Sylvester Stallone’s Ex-Wife Says Sexual Assault Claim Is ‘Impossible’

   DailyWire.com

On Thursday, The Daily Mail claimed to have obtained a copy of a police report from 1986 in which “Sylvester Stallone was accused of sexual assault by a 16-year-old girl.”

According to the report, the teenage girl said that while she was having sex with Stallone in the Las Vegas Hilton hotel, he invited his bodyguard, Michael De Luca, to join them in the bedroom. She also claimed that De Luca and Stallone forced the her to perform oral sex on them, and that they both penetrated her.

She then allegedly claimed that Stallone and De Luca threatened to “beat her head in” if she told anyone.

The Daily Mail added that the anonymous teenage girl said she was introduced to Stallone by his “Over the Top” co-star, David Mendenhall.

Retired Las Vegas metro police department detective sergeant John Samolovitch, who was head of the sexual assault unit at the time, confirmed to DailyMail.com “the copy of the police report is in fact a true copy of the original report.”

Stallone vociferously denied the allegation via a spokesperson, who said: “This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by any authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.”

Now, Stallone’s ex-wife of 30 years, Brigitte Nielsen, has come forward to refute the allegations.

Speaking with TMZ, Nielsen said:

During the summer of 1986 we were newlyweds. I was inseparable with Sylvester when “Over the Top” was being shot in Las Vegas. The story claims that at approximately 8:30 in the evening during the shoot of the movie the person claims she was in our suite at the Hilton Hotel. …

This incident did not occur. Most of the day, I would watch him film, then we’d have dinner and go to our room. No other person was in the room with him, but me. …

I can say for certain that it is impossible for this incident to have occurred. … It’s unbelievable that Sylvester and his family have to suffer through this over something that never happened.

Moreover, not only does TMZ claim that “Vegas police have no record of the report,” but they quote Stallone’s “Over the Top” co-star, David Mendenhall, who said that “it’s completely false that I introduced a 16-year-old female stranger to Mr. Stallone near an elevator in the Hilton.”
