The Question That Exposes The Entire Game

For the Left, it's all about lies and misdirection and Israel. It's never about what's best for Americans.

You may have seen the clip of me telling a college student to “shut the f*ck up” and wonder what happened.

I spoke at a couple of campuses last week:  the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Iowa with TPUSA. They were great events with a lot of fun and huge energy.

Immediately after I spoke at the University of Iowa, I did what I always do and have done for two decades: I opened up the event for questions. Long ago, I started this rule: If you disagree, go to the front of the line, and then we usually have some sort of polite exchange about one issue or another.

Not this time. This dude — and I have no idea who he was — decided it was time to scream into the void while filming himself for a long stretch.

I tried to have a conversation. But here’s how it went.

Supposed student, filming himself as he screamed:

Ben Shapiro. Should I call you Ben Israelo? My friend, the enemy here is not the Left, the enemy is the Epstein cabal who works for Israel. And we know who you are loyal to, my friend. the enemy of the people who are taking our tax dollars to shoot a Palestinian five-year-old girl shot by 600 bullets, funded by American taxpayers. This is 1948. We are no longer welcoming aid to Israel.

You are the enemy. Trump is a pedophile, and he’s not releasing the Epstein file. Let’s not lie to ourselves, my friend. Everything is clear. Everything is obvious. Who are you loyal to, Ben Shapiro: Israel or America? Say it right now.

Me, quietly: America.

Supposed student: USA against Israel. We are United States of America, and we are not United States of Israel. Israel under my leg right now. Israel will not win. America. USA. F*ck Israel! F*ck Trump, the pedophile who is hiding the Epstein lists!

Me: Well, that was a deeply convincing argument. I must say that you screaming over and over, “F*ck Israel! F*ck Trump! Trump’s a pedophile,” I don’t find it wildly convincing. What I do think is that you are demonstrating a complete lack of any sort of knowledge about anything, and screaming like a schmuck performatively is not actually a form of convincing anyone. Listen, there’s no response to people who are going to get up there and just yell like *ssholes. Let me be very clear about this.

Student: Let’s settle this right now. Okay. Me and you on the stage in a boxing match. USA versus Israel.

Me: So here is my response.

The supposed student started screaming again.

Me: Okay.  I’m going to need you to shut the f*ck up. You have nothing of relevance to say. You have no argument to make. You have sloganeering bullsh*t you’re spewing about me, about the United States, about the president of the United States. You have nothing of merit. So here’s what I would recommend. Go read a book. Get a job. Do something useful with your life.

As he left, I told the crowd, “They’re not sending their best. Don’t chant in the name of my country while you call the president of the United States — without basis — a pedophile, scream in support of terror groups and pretend that somehow you’ve made a meritorious point. Enjoy your earned obscurity.”

Why am I discussing this? I should point out that I’ve handled any of the issues this person raised in a multiplicity of settings, including literally the night before at the University of Texas at Austin. All these can be raised in a normal context, but this is important.

Why?

Because it’s indicative of the nature of our political debate at this moment. Let’s be clear: The hard Left does not want to argue. They do not want to discuss. They do not want to debate. They do not want to talk about facts. They want to impose. They want to shout “Epstein files.” They want to shout “F*ck Israel! F*ck the U.S.!”

They want to shout “genocide” and ignore all evidence. They want to ignore reality. And they’re sending people who can barely speak English to lecture us about America while chanting “U.S.A.” and simultaneously sympathizing with terrorists, which is what’s going on here.

I’m not talking just about idiot students. I’m talking about United States Senate candidates.

For example: Abdul Rahman El-Sayed in Michigan.

Last week, El-Sayed debated Mike Rogers in Michigan. The last three polls show El-Sayed not only within the margin of error, but essentially in a dead heat with Rogers, which is amazing because Michigan is a very purple state, it is an off-year election, and the seat being filled is held by a Democrat.

