<p>The far-left, borderline socialist Mayor of New York City, Bill de Blasio, has endorsed the openly socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) for the 2020 Democratic Party presidential nomination.</p>
<p>According to <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2020/02/14/politics/bill-de-blasio-endorsement-bernie-sanders/index.html">CNN</a>, the New York mayor will be campaigning with Sanders in Nevada prior to the state&#8217;s caucuses next week, joining the socialist at a rally in Carson City on Sunday. In a statement on Friday, Sanders praised de Blasio for understanding that the &#8220;only way&#8221; to defeat President Trump is to hammer an agenda that helps working families.</p>
