy released a 58-page, 10-year plan to revamp the U.S. Postal Service that would include higher prices, slower deliveries, and cuts to post office hours across the country.

CNN reported that DeJoy, appointed by former President Donald Trump, announced the new plan, called “Delivering for America,” on Tuesday. The plan also calls for a new, “energy-friendly fleet of delivery vehicles.” More from CNN:
