<p>American Gods writer <a href="https://www.imdb.com/name/nm3481322/">Maria Melnik</a> has been signed to write the film, which will star superhero Faith Herbert, &#8220;a jubilant, comics-and-science-fiction loving geek who also happens to have telekinetic superpowers.&#8221;</p>