But there’s a reason for the closeness of the race: El-Sayed is a terror supporter. He and his entire family are Muslim Brotherhood sympathizers. This goes back a long time. Rogers shellacked El-Sayed in this debate. He pointed out that El-Sayed has a very difficult time condemning terrorists.

El-Sayed’s response was not to condemn any of those terror groups. Instead, he said he just wanted to talk about prices, which is the entire game: misdirection. El-Sayed is a candidate who literally justified terrorism at a Jewish day school by claiming that it was the same as the IDF hitting a member of Hezbollah in Lebanon.

During this debate, El-Sayed would not answer who is a bigger threat to America, Israel, or Iran.

There is an obvious answer. I don’t care what you think about Israel; Iran has been antithetical to American interests for half a century. They literally chant “Death to America.” They spread anti-American terror all over the region. They have been directly and indirectly responsible for the death of hundreds, if not thousands, of American troops in the Middle East. They have been responsible for terror acts across the globe.

El-Sayed won’t answer the question because he sympathizes with radical Muslims all over planet Earth. He won’t answer the question not because he has arguments, but because he wishes you to never see what he actually believes. He is a liar.

He said, “I’m just going to say that that’s a ridiculous hypothetical, because here’s what’s happening right now: Our ostensible ally in Israel has lobbied us to go to war with Iran. We have watched as Iran has responded by bombing all kinds of countries in the Middle East and then choking off the world’s energy supply. So this is a situation in which I don’t think we should be a part. I don’t want to be pushed into war by Israel, and I don’t want to be in a war with Iran. I want our money spent here to buy schools and health care and child care here. I don’t understand why that is so inconceivable.”

He is a liar, trying to deflect from a very obvious question while blaming Israel for Iran shutting the Strait of Hormuz. It’s astonishing.

He was asked about the fact that his entire family is associated with the Muslim Brotherhood, which they are.

His mom worked for a global terrorist group accused of funding Osama bin Laden, Hamas, and the Taliban. His father-in-law is a founding member of the Islamic Society for North America, which was an unindicted co-conspirator in funding terrorism associated with the Muslim Brotherhood. After the so-called Arab Spring, when the Muslim Brotherhood took over Egypt, El-Sayed was a signatory to a letter asking the Muslim Brotherhood’s Mohamed Morsi to crack down on dissidents, according to the Washington Free Beacon.

When NBC’s Kristen Welker asked, “Can you set the record straight about whether you or your family have any ties to the Muslim Brotherhood?” he answered, “No, but let’s talk about this.”

Welker: No. You don’t have any ties?

El-Sayed: No.

Welker: And your family doesn’t?

El Sayed: No. Let me let me ask you, though, why this is even a subject of debate. Because his only strategy is to point to me and my name and my faith, and to say that we’re different, and that you should suspect people simply because they are different than you in how they pray. But there are so many more ways that we’re the same.

Nope. “There’s so many more ways that we’re the same?”  We all love the Muslim Brotherhood?

This is insane. If you believe it, you’re a shill and a moron. If you believe what he is telling you, if you’re one of these dumb*ss mainstream Democrats supporting El-Sayed while telling yourself that he is not an Islamic extremist, you’re out of your mind.

His sister in 2012 openly tweeted, “My family has long been Muslim Brotherhood, but I’ve always felt that it has navigated the political sphere poorly/destructively.”

In 2013, she wrote, “Praying for all my family that support the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. Lie low. Stay safe.”

This is who the Democrats are putting up for the job. It’s the same exact guy as the one screaming, “F*ck Israel. F*ck  Trump. Epstein files. USA. USA. USA.”

If you’re dumb enough to fall for this op, you are a moron. If you’re a Michigander and you’re sitting there thinking El-Sayed truly cares about the cost of living and that is his top priority, you’re nuts.

It has never been his top priority. That is the same crap that radical Muslims have always said to get into power. They always pretend that what they are for is some sort of left-wing social justice movement, and then the minute they gain power, it is full speed ahead toward radical Islamism — always.

It is all taqiyyah. It is all lies.

And El-Sayed is a master at telling these lies.
