Remember Benghazi? The scandal has been out of the limelight for a while now that the election is over, but it is still an important issue since we still don’t know what exactly happened that night. Now a new report reveals that Hillary Clinton’s State Department pressured security contractors to stay quiet about the lackluster security at the American consulate in Benghazi.
Jerry Torres and Brad Owens, who work for the security contracting firm Torres Advanced Solutions, recently told Fox News that in 2012, a miniscule security contracting firm called The Blue Mountain Group was awarded the bid to provide security to the Benghazi consulate, even though they put in less money than Torres Advanced Solutions. It was also the first time Blue Mountain had ever been given “a diplomatic security contract” in a “high threat” area.
